During polishing of the filter blank: the burrs on the surface of the filter blank are removed by the rough machining roller 29, the filter blank is deburred by the polishing sand paper 31 on the surface of the conveyor belt, and finally the scraps on the surface of the polished filter blank are cleaned by the brush roller 27.
Meanwhile, the transmission straight rod 25 drives the cleaning straight rod 36 to rotate through the synchronous ring 37 and the synchronous belt 38, and the cleaning brush hair 39 on the outer peripheral surface of the cleaning straight rod 36 can remove scrap iron attached to the rough round roller 29 and the brush round roller 27, so that the polishing effect of the rough round roller 29 and the brush round roller 27 is improved.
