In this embodiment, the processing device of the interactive service may be a server, and the server may be a cluster server or an independent server.
Referring to fig. 4, the apparatus specifically includes the following structure: a resource determination module 410, a resource extraction module 420, an interaction score calculation module 430, and an anchor presentation module 440.
The resource determining module 410 is configured to determine a first resource that the audience user transmits to the anchor user in the interactive service.
A resource extraction module 420, configured to extract a second resource for the audience user according to the first resource, where the second resource is used to feed back the audience user to participate in the interactive service.

The processor 50, the memory 51, the input device 52 and the output device 53 of the interactive service processing apparatus may be connected by a bus or other means, and fig. 5 illustrates the connection by the bus as an example. The processing equipment of the interactive service can be a computer, a server and the like. In this embodiment, a processing device of an interactive service is taken as a server for detailed description, and the server may be an independent server or a cluster server.
The memory 51 is used as a computer-readable storage medium for storing software programs, computer-executable programs, and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the interactive service processing method according to any embodiment of the present invention (for example, the resource determining module 410, the resource extracting module 420, the interaction score calculating module 430, and the anchor display module 440 in the interactive service processing apparatus). The memory 51 may mainly include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created according to use of the device, and the like. Further, the memory 51 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid state storage device. In some examples, the memory 51 may further include memory located remotely from the processor 50, which may be connected to the device over a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
The input means 52 may be used to receive input numeric or character information and generate key signal inputs related to viewer user settings and function controls of the interactive service processing device, and may be a camera for acquiring images and a sound pickup device for acquiring audio data. The output device 53 may include an audio device such as a speaker. It should be noted that the specific composition of the input device 52 and the output device 53 can be set according to actual conditions.
The processor 50 executes various functional applications of the device and data processing by running software programs, instructions and modules stored in the memory 51, that is, implements the above-described interactive service processing method.

Claims (12)

1. A method for processing an interactive service, comprising:
determining a first resource sent by an audience user to a anchor user in an interactive service;
extracting a second resource for the audience user according to the first resource, wherein the second resource is used for feeding back the audience user to participate in the interactive service;
the extracting a second resource for the viewer user according to the first resource includes:
converting the first resource into a basic resource according to a set resource conversion mapping relation;
distributing the basic resources obtained by conversion to a preset resource pool according to a preset proportion;
when the extraction condition is met, extracting a preset number of basic resources from the resource pool;
converting the extracted basic resource into an equivalent second resource;
calculating the interaction score of the anchor user according to the first resource and the extracted second resource;
and sequencing at least one anchor user according to the interaction scores, and displaying the sequencing result.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the first resource sent by the viewer user to the anchor user comprises:
sending a service component to a live broadcast room where a designated anchor user is located, wherein the service component is used for initiating interactive service in the live broadcast room;
and receiving a first resource through the service component, wherein the first resource is a service resource which is sent to the anchor user by the audience users participating in the interactive service.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the resource pool comprises a first resource pool; the second resource comprises a first type of resource;
when the extraction condition is met, extracting a preset number of basic resources from the resource pool, including:
when the total amount of the basic resources in the first resource pool is determined to exceed a preset threshold value, determining that an extraction condition is met;
acquiring a first extraction probability associated with the first resource;
and extracting the basic resources equivalent to the first type of resources from the first resource pool according to the first extraction probability.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the resource pool comprises a second resource pool, the second resource comprising a second type of resource;
when the extraction condition is met, extracting a preset number of basic resources from the resource pool, including:
when the preset period is reached, determining that the extraction condition is met;
determining participation scores of the audience users based on first resources transmitted by the audience users in the preset period;
determining a second extraction probability for the audience user in dependence upon the engagement score; wherein the higher the participation score, the higher the second extraction probability;
and extracting the basic resources equivalent to the second type of resources from the second resource pool according to the second extraction probability.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein determining the participation score of the viewer user based on the first resource transmitted by the viewer user during the preset period comprises:
mapping a first resource sent by the audience user in the preset period as a basic score of the audience user;
determining a resource factor associated with the viewer user;
and taking the product of the basic score and the resource coefficient as the participation score of the audience user.
6. The method of any of claims 4-5, further comprising, after said determining the engagement score of the viewer user based on the first resource transmitted by the viewer user during the predetermined period:
acquiring a score weight value dynamically configured by the live broadcast platform according to the scale of the second resource pool;
and updating the participation scores of the audience users by taking the participation scores of the audience users as a base number and the score weights as indexes.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein said calculating an interaction score for the anchor user based on the first resource and the extracted second resource comprises:
taking the number of the basic resources converted from the first resources as a first interaction score;
taking the number of the basic resources converted from the second resources as a second interaction score;
and calculating the weighted sum of the first interaction score and the second interaction score according to a preset weight ratio to obtain the interaction score of the anchor user.
8. The method of claim 1, further comprising, after said extracting a second resource for said viewer user based on said first resource:
calculating an interaction score of the audience user according to the first resource and the second resource;
sequencing at least one audience user according to the interaction score of the audience user, and displaying a sequencing result, wherein the sequencing result of the audience user comprises: access entry information for the associated anchor user.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein after said ranking at least one viewer user according to said viewer user's interaction score and presenting the ranking results, comprising:
and responding to a target user selected from the sequencing results of the audience users, and sequencing and displaying the target user aiming at the anchor user of the first resource sent by at least one interactive service.
10. An interactive service processing apparatus, comprising:
the resource determining module is used for determining a first resource which is sent to the anchor user by the audience user in the interactive service;
the resource extraction module is used for extracting a second resource for the audience users according to the first resource, wherein the second resource is used for feeding back the audience users to participate in the interactive service;
the resource extraction module comprises:
the first resource conversion unit is used for converting the first resource into a basic resource according to a set resource conversion mapping relation;
the resource distribution unit is used for distributing the basic resources obtained by conversion to a preset resource pool according to a preset proportion;
the resource extraction unit is used for extracting a preset number of basic resources from the resource pool when the extraction condition is met;
the second resource conversion unit is used for converting the extracted basic resource into an equivalent second resource;
the interaction score calculation module is used for calculating the interaction score of the anchor user according to the first resource and the extracted second resource;
and the anchor display module is used for sequencing at least one anchor user according to the interaction scores and displaying the sequencing result.
11. An interactive service processing apparatus, comprising: a memory and one or more processors;
the memory for storing one or more programs;
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement a method of processing interactive services according to any of claims 1-9.
