Abstract
The invention relates to the field of fruit and vegetable food preservation and storage, in particular to an LED illumination preservation refrigerator and a method for preserving vegetables by using the refrigerator. The LED illumination fresh-keeping refrigerator comprises a refrigerator body, a refrigerating system, a touch display screen, a temperature control system and an LED illumination sterilization system. And an LED lamp strip is independently arranged on the upper part of each layer of partition plate in the refrigerator body. The type of the vegetables is selected through the touch display screen, and the light-emitting color RGB numerical value and the light-emitting interval duration of the lamp strip are controlled through the single chip microcomputer according to the type and the requirement of different vegetables. According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the preservation time of the vegetables is obviously prolonged and the storage quality is improved by the combined implementation of the LED light irradiation technology and the low-temperature preservation technology.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of fruit and vegetable food preservation and storage, in particular to an LED illumination preservation refrigerator which can obviously prolong the preservation time of vegetables and improve the quality of stored fruits and vegetables.
Background
With the deep concept of healthy diet, people pay more and more attention to the intake of various foods and put higher demands on the quality of the foods. As a big agricultural country, food resources are very rich in China and the annual output of food is huge. Most of the foods are still in life activities after primary processing, and if proper fresh-keeping measures are not taken in storage and transportation, the foods are rotten and deteriorated.
The LED light treatment is an effective fruit and vegetable post-harvest treatment technology, can effectively kill pathogenic microorganisms on the surfaces of fruits and vegetables, and reduces the risk of food-borne pathogenic bacteria; and other strains such as saprogenic bacteria can be killed. Meanwhile, the light with different colors has certain promotion effect on life activities of different picked fruits and vegetables.
Most of the current LED technical researches stay in a laboratory stage, and how to put the LED lamps with adjustable RGB color numerical values into retail terminal shelves, refrigerators and cold storages so as to form a simple, convenient and effective vegetable preservation mode still needs to be solved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention at least aims to provide a cold environment and an operation method which can obviously prolong the fresh-keeping time of vegetables and improve the quality of stored fruits and vegetables by using an LED lamp RGB color numerical value adjustable technology.
In order to achieve the above object, one embodiment of the present invention provides an LED illumination fresh-keeping refrigerator, which includes a refrigerator body, a refrigeration system, a touch display screen and an LED strip; a touch display screen is arranged on the refrigerator body door; the upper part of the interlayer of the refrigerator body is provided with an LED lamp belt; the bottom of the refrigerator body is provided with an equipment room; a control center is arranged in the equipment room and connected with the touch display screen.
In one embodiment, the touch display screen is a 7-inch touch display screen special for a single chip microcomputer, the types of vegetables are selected through the touch display screen, and the selected information is fed back to the control center.
In one embodiment, the LED strip is a programmable WS2812b strip, the strip is connected to a single chip, and one strip is provided for each layer independently.
In one embodiment, the control center is a single chip microcomputer.
In one embodiment, the one-chip programming language is python. According to different vegetable types and requirements, the light-emitting color RGB numerical value and the light-emitting interval duration of the lamp strip are controlled by the single chip microcomputer.
The invention also provides a method for keeping vegetables fresh by using the LED illumination fresh-keeping refrigerator, which comprises the following steps: selecting the type of vegetables on the touch display screen; selecting an LED illumination RGB value and an illumination time interval on a touch display screen; the collected vegetables are selected, cleaned, dried in the air and precooled and then placed in a refrigerator body; and starting a single chip microcomputer preservation program to start vegetable preservation.
The technical scheme provided by the invention can effectively prolong the fresh-keeping time of fruit and vegetable food and improve the quality of stored fruit and vegetable.

Detailed Description
The following describes embodiments of the present invention in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1-2 show one embodiment of the LED illuminated crisper of the present invention.
The refrigerator is improved on the basis of a common refrigeration and preservation refrigerator, and is provided with a WS2812b lamp strip 1, an evaporator 2, a singlechip 3, a touch screen display 4 and a compressor 5. The WS2812b lamp strip 1 can realize color change through programming, obtain the color of the specified wavelength which can be used for sterilization, realize that the RGB value can be selected at will from 0 to 255. The temperature change in the refrigerator body is sensed through the temperature sensor, and the single chip microcomputer control center 3 carries out data analysis and processing and realizes effective temperature control of safe operation of the refrigerator. All relevant program codes of the singlechip 3 are programmed by python language, and process real-time data from the temperature sensor and the touch screen display 4 and output a relay of a result value temperature control system and the WS2812b lamp strip 1. The touch screen display 4 can perform input and real-time display of relevant parameters.
The LED illumination fresh-keeping refrigerator comprises a refrigerator body, a refrigerating system, a touch display screen, a temperature control system and an LED illumination sterilization system. And an LED lamp strip is independently arranged on the upper part of each layer of partition plate in the refrigerator body. The type of the vegetables is selected by touching the display screen, and the selected information is fed back to the control center. According to different vegetable types and requirements, the light-emitting color RGB numerical value and the light-emitting interval duration of the lamp strip are controlled by the single chip microcomputer.
The use mode of the LED illumination fresh-keeping refrigerator provided by the invention is described below by taking the Chinese little greens as an example.
The mechanically harvested Chinese little greens are selected, and the Chinese little greens which are uniform in size, normal in color and luster (dark green), fresh, clean and free of obvious defects (including yellow leaves, mechanical injury, rotten mildew, freezing injury and plant diseases and insect pests) are selected. Rapidly carrying out staged pre-cooling treatment on the picked and finished Chinese little greens in constant-temperature water baths at 20 ℃, 10 ℃ and 4 ℃ respectively, wherein the temperature of the pre-cooled Chinese little greens is 4 ℃; the ratio of the mass of the pre-cooling water in the water bath tank to the mass of the Chinese little greens is 10: 1; and during precooling, recording the temperature of each part of the Chinese little greens by using a multi-point temperature collector. Putting the precooled Chinese little greens into hypochlorous acid water with the temperature of 4 ℃ and the concentration of 200 ppm for cleaning for 2 min; the mass ratio of the hypochlorous acid water to the Chinese little greens is 10: 1; and (3) airing the cleaned fresh-cut Chinese little greens for 30 min at the temperature of 10 +/-1 ℃ and the relative humidity of 45-55%, so that excessive water loss and wilting of leaves caused by the respiration and transpiration of the fresh-cut Chinese little greens due to overhigh temperature and overlong time are avoided.
And then putting the precooled Chinese little greens into transparent PET plastic boxes with the length of 20 cm and the width of 12.5 cm, wherein the mass of the Chinese little greens in each packaging box is 50 g, and wrapping the Chinese little greens with a sterile PE high-light-transmission antifogging film. The environmental conditions during packaging were 20 ℃ and 80% humidity. And then, flatly placing the packaged Chinese little greens in an environment at 4 ℃ and at a position which is 30 cm away from the LED lamp, and keeping the storage humidity at about 90% RH by using a saturated potassium chloride solution, and illuminating for 12 h every day. Experiments show that the storage period of the Chinese little greens is more than 15 days, the quality and the nutrient content of the Chinese little greens are basically kept unchanged, the total number of bacterial colonies is kept below 2.00 log CFU/g, and the Chinese little greens has strong practicability and commercial value.
As can be seen from the above description of the specific embodiments of the present invention, the fresh-keeping method for fruit and vegetable food provided by the present invention has significant advantages compared with the prior art: the fresh-keeping time of the fruit and vegetable food is effectively prolonged, and the putrefaction of the fruit and vegetable food is reduced; the long-time fresh-keeping quality of the fruit and vegetable food is improved, and particularly compared with the traditional physical and chemical fresh-keeping technology, the illumination treatment has the advantages of wide sources, low cost, small volume, no need of participation of large-scale equipment and the like, and is more convenient and faster in daily operation.
