The following describes in detail a method for handling bullet screen problems provided by the embodiment of the present application with reference to fig. 2. The processing device for the bullet screen problem in the embodiment of the present application may be the service device shown in fig. 1.
Please refer to fig. 2, which is a flowchart illustrating a method for handling a bullet screen problem according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, the method of the embodiment of the present application may include the steps of:
s201, collecting a bullet screen problem set generated in a live broadcast room in a preset time period.
In the embodiment of the present application, the preset time period is a preset time interval, the length of the time interval may be set according to the actual requirement of the anchor user or the default setting of the service device, and the present application is not limited. The live broadcasting room can be periodically collected by the service equipment to generate a bullet screen problem set, and the collection period is the length of the preset time period. The service equipment can also respond to the acquisition instruction of the anchor user, acquire the bullet screen problem in the live broadcast room within a preset time period, and generate a bullet screen problem set. It should be noted that each bullet screen problem in the bullet screen problem set comes from different audience users, and if the same audience user sends a plurality of bullet screen problems with the same semantic meaning in the live broadcast room, the service device only collects one bullet screen problem of the audience user.
In the embodiment of the application, a main broadcast user can perform commodity live broadcast, game live broadcast or other types of live broadcast in a live broadcast room, a bullet screen message sent by audience users in the live broadcast room can be a bullet screen problem or a non-bullet screen problem, and a service device can identify whether the bullet screen message is the bullet screen problem based on methods such as semantic identification or character identification (whether the message includes.
Further, the bullet screen problem set of the embodiment is related to the commodity codes, the commodity codes represent the codes of the commodity types, different types of commodities have different codes, and commodities of the same type have the same code. When the anchor user explains a certain commodity, the service equipment collects the bullet screen question set associated with the commodity code of the commodity in a preset time period, and the purpose of specifically answering the question of each commodity is achieved.
S202, screening repeated problems in the bullet screen problem set, and counting the occurrence times of the repeated problems.
In the embodiment of the application, the barrage problems sent by different audience users in a live broadcast room may have the same semantic, two barrage messages with the same semantic may have difference in text content, the repetition problem is two or more barrage messages with the same meaning, and the service device screens out the repetition problem from a barrage problem set and counts the occurrence frequency of each repetition problem.
For example, referring to the schematic diagram of the live interface in fig. 3, there are currently displayed barrage messages "available coupons" sent by 3 different users in the live broadcast room? "," where the coupon is? "," can a coupon be used? "the above 3 bullet screen messages are all bullet screen problems, although the text contents are different, the semantics are the same, so it can be considered that the occurrence frequency of a bullet screen problem is 3.
In this embodiment of the present application, the service device may screen a repeat problem in the bullet screen problem set based on a text similarity algorithm, where the screening method is as follows: the method comprises the steps that a bullet screen problem set comprises m bullet screen problems, a bullet screen problem to be processed is taken out from the bullet screen problem set, m-1 bullet screen problems remain in the current bullet screen problem set after the bullet screen problem set is taken out, text similarity between the bullet screen problem to be processed and the remaining m-1 bullet screen problems is calculated to obtain m-1 calculation results, a settlement result larger than a similarity threshold value is determined from the m-1 settlement results, the number of the calculation results larger than the similarity threshold value is set to be k, k is an integer larger than or equal to 1, k bullet screen problems corresponding to the k calculation results are taken out from the current bullet screen problem set, the remaining m-1-k bullet screen problems in the current bullet screen problem set are taken out, then the number of repetition times of the bullet screen problem to be processed is counted to be k +1, and the number of the bullet screen problems in the current bullet screen problem set is stable and unchanged.
In the embodiment of the application, the service device may screen the repeated questions in the bullet screen question set based on a clustering algorithm, divide the bullet screen questions with the same semantics into a group based on the clustering algorithm, and screening groups with the number of elements in the groups larger than 1, and then counting the number of the elements of each screened group, wherein the number of the elements is the number of occurrences.
In the embodiment of the application, the service device can divide the bullet screen problems with the same semantics in the bullet screen problem set into one group based on a semantic recognition algorithm, count the number of elements in the group, and determine that the bullet screen problem corresponding to the group is a repeated problem when the number of elements is greater than 1.
S203, sorting the repeated questions in descending order according to the occurrence times, and determining the n questions in the front.
In the embodiment of the present application, n is an integer greater than 1, and a value of n may be set according to an actual requirement. The service equipment performs descending order arrangement on each repeated problem according to each occurrence frequency, the repeated problems with large occurrence frequency are arranged before the repeated problems with small occurrence frequency, and then n problems arranged in the front are determined; or the repeated questions are sorted in ascending order according to the occurrence times, and then the n questions ranked in the back are determined. It should be noted that when the number of the sorted repeated questions is less than n, all the repeated questions are regarded as the questions to be solved.
S204, configuring answers for the n questions, and generating a question answer library based on the n questions and the answers of the n questions.
In this embodiment of the present application, the method for the service device to configure answers for the n questions in S203 may be: the n questions are pushed to the anchor client side, the anchor client side inputs answers on the live broadcast interface based on the questions, and the service equipment configures the answers for the questions based on input information of an anchor user. Or the service equipment is pre-configured with a standard question-answer library, the standard question-answer library comprises a plurality of standard questions and corresponding standard answers, the service equipment queries the matched standard questions in the standard question-answer library aiming at the n questions, the answers corresponding to the queried standard questions are used as answers of the questions, and the efficiency of question answering can be improved compared with manual input answering.
And S205, pushing a question answer library to the audience client in the live broadcast room.
In the embodiment of the application, the service equipment pushes the question answer library to each audience client side in the live broadcast room, the question answer library is related to the commodity codes, different types of commodities have different question answer libraries, and therefore the audience users can conveniently find out the questions related to the commodities according to the questions.
In the embodiment of the application, an access control is arranged on a live broadcast interface of a spectator client side in a live broadcast room, the access control is a graphical control, when a spectator user performs a trigger operation on the access control through the spectator client side, the spectator client side sends an access instruction to a service device based on the trigger operation, and the service device responds to the access instruction and pushes a question answer library at the spectator client side.
For example, referring to the schematic diagram of the live broadcast interface shown in fig. 3, the audience client is a mobile terminal, an access control "go to the question bank" is arranged on the live broadcast interface of the mobile terminal, when the audience user performs a single-point touch operation on the access control through a touch screen, the service device pushes the question answer bank to the mobile terminal, and the mobile terminal displays the question answer bank on the main broadcast interface, so that the audience user can quickly query questions according to the question answer bank.
In one or more possible embodiments, the method further comprises: the service equipment receives a reference answer sent by a first audience user aiming at a first barrage problem; wherein, the first and the second end of the pipe are connected with each other, the first barrage question is sent by a second audience user in the live broadcast room; the service equipment sends the reference answer to the audience client of the second audience user; and receiving evaluation information of the second audience user aiming at the reference answer, and increasing the virtual asset value of the first audience user according to the evaluation information. For example the method comprises the following steps: the evaluation information is represented by evaluation grades, the evaluation grades are 5 grades in total, when the second spectator user does not evaluate the reference answer, the virtual asset value of the first spectator user is not increased. The higher the rating is, the greater the increased virtual asset value. The virtual asset value represents how much of the virtual assets of the audience user, the virtual assets can be represented by virtual coins, the audience user can use the virtual assets to purchase virtual goods or services, and the like. According to the method and the device, the audience users can answer the questions, and the enthusiasm of the audience users for answering the questions is improved through rewarding the virtual assets.
In one or more possible embodiments, the audience client may copy the second bullet screen problem to obtain a copy bullet screen problem with the same text content based on a copy instruction of the audience user for the second bullet screen problem displayed in the live broadcast room, and then send the copy bullet screen message using an account of the audience user, so that the audience user does not need to manually input a message, and the message sending efficiency is improved. The copy instruction is generated by the triggering operation of the second bullet screen problem by the audience user by using an input device, wherein the input device can be a keyboard, a touch screen or the like.
For example, referring to the schematic diagram of the live interface shown in fig. 4, a plurality of barrage questions are displayed on the live interface of the viewer client, and the "coupon available" of the viewer user is about the barrage question? "when executing single-touch operation on the screen," can use coupon? The problem of obtaining a copy barrage with the same content by copying is solved, and then the copy barrage problem is sent by an account number of a viewer user in a live broadcast room.
When the audience user executes the single-point touch operation on the question answering control, an input box is displayed, the audience user can input reference answers in the input box, the service equipment forwards the reference answers to the audience client side of the user 1 for evaluation, and the virtual asset value of the audience user is increased based on the evaluation information of the user 1.
Furthermore, a closing control is further arranged in the dialog box, and the audience client closes the current dialog box based on single-point touch operation on the closing control.
Further, in the embodiments of the present application, the method further comprises the following steps:
the question with the maximum occurrence frequency in the n questions and the corresponding answer and pushing the live broadcast to the audience client in the live broadcast room for displaying.
For example: referring to the live interface shown in fig. 3, the service device determines that the question with the largest occurrence number is "is this coupon for air conditioner available? ", the question is displayed on the viewer client in the live room, and the question also displays the character" TOP1", indicating that the question occurs the most often.
Implement the embodiment of this application, gather the barrage problem in the live broadcast room, arrange the barrage problem according to the number of times of appearing in descending order, the allocated quantity's of the barrage problem configuration answer that the number of times is the most will appear, then answer and barrage problem are correlated and are produced the question answer storehouse, audience's customer end propelling movement question answer storehouse in the live broadcast room, audience user can inquire required answer in the question answer storehouse, the more barrage problem of the number of times of appearing of this application pertinence carries out automatic answer and propelling movement, improve the efficiency that the main broadcast replied the question, can satisfy most audience user's questioning demand, increase the interactive average between audience user and the live broadcast user, also there is further promotion to the sales volume of trade company simultaneously.
