Referring to fig. 3-4, the smoke absorbing and eliminating component 2 is screwed to the upper end of the first cylinder 11 of the water mist eliminating component 1 through the second cylinder 21, the upper end of the second cylinder 21 is rotatably provided with the upper end of the rotating rod 5 through a bearing, and the lower end of the first cylinder 11 is provided with the sewage outlet 18.
In this embodiment, since the smoke is floating upwards, an absorbing smoke eliminating component 2 is disposed at the upper end of the water mist eliminating component 1 in a screwed connection manner, so as to supplement the smoke which is not completely absorbed and dissipated by the water mist eliminating component 1, so as to ensure that all the smoke is treated. The upper end of the rotating rod 5 is fixed on the second cylinder 21 through a bearing, thereby providing a supporting point for the rotation of the rotating rod 5 and also providing support for each part installed on the rotating rod 5. The sewage outlet 18 at the lower end of the first cylinder 11 is used for carrying out centralized discharge treatment on the dirt in the water mist elimination component 1 and the absorption elimination component 2.
The working principle and the using flow of the invention are as follows: after the invention is installed, the flue gas enters the flue 15 of the first cylinder 11 through the flue 17, then enters each smoke discharging head 16 from the flue 15, is guided into the first cylinder 11 through each smoke discharging head 16, simultaneously starts the water supply device to supply water to the water inlet pipe 14, the water inlet pipe 14 guides the water into the water supply circular pipe 12, and is guided into each spray nozzle 13 through the water supply circular pipe 12 to spray, the water flow is sprayed onto each blade 51 which is correspondingly and obliquely arranged on the rotating rod 5 from each spray nozzle 13, on one hand, the rotating rod 5 is pushed for rotation in year, on the other hand, the water is sprayed to form water mist to perform water mist treatment on the smoke in the first cylinder 11, water drops of mixed dust are discharged from the drain 18 at the lower end of the first cylinder 11, meanwhile, the smoke which is not subjected to water treatment enters the second cylinder 21 along the upper end opening of the first cylinder 11, the first group of components 22 in the second cylinder 21 are subjected to preliminary harmful substances, then enter between the first group of components 22 and the second group of components 22, the harmful substances are further absorbed by the second group of components 22, on the second group of harmful substances are further absorbed by the second group of components 22, and the smoke is discharged from the second cylinder 21, and the smoke discharging amount is not provided with the smoke discharging ports 21 at the second cylinder.
Meanwhile, as the blades 51 of the rotating rod 5 are impacted by the water columns emitted by the spray heads 13 to rotate, the rotating rod 5 rotates along with the rotation, the lower half section of the rotating rod 5 drives the upper cleaning part and the lower cleaning part inside the first barrel 11 to work, and particularly, the rotating rod 5 drives the lantern ring 45 matched with the key grooves of the rotating rod to rotate, the lantern ring 45 drives the annular cleaning brush 42 to rotate through the connecting rod 44, the annular cleaning brush 42 carries out reciprocating lifting motion along the circular track 41 obliquely arranged on the inner wall of the first barrel 11 through the protruding lugs 43 of the outer wall, and accordingly, the annular cleaning brush 42 cleans dirt inside the first barrel 11 through bristles of the outer wall, and the cleaning parts of the upper part and the lower part clean the inner wall of the first barrel 11 on the upper side and the lower side of the smoke exhaust head 16, so that dirt accumulation is avoided.
Meanwhile, as the blades 51 of the rotating rod 5 are impacted by the water columns emitted by the spray heads 13 to rotate, the rotating rod 5 rotates along with the rotation, the upper half section of the rotating rod 5 rotates to drive the brush piece 31 of the 7 to rotate, the brush piece 31 cleans the inner walls of the first group of smoking pieces 22 and the second group of smoking pieces 22 through bristles on the outer walls, the adhered smoke dust falls into the first barrel 11 along the lower end opening of the second barrel 21, finally is discharged from the drain outlet 18 at the lower end of the first barrel 11, the dust on the second smoking piece 22 falls between the first smoking piece 22 and the second smoking piece 22, and the dust on the second barrel 21 is obliquely arranged so as to be discharged into the second barrel 21 along the ash discharge holes 25 formed on the support ring 24 on the bottom surface of the first smoking piece 22, then falls into the first barrel 11 along the lower end opening of the second barrel 21, and finally is discharged from the drain outlet 18 at the lower end of the first barrel 11.

The smoke abatement device of a kind of diesel generator, characterized by: the smoke eliminating device comprises a water mist smoke eliminating component (1) and an absorption smoke eliminating component (2) which are sequentially arranged along a smoke floating sequence from bottom to top, wherein a second cleaning component (4) is arranged in the water mist smoke eliminating component (1), a first cleaning component (3) is arranged in the absorption smoke eliminating component (2), the first cleaning component (3) and the second cleaning component (4) are driven by the same rotating rod (5), and the rotating rod (5) drives the water mist smoke eliminating component (1) to rotate through the impact of spray heads (13) in all directions;
the water mist elimination assembly (1) comprises a first barrel (11), a water supply ring pipe (12) is arranged at the upper end of the inner part of the first barrel (11), a plurality of spray heads (13) are annularly and equidistantly arranged along the outer wall of the water supply ring pipe (12), a water inlet pipe (14) communicated with the water supply ring pipe (12) is arranged at the outer side of the first barrel (11), and the water inlet pipe (14) is communicated with a water supply device;
the rotary rod (5) is provided with inclined blades (51) which are in one-to-one correspondence with the number of the spray heads (13) at the position below the water supply circular pipe (12), and the spray heads (13) are obliquely provided with the spray directions facing the corresponding blades (51) and are used for pushing the rotary rod (5) to rotate;
a flue (15) is arranged at the position close to the lower half section of the interior of the first cylinder (11), the flue (15) is discharged through a plurality of smoke discharging heads (16) which are annularly and equidistantly arranged on the inner wall of the first cylinder (11), and a smoke inlet (17) communicated with the flue (15) is arranged at the bottom of the first cylinder (11);
the second cleaning assembly (4) is divided into an upper cleaning part and a lower cleaning part, the upper cleaning part and the lower cleaning part are respectively positioned at the upper side and the lower side of the smoke discharging heads (16) which are annularly arranged, each group of cleaning parts comprises a circular track (41) which is obliquely arranged along the inner wall of the first cylinder (11) and an annular cleaning brush (42) which is driven by the rotating rod (5) to rotate, and the annular cleaning brush (42) moves up and down along the circular track (41);
the smoke absorbing and eliminating component (2) comprises a second cylinder (21), two groups of sleeve-shaped smoke absorbing pieces (22) are sequentially arranged in the second cylinder (21), and a smoke outlet (23) is formed in the upper end of the second cylinder (21);
every the inside of smoking piece (22) all is provided with one first clean subassembly (3), first clean subassembly (3) are including brush piece (31) of "7" font, and this brush piece (31) laminating the inner wall setting of smoking piece (22), brush piece (31) one end is fixed on bull stick (5), the bottom surface of smoking piece (22) is provided with holding ring (24), and ash discharge hole (25) have been seted up to equidistant on this holding ring (24).
