However, unlike a picture or a text which can be browsed quickly, a user at a receiving end does not know the content of a voice message before playing the voice message, and if a plurality of voice messages are involved in a chat process, the user needs to spend a lot of time playing the voice messages one by one.

It should be noted that the special keywords may be displayed in different colors, so that the user can distinguish the special keywords from other keywords. In one or more embodiments of the present description, the method further includes: when the text information does not contain at least one preset keyword in the preset keywords, the server sends the voice message and the second tag to the mobile terminal so that the mobile terminal can display the voice message, wherein the second tag is used for indicating that the text information corresponding to the voice message does not contain the preset keyword in the keyword database, and the mobile terminal does not need to display the preset keyword.
Specifically, after comparing the text information of the voice message with a plurality of preset keywords in the keyword database, a tag Y may be marked on the voice message, so that the mobile terminal displays the voice message according to the tag.
In one embodiment of the present description, Y may be a Boolean value, including YES or No. YES may represent that the text information corresponding to the voice message hits a preset keyword in the keyword database, and the mobile terminal needs to display the hit preset keyword, that is, the first tag; the NO may represent that the text information corresponding to the voice message misses the preset keyword in the keyword database, and the mobile terminal does not need to display the hit preset keyword, that is, the second tag.

S810: the mobile terminal receives a voice message in a chat group.
S820: the mobile terminal sends the voice message to the server so that the server can acquire the text information corresponding to the voice message; acquiring group labels corresponding to the chat groups and acquiring a keyword database corresponding to the group labels; and comparing the text information with a plurality of preset keywords in the keyword database to determine whether the text information contains at least one preset keyword in the plurality of preset keywords.

In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the keyword database includes a keyword database of a medical field, and the preset keywords include at least one of a medical drug name, a medical drug manufacturer name, a disease category name, a medical treatment means name, and a hospital name.
The implementation process of each method step in the embodiments shown in fig. 7 to 8 is specifically described in detail in the implementation process of the corresponding method step in the embodiments shown in fig. 1 to 6, and is not described herein again.

In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the apparatus further includes a determining module 1040, configured to, before the server obtains the group tag corresponding to the chat group and obtains the keyword database corresponding to the group tag, the server determines the group tag according to the chat information and/or the group member tag in the chat group.
In one or more embodiments of the present specification, the determining module 1040 is configured to enable the server to output the group tag using the machine learning model by using the chat information as an input of the machine learning model.
In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the group member tag is determined according to a channel entrance of the group member joining the chat group.
In one or more embodiments of the present specification, the plurality of preset keywords include a special keyword, and the special keyword is configured with information of a skipped page, and the apparatus further includes a skip module 1050, configured to receive, by the server, a click request for a special keyword among at least one preset keyword sent by the mobile terminal; and the server sends the information of the jump page configured by the feature keywords to the mobile terminal so that the mobile terminal can display the jump page conveniently.
In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the sending module 1030 is configured to, when the text information includes at least one preset keyword from a plurality of preset keywords, send the voice message, the at least one preset keyword, and a first tag to the mobile terminal, so that the mobile terminal displays the voice message and the at least one preset keyword, where the first tag is used to indicate that the text information corresponding to the voice message includes the preset keyword in a keyword database, and the mobile terminal needs to display the preset keyword.
In one or more embodiments of the present specification, the sending module 1030 is further configured to, when the text message does not include at least one preset keyword in the multiple preset keywords, send the voice message and a second tag to the mobile terminal by the server, so that the mobile terminal displays the voice message, where the second tag is used to indicate that the text message corresponding to the voice message does not include the preset keyword in the keyword database, and the mobile terminal does not need to display the preset keyword.

the server acquires character information corresponding to the voice message;
the server compares the text information with a plurality of preset keywords in a keyword database to determine whether the text information contains at least one preset keyword in the preset keywords;
when the text message contains at least one preset keyword in the preset keywords, the server sends the voice message and the at least one preset keyword to the mobile terminal, so that the mobile terminal displays the voice message and the at least one preset keyword.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the server obtains text information corresponding to the voice message, and the method comprises:
the server acquires the text information corresponding to the voice message in the chat group;
before the server compares the text information with a plurality of preset keywords in a keyword database, the method further comprises:
and the server acquires the group label corresponding to the chat group and acquires the keyword database corresponding to the group label.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein before the server obtains the group tag corresponding to the chat group and obtains the keyword database corresponding to the group tag, the method further comprises:

and the server sends the information of the jump page configured by the feature keywords to the mobile terminal so that the mobile terminal can display the jump page conveniently.

The method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein when the text message contains at least one preset keyword of the preset keywords, the server sends the voice message and the at least one preset keyword to a mobile terminal, so that the mobile terminal displays the voice message and the at least one preset keyword, and the method comprises:
when the text information contains at least one preset keyword in the preset keywords, the server sends the voice message, the at least one preset keyword and the first tag to the mobile terminal, so that the mobile terminal displays the voice message and the at least one preset keyword, wherein the first tag is used for indicating that the text information corresponding to the voice message contains the preset keyword in the keyword database, and the mobile terminal needs to display the preset keyword.

The method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the keyword database comprises a keyword database of a medical field, and the plurality of preset keywords comprise at least one of a medical drug name, a medical drug manufacturer name, a disease category name, a medical treatment means name, and a hospital name.
9. A method for displaying a voice message, comprising:
the mobile terminal receives the voice message;
the mobile terminal sends the voice message to a server so that the server acquires character information corresponding to the voice message; comparing the text information with a plurality of preset keywords in a keyword database to determine whether the text information contains at least one preset keyword in the preset keywords;
and when the text message contains at least one preset keyword in the preset keywords, the mobile terminal receives and displays the voice message and the at least one preset keyword returned by the server.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the mobile terminal receives a voice message, comprising:
the mobile terminal receives voice messages in the chat group;
the mobile terminal sends the voice message to a server so that the server can acquire character information corresponding to the voice message; comparing the text information with a plurality of preset keywords in a keyword database to determine whether the text information contains at least one preset keyword in the plurality of preset keywords, including:
the mobile terminal sends the voice message to a server so that the server acquires character information corresponding to the voice message; acquiring a group label corresponding to the chat group and acquiring the keyword database corresponding to the group label; and comparing the text information with a plurality of preset keywords in the keyword database to determine whether the text information contains at least one preset keyword in the preset keywords.
11. The method according to claim 9 or 10, wherein the predetermined keywords include a special keyword configured with information of a jump page, the method further comprising:
the mobile terminal sends a click request aiming at the special keyword in the at least one preset keyword to the server so as to enable the server to return the information of the jump page configured by the characteristic keyword;
and the mobile terminal displays the jump page according to the information of the jump page.
12. A voice message display apparatus, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the text information corresponding to the voice message by the server;
the comparison module is used for comparing the text information with a plurality of preset keywords in a keyword database by the server so as to determine whether the text information contains at least one preset keyword in the preset keywords;
and the sending module is used for sending the voice message and the at least one preset keyword to the mobile terminal by the server when the text message contains the at least one preset keyword in the plurality of preset keywords, so that the mobile terminal displays the voice message and the at least one preset keyword.
