中医学中认为肥胖原因主要与脏腑失调、血气不畅、脾肾两虚、胃火过盛等情况有关,因此其治疗原则主要为和胃健脾、化湿利水、行气活血、疏肝利胆、温阳补肾等,以达到调理脏腑和内分泌,促进身体代谢和排毒的目的。

S1.药材的处理:按比例称取各药材,洗净,干燥,粉碎,过筛,得到药粉;
S2.精油的提取:采用超临界流体萃取技术提取步骤S1中药粉的油溶性成分,药渣留用;
S3.酶解水提取:将步骤S2中的药渣加入水中,加入复合酶酶解,然后回流提取2-3次,过滤,合并滤液,浓缩,冷冻干燥,得到酶解水提取物;
S4.活性物质的制备:将步骤S2制得的油溶性成分、步骤S3制得的酶解水提取物和左旋肉碱混合均匀,得到活性物质;

实施例3
本实施例提供一种减肥脐丸贴。
原料组成(重量份):法半夏90份、大黄120份、苍术120份、川芎90份、桂枝90份、茯苓150份、醋三棱90份、醋莪术80-100份、黄芪150份、当归120份。
制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1.药材的处理:按比例称取各药材,洗净,干燥,粉碎,过150目筛,得到药粉;
S2.精油的提取:采用超临界流体萃取技术提取步骤S1中药粉的油溶性成分,药渣留用;
超临界流体萃取技术的条件为:萃取温度为160℃,萃取压力为300atm,萃取时间为50min,夹带剂为乙醚,收集溶剂为二氯甲烷,流速为4mL/min,氮吹浓缩至相对密度为1.6;
S3.酶解水提取:将10重量份步骤S2中的药渣加入50重量份水中,加入1重量份复合酶,45℃酶解4h,然后回流提取3次,过滤,合并滤液,浓缩,冷冻干燥,得到酶解水提取物;
所述复合酶为纤维素酶和木瓜蛋白酶的混合,质量比为4:2;
S4.活性物质的制备:将4重量份步骤S2制得的油溶性成分、10重量份步骤S3制得的酶解水提取物和0.7重量份左旋肉碱混合均匀,得到活性物质;
S5.减肥脐丸贴的制备:将10重量份海藻酸钠、4重量份步骤S4制得的活性物质、0.2重量份十八烷基苯磺酸钠加入50重量份水中,搅拌混合均匀,然后加入70重量份橄榄油中,快速膜乳化,膜乳化的膜的孔径为0.7微米,滴加10重量份7wt%氯化钙溶液,不断搅拌,常温固化25min,得到减肥脐丸,粘附于贴布的中央,得到减肥脐丸贴。
实施例4
与实施例3相比,复合酶为单一的纤维素酶,其他条件均不改变。
实施例5
与实施例3相比,复合酶为单一的木瓜蛋白酶,其他条件均不改变。
对比例1
与实施例3相比,未进行步骤S5,将步骤S4制得的活性物质直接揉搓成丸,粘附于贴布的中央,得到减肥脐丸贴。
测试例1
将C57小鼠小鼠随机分为8组:正常对照组,高脂饮食组,实施例1-5组,对比例1组。正常对照组给予正常小鼠饲料,其他组给予高脂饲料。实施例1-5和对比例1组小鼠每天在肚脐处贴上一剂制得的减肥脐丸贴,每日更换。所有动物连续喂养8周,试验开始时和结束时,测定动物体重1次,结果见表1。

由上表可知,本发明实施例1-3组小鼠体重明显得到控制,可见,实施例1-3制得的减肥脐丸贴起到了很好的减肥、控制体重的效果。
小鼠于实验第8周时禁食过夜,次日早晨抽血,离心,获得血清,血清HDL、LDL采用酶法,按照试剂盒说明进行检测,结果见表2。

由上表可知,本发明实施例1-3组小鼠血脂指标明显得到改善,可见,实施例1-3制得的减肥脐丸贴起到了很好的降脂的效果,从而能有效控制体重。

Claims (8)

1.一种减肥脐丸贴,其特征在于,所述减肥脐丸贴的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1.药材的处理:按重量份比例称取法半夏80-100份、大黄110-130份、苍术110-130份、川芎80-100份、桂枝80-100份、茯苓140-160份、醋三棱80-100份、醋莪术80-100份、黄芪140-160份、当归110-130份,洗净,干燥,粉碎,过筛,得到药粉;
S2.精油的提取:采用超临界流体萃取技术提取步骤S1中药粉的油溶性成分,药渣留用;
S3.酶解水提取:将步骤S2中的药渣加入水中,加入复合酶酶解,然后回流提取2-3次,过滤,合并滤液,浓缩,冷冻干燥,得到酶解水提取物;所述复合酶为纤维素酶和木瓜蛋白酶的混合,质量比为3-5:2;
S4.活性物质的制备:将步骤S2制得的油溶性成分、步骤S3制得的酶解水提取物和左旋肉碱混合均匀,得到活性物质;所述油溶性成分、酶解水提取物和左旋肉碱的质量比为3-5:10:0.5-1;
S5.减肥脐丸贴的制备:将海藻酸钠、步骤S4制得的活性物质、乳化剂加入水中,搅拌混合均匀,然后加入食用油中,快速膜乳化,滴加氯化钙溶液,不断搅拌,常温固化,得到减肥脐丸,粘附于贴布的中央,得到减肥脐丸贴。
2.根据权利要求1所述减肥脐丸贴,其特征在于,按重量份比例称取如下药材:法半夏85-95份、大黄115-125份、苍术115-125份、川芎85-95份、桂枝85-95份、茯苓145-155份、醋三棱85-95份、醋莪术85-95份、黄芪145-155份、当归115-125份。
3.根据权利要求1所述减肥脐丸贴,其特征在于,按重量份比例称取如下药材:法半夏90份、大黄120份、苍术120份、川芎90份、桂枝90份、茯苓150份、醋三棱90份、醋莪术80-100份、黄芪150份、当归120份。
4.根据权利要求1所述减肥脐丸贴,其特征在于,步骤S1中所述过筛的筛网目数为100-200目。
5.根据权利要求1所述减肥脐丸贴,其特征在于,步骤S2中所述超临界流体萃取技术的条件为:萃取温度为150-170℃,萃取压力为270-320atm,萃取时间为40-60min,夹带剂为乙醚,收集溶剂为二氯甲烷,流速为3-5mL/min,氮吹浓缩至相对密度为1.5-1.7。
6.根据权利要求1所述减肥脐丸贴,其特征在于,步骤S3中所述酶解条件为40-50℃,酶解3-5h。
7.根据权利要求1所述减肥脐丸贴,其特征在于,步骤S5中所述乳化剂选自十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基磺酸钠、十六烷基苯磺酸钠、十六烷基磺酸钠、十六烷基硫酸钠、十八烷基磺酸钠、十八烷基苯磺酸钠中的至少一种;所述食用油选自大豆油、菜籽油、玉米油、花生油、亚麻籽油、橄榄油、葵花籽油中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述减肥脐丸贴,其特征在于,步骤S5中所述海藻酸钠、活性物质、乳化剂的质量比为10:3-5:0.1-0.3;所述膜乳化的膜的孔径为0.5-1微米,所述常温固化时间为20-30min。
