Abstract
The invention discloses a mildew-proof TPU thermoplastic polyurethane film, which comprises a first polyurethane TPU base film layer, a TPU flame-retardant layer, a mildew-proof layer, a UV reflective film, a second polyurethane TPU base film layer, an antistatic layer and a hot melt adhesive layer; the mould-proof TPU thermoplastic polyurethane film is characterized in that the first polyurethane TPU base film layer is connected with the second polyurethane TPU base film layer through a hot melt adhesive layer, the top of the first polyurethane TPU base film layer is provided with a UV reflecting film, and the top of the UV reflecting film is provided with a TPU flame-retardant layer.
Description
Technical Field

Background
Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) has not only the high strength rubber characteristic of crosslinked polyurethane but also the thermoplastic properties of linear polymeric materials, so that its applications are expanded in the plastic field. In particular, TPU has become one of the fastest growing polymeric materials in recent decades. The TPU film is an important application form of the TPU material, and is applied more and more widely along with the development and progress of high technology in recent years, but because of the factors of high processing difficulty, unstable products and the like, china has no manufacturer which can carry out better batch production;
in the prior art, the TPU thermoplastic polyurethane film can be used in a severe environment, and in the past, mold is formed on the surface of the TPU thermoplastic polyurethane film, so that the surface of the TPU thermoplastic polyurethane film is yellow, the TPU thermoplastic polyurethane film is aged, and the falling-off phenomenon of the TPU thermoplastic polyurethane film is formed, and therefore a mildew-proof TPU thermoplastic polyurethane film is urgently needed.

the mildew preventive is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 70-80 parts of polyaspartic acid ester resin, 2-5 parts of polyurethane resin, 1-3 parts of epoxy acrylate resin, 0.3-1.5 parts of dispersing agent, 0.3-1.5 parts of defoaming agent, 7-12 parts of compound extinction silicon dioxide, 6-8 parts of hydrophobic fumed silicon dioxide and 5-8 parts of hollow glass microspheres.
In one example, the formula of the mildew preventive is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 70 parts of polyaspartic acid ester resin
2 parts of polyurethane resin, 1 part of epoxy acrylate resin, 0.3 part of dispersing agent, 0.3 part of defoaming agent, 7 parts of compound extinction silicon dioxide, 6 parts of hydrophobic fumed silica and 5 parts of hollow glass microspheres.
In one example, the formula of the mildew preventive is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 75 parts of polyaspartic acid ester resin, 3 parts of polyurethane resin, 2 parts of epoxy acrylate resin, 0.8 part of dispersing agent, 0.8 part of defoaming agent, 9 parts of compound extinction silicon dioxide, 7 parts of hydrophobic fumed silica and 6.5 parts of hollow glass microspheres.
In one example, the formula of the mildew preventive is prepared according to the following parts by mass: 80 parts of polyaspartic acid ester resin, 5 parts of polyurethane resin, 3 parts of epoxy acrylate resin, 01.5 parts of dispersing agent, 1.5 parts of defoaming agent, 12 parts of compound extinction silicon dioxide, 8 parts of hydrophobic fumed silica and 8 parts of hollow glass microspheres.
In one example, the TPU flame retardant layer has a thickness of 0.3mm to 0.5mm.
In one example, the UV light reflecting film has a thickness of 0.2mm to 0.4mm.
In one example, the antistatic layer is made of antistatic fiber.
The mould-proof TPU thermoplastic polyurethane film provided by the invention can bring the following beneficial effects:
the mildew preventive is coated on the mildew-proof film layer and consists of polyaspartic acid ester resin, polyurethane resin, epoxy acrylate resin, a dispersing agent, a defoaming agent, compound extinction silicon dioxide, hydrophobic fumed silica and hollow glass microspheres, so that the tissues of the mildew are effectively damaged in the long-term use process of the polyurethane film, the growth of the mildew on the polyurethane film is damaged, and the aging of the polyurethane film is avoided.

wherein the mildew-proof layer 1 comprises a mildew-proof film layer and a mildew-proof agent coated on the mildew-proof film layer.

Example three: the mildew preventive is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 80 parts of polyaspartic acid ester resin, 5 parts of polyurethane resin, 3 parts of epoxy acrylate resin, 01.5 parts of dispersing agent, 1.5 parts of defoaming agent, 12 parts of compound extinction silicon dioxide, 8 parts of hydrophobic fumed silica and 8 parts of hollow glass microspheres.
