The barrel cover 2 is further provided with a rotary fixing member 21, the rotary fixing member 21 comprises a rotary column 212, the barrel cover 2 is provided with a rotary groove 211, the rotary column 212 is inserted into the rotary groove 211 to rotate, and the rotary fixing member 21 is rotated, so that the rotary fixing member 21 rotates to the edges of the barrel cover 2 and the barrel body 1 to fix the barrel cover 2 and the barrel body 1; in order to improve the fixing effect, a fixing hole 213 is provided at the distal end of the rotation fixing member 21, and a fixing protrusion 214 that is engaged with the fixing hole 213 is provided on the edge of the tub 1 to engage with the fixing hole 213, so as to prevent the rotation fixing member 21 from falling off.
The present application further provides an embodiment in which a handle of the dust collecting bucket is used as the connection channel 3, as shown in fig. 3, the connection channel 3 is disposed on the barrel cover 2, the sealing plate 42 is provided with an opening at a position corresponding to the connection channel 3 in the corresponding partition plate 13, the separating member 132 is mounted on the barrel cover 2 corresponding to the opening, and the sealing plate 42 is clamped tightly for sealing. The barrel cover 2 is provided with a handle, and the inside of the handle is hollow to form the connecting channel 3. The handle is generally arranged above the barrel cover 2, the structure of the dust collecting barrel can be more compact by using the handle as the connecting channel 3, and the shape of the handle is generally arranged to be arched, so that the connecting channel 3 is also arched, and the upward arched part can play a role of settling dust in air.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the discharging device in the cyclone chamber is a drawer device 16, the drawer device 16 is detachably mounted on the barrel, and the drawer device 16 is located below the cyclone chamber corresponding to the separating member 132 and is used for collecting the substances separated by the separating member 132. When the drawer device 16 is used for dust collection, the dust separated by the separating member 132 in the cyclone separator is collected, and the drawer device 16 is detached from the tub, so that the collected dust can be conveniently treated; during the self-cleaning process, the drawer arrangement 16 can be removed and the water in the cyclonic separator can be drained. The barrel body is provided with a second sealing element 18, and the drawer device 16 is sealed with the barrel body when the drawer device 16 is arranged on the barrel body. Enabling the drawer arrangement 16 to remain sealed during self-cleaning.
As shown in fig. 9, the drawer device 16 includes a fastener 162, the partition plate 13 is provided with a fastener groove 133, the fastener groove 133 cooperates with the fastener 162 to fix the drawer device 16, and the fastener 162 presses the drawer device 16 against the second sealing member 18 when the drawer device 16 is mounted on the tub. The fastener 162 provides a force to the drawer arrangement 16 to compress the second seal 18, which results in a better seal between the drawer arrangement 16 and the second seal 18, further preventing water leakage.
The drawer device 16 further includes a panel 163 and a cup 161, the cup 161 is used for receiving and storing garbage, a third fixing post 161b for mounting the panel 163 is disposed on one side of the cup 161, a fourth fixing post 163b is disposed on the panel 163 to be matched with the panel 163, so that the panel 163 is fixed on the cup 161 by a screw, a cavity for mounting the fastening member 162 is formed between the panel 163 and the cup 161, a first extending hole 163c is disposed on the panel 163, the fastening member 162 has an ear 162c extending from the first extending hole 163c to the panel 163, the ear 162c is convenient for a user to operate the fastening member 162, a second extending hole 163a is further disposed on the panel 163, the fastening member 162 has a fastening projection 162b extending from the second extending hole 163a to the panel 163, and the fastening projection 162b is convenient to be matched with the fastening groove 133.
The cup body 161 is provided with an abutting block 161a for abutting against the spring, the other side of the spring abuts against the fastener 162, the fastener 162 is provided with a limiting column 162a, and the spring is sleeved on the limiting column 162a so as to avoid the position of the spring from deviating; the snap tab 162b snaps into the snap groove 133 such that the sealing surface 163d on the panel 163 can press against the second seal 18 to form a mating seal.
A self-cleaning method applying the dust suction device comprises the following steps:
water is sucked into the dust collection barrel from the inlet to flush the cyclone filter chamber and the water filter chamber;
as the water level in the water filter chamber rises, the limiting device floats upwards to the position blocking the outlet, so that the suction force generated by the fan disappears, and the inlet stops absorbing water;
and respectively opening the discharging devices of the cyclone filter chamber and the water filter chamber to discharge the water in the dust collection barrel from the dust collection barrel.
Variations and modifications to the above-described embodiments may occur to those skilled in the art, which fall within the scope and spirit of the above description. Therefore, the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments disclosed and described above, and some modifications and variations of the present invention should fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention. Furthermore, although specific terms are employed herein, they are used in a generic and descriptive sense only and not for purposes of limitation.

Claims (7)

1. A dust collection device comprises a dust collection barrel and a fan, wherein the fan draws air into the dust collection barrel, the dust collection barrel comprises a barrel body and a separating piece, the barrel body is provided with an inlet and an outlet, a cyclone separation cavity is formed in the barrel body, the separating piece is installed in the cyclone separation cavity, and the inlet is communicated with an outer cavity of the separating piece in the cyclone separation cavity; the water filter is characterized by further comprising a connecting channel and a drawer device, a water filter cavity hermetically separated from the cyclone separation cavity is formed in the barrel, and one side of the connecting channel is communicated with the inner side cavity of the separation piece in the cyclone separation cavity; the other side of the connecting channel is connected with a guide pipe, the guide pipe extends to the bottom of the water filtering cavity, the outlet is communicated with the water filtering cavity, the outlet is formed at or extends to the top of the water filtering cavity, and a dust collection channel along the inlet, the cyclone separation cavity, the connecting channel, the guide pipe, the water filtering cavity and the outlet is formed in the dust collection barrel; the baffle is erected on the inner wall of the water filtering cavity, a cavity with one open side is formed by the baffle and the inner wall of the water filtering cavity in an enclosing mode, and the tail end of the guide pipe faces the cavity or extends into the cavity;
the dust collecting device also comprises a dust collecting barrel cleaning mode, when the dust collecting barrel cleaning mode is started, water is absorbed from an inlet along the dust absorption channel to wash the cyclone separation cavity and the water filter cavity, a limiting device for limiting water to flow out from the outlet is further arranged in the water filter cavity, discharging devices for discharging cleaned water are arranged in the water filter cavity and the cyclone separation cavity, the discharging devices in the cyclone separation cavity are drawer devices, and the drawer devices are arranged in a sealing mode; the drawer device is detachably arranged on the barrel body, extends from the barrel body to the position, corresponding to the lower part of the separating piece, in the cyclone separation cavity and is used for collecting the garbage separated by the separating piece;
the barrel body comprises a barrel cover and a barrel body, a partition plate is arranged in the barrel body, the barrel cover covers the barrel body and is abutted against the partition plate in a sealing fit mode, the cyclone separation cavity and the water filter cavity are formed inside and outside the partition plate, the outlet and the limiting device are arranged along the partition plate, the barrel body further comprises a first sealing element, the first sealing element comprises a sealing ring and a sealing plate, the sealing ring is arranged at the covering position of the barrel cover and the barrel body, and the position of the sealing plate at least covers the partition plate;
the outlet is an outlet pipeline which extends to the top of the water filter cavity, and the outlet pipeline is provided with a notch at the corresponding top position; the limiting device comprises a blocking block and a guide groove, wherein the blocking block floats along with the water level in the water filtering cavity, the blocking block floats along with the water level in the filtering cavity in the guide groove, and the blocking block floats to the position for blocking the notch due to the water level lower than the notch;
the baffle is erected on the inner wall of the water filtering cavity, the baffle is erected in a corner formed by surrounding the outer wall of the partition plate, the outlet pipeline and the interior of the dust collecting barrel, a cavity with one side opened is formed in the corner, and the tail end of the guide pipe is arranged towards the cavity or extends into the cavity;
the opening direction of the notch of the outlet pipeline is opposite to the position of the baffle, and the guide groove extends to the top of the water filter cavity; when air flows out of the impact chamber formed by the baffle plate and flows to the notch, the air can enter the notch only by at least bypassing the outlet pipeline forming the notch and the wall forming the guide groove;
the outlet pipeline and the notch arranged beside the partition plate enable the outlet pipeline and the guide groove to be matched with the sealing plate, and at least the outlet pipeline and the notch where the outlet pipeline and the guide groove are matched can be matched with the sealing plate.
2. The vacuum cleaner of claim 1, wherein the notch is formed in a direction opposite to the position of the baffle, and the guide slot extends to the top of the water filter chamber.
3. The suction cleaner of claim 1, wherein the divider plate has at least one plenum formed therein, the inlet being positioned in the plenum and communicating with the cyclonic separation chamber at a location tangential to an inner wall of the divider plate.

The suction device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the connection passage is provided on the tub cover, an outer wall of the connection passage forms a handle structure, the sealing plate is provided with an opening at a position corresponding to the connection passage in the partition plate, and the separating member is mounted on the tub cover to clamp the sealing plate to be sealed, such that the opening is positioned corresponding to the separating member.
5. The vacuum cleaner of claim 1, wherein the tub has a second seal thereon, and the drawer assembly is mounted on the tub such that the drawer assembly remains sealed to the tub.
6. The suction device of claim 5, wherein the drawer arrangement includes a snap fit that compresses the drawer arrangement against the second seal when the drawer arrangement is mounted to the tub.
7. A self-cleaning method using the dust suction apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising the steps of:
water is sucked into the dust collection barrel from the inlet to flush the cyclone filter chamber and the water filter chamber;
as the water level in the water filter chamber rises, the limiting device floats upwards to the position blocking the outlet, so that the suction force generated by the fan disappears, and the inlet stops absorbing water;
and respectively opening the discharging devices of the cyclone filter chamber and the water filter chamber to discharge the water in the dust collection barrel from the dust collection barrel.
