The implementation principle of the polishing device for the filter is as follows: before polishing of a filter blank: the driving motor 18 is powered on and started, the driving motor 18 drives the driving round roller 19 to rotate through the driving straight rod 17, the driving round roller 19 drives the first driving round roller 26 and the second driving round roller 28 to rotate through the conveying belt 30, the first driving round roller 26 drives the hairbrush round roller 27 to rotate through the driving straight rod 25, and the second driving round roller 28 drives the rough machining round roller 29 to rotate through the driving straight rod 25. During grinding of the filter blank: the rough machining round roller 29 removes the burrs on the surface of the filter blank, then the grinding sand paper 31 on the surface of the conveyor belt removes the burrs on the filter blank, and finally the round brush roller 27 cleans the scraps on the surface of the ground filter blank.
Meanwhile, the driving straight rod 25 drives the cleaning straight rod 36 to rotate through the synchronous ring 37 and the synchronous belt 38, and the cleaning bristles 39 on the outer peripheral surface of the cleaning straight rod 36 can remove iron chips attached to the rough machining round roller 29 and the brush round roller 27, so that the polishing effect of the rough machining round roller 29 and the brush round roller 27 is improved. After the filter workpiece is polished: the cleaning motor 43 is powered on, the cleaning motor 43 is powered on to drive the reciprocating screw rod 42 to rotate, the reciprocating screw rod 42 drives the sanitary brush 47 at the bottom of the cleaning straight plate 44 to slide back and forth through the cleaning straight plate 44, and therefore the sanitary brush 47 at the bottom of the cleaning straight plate 44 cleans the waste in the waste collection box body 11 into the waste box body 12.
