Integral upward-adjusting type pre-bent coil forming device and forming method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of plate rolling forming, in particular to an integrally upward adjusting type pre-bending plate rolling forming device and a forming method used by the same.
Background
The roll bending forming is a process for realizing cold bending forming of a plate according to a three-point rounding principle, and can be used for forming parts in different shapes such as a cylinder shape, an oval shape, a conical shape, an arc shape, a U shape and the like.
The plate bending machine is a device which rotates a working roller and bends a plate to be bent and formed by external force such as hydraulic pressure, mechanical force and the like, in order to prevent skew, the plate is usually centered before the plate is placed on the plate bending machine to be pre-bent in the forming process, so that the longitudinal center line of the plate is strictly vertical to the axis of a roller, and the current common centering method comprises the following steps: using side roller pairs (on a four-roller plate bending machine), using stop blocks, and the like; meanwhile, the remaining straight edges are reserved during plate rolling, so the end part of the plate needs to be pre-bent before rolling, the common pre-bending method is a press bending method and a plate bending machine rolling method, the press bending method needs additional equipment, the plate bending machine rolling method is mainly completed by using auxiliary motion of side rollers in the asymmetric three-roller and four-roller forming, the existing centering and pre-bending methods not only increase the complexity of equipment, but also reduce the efficiency due to the addition of auxiliary motion.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, an integrally adjustable pre-bent coil forming device and a forming method thereof are provided, aiming at realizing simple and reliable centering and pre-bent forming during coil rolling.
The specific technical scheme is as follows:
a first aspect of the present invention provides an integrally adjustable pre-bent roll forming apparatus having the features including:
the device comprises a plate rolling machine frame, wherein a plate rolling main roller is arranged on the plate rolling machine frame, one end of the plate rolling main roller is connected to an output shaft of an oil motor through a coupling, and the other end of the plate rolling main roller is connected to an output shaft of a swing oil cylinder through a swing bearing;
the moving beam can reciprocate up and down along the height direction of the plate rolling rack, two pre-bending rollers are mounted at the top of the moving beam, the pre-bending rollers are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the bottom of the plate rolling main roller, and the sectional rollers in the pre-bending rollers are mounted on the moving beam through a first roller support and a second roller support respectively; and
one end of the feeding bracket is arranged on the plate rolling rack, and the feeding bracket is positioned below the plate rolling main roller.
The above-mentioned whole up-regulation type pre-bent roll plate forming device also has the characteristic that the forming device further comprises:
the inclined wedge block is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the movable beam; and
the pre-bending wedge block can slide leftwards and rightwards along the width direction of the plate rolling rack, an inclined surface is arranged on the pre-bending wedge block, and the inclined wedge block is in sliding contact with the inclined surface in the pre-bending wedge block.
The above-mentioned whole up-regulation type pre-bent roll plate forming device also has the characteristic that the forming device further comprises:
the adjusting hand wheel is connected to an input shaft of the speed reducer, and the speed reducer is arranged on the rolling plate rack; and
and one end of the limiting screw rod is connected to an output shaft of the speed reducer through a coupling.
The above-mentioned whole up-regulation type pre-bent coiled plate forming device also has the characteristic that the forming device also comprises a counter which is connected on the output shaft of the speed reducer.
The integral upward-adjusting pre-bending roll plate forming device is also characterized by further comprising a pre-bending oil cylinder, and a telescopic rod of the pre-bending oil cylinder is fixedly connected to the inclined wedge block.
A second aspect of the present invention is to provide a forming method using the above-described integrally upturned coil forming apparatus, characterized by comprising the steps of:
s1: inserting a plate to be processed which is not pre-bent into the plate bending machine frame through the feeding bracket, stopping feeding after the front end of the plate is abutted against the second roller support, and finishing feeding and centering of the plate;
s2: the movable beam rises and drives the two pre-bending rollers to move upwards so as to bend the first straight section of the plate;
s3: the moving beam moves downwards to enable the pre-bending roller to keep proper pressure on the plate, the oil motor is started, and the plate rolling main roller stops rotating when the plate is rolled to a second straight edge section with a left part serving as a plate to be processed under the action of the plate rolling main roller and the pre-bending roller;
s4: the movable beam rises and drives the two pre-bending rollers to move upwards so as to bend the second straight edge section of the plate;
s5: the movable beam moves downwards to an initial position;
s6: and starting the swing oil cylinder to drive the swing bearing seat to turn outwards, and taking down the rolled parts from the main roll of the plate rolling machine.
The beneficial effect of above-mentioned scheme is:
1) the pre-bent coil forming device provided by the invention can meet the forming requirements of plates with different thicknesses in a certain range through the up-and-down adjustable movement of the movable beam;
2) the pre-bent coil forming device provided by the invention utilizes the roller support to block the front end of the material plate, so that the centering of the plate material is realized, and the centering mode has the advantages of simplicity, convenience and reliability;
3) the moving beam in the pre-bending roll forming device provided by the invention moves upwards under the action of the wedge block, so that the pre-bending roll compresses the end part of the sheet material and completes pre-bending forming operation;
4) the horizontal moving distance of the pre-bending wedge block is adjusted by the limiting lead screw in the pre-bending coil forming device, so that the rising height of the movable beam is accurately controlled, and the precision of the pre-bending shape is improved.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a pre-bent sheet forming apparatus provided in an embodiment of the present invention includes: the device comprises a plate rolling machine frame 1, wherein a plate rolling main roller 2 is installed on the plate rolling machine frame 1, one end of the plate rolling main roller 2 is connected to an output shaft of an oil motor 3 through a coupler, and the other end of the plate rolling main roller 2 is connected to an output shaft of a swing oil cylinder 4 through a swing bearing; the moving beam 5 can reciprocate up and down along the height direction of the plate rolling rack 1, two pre-bending rollers 6 are mounted at the top of the moving beam 5, the pre-bending rollers 6 are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the bottom of the plate rolling main roller 2, and sectional rollers in the pre-bending rollers 6 are mounted on the moving beam 5 through a first roller support and a second roller support 7 respectively; and one end of the feeding bracket 8 is arranged on the plate rolling rack 1, and the feeding bracket 8 is positioned below the plate rolling main roller 2.
The method for carrying out plate rolling and forming by utilizing the pre-bending plate rolling and forming device comprises the following steps:
s1: inserting a plate to be processed which is not pre-bent into the plate bending machine frame through the feeding bracket 8, stopping feeding after the front end of the plate is abutted against the second roller support 7, and finishing feeding and centering of the plate;
s2: the movable beam 5 ascends and drives the two pre-bending rollers 6 to move upwards so as to bend the first straight section of the plate;
s3: the moving beam 5 moves downwards to enable the pre-bending roller 6 to keep proper pressure on the plate, the oil motor 3 is started, and the plate rolling main roller 2 stops rotating when the plate is rolled to a second straight edge section with a left part serving as a plate to be processed under the action of the plate rolling main roller 2 and the pre-bending roller 6;
s4: the movable beam 5 rises and drives the two pre-bending rollers 6 to move upwards so as to bend the second straight edge section of the plate;
s5: the movable beam 5 moves downwards to the initial position;
s6: the swing oil cylinder 4 is started to drive the swing bearing seat to turn outwards, and the rolled parts are taken down from the rolling plate main roller 2.
The pre-bent roll bending forming device provided by the invention utilizes the roller support to block the front end of the material plate, so that the centering of the material plate is realized, and the centering mode has the advantages of simplicity, convenience and reliability.
The pre-bent rolling plate forming device provided by the invention can meet the forming requirements of plates with different thicknesses in a certain range through the up-and-down adjustable movement of the movable beam.
Specifically, the pre-bent roll bending device provided by the invention further comprises: the inclined wedge block 9 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the movable beam 5; the pre-bending wedge block 10 can slide left and right along the width direction of the plate rolling machine frame 1 under the driving of the pre-bending oil cylinder 14, an inclined surface is arranged on the pre-bending wedge block 10, and the inclined wedge block 9 is in sliding contact with the inclined surface in the pre-bending wedge block 10; conversely, when the pre-bent wedge 10 is reset to the right, the wedge 9 slides down along the inclined surface, thereby moving the traveling beam 5 downward.
On the basis of the technical scheme, in the embodiment, in order to accurately control the lifting height of the movable beam 5 and improve the precision of the pre-bending shape, an adjusting hand wheel and a limiting screw rod 12 are arranged, the adjusting hand wheel is connected to an input shaft of a speed reducer 11 (the speed reducer 11 is installed on a plate rolling machine frame 1), one end of the limiting screw rod 12 is connected to one output shaft of the speed reducer 11 through a coupling, so that the limiting screw rod 12 can be adjusted left and right through the speed reducer 11 when the adjusting hand wheel is rotated, and the left and right moving strokes of the pre-bending wedge block 10 are limited through the limiting screw rod 12. In the invention, in order to accurately adjust the limit screw rod 12, a counter 13 can be connected to the other output shaft of the speed reducer 11, so that an adjusting hand wheel can be accurately controlled through the counter 13.
