When the extension height H of the plugging plate 132 in the first connecting groove 131 is too high, the connection area between the plugging plate 132 and the first connecting groove 131 is increased, so that the connection strength between the plugging plate 132 and the first connecting groove 131 is increased, and thus the plugging plate 132 cannot be ensured to be normally separated from the first connecting groove 131 under the action of external force.
Therefore, the application sets the extension height H of the plugging plate 132 in the first connecting groove 131 to be less than or equal to 1.5mm, and ensures that the plugging plate 132 can be separated from the first connecting groove 131 under the action of external force while ensuring that the plugging plate 132 can effectively close the first connecting groove 131, thereby facilitating the connection of the mounting plate 200 to the threshold pressing plate body 100, so that the threshold pressing plate assembly 1000 of the application can be applied to high-profile vehicles.
Alternatively, as shown in conjunction with fig. 3 and 4, the mounting part 130 includes a plurality of first coupling grooves 131, and the plurality of first coupling grooves 131 are disposed at intervals in the circumferential direction of the first boss 120. Therefore, a plurality of first connectors 220 (as shown in fig. 7 and 8) matched with the first connecting grooves 131 can be disposed on the mounting plate 200, and the plurality of first connectors 220 are matched with the plurality of first connecting grooves 131 to increase the contact area between the mounting plate 200 and the threshold platen body 100, thereby increasing the connection strength between the mounting plate 200 and the threshold platen body 100 and ensuring that the mounting plate 200 can be stably connected to the threshold platen body 100.
In the description of the present application, unless otherwise indicated, the meaning of "a plurality" is two or more.
It should be noted that, by arranging the plurality of first connecting grooves 131 at intervals in the circumferential direction of the first protruding portion 120, on one hand, the plurality of first connecting grooves 131 can be arranged at intervals on the threshold platen body 100, so as to realize that the plurality of first connecting pieces 220 and the plurality of first connecting grooves 131 cooperate to fixedly connect the mounting plate 200 with the plurality of positions of the threshold platen body 100, so as to improve the connection strength; on the other hand, the plurality of first connecting grooves 131 can be prevented from occupying the mounting positions of the first protruding portions 120, that is, enough space is ensured on the threshold pressing plate body 100 to set the first protruding portions 120, so that the area of the first protruding portions 120 is ensured, and the anti-skid effect of the threshold pressing plate body 100 is improved.
It should be further noted that, when the mounting portion 130 includes the second connectors, the mounting portion 130 also includes a plurality of second connectors, and the plurality of second connectors are disposed at intervals in the circumferential direction of the first protruding portion 120. Therefore, a plurality of second connecting grooves matched with the second connecting pieces can be formed in the mounting plate 200, so that the connection strength of the mounting plate 200 and the threshold pressing plate body 100 is increased, and the mounting plate 200 can be stably connected to the threshold pressing plate body 100.
In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 8, an adhesive 230 is provided on a side of the mounting plate 200 remote from the second protrusion 210, and the adhesive 230 is used to adhere the mounting plate 200 to the threshold platen body 100. That is, the adhesive 230 is disposed on the mounting plate 200, and in the process of connecting the mounting plate 200 with the threshold platen body 100, the adhesive 230 is disposed near the threshold platen body 100 to ensure that the adhesive 230 can adhere to the threshold platen body 100, thereby further increasing the connection strength of the mounting plate 200 with the threshold platen body 100, and further realizing the fixed connection of the mounting plate 200 with the threshold platen body 100.
As can be seen from the above, the mounting plate 200 and the threshold platen body 100 of the present application are fixedly connected by the connection member (the first connection member 220 or the second connection member) and the connection groove (the first connection groove 131 or the second connection groove) on one hand, and by the adhesive member 230 on the mounting plate 200 on the other hand, so as to ensure that the mounting plate 200 can be stably connected to the threshold platen body 100.
Wherein, in the process of specifically connecting the mounting plate 200 with the threshold platen body 100, the connecting piece (the first connecting piece 220 or the second connecting piece) and the connecting groove (the first connecting groove 131 or the second connecting groove) can be used to cooperate to realize the initial positioning of the mounting plate 200 and the threshold platen body 100, and then the mounting plate 200 is pressed towards the direction of the threshold platen body 100 after the positioning is completed, so as to realize that the mounting plate 200 is adhered to the threshold platen body 100 by using the adhesive piece 230, thereby realizing the fixed connection of the mounting plate 200 with the threshold platen body 100 and reducing the connection difficulty of the mounting plate 200 with the threshold platen body 100.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 8, a plurality of adhesive members 230 are disposed on the mounting plate 200, and the plurality of adhesive members 230 are disposed at intervals in the extending direction of the mounting plate 200, so that the plurality of positions of the mounting plate 200 can be adhered to the threshold pressing plate body 100 by matching the plurality of adhesive members 230, so as to increase the contact area of the mounting plate 200 with the threshold pressing plate body 100, and further improve the connection strength of the mounting plate 200 with the threshold pressing plate body 100.
In particular examples, the adhesive 230 may be formed as a glue block that is disposed on the mounting plate 200 to effect adhesion of the mounting plate 200 to the threshold platen body 100 when the glue block is in contact with the threshold platen body 100.
In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 3 and 7, the first and second protrusions 120 and 210 are each composed of a plurality of protrusions extending in the width direction of the threshold platen assembly 1000 and spaced apart in the length direction of the threshold platen assembly 1000. To increase the layout area of the raised lines on the threshold pressing plate body 100 and the mounting plate 200, thereby improving the surface roughness of the threshold pressing plate body 100 and the mounting plate 200, that is, the surface roughness of the threshold pressing plate assembly 1000, so that the threshold pressing plate assembly 1000 has a good anti-skid function.
For convenience of description, the present application defines the protrusion provided on the threshold pressing plate body 100 as the first protrusion 121, and as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the first protrusion 120 is composed of a plurality of first protrusions 121, and the plurality of first protrusions 121 extend in the width direction of the threshold pressing plate body 100 and are spaced apart in the length direction of the threshold pressing plate body 100. Accordingly, the present application defines the protrusion provided on the mounting plate 200 as the second protrusion 211, and as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the second protrusion 210 is composed of a plurality of second protrusions 211, and the plurality of second protrusions 211 extend in the width direction of the mounting plate 200 and are spaced apart in the length direction of the mounting plate 200. To increase the layout area of the second raised strips 211 on the mounting plate 200, thereby improving the surface roughness of the mounting plate 200, so that the mounting plate 200 is connected to the threshold pressing plate body 100, and the threshold pressing plate assembly 1000 has a good anti-skid function, so as to meet the performance requirement of the high-profile vehicle.
Of course, in other examples, the plurality of ribs (the first ribs 121 and the second ribs 211) may also extend along the length direction of the threshold platen assembly 1000 and be spaced apart along the width direction of the threshold platen assembly 1000 (not shown in this embodiment). That is, the plurality of protruding strips may extend not only along the width direction of the threshold platen assembly 1000, but also along the length direction of the threshold platen assembly 1000, and the specific extending direction is not limited, so long as the first protruding portion 120 and the second protruding portion 210 can occupy a larger layout space.
In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, a plurality of mounting areas 110 are formed on the threshold platen body 100, and the plurality of mounting areas 110 are spaced apart in the length direction of the threshold platen body 100. By arranging the plurality of mounting areas 110, on one hand, the plurality of first protruding portions 120 can be arranged on the threshold pressing plate body 100, so that the surface roughness of the threshold pressing plate body 100 is increased to the maximum extent, that is, the anti-skid performance of the threshold pressing plate body 100 is improved, and the threshold pressing plate body 100 can meet the performance requirement of a low-profile vehicle; on the other hand, a plurality of mounting portions 130 can be further disposed on the threshold pressing plate body 100, so that a plurality of mounting plates 200 can be mounted on the threshold pressing plate body 100, thereby improving the aesthetic degree of the threshold pressing plate body 100, that is, improving the aesthetic degree and the anti-skid performance of the threshold pressing plate assembly 1000, and enabling the threshold pressing plate assembly 1000 to meet the performance requirements of high-profile vehicles.
In some examples, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the threshold pressing plate body 100 is further provided with an avoidance hole 140, where the avoidance hole 140 is spaced from the mounting area 110, and the avoidance hole 140 is adapted to avoid a back door lock on the vehicle. In this way, the position interference between the threshold pressing plate assembly 1000 and the back door lock on the vehicle is avoided, so that the threshold pressing plate body 100 can be ensured to be stably connected to the vehicle, that is, the threshold pressing plate assembly 1000 can be ensured to be stably connected to the vehicle.
Meanwhile, by arranging the avoidance holes 140 at intervals from the mounting region 110, it is also possible to avoid the avoidance holes 140 occupying the space in the mounting region 110, thereby ensuring that the first protruding portion 120 and the mounting portion 130 can be sufficiently arranged in the mounting region 110.
A vehicle of an embodiment of the application is described below.
As shown in fig. 1, a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present application includes: a threshold platen assembly 1000. The threshold pressing plate assembly 1000 is the aforementioned threshold pressing plate assembly 1000, and the specific structure of the threshold pressing plate assembly 1000 is not described herein.
As can be seen from the above structure, the vehicle according to the embodiment of the present application, by adopting the threshold pressing plate assembly 1000, can effectively reduce the manufacturing cost of the vehicle, shorten the development period of the vehicle, and improve the production efficiency of the vehicle.
In the description of the present application, it should be noted that, unless explicitly specified and limited otherwise, the terms "mounted", "connected" and "connected" are to be construed broadly, and may be, for example, fixedly connected, detachably connected or integrally connected; either mechanically or electrically. The specific meaning of the above terms in the present application will be understood in specific cases by those of ordinary skill in the art.

Claims (7)

1. A rocker platen assembly for a vehicle, comprising:
the door sill pressing plate comprises a door sill pressing plate body, wherein an installation area is formed on the door sill pressing plate body, a first protruding part and an installation part are arranged in the installation area, the installation part comprises a first connecting groove, a plugging plate for sealing the first connecting groove is arranged in the first connecting groove, the plugging plate can be separated from the first connecting groove under the action of external force, and the extending height of the plugging plate in the first connecting groove is H, and the H is less than or equal to 1.5mm;

3. The rocker panel assembly for a vehicle of claim 1 wherein the mounting portion includes a second connector, the mounting plate having a second connector slot therein, the second connector being insertable into the second connector slot.
4. The rocker platen assembly for a vehicle according to claim 1, wherein the mounting portion includes a plurality of the first connecting grooves, the plurality of the first connecting grooves being disposed at intervals in a circumferential direction of the first boss portion.
5. The rocker platen assembly for a vehicle of claim 1 wherein a side of the mounting plate remote from the second boss is provided with an adhesive for adhering the mounting plate to the rocker platen body.
6. A rocker platen assembly for a vehicle according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein the rocker platen body is formed with a plurality of the mounting areas, the plurality of mounting areas being spaced apart in a length direction of the rocker platen body.
7. A vehicle comprising a threshold press plate assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6.
