Description

Support type urinary catheter
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical appliances, in particular to a bracket type urinary catheter.
Background
For a patient with a urinary catheter, the urinary catheter or the urinary bladder needs to be flushed due to the reasons of the urinary catheter blockage, the urinary bladder bleeding and the like, and when the urinary catheter is flushed, flushing fluid is injected into the urinary bladder through the urinary catheter and then is discharged from the urinary bladder, so that the flushing of the urinary catheter and the urinary bladder is realized. Although irrigation of the urinary bladder and urinary catheter is a common therapeutic procedure, in further studies, the inventors have found that current catheter and bladder irrigation still suffer from deficiencies, in particular:
for the three-chamber urinary catheter, which is provided with a special flushing fluid channel, flushing fluid is injected into the bladder from the flushing fluid channel and then flows out from the urethral catheterization channel of the urinary catheter when flushing is carried out, and when the double-chamber urinary catheter is not provided with an independent flushing fluid channel, the flushing fluid is firstly injected into the bladder through the urine channel and then is pumped out from the bladder when flushing is carried out, in practical operation, the inventor finds that the injection of the flushing fluid is generally smooth, but in many cases, the pumping of the flushing fluid is difficult, at present, the flushing fluid is generally regarded as the blockage of blood clots or other blocky matters in the bladder, however, in further research, the inventor finds that the reason is not just that,
the inventor finds that when blood clots or other blocky plugs exist in the bladder during the process of sucking flushing liquid, the drainage port of the urinary catheter may be blocked, so that the amount of flushing liquid flowing into the urinary catheter from the bladder during the sucking process is reduced, for sucking liquid, medical staff can only increase the sucking force, however, the urinary catheter is usually made of elastic soft rubber or latex and other materials, the sucking force is increased, so that the negative pressure in the urinary catheter is increased, when the sucking negative pressure reaches a certain value, the urinary catheter is shrunken, the liquid cannot be sucked out in such a way, the blocking condition of the urinary catheter is further aggravated, the liquid is more difficult to suck out, and even if the urinary catheter is shrunken, the medical staff has difficulty in knowing the deformation condition, at the moment, the medical staff further increases the sucking force, the urinary catheter is shrunken more seriously, the sucking force is increased, the urinary catheter is deformed, and the blood clots are completely blocked, and the blood clots are not severely blocked due to the large-deformation condition of the blood clots and the supporting block and the like. Thus, the two are mutually and badly influenced, so that the current bladder irrigation work is extremely difficult.
Therefore, based on the above-mentioned problems, there is a need to design a stent type catheter to solve the problem of poor flushing caused by the collapse of the catheter.
