And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk, and various media capable of storing program codes.
In light of the foregoing description of the preferred embodiment of the present invention, many modifications and variations will be apparent to those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. The technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the content of the specification, and must be determined according to the scope of the claims.
Claims (10)
1. A fire fighting method for a liquid cooling cabinet is characterized by comprising the following steps:
independently extinguishing fire when the battery pack in the liquid refrigerator is out of control due to heat;
detect and air exhaust when the liquid cooling cabinet conflagration takes place to and put out a fire.
2. The liquid-cooled cabinet fire fighting method of claim 1,
the method for independently extinguishing the fire when the battery pack in the liquid refrigerator is out of control due to heat comprises the following steps:
when the temperature in the battery pack rises and thermal runaway occurs, the flexible inhibiting pipe is triggered, so that the fire extinguishing agent in the flexible inhibiting pipe is released, and the battery pack is independently extinguished.
3. The liquid-cooled cabinet fire fighting method of claim 2,
the method for detecting and exhausting air and extinguishing fire when a liquid cooling cabinet fire disaster occurs comprises the following steps:
when a fire disaster occurs or the battery pack is out of control due to thermal runaway and generates combustible gas and smoke, detecting the combustible gas through a combustible gas detector, sending a first-level alarm when the concentration of the combustible gas reaches a first preset value, and starting an exhaust system to exhaust air; and
and after the exhaust system exhausts air, when the concentration of the combustible gas detected by the combustible gas detector is increased to reach a second preset value, a combustible gas secondary alarm is sent out, and the power is cut off.
4. The liquid-cooled cabinet fire fighting method of claim 3,
the method for detecting and exhausting air and extinguishing fire when a liquid cooling cabinet fire disaster happens further comprises the following steps:
when a fire disaster or thermal runaway of the battery pack occurs and combustible gas and smoke are generated, the smoke detector detects the smoke, and a smoke dry contact signal is sent out to cut off the power supply when the smoke is detected.
5. The liquid-cooled cabinet fire fighting method as recited in claim 4,
the method for detecting and exhausting air and extinguishing fire when a liquid cooling cabinet fire disaster happens further comprises the following steps:
when the temperature in the battery pack rises and thermal runaway occurs and fire is caused, fire is extinguished through water fire fighting.
6. A liquid cooler fire protection system, comprising:
the battery pack fire-fighting module is used for independently extinguishing fire when the battery pack in the liquid refrigerator is out of control due to heat; and
the liquid cooling cabinet fire-fighting module is used for detecting and exhausting air and extinguishing fire when a liquid cooling cabinet fire disaster happens.
7. A liquid cooler, comprising:
the device comprises a cabinet body, a battery cluster, a fire fighting device and a liquid cooling device;
the battery cluster is arranged in the cabinet body;
the fire fighting device is arranged in the cabinet body;
the liquid cooling device is arranged in the cabinet body;
the battery cluster is suitable for providing electric energy;
the liquid cooling device is suitable for reducing the temperature in the cabinet body;
the fire fighting device is suitable for extinguishing fire when a fire breaks out in the cabinet body.
8. The liquid cooler of claim 7,
the battery cluster includes: a plurality of battery packs;
the battery pack is arranged in the cabinet body;
the battery pack is internally provided with a flexible suppression tube filled with a fire extinguishing agent, and when the temperature in the battery pack rises, the fire extinguishing agent in the flexible suppression tube is released to extinguish fire.
9. The liquid cooler of claim 8,
the fire fighting device comprises: the device comprises an exhaust fan, an air inlet shutter, a combustible gas detector, a smoke detector and a acousto-optic alarm;
the exhaust fan and the air inlet shutter are arranged on the side wall of the cabinet body;
the combustible gas detector and the smoke detector are arranged in the cabinet body;
the audible and visual alarm is arranged on the side wall of the cabinet body;
the combustible gas detector is suitable for detecting combustible gas, when the concentration of the combustible gas reaches a first preset value, the audible and visual alarm sends a primary alarm, the exhaust fan is started to exhaust air, and the air inlet shutter enters air at the moment; and
when the concentration of the combustible gas detected by the combustible gas detector reaches a second preset value, the audible and visual alarm gives out a second-level alarm of the combustible gas;
the smoke detector is suitable for detecting smoke, and the audible and visual alarm gives out a smoke alarm when the smoke is detected.
10. The liquid cooling cabinet of claim 9,
the liquid cooling device includes: a water cooling pipeline and a water cooling unit;
the water cooling unit is arranged in the cabinet body;
the water cooling pipelines are arranged in the cabinet body;
the water cooling pipeline is connected with the water cooling unit;
the water cooling unit is suitable for pumping liquid into the water cooling pipeline so as to reduce the temperature in the cabinet body.
