the pressure sensing module I (3) and the plate rolling machine control system are respectively provided with a preposed setting unit, and the preposed setting unit is used for sending a material taking signal or a material feeding signal;
a pre-bending roller control module, a bending roller control module and a main winding roller control module are arranged in the plate rolling machine control system, and the main winding roller control module is used for controlling the movement of the upper winding roller (61) and the lower winding roller (62);
the plate bending machine is characterized in that a machining parameter database is arranged in the plate bending machine control system, the machining parameter database records the movement strokes of the pre-bending roller (63), the bending roller (64), the upper winding roller (61) and the lower winding roller (62) during the bending of plates with different sizes, the pressure sensing module I (3), the stroke detection unit I (4) and the machining parameter database are in electric signal connection, and the machining parameter database is in electric signal connection with the pre-bending roller control module, the bending roller control module and the main winding roller control module.

The fieldbus control system of claim 6, wherein: the preset signal sending time of the preset unit in the pressure sensing module I (3) is the time from the material taking of the material taking equipment to the placement of the plate in the feeding equipment (1), and the preset signal sending time of the preset unit in the plate bending machine control system is the time for the feeding equipment (1) to convey the plate to the plate bending machine (6).
8. The fieldbus control system of claim 7, wherein: and a material taking feedback unit is arranged in the material taking control module and is used for receiving a material taking signal sent by the front setting unit in the first pressure sensing module (3).

The fieldbus control system of claim 6, wherein: the processing parameter database is provided with the rotating strokes of an upper winding roller (61) and a lower winding roller (62) for controlling the extension length between the upper winding roller (61) and the lower winding roller (62) of a pre-bending front plate, the running stroke of a pre-bending roller (63) for controlling the pre-bending angle of the plate, and the moving strokes of the upper winding roller (61), the lower winding roller (62) and a bending roller (64) for controlling the bending processing size of the plate.
