When the plastic crushing equipment with the circulation crushing function is used, when the transport box 106 filled with plastic needs to stir the shifting block 115, firstly, the air cylinder 301 is started, the output end of the air cylinder 301 stretches to drive the supporting block 302 to be in contact with the lower part of the filter plate 107, then the supporting block is supported, then the second motor 303 is started to drive the second rotating shaft 304 to rotate, finally, the rotating block 305 is enabled to rotate, and the shifting block 115 is driven to move, so that the clamping block 113 is separated from the clamping groove 114 and is not fixed to the filter plate 107 any more, at the moment, the output end of the air cylinder 301 is contracted, the filter plate 107 rotates downwards, meanwhile, the supporting block 302 continuously rotates and is always in contact with the filter plate 107, further, the supporting block is supported, the rotating speed is prevented from being too fast, the discharging speed is finally completed, then, the second motor 303 continues to drive the second rotating shaft 304 to rotate, the rotating block is enabled to completely pass through the shifting block 115, the shifting block 115 and then does not contact with the filter plate 115, the expansion and contraction rod 111 is not needed to be in contact with the filter plate 107, the expansion and contraction rod 113 is arranged at the end of the top of the air cylinder 107, the expansion and contraction rod 107 can be controlled, the expansion rod 113 is arranged at the moment, the top of the expansion rod 107 is in contact with the expansion rod 107, and the expansion rod 107 is in the expansion rod is controlled to rotate, and the expansion rod 107, and the expansion rod is moved by the expansion rod 113, and the expansion rod is contacted with the expansion rod 107, and the expansion rod is contacted with the expansion rod and the expansion rod 107, and then the speed of blowing has been controlled, prevents that the blowing speed from being too fast, leads to circulation crushing insufficient.
Referring to fig. 12, the present application further provides a plastic crushing method, which includes the following steps:

s2: starting two first motors 117 to drive the corresponding first rotating shafts 118 and the crushing blades 119 to crush;
s3: the crushed small plastic falls down into the transport box 106 on the bracket 108 and is filtered by the filter plate 107;
s4: starting the screw machine 104 which is positioned on the same horizontal plane with the transport case 106, driving the moving plate 105 to move, and then starting the screw machine 104 which is vertically arranged, and driving the transport case 106 to move upwards;
s5: activating the screw machine 104 of the inner top wall of the box body 101, and pushing the transport box 106 onto the support 108 above the channel 116;
s6: the poking block 115 is poked, the filter plate 107 rotates to discharge the plastic in the transport case 106 downwards, and the circular crushing is completed.
Firstly, plastics are put into the box 101 from the upper feed inlet 102 and enter the channel 116, then two first motors 117 are started to drive the corresponding first rotating shafts 118 and the crushing blades 119 to crush, the crushed small plastics drop down into the transport box 106 on the support 108, the small plastics are filtered through the filter plate 107, the qualified plastics enter the collecting box 202 through the filter plate 107 and the discharge outlet 103 to be collected, the screw machine 104 which is positioned on the same horizontal plane with the transport box 106 is started to drive the moving plate 105 to move, then the transport box 106 is pushed to the moving plate 105 of the screw machine 104 which moves vertically, then the transport box 106 is driven to move upwards, the screw machine 104 on the top wall in the box 101 is started, the transport box 106 which moves upwards is pushed again to the support 108 above the channel 116, meanwhile, the other transport box 106 is pushed again to the support 108 under the plurality of the filter plates 104, and the screw machine 106 is pushed again to enter the channel 116 again, and the screw machine 106 is pushed again to rotate downwards, and the plastic is conveyed to the channel 116 again, and the plastic is crushed by the rotating plate 116.

the circulating assembly comprises a plurality of screw machines, a plurality of moving plates, two transportation boxes, two filter plates, two supports and two fixing units, wherein the screw machines are sequentially arranged in the box body, the moving plates are respectively matched with the corresponding screw machines, the two supports are fixedly connected with the box body and are sequentially positioned in the box body, the crushing units are arranged between the two supports, the two transportation boxes are respectively matched with any support, the two filter plates are respectively connected with the lower parts of the corresponding transportation boxes in a rotating manner, and the two fixing units are respectively arranged on the corresponding transportation boxes;
the circulating assembly further comprises a plurality of moving wheels, and the moving wheels are sequentially arranged below the corresponding transport boxes and are mutually matched with any support;
the fixing unit comprises a fixing block, a plurality of telescopic rods, a plurality of springs and a clamping block, wherein the fixing block is fixedly connected with the transport box and is positioned below the transport box, two ends of the telescopic rods are fixedly connected with one side of the fixing block and one side of the clamping block respectively, two ends of the springs are movably connected with one side of the fixing block and one side of the clamping block respectively, each spring is sleeved outside the corresponding telescopic rod, the clamping block is far away from one end of the telescopic rod, and the clamping block is mutually matched with the clamping groove.

the fixing unit further comprises a shifting block, wherein the shifting block is fixedly connected with the clamping block and is positioned below the clamping block.

the crushed small plastic falls down into the transport case on the bracket and is filtered by the filter plate;
starting the screw machine which is positioned on the same horizontal plane with the transport case, driving the moving plate to move, and then starting the screw machine which is vertically arranged, and driving the transport case to move upwards;
starting the screw machine of the inner top wall of the box body, and pushing the transport box onto the bracket above the channel;
toggle the shifting block, the filter rotates, will plastics in the transport case is the blowing down, accomplishes the circulation and smashes.
