The embodiment of the application provides a method and a device for processing a group chat voice message, an electronic device and a computer readable storage medium, which are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart of a group chat voice message processing method provided by some embodiments of the present application is shown, and the method is applied to a server or a related electronic device of an application client such as instant messaging, for example, WeChat, QQ, and the like. As shown in the figure, the processing method of the group chat voice message may include the following steps S101 to S104:
step S101: and receiving group chat voice information sent by the first user in a target group of the target application.
In this embodiment, the group chat voice information, that is, the information input by the user through the voice in the group chat interface of the instant messaging application, may be sent or to be sent. For example, the user inputs group chat voice information through voice at a group chat interface of a certain chat group of the chat application installed on the mobile terminal.
For example, the application environment of the embodiment includes: the instant messaging application client C, the instant messaging application server S, the instant messaging users U1, U2, U3 and … Un, wherein the users belong to the same chat group G in the instant messaging application, and the clients of the users are respectively C1, C2, C3 and … Cn. At this time, the user U1 sends a piece of voice information to the chat group G in the client C1, and it is the server S that first receives the voice information, and the server S receives the group chat voice information sent by the user U1, and then performs further processing.
Step S102: and segmenting the group chat voice information to obtain a plurality of segmented voice paragraphs.
In this embodiment, after receiving the group chat voice message sent by the user U1, the service end S further detects a duration and/or a data size of the group chat voice message, and if the group chat voice message is very long, the service end S may include messages related to a plurality of users. In this case, the group chat voice information may be divided into a plurality of short voice paragraphs by a long voice, and the contents of the voice paragraphs may be analyzed after the division, so as to identify the user associated with each voice paragraph. For example, the segmentation result of the group chat speech information M is [ M1, M2, M3 … … Mn ], and Mn represents a speech segment.
Therefore, according to some embodiments of the present application, step S102 may be specifically implemented as:
detecting whether the duration and/or the data size of the group chat voice information are larger than corresponding preset thresholds or not;
and when the duration and/or the data size of the group chat voice information are larger than the corresponding preset threshold values, segmenting the group chat voice information.
Specifically, whether the duration of the group chat voice information is greater than a preset duration threshold (for example, 30 seconds) or not may be detected, whether the data size of the group chat voice information is greater than a preset data size threshold (for example, 20Kb) or not may be detected, whether both the duration and the data size of the group chat voice information are greater than the preset threshold may be detected, and when the detection result is greater than the corresponding preset threshold, the group chat voice information may be segmented based on the tone recognition model. The tone recognition model is obtained by training a neural network based on some corpus samples marked with pause points. And when the corpus sample is selected, selecting the historical group chat voice information in the group of the target application preferably, wherein the duration and/or the data size of the historical group chat voice information are larger than the corresponding preset threshold values, and marking the pause point.
Step S103: a second user is determined that matches at least one of the plurality of speech paragraphs, the second user being in a target group of the target application.
In this embodiment, for each speech segment, in the target group, it is determined whether there is a user associated with the speech segment. A speech passage may correspond to one or more associated users, and a user may also correspond to one or more speech passages.
Specifically, the second user matching at least one of the plurality of speech paragraphs may be determined according to whether the content of the speech paragraph is related to user information of a certain user. That is, the segmentation result [ M1, M2, M3 … … Mn ] of the group chat voice information M is associated with the user [ U1, U2, U3, … Un ], and after the association, the user identifier of the user Un can be embedded into the message prefix of Mn.
According to some embodiments of the present application, step S103 may be specifically implemented as:
acquiring user information of each user in a target chat group;
and determining a second user with at least one voice section in the plurality of voice sections matched in the target chat group according to the user information of each user.
The user information may specifically include a user identifier, user personal information, and a history chat record of the user in the target chat group.
As shown in fig. 2, the step of determining, according to the user information of each user, a second user having at least one of the plurality of speech paragraphs matched in the target chat group further includes the following steps:
step S201: and establishing a user information database according to the user information of each user.
Specifically, the target chat group includes more than two users. The user identification may be a unique identification of the user, and a user account (e.g., a micro signal) may be used as the index ID. The user personal information may specifically include a user nickname (e.g., a WeChat nickname), a user group chat nickname (a nickname of the user in the current chat group), and/or a user real name.
For example, the server S stores all message contexts (i.e. all chat records) in the target chat group in a summary manner, and indexes the message contexts according to the user identifiers, so as to form the following index database D1:
{ user history chat message: user identification }
The server S collects and stores the user personal information of all users in the target chat group, and indexes the user personal information according to the user identifier to form an index database D2 as follows: { user personal information: user identification }. The index databases D1 and D2 constitute a user information database.
Step S202: and performing voice recognition on the voice sections to convert the voice sections into corresponding text information.
Specifically, all speech paragraphs can be converted into text information by a text recognition model.
Step S203: and carrying out semantic analysis on the character information to obtain a semantic analysis result.
Step S204: and performing relevance retrieval in the user information database according to the obtained semantic analysis result.
Step S205: and determining the user corresponding to the retrieved user information associated with the semantic analysis result as the second user.
Specifically, the semantic analysis result may include information such as a user name and chat summary content, so that the user information database may be searched in association with the information. For example, a speech segment is speech-recognized and converted into text information "floret, the next week, and me go to Shanghai and go on business, may not? And performing semantic analysis on the converted character information, extracting that character information possibly with names in the character information is small flowers, searching user information matched with the small flowers in a user information database according to the small flowers, for example, whether a nick of a user is called the small flowers or not, whether a real name of the user is the small flowers or not, and if the user information matched with the small flowers is found, determining a user corresponding to the matched user information as a second user related to the current voice paragraph.
Step S104: and sending prompt information of the voice paragraph matched with the second user to the second user.
In this embodiment, after the server matches the association between the voice passage and the relevant user, the server sends the prompt information of the voice passage to the client of the relevant user to prompt the relevant user.
Compared with the prior art, the group chat voice message processing method provided by the embodiment of the application receives the group chat voice message sent by the first user in the target group of the target application; segmenting the group chat voice information to obtain a plurality of segmented voice paragraphs; determining a second user matching at least one of the plurality of speech paragraphs, the second user being in a target group of the target application; and sending prompt information of the voice paragraph matched with the second user to the second user. In the scheme, the group chat voice information is divided into the plurality of voice paragraphs, the related users are matched with the voice paragraphs, and the related users are prompted, so that the users can quickly know whether the group chat voice information is related to the users, the users can listen only when the group chat voice information is related to the users, the users can not listen when the group chat voice information is not related to the users, the users can know whether the group chat voice information is related to the users or not after the users listen to the voice information completely, and compared with the prior art, the time and the energy of the users can be saved, and the user experience is improved.
In the above embodiment, the prompt information of the voice paragraph is not only sent to the client of the relevant user, but also the group chat voice information is sent to the client of the relevant user in an associated manner, where the sending manner may be at least any one of the following:
sending group chat voice information of the first user to a second user;
sending a plurality of voice paragraphs obtained by segmenting group chat voice information of the first user to a second user;
and sending a voice paragraph matched with the second user to the second user, wherein the voice paragraph is one or more of the plurality of voice paragraphs.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the prompt information of the voice paragraph matched with the second user and the group chat voice information of the first user are sent to the second user, and the whole group chat voice information is actually sent to each user in the target chat group, and the prompt information of the voice paragraph is displayed in the client chat interface of the second user. For example, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a chat interface for a relevant user prompting a voice passage in the chat interface, according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, in the chat interface of the target chat group, "the voice message may be related to you, and the related content summary: XXXXXXX ", prompt message.
In the embodiment, for the group chat voice message sent by the first user, through the prompt message, the second user can quickly know whether the second user is related to the second user during the group chat, and can listen only when the second user is related to the second user, and the second user can not listen when the second user is not related to the first user, and can know whether the second user is related to the second user or not after the second user completely listens to the group chat voice message.
In another embodiment, the voice paragraphs and prompt information thereof matched with the second user are sent to the second user, and only one or more voice paragraphs in the group chat voice information are sent to the related second user in the target chat group, and the prompt information of the voice paragraphs is displayed in the client chat interface of the second user. For example, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a chat interface for a relevant user prompting a voice passage in the chat interface, according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, two related voice paragraphs obtained by dividing the group chat voice message of the first user and "the voice message may be related to you" and a content summary are displayed in the chat interface of the target chat group of the second user: XXXXXXX ", prompt message.
In the embodiment, for the group chat voice information sent by the first user, by segmenting the voice paragraph and the prompt message, the second user can directly obtain the part related to the second user during the group chat without listening to the whole voice.
In another embodiment, the plurality of voice paragraphs obtained by segmenting the group chat voice information are sent to the target chat group, and actually the plurality of voice paragraphs are sent to each user in the target chat group, and each user can receive the same plurality of voice paragraphs in a client chat interface of the instant messaging application. In a specific embodiment, when the server sends a plurality of voice paragraphs to the target chat group, the client of the second user prompts the voice paragraph matched with the second user in a preset prompting manner in a chat interface (a chat interface of the client) of the target chat group, that is, in the client of the user, only the voice paragraph related to the user is prompted. For example, fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a chat interface for a relevant user prompting a voice passage in the chat interface, according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, "the voice message may be related to you, and a content summary: XXXXXXX ", prompt message.
The other users in the chat group can also know that the user related to the first group chat voice information is the second user.
In another embodiment, when multiple voice paragraphs are sent to the target chat group, the associated user of each voice paragraph is prompted in the chat interface of the target chat group. That is, the relevant users of all speech passages can be prompted in the chat interface of each user of the target chat group, so that the users in the chat group can know the relevant users of all speech passages, i.e., which speech passage is relevant to which user. For example, FIG. 6 is a diagram of another chat interface for a relevant user prompting a voice passage in the chat interface, according to an embodiment of the invention. As shown in FIG. 6, "@ Xiaohua-M1 is displayed in the chat interface of the target chat group; @ tensor-M2; @ Xiaowang-M3; … … @ Xiaoli-Mn ". Of course, for a speech passage that does not match to the relevant user, only a summary of its content may be displayed.
In the embodiment, for the group chat voice information sent by the first user, by segmenting the voice paragraphs and the prompt message, the users in the chat group can know the related users of all the voice paragraphs, so that the communication between the group chat users is facilitated.
Corresponding to the server, the embodiment of the present application further provides another method for processing a group chat voice message, where the method is applied to an instant messaging application client of a second user, and the instant messaging application is, for example, WeChat, QQ, or the like. As shown in the figure, the method for processing the group chat voice message may include the following steps:
