The embodiment is as follows: referring to fig. 1-4, a rust removing device for a roller of a conveyor, which is used for removing rust of the roller in a roller conveyor, comprises a track platform 100, a working platform 200 and a winding mechanism 300, wherein the working platform 200 is installed at the top of the track platform 100 and is in sliding fit with the track platform, the bottom of the track platform 100 is provided with supporting legs, the top of the track platform is provided with two sliding rails which are in sliding fit with the working platform 200, rollers arranged in the sliding rails are installed on the working platform 200, and the working platform 200 moves on the track platform 100 through the rollers;
the winding mechanism 300 is arranged on the working platform 200 and comprises a winch 301 and a pulley block 302, wherein the pulley block 302 is arranged at the end part of the working platform 200 and extends out of the outer side of the track platform 100; the pulley block 302 comprises an upper pulley 321 and a pair of limiting pulleys 322, the pair of limiting pulleys 322 are arranged oppositely at intervals, a gap for a steel cable to pass through is reserved between the upper pulley 321 and the limiting pulleys 322, and the upper pulley 321 and the limiting pulleys 322 both adopt groove wheels;
the steel cable of the winch 301 bypasses the pulley block 302 and is connected with a polishing plate 400, at least two steel cables are arranged, the polishing plate 400 is horizontally arranged, two steel cables are led out from the winch 301, and the steel cables are connected with the polishing plate 400 after downwards penetrating through a gap between the two limiting pulleys 322 through an upper pulley 321; the bottom surface of the polishing plate 400 is provided with a polishing block which acts like abrasive paper and achieves the effect of removing rust through friction.
The bottom surface of the polishing plate 400 is provided with a polishing block for polishing the roller, a limiting component is arranged at the end part of the polishing plate 400 corresponding to each steel cable, the limiting component comprises a pair of vertically arranged limiting rods 331, and a gap for accommodating the steel cable is formed between the pair of limiting rods 331.
In a non-working state, the polishing plate 400 is dragged by two steel cables to be suspended below the working platform 200, when polishing is needed, the winch 301 releases the steel cables to lower the polishing plate 400, the bottom of the polishing plate 400 is in contact with a roller at the end part of a conveyor, the conveyor is started, the conveyor roller rotates to drive the polishing plate 400 to move, the winch 301 receives and releases the steel cables to enable the polishing plate 400 to reach a position needing polishing, the winch 301 stops working after the polishing plate reaches a rust removal position, the steel cables are pulled to enable the polishing plate 400 not to move forward along the rotation direction of the conveyor roller, the polishing plate is static, and the roller rotates to achieve a polishing effect, so that rust removal is carried out; the operation is repeated until the roller of the whole conveyor is polished; in order to prevent the grinding plate 400 from swinging during grinding on the conveyor, steel can be clamped between the two limiting rods 331 to limit the grinding plate 400 during grinding, so that swinging of the grinding plate 400 on the conveyor is reduced.
In order to facilitate the rapid clamping of the steel cable between the two limiting rods 331, the top ends of the limiting rods 331 are folded outwards to form an inclined section, and the inclined sections of the two limiting rods 331 in each limiting assembly form a Y-shaped structure which can play a role in guiding when the steel cable is clamped.
Four limiting assemblies are arranged and are respectively positioned at the four peripheral corners of the grinding plate 400; the steel cable can be limited at the two ends of the polishing plate 400, and the stability of the steel cable is improved.
In order to facilitate tensioning of the steel cable when the steel cable is released, a pressing roller 304 is rotatably mounted at the outer end of the working platform 200 corresponding to the left side and the right side of each pulley block 302, and the steel cable downwardly bypasses the pressing roller 304 and then is connected with the polishing plate 400.
A supporting platform 101 for placing the polishing plate 400 is installed at the side of the rail platform 100 corresponding to the lower part of the polishing plate 400, and can support the polishing plate 400 when not in use.
