Detailed Description
In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the present disclosure may be more clearly understood, aspects of the present disclosure will be further described below. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present disclosure may be combined with each other without conflict.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present disclosure, but the present disclosure may be practiced in other ways than those described herein; it is to be understood that the embodiments disclosed in the specification are only a few embodiments of the present disclosure, and not all embodiments.
At present, in the related art, a preset regular expression is generally used for performing structured display on a notification short message, if the content and the structure of the short message can be matched with the preset regular expression, the text of the short message is structured according to a structured template corresponding to the regular expression, otherwise, if the content and the structure of the short message cannot be matched with the preset regular expression, the original information of the short message is directly displayed. For example, the following is an original message of a notification type short message:
"package threshold reminder" is 24 minutes as 20 years, 5 months, 9 days, 19 days, and the domestic long-market all-in-one conversation time contained in your package is used for 10 minutes and the rest is 30 minutes. The above contents are referred to, and the monthly bill is taken as the standard. If the reminder service needs to be unsubscribed, please send QXTCMX to 1 x 86. [ MOVEMENT ]. "
In the related art, after receiving the short message, a terminal device (for example, a device such as a mobile phone having a short message sending and receiving function) generally queries whether a channel number (for example, a short message channel beginning with 106, such as 1062, 1063, 1066) of the short message has a preset regular expression locally, and if so, and the content and structure of the short message are matched with the preset regular expression, performs structured display on the text of the short message according to a structured template corresponding to the regular expression, where a structured display interface is shown in fig. 1. Referring to fig. 1, although the related art can perform structured display on the notification-type short message, the display form is rather stiff and tedious, and is not suitable for the marketing-type and the promotion-and-renewal-type short messages. Moreover, the structuring mode is only suitable for short messages which are configured with regular expressions in advance, and the short messages which are not configured with the regular expressions in advance cannot be used, so that the structuring mode has strong limitation.
In view of the above drawbacks in the related art, the embodiments of the present disclosure provide a new short message processing scheme. The scheme abandons the traditional regular expression scheme, innovatively adopts a natural language processing algorithm (the algorithm can be exemplarily understood as an off-line algorithm carried on terminal equipment) to identify and extract the type and key information of the short message, and obtains rich media resources corresponding to the short message according to the identified type of the short message, thereby generating corresponding intelligent short message according to the rich media resources and the key information of the short message. The embodiment of the disclosure can generate the intelligent short message containing rich media resources according to the received short message, and display the content of the short message through the intelligent short message, so that the interestingness and attraction of the short message display can be improved, and the method and the device are suitable for marketing short messages and promotion and updating short messages which have requirements on the interestingness of the short message display. Moreover, the natural language processing method adopted by the embodiment of the disclosure is applicable to all short messages, and is not used only by short messages configured with regular expressions like the related technology, so that the embodiment of the disclosure breaks through the limitation of the related technology and has higher universality.
Aspects of embodiments of the present disclosure are described below in conjunction with exemplary embodiments.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for processing a short message according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where the method may be executed by a terminal device, and the terminal device may be specifically exemplified by a device with a short message transceiving function and an information processing capability, such as a mobile phone. As shown in fig. 2, the method provided by this embodiment includes the following steps:
step 201, acquiring a short message received by a terminal device.
Step 202, performing type identification processing and key information extraction processing on the short message to obtain the short message type of the short message and the key information of the short message.
And 203, acquiring the rich media resource matched with the short message type according to the short message type of the short message.
And step 204, generating an intelligent short message according to the acquired rich media resource and the key information of the short message.
For example, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a short message pushing system provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 3, the short message pushing system includes a resource configuration server 10 at a cloud end, a terminal device 11 at a user end, and a computer device 12 at a rich media resource configuration end (which may be understood as a main body having a short message pushing requirement, such as a merchant or an operator, for example, and will be referred to as a configuration end for convenience of description). The computer device 12 is configured to perform data interaction with the resource configuration server 10, send preset information configured by the configuration end to the resource configuration server 10 for storage, and push a short message to the terminal device 10, where the short message may be at least one of the following short messages: marketing short messages, notification short messages and promotion and update short messages. The preset information may include a rich media resource (e.g., at least one of a picture, an animation, an audio, and a video) that the configuration end configures for various types of short messages (e.g., marketing, notification, and update-promotion short messages) and can be used in a certain time period, that is, the preset information referred to in this embodiment may include a mapping relationship between a short message type and the rich media resource. The resource configuration server 10 is configured to store the preset information sent by the computer device 12 on a local storage device, and synchronize the preset information to the terminal device 11. The terminal device 11 is configured to receive the short message sent by the computer device 12, acquire the rich media resource configured for the short message by the configuration end from the preset information according to the short message type of the short message, and generate a corresponding intelligent short message according to the rich media resource and the key information of the short message.
Specifically, a Software Development Kit (SDK) may be assembled in the terminal device 11, and the terminal device 11 obtains preset information configured at the configuration end from the resource configuration server 10 in advance through the SDK. The method for the terminal device 11 to obtain the preset information at least includes the following steps:
in the first mode, the terminal device 11 periodically sends an acquisition request to the resource configuration server 10 through the SDK, and the resource configuration server 10 sends the locally stored preset information to the terminal device 11 according to the acquisition request.
In the second way, the resource configuration server 10 periodically pushes all preset information configured by the configuration end to the terminal device 11, and the terminal device 11 receives and stores the preset information pushed by the resource configuration server 10 through the SDK.
In a third mode, after receiving the latest preset information sent by the computer device 12, the resource configuration server 10 sends the latest preset information to the terminal device 11 in the form of an update patch, and the terminal device 11 obtains and stores the latest preset information from the update patch based on the SDK.
After receiving the short message sent by the computer device 12, the terminal device 11 performs type recognition processing and key information extraction processing on the short message by using a preset natural language processing algorithm or model. When the type and the key information of the short message are identified and extracted based on the natural language processing model, the execution modes at least comprise the following steps:
in one implementation, a natural language processing model may be trained in advance, so that the model includes at least two parts, one of which is used to identify the type of the short message, and the other is used to extract corresponding key information based on the identified type of the short message. After receiving the short message pushed by the computer device 12, the terminal device 11 calls a natural language processing model through the SDK, and outputs the received short message as an input of the model, so as to obtain a type and key information of the short message.
In another implementation manner, two natural language processing models may also be trained, wherein one natural language processing model (hereinafter referred to as a first model) is used for identifying the type of the short message, and the other natural language processing model (hereinafter referred to as a second model) is used for extracting the key information of the short message. The terminal device 11 calls the first model and the second model through the SDK after receiving the short message pushed by the computer device 12, inputs the short message into the first model and the second model respectively, obtains the type of the short message through the output of the first model, and obtains the key information of the short message through the output of the second model. Or in another case, the input of the first model may still be a short message received by the terminal device 11, but the input of the second model becomes a short message received by the terminal device 11 and a short message type output by the first model, in which case the second model is trained to extract key information associated with the short message type. For example, the short message for marketing class may extract information such as a short message header, a text, a signature, and a link from the short message as key information. Of course, the description is only an example and is not the only limitation of the present disclosure, and actually, the association relationship between the type of the short message and the key information of the short message may be set as required, and the association relationship may be mapped onto the model through a model training method, so that the model has the corresponding key information extraction capability.
In one example, in order to improve the information security, after the key information of the short message is acquired, the link in the key information may be compared with a preset link blacklist, and when the link is in the blacklist, the link is deleted from the key information, so that the user is prevented from entering an unsafe webpage, and the data security of the user is ensured.
Further, after obtaining the short message type and the key information of the short message, the terminal device 11 queries locally stored preset information through the SDK, searches for the rich media resource configured for the short message by the configuration end from the preset information according to the channel number, link, short message signature or other information that can be corresponding to the configuration end that sends the short message, and then adds the key information of the short message and the rich media resource that is found to the corresponding position of the preset template to generate a corresponding intelligent short message. For example, fig. 4A is a schematic diagram of a marketing short message provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, and fig. 4B is a schematic diagram of an intelligent short message obtained based on fig. 4A. As shown in fig. 4A, the ". about. squirrel" in the figure is a short message signature, and is used to represent a brand name, and in other embodiments, the short message signature may also be used to represent a merchant name, a shop name, an operator name, and the like. "c.tb.cn/c.KOz8" is a short link to the merchant store. The section between ". x. squirrel" and "c.tb. cn/c.koz8" is the marketing content. After the short message of fig. 4A is input into the preset natural language processing model, the type of the short message output by the model is a marketing type, and exemplary key information output by the model may include three parts, which are respectively: and extracting the content title, the content body and the link from the marketing content. Assuming that the rich media resources configured for the marketing short message by the configuration end of the brand ". x. squirrel" are the marketing graph in fig. 4B, the extracted key information and the marketing graph are typeset according to a preset template, and the intelligent short message shown in fig. 4B can be obtained. Wherein, the "immediate preemptive" button in fig. 4B is associated with the short link "c.tb.cn/c.koz8", when the user clicks the "immediate preemptive" button, the terminal device 11 automatically executes the short link "c.tb.cn/c.koz8" to obtain the original link corresponding to the short link, and obtains the deep link of the "squirrel" in the APP by splicing the original link of the short link and the prefix of the link of the Application program (APP) to which the short link points, so that the page of the "squirrel" shop can be directly opened in the APP through the deep link. That is to say, in this embodiment, the Link in the original short message may be associated with a preset region (for example, a preset button or a region where the rich media resource is located) in the intelligent short message, when the user performs a click operation in the preset region, the short Link associated with the preset region is executed by default to obtain an original Link corresponding to the short Link, then a Deep Link (Deep Link) of the third-party application interface is generated according to the original Link, and the third-party application interface is directly opened based on the Deep Link.
For example, fig. 5A is a schematic flowchart of a method for opening a third party APP through a short message link provided by the related art, and fig. 5B is a schematic flowchart of a method for opening a third party APP through a short message link provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 5A and fig. 5B, the related art needs to open an H5 page corresponding to a browser according to a link in a short message, remind a user whether to allow opening an application program of the third party in an H5 page, and open an APP of the third party only after the user clicks an "allow" button in an H5 page, where the whole opening process is complicated and complicated in operation, and in the method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, by associating a short link in a short message with an area where a rich media resource is located in an intelligent short message or a preset button, not only short links can be hidden, and the simplicity of an intelligent short message display interface is improved, the method can also be used for directly analyzing and obtaining the original Link of the short Link when the user clicks the area, and generating the corresponding Deep Link according to the original Link, so that the third-party APP can be directly opened according to the Deep Link without being transferred through a browser, and compared with the related technology, the method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure is simpler to operate and better in user experience. Of course, the above is only an example of an application interface opening manner, but not all manners, and actually, in other embodiments, a deep link corresponding to a short link may also be configured in advance in preset information, and when the short link is executed, the deep link corresponding to the short link may be directly obtained from the preset information, so that a corresponding application interface is directly opened according to the deep link.
In this embodiment, a natural language processing method is innovatively used for identifying and extracting the type and the key information of the short message, and the rich media resource corresponding to the short message is acquired according to the identified type of the short message, so that the corresponding intelligent short message is generated according to the acquired rich media resource and the key information. According to the embodiment, the corresponding rich media resources can be added into the structured information of the short message according to the type of the short message, so that the interest and attraction of the short message display can be improved, and the method is suitable for marketing short messages and promotion and update short messages. Moreover, the natural language processing method adopted by the embodiment is applicable to all short messages, and is not only applicable to short messages configured with regular expressions like the related art, so that the scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure breaks through the limitation of the related art and has higher universality.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating a method for acquiring a rich media resource according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. In the embodiment shown in fig. 6, the short message received by the terminal device includes a short message signature. As shown in fig. 6, the method includes:
step 601, obtaining configuration information corresponding to the short message signature from preset information obtained in advance, wherein the preset information comprises a mapping relation between the short message signature and the configuration information.
Step 602, according to the short message type of the short message, searching for a rich media resource matched with the short message type from configuration information, wherein the configuration information includes a mapping relationship between the short message type and the rich media resource.
Referring to fig. 3, the preset information pushed by the resource configuration server 10 to the terminal device 11 may include a short message signature list and configuration information corresponding to each short message signature in the short message signature list. The short message signature list comprises the short message signatures of the configuration end which have signed the contract and submitted the preset information. The configuration information corresponding to each short message signature may include one or more short message types, and each short message type may correspond to one or more rich media resources. The configuration end can configure a universal resource when configuring the rich media resource for a certain type of short message, the universal resource can be used by all short messages in the type, and meanwhile, the configuration end can also set different rich media resources for different short messages, so that different short messages use different rich media resources, thereby realizing the differentiation of the short messages and improving the user experience.
For example, in this embodiment, the corresponding relationship between different short messages and the rich media resource may be exemplarily expressed in the configuration information as a mapping relationship between a short message identifier and the rich media resource, where the short message identifier may be at least one of the following: the short message label, the hash value of the short message label, the link in the short message, the hash value of the link in the short message and the hash value calculated based on all the contents of the short message.
Taking the hash value of the short message label as an example, fig. 7A is a schematic diagram of a white list provided in the present disclosure, fig. 7B is a schematic diagram of a mapping relationship between a short message type and a rich media resource provided in the present disclosure, fig. 7C is a schematic diagram of a mapping relationship between a short message identifier and a rich media resource provided in the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 7A-7C, when the terminal device 11 receives a short message pushed by the computer device 12, first extract a short message signature L from the short message, and determine whether the short message signature L is in the white list shown in fig. 7A, assuming that the short message signature L is consistent with the signature 2 in the white list, extract configuration information corresponding to the short message signature L from locally stored preset information according to the short message signature, and input the short message into a preset natural language processing model to obtain a short message type M and key information of the short message, and searching and obtaining the mapping relation between the short message type M and the rich media resource from the configuration information according to the short message type M, wherein the mapping relation between the short message type M and the rich media resource is shown in FIG. 7B, and at this time, a plurality of rich media resources can be searched. And then calculating a hash value H corresponding to the short message signature L through a preset algorithm, taking the hash value H of the short message signature as an identifier of the short message, and finding out a rich media resource corresponding to the identifier from a plurality of rich media resources according to the identifier of the short message, wherein the rich media resource is the rich media resource configured for the short message by the configuration end. It is to be understood that this is by way of illustration and not by way of limitation.
According to the embodiment, different rich media resources are configured for different short messages of the same type, so that different short messages can be displayed in a differentiated mode, and the visual experience of a user is improved. On the basis, by establishing the mapping relation between the short message identification and the corresponding rich media topic resource, the acquisition efficiency and accuracy of the rich media resource can be improved, and the generation speed of the intelligent short message is accelerated.
Fig. 8 is a flowchart illustrating a method for acquiring a rich media resource according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. In the embodiment of fig. 8, the short message received by the terminal device may not include the short message signature. As shown in fig. 8, the method includes the steps of:
step 801, searching and obtaining a plurality of rich media resources corresponding to the short message type of the short message from preset information obtained in advance, wherein the preset information includes a mapping relation between the short message type and the rich media resources.
And 802, calculating to obtain the identification of the short message based on a preset algorithm.
And 803, obtaining the rich media resource corresponding to the identifier of the short message from the plurality of rich media resources obtained by searching.
For example, in this embodiment, rich media resources configured for the same type of short messages by different configuration ends may be exemplarily stored in the same storage area. After the short message type of the short message is identified, all rich media resources corresponding to the short message type can be searched and obtained from the storage area corresponding to the short message type, and then the rich media resource corresponding to the short message identifier can be determined from the rich media resources according to the short message identifier obtained through calculation.
