Alternatively, the blocking plate 132 may be escaped from the first connecting groove 131 by external force. Meanwhile, after the first connecting piece 220 is connected to the first connecting groove 131, the first connecting piece 220 and the mounting plate 200 are matched to block the first connecting groove 131, so that a user is prevented from observing other sheet metal parts inside the vehicle through the first connecting groove 131, and meanwhile, external dust, foreign matters, water flow and the like can be prevented from flowing into the vehicle through the first connecting groove 131 to damage parts inside the vehicle.
That is, the present application ensures that the first coupling groove 131 is closed regardless of whether the mounting plate 200 is coupled to the rocker arm pressing plate body 100 by providing the blocking plate 132 in the first coupling groove 131.
In some examples, the peripheral wall of the blocking plate 132 may abut against the inner wall surface of the first connecting groove 131 to achieve the press-fitting of the blocking plate 132 with the first connecting groove 131, thereby achieving the closing of the first connecting groove 131 by the blocking plate 132 and ensuring that the blocking plate 132 can be pulled out from the first connecting groove 131 under the action of an external force.
Of course, in other examples, the blocking plate 132 may also be connected in the first connection groove 131, and the connection portion between the blocking plate 132 and the first connection groove 131 may be cut off under the action of external force, so that the blocking plate 132 may also be used to close the first connection groove 131, and the blocking plate 132 may be ensured to be released from the first connection groove 131, and meanwhile, the blocking plate 132 may also be ensured to be stably disposed in the first connection groove 131, and the blocking plate 132 is prevented from being released from the first connection groove 131 without applying force.
Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 6, the extending height of the plugging plate 132 in the first connecting groove 131 is H, which is less than or equal to 1.5mm. When the extension height H of the plugging plate 132 in the first connection groove 131 is too high, the connection area between the plugging plate 132 and the first connection groove 131 is increased, and the connection strength between the plugging plate 132 and the first connection groove 131 is increased, so that the plugging plate 132 can not be effectively guaranteed to be normally separated from the first connection groove 131 under the action of external force.
Therefore, this application sets the extension height H of the plugging plate 132 in the first connecting groove 131 to be less than or equal to 1.5mm, and when ensuring that the plugging plate 132 can effectively seal the first connecting groove 131, it can be guaranteed that the plugging plate 132 can be separated from the first connecting groove 131 under the action of external force, thereby being convenient for connecting the mounting plate 200 to the threshold pressing plate body 100, and enabling the threshold pressing plate assembly 1000 of this application to be applied to a high-profile vehicle.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the mounting portion 130 includes a plurality of first connecting grooves 131, and the plurality of first connecting grooves 131 are spaced apart in the circumferential direction of the first boss 120. Thus, a plurality of first connecting pieces 220 (shown in fig. 7 and 8) matched with the first connecting grooves 131 can be arranged on the mounting plate 200, the plurality of first connecting pieces 220 are matched with the plurality of first connecting grooves 131 to increase the contact area of the mounting plate 200 and the threshold pressing plate body 100, the connection strength of the mounting plate 200 and the threshold pressing plate body 100 is further increased, and the mounting plate 200 can be stably connected to the threshold pressing plate body 100.
In the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means two or more unless otherwise specified.
It should be noted that, by arranging the plurality of first connecting grooves 131 at intervals in the circumferential direction of the first protruding portion 120, on one hand, the plurality of first connecting grooves 131 can be arranged at intervals on the rocker pressing plate body 100, so that the mounting plate 200 and the rocker pressing plate body 100 can be fixedly connected at a plurality of positions by matching the plurality of first connecting pieces 220 with the plurality of first connecting grooves 131, and the connecting strength is improved; on the other hand, the plurality of first connecting grooves 131 can be prevented from occupying the installation position of the first protruding portion 120, that is, it is ensured that the first protruding portion 120 can be disposed in a sufficient space on the threshold pressing plate body 100, so as to ensure the area of the first protruding portion 120, and to facilitate improvement of the anti-slip effect of the threshold pressing plate body 100.
It should be further noted that, when the mounting portion 130 includes a second connecting member, the mounting portion 130 also includes a plurality of second connecting members, and the plurality of second connecting members are disposed at intervals in the circumferential direction of the first protruding portion 120. Thus, a plurality of second connecting grooves matched with the second connecting pieces can be formed in the mounting plate 200, so that the connecting strength between the mounting plate 200 and the threshold pressing plate body 100 is increased, and the mounting plate 200 can be stably connected to the threshold pressing plate body 100.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8, an adhesive member 230 is disposed on a side of the mounting plate 200 away from the second protrusion 210, and the adhesive member 230 is used to adhere the mounting plate 200 to the threshold pressure plate body 100. That is to say, the bonding piece 230 is arranged on the mounting plate 200, and in the process of connecting the mounting plate 200 and the threshold pressing plate body 100, the bonding piece 230 is arranged close to the threshold pressing plate body 100 to ensure that the bonding piece 230 can be bonded on the threshold pressing plate body 100, so that the connection strength between the mounting plate 200 and the threshold pressing plate body 100 is further increased, and the fixed connection between the mounting plate 200 and the threshold pressing plate body 100 is further realized.
To sum up, the mounting plate 200 and the threshold pressing plate body 100 of the present application realize fixed connection through the cooperation of the connecting piece (the first connecting piece 220 or the second connecting piece) and the connecting groove (the first connecting groove 131 or the second connecting groove) on the one hand, and realize fixed connection through the bonding piece 230 on the mounting plate 200 on the other hand, thereby ensuring that the mounting plate 200 can be stably connected on the threshold pressing plate body 100.
In the specific connection process of the mounting plate 200 and the threshold pressing plate body 100, the connecting piece (the first connecting piece 220 or the second connecting piece) and the connecting groove (the first connecting groove 131 or the second connecting groove) can be matched to realize initial positioning of the mounting plate 200 and the threshold pressing plate body 100, the mounting plate 200 is pressed towards the direction of the threshold pressing plate body 100 after positioning is completed, the mounting plate 200 is bonded on the threshold pressing plate body 100 through the bonding piece 230, fixed connection of the mounting plate 200 and the threshold pressing plate body 100 is realized, and the connection difficulty of the mounting plate 200 and the threshold pressing plate body 100 can be reduced.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 8, a plurality of bonding members 230 are disposed on the mounting plate 200, and the bonding members 230 are disposed at intervals in the extending direction of the mounting plate 200, so that the bonding members 230 cooperate to bond a plurality of positions of the mounting plate 200 to the threshold pressing plate body 100, so as to increase the contact area between the mounting plate 200 and the threshold pressing plate body 100, and further improve the connection strength between the mounting plate 200 and the threshold pressing plate body 100.
In some specific examples, the adhesive 230 may be formed as a block of glue disposed on the mounting plate 200 to effect adhesion of the mounting plate 200 to the threshold press body 100 when the block of glue is in contact with the threshold press body 100.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 7, the first and second bosses 120, 210 are each comprised of a plurality of ribs that extend across the width of the threshold platen assembly 1000 and are spaced apart along the length of the threshold platen assembly 1000. The arrangement area of the raised strips on the threshold pressing plate body 100 and the mounting plate 200 is increased, so that the surface roughness of the threshold pressing plate body 100 and the mounting plate 200, namely the surface roughness of the threshold pressing plate assembly 1000 is increased, and the threshold pressing plate assembly 1000 has a good anti-skidding function.
For convenience of description, the convex strips provided on the threshold pressing plate body 100 are defined as first convex strips 121, and as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the first protrusions 120 are composed of a plurality of first convex strips 121, and the plurality of first convex strips 121 extend in the width direction of the threshold pressing plate body 100 and are arranged at intervals in the length direction of the threshold pressing plate body 100. The arrangement area of the first protruding strips 121 on the threshold pressing plate body 100 is increased, so that the surface roughness of the threshold pressing plate body 100 is improved, the threshold pressing plate body 100 has a good anti-skidding function, and therefore the threshold pressing plate body 100 can be independently arranged on a low-profile vehicle, and the performance requirement of the low-profile vehicle is met.
Accordingly, the present application defines the convex strips provided on the mounting plate 200 as the second convex strips 211, and as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the second convex portions 210 are composed of a plurality of second convex strips 211, the plurality of second convex strips 211 extending in the width direction of the mounting plate 200 and being provided at intervals in the length direction of the mounting plate 200. The arrangement area of the second protruding strips 211 on the mounting plate 200 is increased, so that the surface roughness of the mounting plate 200 is improved, and the mounting plate 200 is connected to the threshold pressing plate body 100, so that the threshold pressing plate assembly 1000 has a good anti-skidding function, and the performance requirements of a high-profile vehicle are met.
Of course, in other examples, a plurality of ribs (the first rib 121 and the second rib 211) may also extend along the length direction of the threshold plate assembly 1000 and be spaced along the width direction of the threshold plate assembly 1000 (not shown in this embodiment). That is, the plurality of protruding strips can not only extend along the width direction of the threshold pressing plate assembly 1000, but also extend along the length direction of the threshold pressing plate assembly 1000, and the specific extending direction is not limited as long as the first protruding portion 120 and the second protruding portion 210 can occupy a larger layout space.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, a plurality of mounting regions 110 are formed on the rocker platen body 100, and the plurality of mounting regions 110 are arranged at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the rocker platen body 100. By arranging the plurality of mounting areas 110, on one hand, the arrangement of the plurality of first protrusions 120 on the threshold pressing plate body 100 can be realized, so that the surface roughness of the threshold pressing plate body 100 is increased to the maximum extent, that is, the self-skid resistance of the threshold pressing plate body 100 is improved, and the threshold pressing plate body 100 can meet the performance requirements of a low-profile vehicle; on the other hand, the installation parts 130 can be arranged on the threshold pressing plate body 100, so that the installation of the installation plates 200 on the threshold pressing plate body 100 can be realized, the attractiveness of the threshold pressing plate body 100 is improved, namely, the attractiveness and the anti-skid performance of the threshold pressing plate assembly 1000 are improved, and the threshold pressing plate assembly 1000 can meet the performance requirements of a high-profile vehicle.
In some examples, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the threshold pressing plate body 100 further has an avoiding hole 140, the avoiding hole 140 is spaced from the mounting area 110, and the avoiding hole 140 is adapted to avoid a tailgate lock on a vehicle. Therefore, the position interference between the threshold pressing plate assembly 1000 and a back door lock on the vehicle is avoided, and the threshold pressing plate body 100 can be stably connected to the vehicle, namely the threshold pressing plate assembly 1000 can be stably connected to the vehicle.
Meanwhile, by disposing the avoiding hole 140 at an interval from the mounting region 110, the avoiding hole 140 may also be prevented from occupying a space within the mounting region 110, thereby ensuring that the first protruding portion 120 and the mounting portion 130 can be sufficiently disposed within the mounting region 110.
A vehicle of an embodiment of the invention is described below.
As shown in fig. 1, a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: threshold platen assembly 1000. The threshold pressing plate assembly 1000 is the aforementioned threshold pressing plate assembly 1000, and the specific structure of the threshold pressing plate assembly 1000 is not described herein.
With the above structure, the vehicle according to the embodiment of the invention can effectively reduce the manufacturing cost of the vehicle, shorten the development cycle of the vehicle, and improve the production efficiency of the vehicle by adopting the threshold pressing plate assembly 1000.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted" and "connected" are to be interpreted broadly, e.g., as being either fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally connected; either mechanically or electrically. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art.
Eight first connectors 220 are shown in fig. 8 for illustrative purposes, but it is obvious to those skilled in the art after reading the above technical solutions that the solution can be applied to two, three or other numbers of first connectors 220, and this also falls within the protection scope of the present invention.
Other configurations of the rocker paddle assembly 1000 for a vehicle and a vehicle having the same according to embodiments of the present invention, such as the specific location of the rocker paddle assembly 1000 on the vehicle, the manner of connection of the rocker paddle assembly 1000 to the vehicle, etc., are known to those of ordinary skill in the art and will not be described in detail herein.

Claims (10)
1. A rocker paddle assembly for a vehicle, comprising:
the door sill press plate comprises a door sill press plate body, wherein a mounting area is formed on the door sill press plate body, and a first bulge part and a mounting part are arranged in the mounting area;

2. The door sill pressure plate assembly for a vehicle of claim 1, wherein the mounting plate includes a metal layer formed on a surface thereof using a plating process to form the mounting plate into a trim plate.
3. The rocker paddle assembly for a vehicle of claim 1, wherein the mounting portion includes a first connecting channel, and the mounting plate includes a first connector that is adapted to be received in the first connecting channel.
4. The rocker paddle assembly for a vehicle of claim 1, wherein the mounting portion includes a second connector, and the mounting plate has a second connector slot therein, the second connector being adapted to be inserted into the second connector slot.
5. The rocker paddle assembly for a vehicle of claim 3, wherein a closure plate is provided in the first connecting groove, the closure plate being adapted to close the first connecting groove, the closure plate being removable from the first connecting groove by an external force;
the extending height of the plugging plate in the first connecting groove is H, and H is less than or equal to 1.5mm.
6. The rocker paddle assembly for a vehicle of claim 3, wherein the mounting portion includes a plurality of the first connecting grooves, the plurality of the first connecting grooves being arranged at intervals in a circumferential direction of the first projecting portion.
7. The rocker paddle assembly for a vehicle of claim 1, wherein an adhesive is provided on a side of the mounting plate remote from the second raised portion, the adhesive for adhering the mounting plate to the rocker paddle body.
8. The rocker panel assembly of claim 1, wherein the first and second projections each comprise a plurality of ribs extending in a width direction of the rocker panel assembly and spaced apart in a length direction of the rocker panel assembly.
9. The rocker paddle assembly for a vehicle of any of claims 1-8, wherein the rocker paddle body has a plurality of the mounting areas formed thereon, the plurality of mounting areas being spaced apart in a length direction of the rocker paddle body.
10. A vehicle comprising the rocker panel assembly of any of claims 1-9.
