Specifically, the limiting parts are a connecting bolt 5 and a connecting gasket 6, the connecting bolt 5 is in threaded connection with the side wall of the opening 13 of the box body 12, the connecting gasket 6 is sleeved on the connecting bolt 5, the connecting bolt 5 penetrates through the sliding groove, and the diameter of the connecting gasket 6 is larger than the width of the sliding groove so as to limit the connecting bolt 5 to be separated from the supporting plate 4; in the process of opening the box cover 11, the connecting bolt 5 slides in the guide section 41, so that after the connecting bolt 5 slides to the limiting section 42, the box cover 11 is loosened, the connecting bolt 5 can abut against the limiting section 42, the supporting plate 4 is supported on the connecting bolt 5, then the box cover 11 is supported on the supporting plate 4, and a user can clean the box body 12 or replace consumables.
The invention also relates to a cleaning device comprising a chassis; the sewage suction device is characterized in that a sewage tank 1 of the sewage suction device is arranged on the upper part of the chassis, and a water suction raking assembly of the sewage suction device is arranged on the lower part of the chassis and is positioned at the rear end of the chassis; and the disc brush device is arranged at the lower part of the chassis and is positioned in front of the water absorption raking assembly.
In the invention, the cleaning equipment adopts the sewage suction device, so that sewage generated after the floor is scrubbed by the disc brush device is sucked by the water suction rake assembly, sprayed into the box body 12 of the sewage box 1 through the sewage suction pipe 32 and filtered through the filtering assembly 31, so that the cleaning work of the cleaning equipment in the later period is facilitated, the normal operation of the cleaning equipment is ensured, and the practicability is high.

Claims (10)

1. A soil pick-up device, comprising:
the sewage tank comprises a tank cover and a tank body, a sewage cavity for accommodating sewage is formed in the tank body, an opening communicated with the sewage cavity is formed in the upper part of the tank body, and the tank cover covers the opening of the tank body;
the air suction mechanism comprises a fan and an air filter, and the fan is communicated with the sewage cavity through the air filter so as to generate negative pressure in the sewage cavity;
the sewage suction mechanism comprises a water suction and dirt taking-off assembly, a filtering assembly and a sewage suction pipe, wherein the filtering assembly comprises a filtering basket arranged at the opening of the box body and a basket cover covering the filtering basket, one end of the sewage suction pipe is communicated with the inside of the filtering basket, the other end of the sewage suction pipe is communicated with the water suction and dirt taking-off assembly, and therefore the negative pressure in the sewage cavity is conducted to the water suction and dirt taking-off assembly.

The soil pick-up device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lower portion of the basket cover is provided with a water baffle plate extending toward the bottom of the filter basket, a side wall of the filter basket opposite to the water baffle plate is provided with a through hole for passing one end of the soil pick-up pipe, and one end of the soil pick-up pipe is disposed toward the water baffle plate.

The sewage suction device as claimed in claim 2, wherein one side region of the basket cover is recessed downwards to form a groove, the other side region of the basket cover is raised upwards to form a boss, the stepped wall where the groove and the boss are connected forms the water baffle, a vertical positioning plate is arranged at the lower part of the basket cover and corresponding to the side part of the boss, and one end of the vertical positioning plate is correspondingly close to the end part of the water baffle.

The sewage suction device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the upper part of the box body is provided with a mounting opening located in the opening, the inner periphery of the mounting opening is provided with a first step, the outer periphery of the upper part of the filter basket is provided with an outer edge, the filter basket is embedded into the mounting opening, the lower part of the filter basket extends into the box body, the outer edge of the filter basket abuts against the first step, the basket cover is embedded into the mounting opening, and the outer sides of the two vertical positioning plates at the lower part of the basket cover are correspondingly close to the inner side of the filter basket.
5. The sewage suction device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bottom wall of the filter basket is provided with filter holes, and the side wall of the filter basket is provided with air holes.
6. The soil pick-up device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the filter assembly and the air filter are located at one side region of the upper opening of the housing, and the other side region of the upper opening of the housing forms the cleaning opening.

The dirt suction device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the box cover is hinged to the box body, a sealing member is arranged on an upper end face of the box body and/or a bottom end face of the box cover, an air suction opening is formed in the bottom of the box cover corresponding to the air filter, the fan is arranged in the box cover, and an air inlet end of the fan is communicated with the air suction opening.

The dirt suction device according to claim 7, wherein the upper portion of the box body is provided with an air outlet located in the opening, the inner periphery of the air outlet is provided with a second step, the outer periphery of the upper portion of the air filter is surrounded by a connecting outer frame, the air filter is embedded into the air outlet, the bottom of the connecting outer frame abuts against the second step, and the top of the connecting outer frame extends upwards to form an air suction space between the inside of the connecting outer frame and the upper portion of the air filter.

The dirt absorbing device of claim 7, wherein a supporting plate is disposed between the box cover and the box body, the upper end of the supporting plate is rotatably connected to a middle region of the bottom of the box cover, a J-shaped sliding slot is formed in the supporting plate, the sliding slot includes a guiding section arranged along the length direction of the supporting plate and a limiting section located at the lower end of the guiding section, and a limiting member is disposed on the side wall of the box body and penetrates through the sliding slot.
10. A cleaning apparatus, comprising:
a chassis;
the soil pick-up device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the sewage tank of the soil pick-up device is arranged on the upper part of the chassis, and the water sucking and raking assembly of the soil pick-up device is arranged on the lower part of the chassis and is positioned at the rear end of the chassis;
and the disc brush device is arranged at the lower part of the chassis and is positioned in front of the water absorption raking assembly.
