The canned fruit cleaning system is characterized by comprising a groove body, a supporting device and a cleaning device, wherein the groove body conveys fruits for canning by using water flow, the supporting device comprises two first telescopic devices, a mounting plate, connecting rods and a supporting plate, the first telescopic devices are fixedly hung above the groove body in parallel and vertically along the water flow direction, the tail ends of telescopic shafts of the first telescopic devices are fixedly connected with the mounting plate, the connecting rods are fixedly connected between the mounting plate and the supporting plate at intervals, the mounting plate and the supporting plate are arranged at intervals up and down, the supporting plate is positioned in the middle of the groove body, and the cleaning device is arranged on two sides of the supporting plate and used for brushing the surfaces of single-row canned fruits passing through two sides of the cleaning device; the cleaning device comprises two groups, including a rotary roller, bristles and a second motor, wherein the rotary roller is rotatably arranged on one side of the supporting plate along the water flow direction, the bristles are annularly arranged and fixedly connected to the circumferential surface of the rotary roller, the second motor is fixedly arranged on the supporting plate and positioned above the water surface, and a rotating shaft of the second motor is in transmission connection with a rotating shaft of the rotary roller through a 90-degree bevel gear; the side wall of the tank body is rotationally connected with a plurality of rotary shafts which are arranged in parallel, one end of the rotary shaft positioned in the tank body is fixedly connected with an arc-shaped supporting piece which is matched with the canned fruits, the supporting piece is positioned at the side face of the cleaning device, and one end of the rotary shaft positioned outside the tank body is rotationally connected with a third motor.
