The use mode of the intelligent LED illumination fresh-keeping display cabinet provided by the invention is respectively described in detail through three embodiments below, so as to better understand the technical scheme of the present disclosure.
Example 1:
the invention provides a use mode of an intelligent LED illumination fresh-keeping display cabinet by taking green vegetables as an example. The specific implementation method comprises the following steps:
(1) Selecting fresh and clean green vegetables with fresh and green color and leaves without obvious mechanical damage and plant diseases and insect pests, and slightly tying the green vegetables around leaf stalks by using 1 jin as a bundle of clean packaging tapes so as to avoid scattering of the green vegetables.
(2) The bundled green vegetables are placed on a division plate below an illumination area of the intelligent LED illumination fresh-keeping display cabinet (a first layer left light area) in an upright state that the root of each green vegetable is downward and the blade is upward, and the distance between the top end of each blade and the lamp panel of the LED illumination system is about 20 cm.
(3) Selecting a fruit and vegetable fresh-keeping program in one of the following modes in a control panel of the intelligent LED illumination fresh-keeping display cabinet:
(1) clicking a 'preservation program' menu, selecting a 'left light area' in a first layer after entering, entering different types of fruit and vegetable preservation programs which can be selected in the light area, clicking a 'selection' key on the right side of a 'green vegetable' in the menu, then pressing a 'return' key, clicking 'operation' until returning to a main interface of a control host, starting a green vegetable preservation mode, wherein the environmental conditions of the left light area of the first layer are as follows: temperature: 12 to 15 ℃; humidity >85%; illumination: red light with a light intensity of 500-800 lx and a light period of 12h light period/12 h dark period.
(2) Clicking a 'system' menu, clicking 'remote monitoring' after entering a system interface, entering a remote monitoring system interface, scanning a two-dimensional code, inputting a password and adding a small program, entering a fresh-keeping program which is selected from the small program and corresponds to the green vegetables, and clicking to operate (in the same manner as the manual selection and starting manner in the step (1)).
(3) Clicking an 'automatic identification' menu, finding a corresponding first layer left light area after entering, clicking a 'detection identification' key, returning to a main interface, clicking a 'running' key, and starting a fresh-keeping mode, wherein the environmental parameters of the first layer left light area are selected in the step (1).
(4) The experiment takes the low-temperature shelf illumination conditions (temperature: 12-15 ℃, humidity: 65-75%, illumination: white light, light intensity 2000lx and illumination time 13 h) of the supermarket as comparison, and the result shows that the green vegetables under the conditions have the phenomena of yellowing and water loss in 3 days and are rotten in a large amount in 5 days, and the commodity value is completely lost. The green vegetables stored under the environmental conditions (the temperature is 12-15 ℃, the humidity is more than 85 percent), the illumination is red light, the light intensity is 500-800 lx, the illumination period is 12h bright period/12 h dark period) of the fresh-keeping program starting in the intelligent LED illumination fresh-keeping display cabinet still keep fresh green in color at 7 days, and the fresh-keeping period of the green vegetables can be prolonged from 3-4 days to 7-8 days without the phenomena of diseases, decay and the like.
Example 2:
the invention provides a using mode of an intelligent LED illumination fresh-keeping display cabinet by taking a cabbage as an example. The specific implementation method comprises the following steps:
(1) Selecting fresh, clean and green cabbage with leaves without obvious mechanical damage and plant diseases and insect pests.
(2) The selected cabbage is placed on a division plate (a second layer left light area) below an illumination area of the intelligent LED illumination fresh-keeping display cabinet in an upright state with the root of the cabbage facing downwards, and the distance from the top end of the cabbage to the lower portion of a lamp panel of the LED illumination system is about 20 cm.
(3) Selecting a fruit and vegetable fresh-keeping program in one of the following modes in a control panel of the intelligent LED illumination fresh-keeping display cabinet:
(1) click "fresh-keeping procedure" menu, get into the back, select "left light zone" in the second floor, get into the fresh-keeping procedure of different kinds of vegetables that this light zone can select, click menu "cabbage" right side "selection" key, then press "return" key, until returning to control host computer main interface, click "operation", start the cabbage mode that keeps fresh, second floor left light zone ambient condition is this moment: temperature: 22 to 25 ℃; humidity >85%; illumination: green light with light intensity of 1500-2000 lx and illumination period of 12h light period/12 h dark period.
(2) Clicking a 'system' menu, clicking 'remote monitoring' after entering a system interface, entering a remote monitoring system interface, scanning a two-dimensional code, inputting a password and adding a small program, entering a small program, selecting a fresh-keeping program corresponding to the cabbage from the small program, and starting operation (in the same manner as the manual selection mode in the step (1)).
(3) Clicking an 'automatic identification' menu, finding a corresponding second layer left light area after entering, clicking a 'detection identification' key, returning to a main interface, clicking a 'running' key, and starting a cabbage preservation mode, wherein the second layer left light area environment parameters are selected in the step (1).
(4) The experiment takes the normal-temperature shelf illumination conditions (the temperature is 22-25 ℃, the humidity is 60-70%, the illumination is white light, the light intensity is 400-600 lx, and the illumination time is 13 h) of a supermarket as a comparison, and the result shows that the phenomena of surface layer leaf yellowing and water loss occur in the 10 th day of the cabbage under the conditions, and diseases and rot occur in the 8 th day of the cabbage, so that the commodity value is completely lost. In the environment condition (temperature is 20-25 ℃, humidity is more than 85 percent, illumination is green light, light intensity is 1500-2000 lx, illumination period is 12h light period/12 h dark period) for starting the preservation program in the intelligent LED illumination preservation display cabinet, the leaves on the surface layer still keep fresh green in 15 days, the phenomena of water loss, diseases, rot and the like do not exist, and the preservation period of the cabbage can be prolonged from 9-10 days to 15-17 days.
Example 3:
the invention provides a use mode of an intelligent LED illumination fresh-keeping display cabinet by taking honey peaches as an example. The specific implementation method comprises the following steps:
(1) Selecting juicy peach fruits which are whitish in color, hard in hardness, fresh, clean and free of obvious mechanical damage and plant diseases and insect pests on leaves, and vertically placing the fruits with the bases facing downwards in a tray.
(2) The tray filled with the juicy peaches is placed on a interlayer plate (a third layer middle light area) below the illumination area of the intelligent LED illumination fresh-keeping display cabinet, and the distance between the top end of each juicy peach and the lower part of a lamp plate of the LED illumination system is about 30 cm.
(3) Selecting a fruit and vegetable fresh-keeping program in one of the following modes in a control panel of the intelligent LED illumination fresh-keeping display cabinet:
(1) clicking a 'preservation program' menu, selecting a 'middle light area' in the third layer after entering, entering different fruit and vegetable preservation programs which can be selected by the light area, clicking a 'peach' right-hand 'selection' key in the menu, then pressing a 'return' key until returning to a main interface of a control host, clicking 'operation', starting a peach preservation mode, wherein the environmental conditions of the middle light area in the third layer are as follows: temperature: 22 to 24 ℃; the humidity is 70-80%; illumination: blue light with a light intensity of 900-1200 lx and a light period of 12h light period/12 h dark period.
(2) Clicking a system menu, clicking remote monitoring after entering a system interface, entering a remote monitoring system interface, scanning a two-dimensional code, inputting a password and adding a small program, entering a small program, selecting a corresponding peach fresh-keeping program and starting operation (the same as the manual selection mode in the step (1)).
(3) Clicking an 'automatic identification' menu, finding a corresponding third layer of middle light area after entering, clicking a 'detection identification' key, returning to a main interface, clicking a 'running' key, and starting a peach preservation mode, wherein the environment parameters of the third layer of middle light area are selected in the step (1).
(4) In the experiment, the normal-temperature shelf illumination conditions (the temperature is 22-25 ℃, the humidity is 60-70%, the illumination is white light, the light intensity is 400-600 lx, and the illumination time is 13 h) of a supermarket and 1000lx red light, green light and white light are used as comparison, and the results show that the peaches under the conditions have no obvious color change and have softening and slight rotting phenomena at the 8 th day, and have serious rotting phenomena till the 10 th day, so that the commodity value is completely lost. The peaches stored under the environmental conditions (temperature: 20-25 ℃, humidity: 70-80%, illumination: blue light, light intensity of 900-1200 lx and illumination period: 12h bright period/12 h dark period) of the freshness keeping program starting in the intelligent LED illumination freshness keeping display cabinet are red and bright in color at the 5 th day, but are not softened and rotted, and the high-quality rate of the juicy peaches can be remarkably improved by more than 20%.

Claims (10)

1. An intelligent LED illumination fresh-keeping display cabinet is characterized by comprising a fresh-keeping display cabinet body, an illumination assembly, a fruit and vegetable identification assembly and a humidification assembly; the fresh-keeping display cabinet body is provided with two or more storage interlayers which are stacked and spaced along the vertical direction; each storage interlayer is provided with a door plate capable of being opened and closed; each storage interlayer is provided with more than two illumination zones, and different illumination zones are respectively provided with an illumination component and a fruit and vegetable identification component which can be independently controlled; each storage interlayer is provided with an independently controllable humidifying hole, and the humidifying component comprises a humidifier which is communicated with the humidifying holes and is positioned outside the fresh-keeping display cabinet body; each storage interlayer is also provided with a temperature and humidity sensor and a temperature adjusting assembly;
the fresh-keeping display cabinet body is also provided with a control host which is electrically connected with the illumination assembly, the fruit and vegetable identification assembly, the temperature and humidity sensor, the temperature adjusting assembly and the humidifying assembly; the control host comprises a controller and a memory for storing different kinds of fruits and vegetables and corresponding temperature, humidity and illumination fresh-keeping environmental condition parameters;
the controller controls the illumination assembly, the temperature adjusting assembly and the humidifying assembly to provide a preset preservation environment for the corresponding illumination subarea according to the preservation environment condition parameters stored as follows according to the identification condition of the fruit and vegetable identification assembly:

2. the intelligent LED illumination fresh-keeping display cabinet as claimed in claim 1, wherein the control host has a display touch structure for displaying and inputting operation instructions; the storage of the control host is also stored with an automatic fresh-keeping mode and a manual fresh-keeping mode, and the display touch structure is used for receiving the operation of a user to select the fresh-keeping mode.

The intelligent LED illumination fresh-keeping display cabinet as claimed in claim 2, wherein the control host is further provided with a network communication module electrically connected with the controller, the display touch structure is used for displaying a two-dimensional code of an applet with a remote monitoring function, and the intelligent terminal enters the applet to switch the fresh-keeping programs of the illumination zones of the fresh-keeping cabinet so as to regulate and control the fresh-keeping environment of the intelligent LED illumination fresh-keeping display cabinet after recognizing the two-dimensional code.
4. The intelligent LED illuminated fresh-keeping display cabinet according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein the illumination assembly is disposed on top of the storage compartment, and the fruit and vegetable identification assembly is configured and mounted on the illumination assembly.

The intelligent LED illuminated fresh-keeping display case of claim 4, wherein said two or more illumination zones comprise: a left light zone, a middle light zone and a right light zone; left light zone, well light zone and right light zone all set illumination subassembly and fruit vegetables discernment subassembly that can independently control.
6. The intelligent LED illuminated fresh-keeping display cabinet according to claim 5, wherein different partitions are provided with independently controllable humidifying holes.
7. The intelligent LED illumination fresh-keeping display cabinet as claimed in claim 1, wherein the illumination assembly comprises an LED lamp panel with a plurality of LED lamp beads arranged in an array; the fruit and vegetable identification assembly comprises a fruit and vegetable identification probe arranged on the LED lamp panel.
8. The intelligent LED illumination fresh-keeping display cabinet according to claim 1, wherein the door plate is of a sliding door structure and is made of transparent toughened glass.
9. The intelligent LED illuminated fresh-keeping display case of claim 1, wherein said humidifier is an ultrasonic humidifier.
10. The intelligent LED illuminated freshness-retaining display case of claim 2, wherein the display touch structure is centrally disposed on the top of the body of the freshness-retaining display case; the fresh-keeping display cabinet body is equipped with four storage interlayers.
