Referring to fig. 2, in the laboratory tube washing apparatus of the present invention, two distance sensors 14 are disposed on the inner upper surface of the housing 3, and the two distance sensors 14 respectively correspond to the upper sides of the beaker-supporting base 11 and the test tube-supporting base 6, so as to facilitate detection of whether the test tubes and the beakers are properly mounted.
Referring to fig. 6, in the laboratory tube washing apparatus of the present invention, the beaker fixing frame 12 includes two supporting columns 121, springs 123 are respectively disposed in the two supporting columns 121, and a pressing rod 122 is connected between one ends of the two springs 123.
The beaker is placed on the beaker bearing base 11, and under the elastic force of the spring 123, the beaker is limited between the beaker bearing base 11, the two support columns 121 and the pressure rod 122 under the action of the pressure rod 122, so that clamping is completed.
As shown in FIG. 1, in the laboratory tube washing device of the present invention, four universal wheels 9 are provided at the bottom of the housing 3 to facilitate the movement.
Referring to fig. 4, in the laboratory test tube cleaning apparatus of the present invention, a square through hole 22 is formed in the housing 3, a movable shutter 16 is disposed on the top of the square through hole 22, and a fan 17 is disposed on the bottom of the square through hole 22.
The cleaning liquid inside the test tube and the beaker can be further air-dried by the fan 17.
As shown in figure 1, in the laboratory test tube cleaning device, an organ type waterproof cover 4 is arranged between a test tube bearing base 6, a beaker bearing base 11 and an electric push rod 2, so that the normal work of the electric push rod 2 in the flushing process is ensured.
Therefore, compared with the prior art, the laboratory test tube cleaning device provided by the invention has the advantages that the overall structure comprises the box body, the test tube bearing base, the beaker bearing base, the I-shaped guide rail, the sliding block, the electric push rod, the spiral spray head, the air blower, the water pump, the three-way valve and the like, through the assembly design, the I-shaped guide rail drives the beaker bearing base and the test tube bearing base to horizontally displace through the sliding block to realize the loading and unloading of the beaker and the test tube, the electric push rod drives the beaker bearing base and the test tube bearing base to vertically displace to realize the full cleaning of the beaker and the test tube inner wall, the washing and drying integration of the beaker and the test tube inner wall is realized through the three-way valve, the water pump and the air blower, and the laboratory test tube cleaning device is suitable for various test tubes and beakers with different specifications.
