Abstract
The invention relates to a polyurethane medium-gloss brightening agent for sheep skin and a preparation method thereof. The polyurethane medium gloss brightening agent for sheep skin comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of deionized water, 10-20 parts of aqueous aliphatic polyether self-extinction polyurethane dispersion, 10-15 parts of aqueous medium-soft high-physical-property aliphatic polycarbonate polyurethane emulsion, 20-30 parts of aqueous medium-soft transparent aliphatic polyether polyurethane emulsion, 10-15 parts of aqueous nonionic polyurethane emulsion, 1-2 parts of polysiloxane-polyether copolymer, 1-2 parts of polysiloxane emulsion, 1-2 parts of sulfated castor oil, 0.5-3 parts of suspension stabilizer, 0.2-1 part of preservative and 0.1-1 part of pH regulator. The light brightening agent in the polyurethane for the sheepskin is compounded by a plurality of emulsions, has good comprehensive performance, can obviously improve the physical properties of a coating, and does not influence the softness and light foam feel of the sheepskin.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of leather finishing, and particularly relates to a polyurethane medium-gloss brightening agent for sheep skin and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The brightening agent is used as the top layer material for leather finishing and has important influence on the external appearance, hygienic property and physical and mechanical properties of leather products. At present, the types of the intermediate gloss brightening agent used for leather finishing mainly comprise two types of aqueous polyurethane resin and nitrocotton.
For the base material, the sheepskin has loose and fine fiber braiding and fine grain pores, has general mechanical properties, but has soft and light handfeel, so the coating is required to be light, thin and soft, and has good adhesion degree with the skin embryo, and the handfeel of the sheepskin is not influenced. At present, although the light brightening agent in nitrocotton with dominant top layer coating of sheepskin has comfortable hand feeling and natural luster, the yellowing resistance is poor, the physical properties are general, and the product is compounded by a large amount of organic solvents, so that the requirements of environmental protection and green development are not met. The traditional light brightening agent in the aqueous polyurethane can obviously improve the physical properties of dry resistance, wet resistance, abrasion resistance and the like of the leather coating, but has a hard and thick hand feeling, and can only be used for sheepskin in a small amount. In recent years, although some softer products have been proposed in the market, there are drawbacks such as tackiness by standing and deterioration of physical properties. Other types of brighteners have their inherent disadvantages: acrylic resins have a general feel and physical properties; casein has poor dry and wet rub resistance and hygroscopicity; the oil wax product is similar to nitrocotton, has good hand feeling, yellowing and poor physical property.
Therefore, the technical scheme of the invention is provided based on the above.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a brightening agent in polyurethane for sheepskin and a preparation method thereof. The light brightening agent in the polyurethane for the sheepskin is compounded by a plurality of emulsions, has good comprehensive performance, can obviously improve the physical properties of a coating, and does not influence the softness and light foam feel of the sheepskin.
The scheme of the invention provides a polyurethane medium-gloss brightening agent for sheep skin, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of deionized water, 10-20 parts of aqueous aliphatic polyether self-extinction polyurethane dispersion, 10-15 parts of aqueous medium-soft high-physical-property aliphatic polycarbonate polyurethane emulsion, 20-30 parts of aqueous medium-soft transparent aliphatic polyether polyurethane emulsion, 10-15 parts of aqueous nonionic polyurethane emulsion, 1-2 parts of polysiloxane-polyether copolymer, 1-2 parts of polysiloxane emulsion, 1-2 parts of sulfated castor oil, 0.5-3 parts of suspension stabilizer, 0.2-1 part of preservative and 0.1-1 part of pH regulator.
Preferably, the light brightening agent in the polyurethane for sheepskin comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 35 parts of deionized water, 15 parts of aqueous aliphatic polyether self-extinction polyurethane dispersion, 12.5 parts of aqueous medium-soft high-physical-property aliphatic polycarbonate polyurethane emulsion, 25 parts of aqueous medium-soft transparent aliphatic polyether polyurethane emulsion, 12.5 parts of aqueous nonionic polyurethane emulsion, 1.5 parts of polysiloxane-polyether copolymer, 1.5 parts of polysiloxane emulsion, 1.5 parts of sulfated castor oil, 1.7 parts of suspension stabilizer, 0.6 part of preservative and 0.5 part of pH regulator.
Preferably, the pH regulator is one or a combination of more than two of sodium hydroxide solution, ammonia water and organic amine alkaline auxiliary agents; the suspension stabilizer comprises one or more than two of a commercially available conventional inorganic anti-settling agent, a cellulose thickener and an acrylic acid and polyurethane thickener.
Based on the same technical concept, the invention also provides a preparation method of the light brightening agent in the polyurethane for sheep skin, which comprises the following steps:
(1) Adding deionized water, polysiloxane-polyether copolymer and sulfated castor oil into a dispersing kettle, and uniformly stirring and dispersing to obtain a first mixed solution;
(2) Adding aqueous aliphatic polyether self-extinction polyurethane dispersion, aqueous medium-soft high-physical-property aliphatic polycarbonate polyurethane emulsion, aqueous medium-soft transparent aliphatic polyether polyurethane emulsion, aqueous nonionic polyurethane emulsion, polysiloxane emulsion and preservative into the first mixed solution, and uniformly stirring and dispersing to obtain a second mixed solution;
(3) Diluting the pH regulator and then adding the diluted pH regulator into the second mixed solution to obtain a third mixed solution;
(4) Slowly adding the suspension stabilizer into the third mixed solution, and uniformly dispersing to obtain the light brightening agent in the polyurethane for the sheep skin.
Preferably, in the step (2), the stirring time is 30-50 min.
Preferably, in the step (2), the stirring rotation speed is 300-400 r/min.
Preferably, in the step (3), the pH of the third mixed solution is 8.0 to 9.0.
Preferably, in the step (4), the viscosity of the gloss agent in the polyurethane for sheepskin is 1500-2000 mpa·s.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
the brightening agent in the polyurethane for the sheepskin is prepared by compounding a plurality of emulsions, wherein: the aqueous aliphatic polyether self-extinction polyurethane dispersoid is dispersoid particles with large particle size (generally between 1 and 10 mu m) and difficult deformation, and in the film forming process, the particles are mutually fused and assembled to form a continuous rough surface, so that the diffuse reflection of a coating film is increased to obtain extinction performance. The hand feeling is dry and fine, the plastic feeling and the load feeling of the common polyurethane resin film can be reduced, and the sticky problem is avoided; the aqueous medium-soft high-physical property aliphatic carbon polyurethane emulsion is soft in film formation, and has excellent wear resistance, water resistance and solvent resistance; the aqueous medium soft transparent aliphatic polyether polyurethane emulsion is soft and transparent in film formation, high in elongation and good in rebound resilience, and can remarkably improve the flexibility resistance and wet rub resistance of the coating; the aqueous nonionic polyurethane emulsion film is very soft, light and thin, and can endow leather with elegant luster and natural light coating feel; the sulfated castor oil emulsion can further reduce the plastic feel of the coating, endow the coating with fine and soft touch feeling, and has good inhibition effect on bubbles generated by mechanical stirring because the sulfated castor oil emulsion has hydrophilic and lipophilic groups; the polysiloxane emulsion has low molecular weight compared with the common silicon handfeel agent products, and has fine and natural handfeel and no fake slip; the polysiloxane-polyether copolymer can reduce the surface tension of the system, so that the emulsion is more compatible with the substrate. In conclusion, the combination of the resin after compounding not only can keep the excellent physical properties of the product, but also does not influence the softness and light foam feeling of the sheepskin, and has excellent comprehensive performance.
The preparation method of the brightening agent in the polyurethane for the sheepskin provided by the invention can be used for sequentially mixing the components, has a controllable process, and is beneficial to large-scale production.
Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be described in detail below. It will be apparent that the described embodiments are only some, but not all, embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, based on the examples herein, which are within the scope of the invention as defined by the claims, will be within the scope of the invention as defined by the claims.
Example 1
The embodiment provides a preparation method of a light brightening agent in polyurethane for sheepskin, which comprises the following steps:
(1) Adding deionized water, polysiloxane-polyether copolymer and sulfated castor oil into a dispersing kettle, and uniformly stirring and dispersing to obtain a first mixed solution;
(2) Adding aqueous aliphatic polyether self-extinction polyurethane dispersion, aqueous medium-soft high-physical-property aliphatic polycarbonate polyurethane emulsion, aqueous medium-soft transparent aliphatic polyether polyurethane emulsion, aqueous nonionic polyurethane emulsion, polysiloxane emulsion and preservative into the first mixed solution, stirring at the speed of 400r/min for 30min, and uniformly dispersing to obtain a second mixed solution;
(3) Diluting sodium hydroxide solution, adding the diluted sodium hydroxide solution into the second mixed solution, and regulating the pH of the system to 8.0 to obtain a third mixed solution;
(4) Slowly adding the suspension stabilizer into the third mixed solution, regulating the viscosity to 1500 mpa.s, and uniformly dispersing to obtain the light brightening agent in the polyurethane for the sheep skin.

The embodiment provides a preparation method of a light brightening agent in polyurethane for sheepskin, which comprises the following steps:
(1) Adding deionized water, polysiloxane-polyether copolymer and sulfated castor oil into a dispersing kettle, and uniformly stirring and dispersing to obtain a first mixed solution;
(2) Adding aqueous aliphatic polyether self-extinction polyurethane dispersion, aqueous medium-soft high-physical-property aliphatic polycarbonate polyurethane emulsion, aqueous medium-soft transparent aliphatic polyether polyurethane emulsion, aqueous nonionic polyurethane emulsion, polysiloxane emulsion and preservative into the first mixed solution, stirring at the speed of 300r/min for 50min, and uniformly dispersing to obtain a second mixed solution;
(3) Diluting ammonia water, adding the diluted ammonia water into the second mixed solution, and regulating the pH value of the system to 9.0 to obtain a third mixed solution;
(4) Slowly adding the suspension stabilizer into the third mixed solution, regulating the viscosity to 2000 mpa.s, and uniformly dispersing to obtain the light brightening agent in the polyurethane for the sheep skin.

The embodiment provides a preparation method of a light brightening agent in polyurethane for sheepskin, which comprises the following steps:
(1) Adding deionized water, polysiloxane-polyether copolymer and sulfated castor oil into a dispersing kettle, and uniformly stirring and dispersing to obtain a first mixed solution;
(2) Adding aqueous aliphatic polyether self-extinction polyurethane dispersion, aqueous medium-soft high-physical-property aliphatic polycarbonate polyurethane emulsion, aqueous medium-soft transparent aliphatic polyether polyurethane emulsion, aqueous nonionic polyurethane emulsion, polysiloxane emulsion and preservative into the first mixed solution, stirring at the speed of 300r/min for 50min, and uniformly dispersing to obtain a second mixed solution;
(3) Diluting an organic amine alkaline auxiliary agent, adding the diluted organic amine alkaline auxiliary agent into the second mixed solution, and regulating the pH value of the system to 9.0 to obtain a third mixed solution;
(4) Slowly adding the suspension stabilizer into the third mixed solution, regulating the viscosity to 2000 mpa.s, and uniformly dispersing to obtain the light brightening agent in the polyurethane for the sheep skin.

Application example
The application example provides an application method of a brightening agent, which comprises the following steps:
(1) Selecting sheepskin clothing leather, carrying out cationic back cover for 1 time, standing for 4 hours and scalding;
(2) Spraying the flour paste for 2 times, ironing and spraying the flour paste for 2 times;
(3) Spraying brightening agent for 2 times (spraying amount is 1.2-1.4 g/sf), and milling until the grains are natural;
(4) Observing the glossiness uniformity, blackness and touch feeling, and checking after 24 hours.
Test case
The following 3 brighteners were selected for testing:
(1) The neutral gloss reducing agent obtained in example 3 (experimental group);
(2) Commercially available conventional nitrocotton brightening agents (comparative group 1);
(3) The light brightener in the conventional polyurethane commercially available (comparative group 2).
The test results are shown in Table 4.

the pH regulator is one or the combination of more than two of sodium hydroxide solution, ammonia water and organic amine alkaline auxiliary agents;
the preparation method of the brightening agent in the polyurethane for the sheepskin comprises the following steps:
(1) Adding deionized water, polysiloxane-polyether copolymer and sulfated castor oil into a dispersing kettle, and uniformly stirring and dispersing to obtain a first mixed solution;
(2) Adding aqueous aliphatic polyether self-extinction polyurethane dispersion, aqueous medium-soft high-physical-property aliphatic polycarbonate polyurethane emulsion, aqueous medium-soft transparent aliphatic polyether polyurethane emulsion, aqueous nonionic polyurethane emulsion, polysiloxane emulsion and preservative into the first mixed solution, and uniformly stirring and dispersing to obtain a second mixed solution;
(3) Diluting the pH regulator and then adding the diluted pH regulator into the second mixed solution to obtain a third mixed solution;
(4) Slowly adding the suspension stabilizer into the third mixed solution, and uniformly dispersing to obtain the light brightening agent in the polyurethane for the sheep skin.

The light brightening agent for sheepskin polyurethane according to claim 1, comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 35 parts of deionized water, 15 parts of aqueous aliphatic polyether self-extinction polyurethane dispersion, 12.5 parts of aqueous medium-soft high-physical-property aliphatic polycarbonate polyurethane emulsion, 25 parts of aqueous medium-soft transparent aliphatic polyether polyurethane emulsion, 12.5 parts of aqueous nonionic polyurethane emulsion, 1.5 parts of polysiloxane-polyether copolymer, 1.5 parts of polysiloxane emulsion, 1.5 parts of sulfated castor oil, 1.7 parts of suspension stabilizer, 0.6 part of preservative and 0.5 part of pH regulator.
