The invention provides a technical scheme that: a production process of medical antibacterial fabric comprises the steps of mixing and spinning 15 parts of polyester fiber, 15 parts of viscose fiber and 15 parts of superfine fiber, wherein the mixed fabric is subjected to padding treatment by an antibacterial agent to form a finished product which is marked as an antibacterial fabric II, and the production process comprises the following specific steps:
s1, one-bath dyeing: putting 15 parts of polyester fiber, 15 parts of viscose fiber and 15 parts of superfine fiber into the same container, adding 1-3% of an antibacterial agent and adding a dyeing agent according to requirements;
s2, padding: mixing and spinning 15 parts of polyester fiber, 15 parts of viscose fiber and 15 parts of superfine fiber by a spinning machine, adding an antibacterial agent, padding, and keeping the mangling rate at 80%;
and S3, dehydrating and packaging the fabric processed in the step two at the temperature of 95 ℃, drying the fabric to 145 ℃, and packaging the fabric into a finished product by using a sterile packaging bag.
Wherein the dehydration time is 4 minutes, and the drying time is 20 minutes.
The antibacterial agent comprises 50% of chitosan and 50% of graphene.
The polyester fiber is obtained by slicing and crushing polyester through a high-speed crusher, mixing the polyester and 1,4 butanediol by using a mechanical stirrer, adding formaldehyde and water into the mixture, putting the mixture into a reaction container, adjusting the pH value to be alkalescent through triethanolamine, heating the mixture in a water bath for 75 minutes, adjusting the pH value to be alkalescent through 36% acetic acid, reacting the mixture for 100 minutes, and curing the mixture at 130 ℃.
The viscose fiber is prepared by using wood fiber as a raw material, preparing the raw material into soluble cellulose xanthate through a chemical process, preparing viscose through alkali liquor, and performing wet spinning on the viscose.
The superfine fiber is superfine synthetic fiber, which comprises polyester, polyamide, polyacrylonitrile and polytetrafluoroethylene, and preferably one or two of polyester and polyamide.

The invention provides a technical scheme that: a production process of medical antibacterial fabric comprises the steps of mixing and spinning 20 parts of polyester fibers, 15 parts of viscose fibers and 10 parts of superfine fibers, padding the mixed fabric with an antibacterial agent to obtain a finished product, and marking the finished product as antibacterial fabric III, wherein the production process comprises the following specific steps:
s1, one-bath dyeing: putting 20 parts of polyester fiber, 15 parts of viscose fiber and 10 parts of superfine fiber into the same container, adding 3 percent of antibacterial agent and adding a dye according to the requirement;
s2, padding: mixing and spinning 20 parts of polyester fiber, 15 parts of viscose fiber and 10 parts of superfine fiber by a spinning machine, adding an antibacterial agent, padding, and ensuring that the mangle ratio is 90%;
and S3, dehydrating and packaging the fabric processed in the step two at 110 ℃, drying the fabric at 160 ℃, and packaging the fabric into a finished product by using a sterile packaging bag.
Wherein the dehydration time is 5 minutes, and the drying time is 30 minutes.
The antibacterial agent comprises 60% of chitosan and 40% of graphene.
The polyester fiber is obtained by slicing and crushing polyester through a high-speed crusher, mixing the polyester and 1,4 butanediol by using a mechanical stirrer, adding formaldehyde and water into the mixture, putting the mixture into a reaction container, adjusting the pH value to be alkalescent through triethanolamine, heating the mixture in a water bath for 90 minutes, adjusting the pH value to be alkalescent through 36% acetic acid, reacting the mixture in a water bath for 120 minutes, and curing the mixture at 130 ℃.
The viscose fiber is prepared by using wood fiber as a raw material, preparing the raw material into soluble cellulose xanthate through a chemical process, preparing viscose through alkali liquor, and performing wet spinning on the viscose.
The superfine fiber is superfine synthetic fiber, which comprises polyester, polyamide, polyacrylonitrile and polytetrafluoroethylene, and preferably one or two of polyester and polyamide.
Test for antibacterial Property
The test was performed by reference to the oscillation method in the FZ/T73023 standard, and the test results are shown in Table 1:

In summary, according to the production process of the medical antibacterial fabric, the graphene is of a hydrophobic plane structure and a hydrophilic edge structure, microorganisms stimulate free radical reaction through charge transfer after the graphene in the fabric is contacted, so that a microorganism cell membrane structure is damaged, the microorganisms die, the graphene takes natural corncobs as raw materials, the reproducibility is achieved, resource predatory development cannot be caused, blending is performed through polyester fibers, viscose fibers and superfine fibers, and an antibacterial agent is added into the blended fabric, so that the antibacterial agent is uniformly distributed in the fabric, and the fiber strength, the heat resistance and the antistatic performance are effectively improved.

Claims (7)

1. A process for preparing medical antibacterial fabric is characterized by comprising the following steps: the blended fabric is formed by blending and spinning the following fibers in parts by weight, comprises 10-20 parts of polyester fibers, 10-20 parts of viscose fibers and 10-20 parts of superfine fibers, and is formed by padding the blended fabric with an antibacterial agent, and specifically comprises the following steps:
s1, one-bath dyeing: putting 10-20 parts of polyester fiber, 10-20 parts of viscose fiber and 10-20 parts of superfine fiber into the same container, adding 1-3% of an antibacterial agent and adding a dye according to requirements;
s2, padding: mixing and spinning 10-20 parts of polyester fiber, 10-20 parts of viscose fiber and 10-20 parts of superfine fiber by a spinning machine, adding an antibacterial agent, padding, and keeping the mangle ratio at 70-90%;
s3, dehydrating and packaging the fabric processed in the step two at the temperature of 80-110 ℃, drying the fabric at the temperature of 130-160 ℃, and packaging the fabric into a finished product by using a sterile packaging bag.
2. The production process of the medical antibacterial fabric according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following steps: the antibacterial agent comprises 40-60% of chitosan and 40-60% of graphene.

The production process of the medical antibacterial fabric according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following steps: the polyester fiber is obtained by slicing and crushing polyester through a high-speed crusher, mixing the polyester and 1,4 butanediol by using a mechanical stirrer, adding formaldehyde and water into the mixture, putting the mixture into a reaction container, adjusting the pH value to be alkalescent through triethanolamine, heating the mixture in a water bath for 60 to 90 minutes, adjusting the pH value to be weakly acidic through 36 percent acetic acid, reacting the mixture in a water bath for 120, and curing the mixture at 130 ℃.
4. The production process of the medical antibacterial fabric according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following steps: the viscose fiber is prepared by using wood fiber as a raw material, preparing soluble cellulose xanthate through a chemical process, preparing viscose through alkali liquor, and performing wet spinning.
5. The production process of the medical antibacterial fabric according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following steps: the superfine fiber is superfine synthetic fiber, which comprises polyester, polyamide, polyacrylonitrile and polytetrafluoroethylene, and preferably one or two of polyester and polyamide.

The medical antibacterial fabric according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that: the blended fabric is formed by blending and spinning the following fibers in parts by weight, and comprises 10-20 parts of polyester fibers, 10-20 parts of viscose fibers and 10-20 parts of superfine fibers, and is formed by padding the blended fabric with an antibacterial agent.
7. The production process of the medical antibacterial fabric according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following steps: the dehydration time is 3-5 minutes, and the drying time is 10-30 minutes.
