Description
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of data processing technology, which is specially adapted for administrative, business, financial, management, supervision, or forecasting purposes in the new generation of information technology industry, and in particular, to a data processing method and related apparatus.
Background
Cross-border e-commerce has become a bright spot and an important driving force for the growth of foreign trade in China, and a cross-border e-commerce platform mainly provides two types of data on the aspect of store operation: 1. statistical data, which is generally sales data in a certain time interval, can be obtained by a local management server; 2. detail data, namely data of each order, is generally provided by a cross-border e-commerce platform on a fixed settlement day and can be completely acquired in a long period. The local management server calculates the operation profit and the employee bonus according to the data in the target period and the current exchange rate. However, when the actual data provided by the cross-border e-commerce platform is acquired after a long period of time, the order data and exchange rate corresponding to the same period of time may fluctuate, and finally, the problem of inconsistency of calculating profit data of the same period of time at different times may occur.
Therefore, a data processing method is needed to solve the above problems.

The embodiment of the application provides a data processing method and a related device, and the target data, a first profit report and an employee performance report of each shop in a target period can be independently stored after the first profit report and the employee performance report of each shop in the target period are calculated according to a first exchange rate of the target period through target data acquired by a local management server from an e-commerce platform server; and receiving actual data sent by the E-commerce platform server on the settlement day, obtaining a second profit report corresponding to the actual data of the target period according to a second exchange rate of the settlement day, and determining corresponding processing measures according to the error data determined by the calculation result and the business profit difference. In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a data processing method, which is applied to an enterprise resource management system, where the enterprise resource management system includes a local management server, and the local management server is in communication connection with an e-commerce platform server, and the method includes:
acquiring target data of at least one shop in a target period from the e-commerce platform server, wherein the target data comprises site information and business data, and the site information is used for indicating the business country of each shop in the at least one shop;
determining first exchange rate information of the business country corresponding to each shop in the target period according to the site information;
according to the first exchange rate information and the business data, calculating the business profit and the staff performance of each shop in the target period, and respectively obtaining a first profit report and a staff performance report, wherein the first profit report comprises the business profit corresponding to each shop in at least one shop, and the staff performance report comprises the staff performance corresponding to each shop;
storing the target data, the first profit report and the employee performance report into a database of the local management server;
receiving actual data of the at least one store sent by the E-commerce platform server on a settlement day, wherein the actual data comprises actual data corresponding to each store in the at least one store in the target period;
determining second exchange rate information of the business country corresponding to each shop on the settlement day according to the site information;
calculating the actual operating profit of each shop in the target period according to the second exchange rate information and the actual data of the at least one shop laid in the target period to obtain a second profit report;
and determining the business profit difference of each shop according to the first profit report and the second profit report, and determining a difference processing scheme according to the business profit difference.
In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a data processing apparatus, which is applied to an enterprise resource management system, where the enterprise resource management system includes a local management server, and the local management server is in communication connection with an e-commerce platform server; the device comprises an acquisition unit, a determination unit, a calculation unit, a storage unit, a receiving unit and a processing unit:
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring target data of at least one shop in a target period from the E-commerce platform server, wherein the target data comprises site information which is used for indicating the business country of each shop in the at least one shop;
the determining unit is used for determining first exchange rate information of the business country of each shop in the target period according to the site information;
the calculation unit is used for calculating the operating profit and the employee performance of each shop in the target period according to the first exchange rate information and the operating data to respectively obtain a first profit report and an employee performance report, wherein the first profit report comprises the operating profit corresponding to each shop in at least one shop, and the employee performance report comprises the employee performance corresponding to each shop;
the storage unit is used for storing the target data, the business profit report and the employee performance report into a local database;
the receiving unit is used for receiving actual data of the at least one shop sent by the E-commerce platform server on a settlement day, wherein the actual data comprises actual data corresponding to the target period of the at least one shop;
the determining unit is further configured to determine second exchange rate information of the business country corresponding to each store on the settlement day according to the site information;
the calculating unit is further configured to calculate an actual operating profit of the target period according to the second exchange rate information and the actual data of the at least one shop laid in the target period, so as to obtain a second profit report;
and the processing unit is used for determining the operating profit difference of each shop according to the first profit report and the second profit report and determining a difference processing scheme according to the operating profit difference.
In a third aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides an electronic device, including a processor, a memory, a communication interface, and one or more programs, where the one or more programs are stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the processor, and the program includes instructions for executing steps in any method of the first aspect of the embodiment of the present application.

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a system architecture of an enterprise resource management system. The method specifically comprises the following steps: the system comprises a user side, a local management server and an e-commerce platform server; the local management server is in communication connection with the user side and the E-commerce platform server respectively. The user side is used for representing each operating shop side, the local management server is used for helping the user to finely manage various sales activities of the user on the cross-border e-commerce platform, usually, the user needs to acquire shop data, order data and the like from the cross-border e-commerce platform server through an interface, and after the shop data, the order data and the like are acquired and then are subjected to some operation or processing by the local management server, and a visual interface is output to the user side for display.

The local management server as described in table 1 obtains one possible target data from the e-commerce platform server, where the store identifier is used to characterize each store, the site information is used to characterize the country of business to which each store faces, the ASIN number represents the product number, and the target data further includes the sales amount, refund amount, and the like corresponding to each product.

It should be noted that the contents shown in table 1 are only a part of contents that the local management server can obtain from the e-commerce platform server, and in addition to the above contents, there may be other data related to store operation, and are not limited in detail here.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic interface diagram for data acquisition according to an embodiment of the present application. After a manager logs in the system through an account, the top selection bar can be selected: commodity, sales, advertising, purchasing, data and finance, selecting a target entry, and performing data acquisition. In the scheme, a manager can acquire target data through a data column inlet. The method specifically comprises the following steps: selecting the starting and ending time of a target period through a time setting function box, and selecting a target country through a 'all countries' drop-down box after determining an order, a sales volume and a sales volume as data items, wherein the target country is represented through site information; a target store is selected via an "all stores" drop-down box, wherein the target store is characterized by a store identification.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the target data obtained according to the selection operation may include data items: store identification, site information, number of ASINs, sales amount, refund amount, and refund amount. In practical application, the data items can be selectively added or deleted according to the requirements of management personnel to obtain target data.
As can be seen, in this example, after the local management server establishes a communication connection with the e-commerce platform server by responding to a login operation of a manager, the local management server obtains the required target data according to the selection operation, and the target data can be used for calculating the operating profit of the store and the performance of the staff. Therefore, the target data in the target period can be acquired more efficiently and accurately, and the efficiency of data interaction and data management is improved.
In one possible example, the store data includes identification information of the each store; the method for calculating the operating profit and the employee performance of each shop in the target period can comprise the following steps: acquiring the sales data and the cost data of each store from the target data according to the identification information, wherein the identification information is used for uniquely identifying each store, the sales data comprises sales volume information, price information and refund amount of each commodity in at least one commodity of each store, and the cost data comprises cost of each commodity and transportation expense cost; determining the operating profit of each store in the target period according to the first exchange rate information, the sales data and the cost data of each store; and determining the first profit report according to the operating profits of each shop in the target period.
Specifically, the local management server can establish communication connection with the e-commerce platform server through a respective account by each manager of at least one manager, and each account can manage a plurality of shops.
Specifically, the local management server obtains target data corresponding to each store from the target data through the identification information of each store. Wherein the target data includes, but is not limited to, sales data and cost data for each store. Sales data includes, but is not limited to: the commodity number, sales information, price information and refund information of each commodity in the at least one commodity; the refund information includes a refund amount and a refund amount. Cost information includes, but is not limited to: cost per goods information, transportation cost information, advertising cost information, and the like.
Further, the local management server calculates the corresponding operating profit according to the sales data and the cost data of each shop in the target period and the first exchange rate information of the current target period. That is, the total amount of cost and the total amount of refund corresponding to the cost data are subtracted from the total amount of sales corresponding to the sales data, and the operating profit of each shop in the target period is determined.
In this example, in the embodiment of the present application, the target data corresponding to each store is respectively obtained from the target data through the identification information of the store, and further, the operating profit obtained in the target period of each store is determined according to the target data corresponding to each store and the first exchange rate information.
In one possible example, the following steps may also be included: acquiring the sales amount information and the price information of each commodity of each store; respectively calculating the sales volume and the total sales volume of each commodity according to the sales volume information and the price information of each commodity; calculating first ratio information of the sales amount and the total sales amount of each commodity; calculating second proportion information between the refund amount and the sales amount of each commodity; determining the employee performance of the employees of each store in the target period according to the first specific gravity information and the second specific gravity information; and obtaining the staff performance report according to the staff performance.
Illustratively, each store corresponds to at least one employee for store operation, and each employee of the at least one employee has its corresponding employee number. The local management server can determine the commodities which are managed and sold by each employee according to the employee numbers, acquire sales information and price information corresponding to each commodity from the target data according to the number information of each commodity, calculate the sales of each commodity, and further determine the total sales of each shop in a target period according to the sales of each commodity.
Further, the percentage of the sales amount of each commodity in the total sales amount is calculated to obtain first ratio information, wherein the first ratio information is used for representing the percentage information of the sales amount of the commodity which is managed by each employee in the total sales amount.
For example, in the actual sale process, there may be a case where the goods are returned by the buyer after sale for various reasons. And the E-commerce platform server records the data of the refund of the commodity while recording the data of the sale of the commodity.
Specifically, the local management server acquires refund records and associated staff information of each commodity according to the commodity number, and second proportion information is obtained by calculating refund amount of each commodity and proportion of refund amount to total sales amount.
Further, the local management server can determine the performance of each employee according to the weight by setting the first proportion information and the second proportion information to influence the weight on the performance assessment of each employee, so as to obtain an employee performance report. Wherein the employee performance report includes performance information for each employee in each store. The first specific gravity information and the second specific gravity information may be set by a developer of the enterprise resource management system or may be set by each store manager, and are not particularly limited herein.
As can be seen, in this example, the employee performance of each employee is determined according to the weight by calculating the first proportion information of the sales amount and the total sales amount of each employee sales commodity and the second proportion information of the refund amount and the total sales amount, so that the employee performance report corresponding to each store can be obtained.
In one possible example, the enterprise resource management system further comprises a user terminal, wherein the user terminal is used for providing a visual interface of each store for business personnel of each store, and the user terminal is connected with the local management server; after the first profit report and the employee performance report are obtained respectively, the method can comprise the following steps: acquiring profit statements corresponding to adjacent periods of the target period from the database; determining the profit growth rate of each shop according to the first profit report and the profit reports of the adjacent periods; determining a budget statement and a financial resource allocation scheme of each shop in the next period according to the profit growth rate; and sending the first profit report, the budget report and the financial resource allocation scheme to the user terminal, wherein the budget report and the financial resource allocation scheme are used for providing reference basis for the user to set budget for the shop operation of the next period.
Illustratively, after the local management server acquires target data of a target period and calculates a first profit statement corresponding to each store in the target period according to the target data, the target data and the first profit statement are correspondingly stored in a storage module of the target period.
Further, the local management server obtains a profit report corresponding to the historical period adjacent to the target period, and determines the profit growth rate corresponding to each store according to the profit report corresponding to the historical period and the first profit report. And determining a budget statement and a financial resource allocation scheme of each shop in the next period according to the calculated profit growth rate. Wherein the history period may be one or more adjacent periods. The budget statement and the financial resource allocation scheme of the next period of each shop are determined according to the growth rate, which can be budget setting and allocation schemes corresponding to the growth rates of different intervals preset in the local management server, the interval corresponding to the calculated profit growth rate is determined according to the calculated profit growth rate, and then the budget statement and the financial resource allocation scheme of the next period are set according to the preset scheme corresponding to the interval.
Further, the local management server determines the corresponding user side according to the store identification and sends the budget report and the financial resource allocation scheme of each store to the corresponding user side. After receiving the report and the allocation scheme, the user terminal can use the report and the allocation scheme as reference data, set or modify the budget report and the financial resource allocation scheme, and upload the modified budget report and the financial resource allocation scheme to the local management server. Alternatively, the store may perform the next cycle of store operations directly according to the budget statement and the financial resource allocation plan.
As can be seen, in this example, the local management server determines the profit growth rate of each store according to the first profit statement and the profit statement of the historical period, and then sets the budget statement and the financial resource allocation plan of the next period for each store according to the profit growth rate. And sending the budget report and the financial resource allocation scheme to the user side, and selecting whether to carry out the shop operation of the next period according to the scheme or to set by the user side according to the budget report and the financial resource allocation scheme. Thus, effective utilization of data can be realized, and the experience of the user can be improved.
In one possible example, after determining the difference in operating profit for each store, the method may include the steps of: according to the identification information of each shop, acquiring the target data of each shop in the target period from the database; according to the target data and the actual data corresponding to each shop, calculating data similarity, and determining difference data and the data items corresponding to the difference data; after adding an abnormal tag to the difference data, associating the difference data and the abnormal tag to the corresponding data item, and deleting non-abnormal data, wherein the abnormal tag is used for identifying data in which the actual data is inconsistent with the target data, and the non-abnormal data is used for representing repeated data of the target data and the actual data corresponding to the target period.
Specifically, the local management server calculates the operating profit difference of each store according to the first profit report and the second profit report. The received actual data corresponding to at least one shop sent by the e-commerce platform server on the settlement date also needs to be stored in the database. However, the database stores target data corresponding to each store in a target period. Actual data received in a settlement day includes actual data corresponding to a target period, and a large amount of data of the actual data may be repeated data, and only a small amount of data has difference. In order to ensure the integrity of the target data and the actual data, the data storage can be realized by removing the repeated data and reserving the differential data.
Specifically, the local management server acquires target data corresponding to each store from the database through the identification information of each store.
Further, according to the start-stop time of the target period, actual data corresponding to the target period is obtained from the actual data. And respectively acquiring actual data of each shop according to the identification information of each shop.
Further, according to data items in the target data and the actual data, data similarity calculation is carried out, and the difference data and the data items corresponding to the difference data are determined. Wherein, the data item corresponding to the difference data comprises: the actual data and the target data comprise data items, but the values corresponding to the data items are different; and the actual data includes a data item in which the target data does not exist.
Further, the local management server adds an exception tag to the exception data, wherein the exception tag is used for identifying data with inconsistency between the actual data and the target data. Further, the abnormal data with the abnormal labels added in the actual data is associated to a database, and the data items corresponding to all shops. And deleting repeated data, wherein the repeated data refers to the condition that the data items and the corresponding numerical values of the target data and the actual data corresponding to each shop in the target period are the same, and deleting the repeated data from the actual data.
As can be seen, in this example, similarity calculation is performed on target data and actual data corresponding to each store in a target period, and data with actual data different from the target data is stored in a data item corresponding to the target period and identified by an abnormal tag; and meanwhile, deleting repeated data in the actual data. Therefore, the target data and the actual data can be completely stored, the repeated data is removed, the repeated storage of the data is avoided, and the storage space of the database is wasted.
In one possible example, the exception data includes at least one exception data, each exception data of the at least one exception data corresponds to one of the exception tags; the method of determining a difference processing scheme according to the operating profit difference may include the steps of: if the business profit difference is a positive value, the budget report of the next period is adjusted up according to the business profit difference; if the operating profit difference value is a negative value, determining a data item associated with the abnormal label according to the abnormal label; acquiring first data and second data corresponding to the data items associated with the abnormal tags, wherein the first data is data in the target data corresponding to the target period, and the second data is data in the actual data corresponding to the target period; calculating an anomaly difference between the first data and the second data, wherein the anomaly difference comprises a positive anomaly difference and a negative anomaly difference; and according to the business profit difference and the negative abnormal difference, the budget limit of the data item corresponding to the negative abnormal difference is adjusted downwards.
Specifically, after the local management server calculates according to the data similarity, it is determined that the difference data between the target data and the actual data corresponding to the target period includes at least one item, and each abnormal data in the at least one item of abnormal data corresponds to one abnormal label.
Further, the local management server obtains a first profit report corresponding to the target period from the database, and performs business profit difference calculation on the business profits of each store in the first profit report and the business profits of each store in the second profit report according to the identification information of each store to obtain the business profit difference of each store.
Further, the positive and negative of the operation profit difference are determined. If the difference value of the current operating profits is positive, calculating the proportion between the difference value of the operating profits and the operating profits corresponding to the first profit report. If the specific gravity exceeds the preset threshold value, adjusting the budget report of the shop in the next period according to the business profit difference, namely, up-regulating the budget cost upper limit of the shop in the next period, and taking the business profit difference as the supplementary fund of the budget cost. If the specific gravity is lower than the preset threshold value, the business profit difference value is directly used as the pure profit calculation of the next period. The preset threshold value is used for determining whether the business profit difference exceeds the limit or not, and influences the profit calculation of the next period. The threshold may be preset by a system developer, or may be set by each store operation manager, and is not specifically limited herein.
Further, if the difference value of the current operating profit is a negative value, obtaining abnormal data from the database according to the abnormal tag, wherein the abnormal data comprises data items and numerical values corresponding to the abnormal data. And calculating the difference between the target data and the actual data in the abnormal data, and if the difference corresponding to each abnormal data is a positive value, indicating that the exchange rate change is the influence factor with a negative business profit difference. Therefore, the budget limit of the next period of the shop can be adjusted according to the business profit difference; and if the difference corresponding to the abnormal data is a negative value, taking the data item corresponding to the abnormal data as a data item influencing the final business profit difference, and adjusting the budget limit of the data item in the next period.
It can be seen that, in this example, the business profit difference of the target period calculated by comparing the first profit statement and the second profit statement to determine the target data and the actual data, and then determine the corresponding processing scheme according to the business profit difference, so can realize that the difference of calculating business profits around the factor of data difference and exchange rate change is reduced, and the problem that account data is difficult to be self-consistent is brought for every shop.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device, as shown in fig. 4, which includes a processor, a memory, a communication interface, and one or more programs, which are stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the processor, the server being applied to a data processing system, the programs including instructions for performing the following steps:
acquiring target data of at least one shop in a target period from the e-commerce platform server, wherein the target data comprises site information and business data, and the site information is used for indicating the business country of each shop in the at least one shop;
determining first exchange rate information of the business country of each store in the target period according to the site information;
according to the first exchange rate information and the business data, calculating the business profit and the staff performance of each shop in the target period, and respectively obtaining a first profit report and a staff performance report, wherein the first profit report comprises the business profit corresponding to each shop in at least one shop, and the staff performance report comprises the staff performance corresponding to each shop;
storing the target data, the first profit report and the employee performance report into a database of the local management server;
receiving actual data of the at least one shop sent by the E-commerce platform server on a settlement day, wherein the actual data comprises actual data corresponding to the target period of the at least one shop;
determining second exchange rate information of the business country corresponding to each shop on the settlement day according to the site information;
calculating the actual operating profit of the target period according to the second exchange rate information and the actual data of the at least one shop laid in the target period to obtain a second profit report;
and determining the business profit difference of each shop according to the first profit report and the second profit report, and determining a difference processing scheme according to the business profit difference.
According to the data processing method described in the embodiment of the application, the target data, the first profit report and the staff performance report of each shop in the target period are calculated according to the first exchange rate of the target period and the target data obtained from the e-commerce platform server through the local management server, and then are independently stored; and receiving actual data sent by the E-commerce platform server on the settlement day, obtaining a second profit report corresponding to the actual data of the target period according to a second exchange rate of the settlement day, and determining corresponding processing measures according to the error data determined by the calculation result and the business profit difference. Therefore, the system can seal the account and reduce the influence caused by the difference between the target data and the actual data.
The above description has introduced the solution of the embodiment of the present application mainly from the perspective of the method-side implementation process. It is understood that the server includes hardware structures and/or software modules for performing the functions in order to realize the functions. Those of skill in the art will readily appreciate that the various illustrative elements and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments provided herein may be implemented as hardware or combinations of hardware and computer software. Whether a function is performed as hardware or computer software drives hardware depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the solution. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present application.
In the embodiment of the present application, the server may be divided into the functional units according to the above method example, for example, each functional unit may be divided corresponding to each function, or two or more functions may be integrated into one processing unit. The integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, and can also be realized in a form of a software functional unit. It should be noted that the division of the unit in the embodiment of the present application is schematic, and is only a logic function division, and there may be another division manner in actual implementation.
In the case of dividing each functional module by corresponding functions, fig. 5 shows a functional unit configuration diagram of a data processing apparatus, as shown in fig. 5, the data processing apparatus 500 is applied to a server, and the data processing apparatus 500 may include an acquisition unit 501, a determination unit 502, a calculation unit 503, a storage unit 504, a reception unit 505, and a processing unit 506:

According to the data processing device provided by the embodiment of the application, the local management server obtains the target data from the e-commerce platform server through the obtaining unit, the calculating unit calculates the first profit report and the employee performance report of each shop in the target period according to the first exchange rate of the target period, and then the storage unit stores the target data, the first profit report and the employee performance report separately; the receiving unit is used for receiving actual data sent by the E-commerce platform server on a settlement day, the calculating unit is used for obtaining a second profit statement corresponding to the actual data of the target period according to a second exchange rate of the settlement day, and the determining unit is used for determining corresponding processing measures according to error data and business profit difference determined by the calculating unit. Therefore, the system can seal the account and reduce the influence caused by the difference between the target data and the actual data.
It should be noted that all relevant contents of each step related to the above method embodiment may be referred to the functional description of the corresponding functional module, and are not described herein again.
The server provided by the embodiment is used for executing the data processing method, so that the same effect as the implementation method can be achieved.
Where an integrated unit is employed, the server may include a processing module, a storage module, and a communication module. The processing module may be configured to control and manage actions of the server, for example, may be configured to support the server to execute the steps performed by the determining unit 502. The storage module may be used to support server execution, storage of program code and data, and the like. And the communication module can be used for supporting the communication between the server and other equipment.
The processing module may be a processor or a controller, among others. Which may implement or perform the various illustrative logical blocks, modules, and circuits described in connection with the disclosure. A processor may also be a combination of computing functions, e.g., a combination comprising one or more microprocessors, a combination of Digital Signal Processing (DSP) and microprocessors, etc. The storage module may be a memory. The communication module may specifically be a radio frequency circuit, a bluetooth chip, a Wi-Fi chip, or other devices that interact with other servers.
Embodiments of the present application also provide a computer storage medium, wherein the computer storage medium stores a computer program for electronic data exchange, the computer program enables a computer to execute part or all of the steps of any one of the methods described in the above method embodiments, and the computer includes a server.
Embodiments of the present application also provide a computer program product comprising a non-transitory computer readable storage medium storing a computer program operable to cause a computer to perform some or all of the steps of any of the methods as described in the above method embodiments. The computer program product may be a software installation package, the computer comprising a server.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the above-mentioned method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combination of acts, but those skilled in the art will recognize that the present application is not limited by the order of acts described, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently depending on the application. Further, those skilled in the art should also appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are preferred embodiments and that the acts and modules referred to are not necessarily required in this application.

Claims (10)
1. A data processing method is applied to an enterprise resource management system, the enterprise resource management system comprises a local management server, and the local management server is in communication connection with an e-commerce platform server, and the method comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the steps that target data of at least one shop in a target period are obtained from an e-commerce platform server, wherein the target data comprise site information and business data, and the site information is used for indicating business countries corresponding to all shops in the at least one shop;
determining first exchange rate information of the business country corresponding to each shop in the target period according to the site information;
according to the first exchange rate information and the business data, the business profit and the employee performance of each shop in the target period are calculated, and a first profit report and an employee performance report are obtained respectively, wherein the first profit report comprises the business profit corresponding to each shop in at least one shop, and the employee performance report comprises the employee performance corresponding to each shop;
storing the target data, the first profit report and the employee performance report into a database of the local management server;
receiving actual data of the at least one store sent by the E-commerce platform server on a settlement day, wherein the actual data comprises actual data corresponding to each store in the at least one store in the target period;
determining second exchange rate information of the business country corresponding to each shop on the settlement day according to the site information;
calculating the actual operating profit of each shop in the target period according to the second exchange rate information and the actual data of the at least one shop laid in the target period to obtain a second profit report;
and determining the business profit difference of each shop according to the first profit report and the second profit report, and determining a difference processing scheme according to the business profit difference.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining goal data for at least one store-on-goal period from the e-commerce platform server comprises:
responding to login operation of a manager, and establishing communication connection with the e-commerce platform server according to the login operation, wherein the login operation means that the manager realizes that the local management server establishes communication connection with the e-commerce platform server through a management account, and the management account is used for managing the at least one shop;
responding to the setting operation of the administrator, and setting a first time node and a second time node according to the setting operation, wherein the first time node and the second time node are respectively used for representing the starting time and the ending time of the target period;
in response to a selection operation of the administrator, selecting at least one data item of the target data according to the selection operation, wherein each data item of the at least one data item is used for characterizing a data category, and the data category comprises one or more of the following: the site information, store data, merchandise data, sales data, and cost data;
acquiring a numerical value corresponding to each data item from the E-commerce platform server according to the at least one data item;
and determining the target data according to each data item and the value corresponding to each data item.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the store data includes identification information of the each store;
the calculating the operating profit and the employee performance of each shop in the target period comprises the following steps:
acquiring the sales data and the cost data of each store from the target data according to the identification information, wherein the identification information is used for uniquely identifying each store, the sales data comprises sales volume information, price information and refund amount of each commodity in at least one commodity of each store, and the cost data comprises cost of each commodity and transportation expense cost;
determining the operating profit of each store in the target period according to the first exchange rate information, the sales data and the cost data of each store;
and determining the first profit report according to the operating profits of each shop in the target period.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
acquiring the sales amount information and the price information of each commodity of each store;
respectively calculating the sales volume and the total sales volume of each commodity according to the sales volume information and the price information of each commodity;
calculating first ratio information of the sales amount and the total sales amount of each commodity;
calculating second proportion information between the refund amount and the sales amount of each commodity;
determining the employee performance of the employees of each store in the target period according to the first specific gravity information and the second specific gravity information;
and obtaining the staff performance report according to the staff performance.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the enterprise resource management system further comprises a user terminal, wherein the user terminal is used for providing a visual interface of each store to business personnel of each store, and the user terminal is connected with the local management server;
after the first profit report and the employee performance report are obtained respectively, the method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring profit statements corresponding to adjacent periods of the target period from the database;
determining the profit growth rate of each shop according to the first profit report and the profit reports corresponding to the adjacent periods;
determining a budget statement and a financial resource allocation scheme of each shop in the next period according to the profit growth rate;
and sending the first profit statement, the budget statement and the financial resource allocation scheme to the user terminal, wherein the budget statement and the financial resource allocation scheme are used for providing reference basis for setting budget for the shop operation of the next period performed by the user.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein after determining the difference in business profit for each store, the method further comprises:
according to the identification information of each shop, acquiring the target data of each shop in the target period from the database;
according to the target data and the actual data corresponding to each shop, calculating data similarity, and determining difference data and the data items corresponding to the difference data;
after adding an abnormal tag to the difference data, associating the difference data and the abnormal tag to the corresponding data item, and deleting non-abnormal data, wherein the abnormal tag is used for identifying data in which the actual data is inconsistent with the target data, and the non-abnormal data is used for representing repeated data of the target data and the actual data corresponding to the target period.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the exception data comprises at least one exception data, each exception data of the at least one exception data corresponding to one of the exception tags;
the determining a difference processing scheme according to the operating profit difference comprises the following steps:
if the business profit difference is a positive value, the budget report of the next period is adjusted up according to the business profit difference;
if the business profit difference is a negative value, determining a data item related to the abnormal label according to the abnormal label;
acquiring first data and second data corresponding to the data items associated with the abnormal tags, wherein the first data is data in the target data corresponding to the target period, and the second data is data in the actual data corresponding to the target period;
calculating an anomaly difference between the first data and the second data, wherein the anomaly difference comprises a positive anomaly difference and a negative anomaly difference;
and according to the business profit difference and the negative abnormal difference, the budget limit of the data item corresponding to the negative abnormal difference is adjusted downwards.
8. The data processing device is applied to an enterprise resource management system, wherein the enterprise resource management system comprises a local management server which is in communication connection with an e-commerce platform server; the device comprises an acquisition unit, a determination unit, a calculation unit, a storage unit, a receiving unit and a processing unit:
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring target data of at least one shop laid in a target period from the e-commerce platform server, wherein the target data comprises site information and business data, and the site information is used for indicating a business country corresponding to each shop in the at least one shop;
the determining unit is used for determining first exchange rate information of the business country corresponding to each shop in the target period according to the site information;
the calculation unit is used for calculating the operating profit and the employee performance of each shop in the target period according to the first exchange rate information and the operating data to respectively obtain a first profit report and an employee performance report, wherein the first profit report comprises the operating profit corresponding to each shop in at least one shop, and the employee performance report comprises the employee performance corresponding to each shop;
the storage unit is used for storing the target data, the business profit report and the employee performance report into a local database;
the receiving unit is used for receiving actual data of the at least one shop sent by the E-commerce platform server on a settlement day, wherein the actual data comprises actual data corresponding to the target period of the at least one shop;
the determining unit is further configured to determine second exchange rate information of the business country corresponding to each store on the settlement day according to the site information;
the calculating unit is further configured to calculate an actual operating profit of the target period according to the second exchange rate information and the actual data of the at least one shop laid in the target period, so as to obtain a second profit report;
and the processing unit is used for determining the business profit difference of each shop according to the first profit report and the second profit report and determining a difference processing scheme according to the business profit difference.
9. An electronic device comprising a processor, a memory, a communication interface, and one or more programs, wherein the one or more programs are stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the processor, the one or more programs including instructions for performing the steps of the method of any of claims 1-7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program, which is executed by a processor to implement the method according to any one of claims 1-7.
