Abstract

一种生物芯片图像的分析方法包括:(S1)获取生物芯片图像并进行预处理以得到预处理图像;(S2)对预处理图像进行角度偏转校正以得到偏转校正图像;(S3)对偏转校正图像进行增强处理并根据增强处理后的图像对预处理图像中兴趣区域的阴阳性进行识别。此外,还公开了一种生物芯片图像的分析装置(100)、图像的分析方法、计算机设备(200)及存储介质。
