Claims (13)

1. A queuing method for a banking outlet, comprising:
receiving a banking business handling reservation request uploaded by a user through a 5G message; the reservation request for banking business handling comprises: the network node identification of the bank network node reserved by the user, the user identification of the user and the predicted arrival time information;
determining a time range for acquiring the user position information according to the estimated arrival time information;
sending an authorization request for acquiring user position information to a user by using a 5G message;
receiving the following information sent by the user: after the authorized 5G message is agreed, first position information of the user is obtained within a time range according to the user identification;
determining second position information of the bank outlets according to the outlet identifications;
when the distance between the user and the bank outlet is determined to be smaller than a preset distance threshold value according to the first position information and the second position information, a queuing number is generated for the user;
generating queuing information of the user according to the queuing number, and sending the queuing information to the user by using a 5G message; wherein, the queuing information at least comprises a queuing number and an expected waiting time.
2. A queuing method for a banking outlet as claimed in claim 1 wherein the determining of the time range for obtaining the user location information based on the estimated time of arrival information comprises:
and determining the time range for acquiring the user position information according to the estimated arrival time information and the error estimation value.
3. A queuing method for a banking outlet as claimed in claim 1, wherein the obtaining of the first location information of the user within the time frame based on the user identification comprises:
and acquiring first position information of the user once every preset time within a time range according to the user identification.

A queuing method for a banking outlet as claimed in claim 3 wherein generating a queuing number for the user upon determining from the first location information, the second location information that the distance between the user and the banking outlet is less than the preset distance threshold comprises:
and when the distance between the user and the bank outlet is determined to be smaller than a preset distance threshold value according to the first position information and the second position information for the continuous preset times, generating a queuing number for the user.
5. A queuing method for a banking outlet as claimed in claim 1 wherein the queuing information further comprises: a link for submitting a cancel queuing request;
generating queuing information of the user according to the queuing number, and after the queuing information is sent to the user by using a 5G message, the method also comprises the following steps:
and when a queue canceling request submitted by the user through the link is received, deleting the queuing number of the user from the queuing queue.
6. A queuing apparatus for a banking outlet, comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving a banking business handling reservation request uploaded by a user through a 5G message; the reservation request for banking business handling comprises: the website identification of the bank website reserved by the user, the user identification of the user and the predicted arrival time information;
the time range determining module is used for determining the time range for acquiring the user position information according to the predicted arrival time information;
the sending module is used for sending an authorization request for obtaining the user position information to the user by using the 5G message;
the first processing module is used for receiving the following information sent by a user: after the authorized 5G message is agreed, first position information of the user is obtained within a time range according to the user identification;
the second processing module is used for determining second position information of the bank outlets according to the outlet identifications;
the queuing number generation module is used for generating a queuing number for the user when the distance between the user and the bank outlet is determined to be smaller than a preset distance threshold according to the first position information and the second position information;
the third processing module is used for generating queuing information of the user according to the queuing number and sending the queuing information to the user by using a 5G message; wherein, the queuing information at least comprises a queuing number and an expected waiting time.
7. A queuing device at a banking outlet as claimed in claim 6 wherein the time range determination module is particularly adapted for use with a banking outlet
And determining the time range for acquiring the user position information according to the estimated arrival time information and the error estimation value.
8. The queuing device of a banking outlet of claim 6, wherein the first processing module is specifically configured to obtain the first location information of the user once every preset duration within the time range according to the user identifier.

The queuing apparatus of a banking outlet of claim 8, wherein the queuing number generating module is specifically configured to generate the queuing number for the user when it is determined that a distance between the user and the banking outlet is smaller than a preset distance threshold value according to the first location information and the second location information for a preset number of consecutive times.
10. A queuing apparatus for a banking outlet as claimed in claim 6 wherein the queuing information further comprises: a link for submitting a cancel queuing request;
the queuing apparatus further comprises: and the fourth processing module is used for deleting the queuing number of the user from the queuing queue when receiving a queuing canceling request submitted by the user through the link.
11. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the method of any of claims 1 to 5 when executing the computer program.
