The method comprises the steps that a marketing management system distributes a bar code for each measured material, a main control cabinet obtains measured material information through the bar code, the measured material is sent to a corresponding classified function turnover cabinet to be stored according to the measured material information, therefore, the measured materials such as an electric energy meter or a mutual inductor are stored in a centralized and classified mode, the measured materials such as the electric energy meter or the mutual inductor are provided 24 hours under the condition that asset management personnel do not need to be present, systematic distribution and recovery of the measured materials are achieved, the efficiency of rush-repair operation at night and in holidays is improved, in addition, the sequence and cabinet positions of the input materials and the output materials are controlled through a preset program, and the accuracy and the timeliness of the measured material storage information are ensured because data of each function turnover cabinet need to be in butt joint with the marketing system.

Claims (8)

1. A metering turnover cabinet management system is characterized by comprising a main control cabinet, a plurality of functional turnover cabinets and a marketing management system, wherein an industrial personal computer of the main control cabinet is in communication connection with a turnover cabinet interface server of the marketing management system; each function turnover cabinet is connected to an industrial personal computer of the main control cabinet through a lock control plate; each function turnover cabinet is responsible for storing one type of metering materials;
the marketing management system acquires the storage state of each function turnover cabinet in real time through a turnover cabinet interface server; after receiving the information of the measured materials uploaded by the operating personnel, generating a corresponding bar code for each measured material;
the industrial personal computer comprises a human body identification module, a bar code reading module and an RFID reading module; the human body identification module is used for checking whether an operator who accesses the measured materials is legal or not; the bar code reading module is used for reading the information of the measured materials from the bar codes on the measured materials; the RFID reading module allocates a storage box position for the corresponding measured goods in the corresponding classified function transfer cabinet according to the information of the measured goods and materials, and writes the position information of the storage box position into the RFID label of the measured goods and materials;
each function turnover cabinet comprises a lock control plate, a plurality of cabinet door electric control locks, a plurality of storage box positions and a plurality of bin position sensors; each bin sensor is respectively positioned at the central position of the bottom of one storage box position and used for detecting whether storage related equipment exists in the storage box position or not and feeding back a box position signal related to a storage state to the industrial personal computer through the lock control plate; and the lock control plate is used for reading the RFID label and opening the electric control lock of the cabinet door for the measured materials.
2. The metering turnaround cabinet management system of claim 1, wherein the lock control panel comprises a plurality of classes of registers, each class of registers storing operating condition information for a class of peripherals.
3. The metering turnover cabinet management system of claim 2, wherein the plurality of registers include an unlock control register, a storage level indicator light control register, a storage level illumination light control register, a storage level door status register, a storage level material status register, a temperature register, a humidity register, and an external illumination light control register.
4. The metering turnaround cabinet management system of claim 1, wherein one or more storage slots in each functional turnaround cabinet are flexible storage slots for storing other types of metering materials.
5. The metered epicyclic cabinet management system of claim 1 wherein said plurality of functional epicyclic cabinets comprises a single phase meter cabinet, a three phase meter cabinet and a turnaround cabinet.
6. The metering turnaround cabinet management system of claim 1, wherein the master control cabinet further comprises a touch screen, and the touch screen is connected to the industrial personal computer.
7. The metering turnover cabinet management method is applied to the metering turnover cabinet system according to any one of claims 1 to 6, and the specific flow of the metering turnover cabinet system in storing the metering materials is as follows:
receiving personnel information input by related operators through a human body identification module, and identifying a warehousing task after the personnel information is verified to be legal;
reading the information of the measured materials from the bar codes on the measured materials, distributing a storage box position for the corresponding measured materials in a corresponding classified function turnover cabinet according to the information of the measured materials, and writing the position information of the storage box position into the RFID label of the measured materials;
the measured materials are transmitted to corresponding function turnover cabinets, and after the RFID tags are stored and read by the function turnover cabinets, corresponding cabinet door electric control locks are opened for the measured materials and the measured materials are placed in storage box positions;
and feeding back a box position signal related to the storage state to the industrial personal computer corresponding to the storage box position.
8. The metering turnover cabinet management method is applied to the metering turnover cabinet system as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, and the specific flow of the metering turnover cabinet system when metering materials are taken is as follows:
receiving personnel information input by related operators through a human body identification module, and identifying the ex-warehouse task after the personnel information is verified to be legal;
the corresponding function turnover cabinet is stored as a corresponding cabinet door electric control lock for opening the measured materials, and the measured materials are popped out from the storage box position and are transmitted to the main control cabinet;
after the master control cabinet reads the RFID tag, judging that the measured materials are legal, and delivering the measured materials out of the warehouse;
and feeding back a box position signal related to the storage state to the industrial personal computer corresponding to the storage box position.
