Abstract
本发明属于兽药加工技术领域,具体涉及一种牛用健胃促反刍中药片及其制备方法。该中药片由以下重量份的原料组成:槟榔0.5‑2份、大黄0.5‑2份、苍术0.5‑3份、白术0.5‑3份、陈皮0.5‑3份、厚朴0.5‑2份、甘草0.5‑2份、干姜0.5‑2份、碳酸氢钠0.5‑2份。本发明制得的牛用健胃促反刍中药颗粒毒副作用少,无蓄积性,不产生耐药性,疗效好。

技术领域
本发明属于兽药加工技术领域,具体涉及一种牛用健胃促反刍中药片及其制备方法。
背景技术
在兽医临床上,棚圈饲养的反刍动物前胃疾病占内科消化道系统疾病的80%,前胃疾病的发病率高达70%,前胃弛缓在兽医内科学疾病中是最常见多发疾病。按其病因,可以分为原发性前胃弛缓和继发性前胃弛缓。原发性前胃弛缓也称单纯性消化不良,与饲养管理和自然气候的变化有关,导致原发性前胃弛缓可能是由于单一长期饲喂粗纤维含量多、营养水平低的稻草、豆秸等饲草,消化机能陷于单调和贫乏状态,一旦变换饲料,即引起消化不良,矿物质和维生素缺乏、应激等情况;继发性前胃弛缓通常被视为一种临床综合征,病因比较复杂,导致继发性前胃弛缓可能是消化系统疾病、营养性代谢疾病、以及肺疫、流行热等因素。以上原因均可以引起前胃弛缓,如不能及时治疗,会带来更大的经济损失。目前兽药企业也会相关产品,但大多为散剂,应用不方便,而且其中的化学药物含量高,还会在牛的身体内产生蓄积性,继而影响其泌乳量和泌乳质量,而一些中药疗效差,容易反复,导致食用后泌乳量依然很小,反刍口数少,因此,现有技术需要进一步的改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种毒副作用少,无蓄积性,不产生耐药性,疗效好的牛用健胃促反刍中药片及其制备方法。
基于上述目的,本发明采取如下技术方案:
槟榔:味苦、辛,性温。归胃经、大肠经。功能:驱虫、消积、下气、行水。主治:虫积腹痛、积滞泻痢、里急后重、水肿脚气、疟疾。
大黄:味苦,寒。归脾、胃、大肠、肝、心包经。功能:泻下攻积,清热泻火,凉血解毒,逐瘀通经,利湿退黄。主治用于实热积滞便秘,血热吐衄,目赤咽肿,痈肿疔疮,肠痈腹痛,瘀血经闭,产后瘀阻,跌打损伤,湿热痢疾,黄疸尿赤,淋证,水肿;外治烧烫伤。
苍术:味辛、苦,性温。归脾、胃、肝经。功能:燥湿健脾,祛风散寒,明目。主治:用于湿阻中焦,脘腹胀满,泄泻,水肿,脚气痿蹙,风湿痹痛,风寒感冒,夜盲,眼目昏涩。
白术:味苦、甘,温。归脾、胃经。功能:健脾益气,燥湿利水,止汗,安胎。主治:用于脾虚食少,腹胀泄泻,痰饮眩悸,水肿,自汗,胎动不安。
陈皮:归肺、脾经。功能:理气健脾,燥湿化痰。主治用于脘腹胀满,食少吐泻,咳嗽痰多。
厚朴:味苦、辛,性温。归脾、胃、肺、大肠经。功能:燥湿消痰,下气除满。主治:用于湿滞伤中,脘痞吐泻,食积气滞,腹胀便秘,痰饮喘咳。
甘草:味甘,性平。归心、肺、脾、胃经。功能:补脾益气,清热解毒,祛痰止咳,缓急止痛,调和诸药。主治:用于脾胃虚弱,倦怠乏力,心悸气短,咳嗽痰多,脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛,痈肿疮毒,缓解药物毒性、烈性。
干姜:味辛,性热。归脾、胃、肾、心、肺经。功效:温中散寒,回阳通脉,温肺化饮。主治:用于脘腹冷痛,呕吐泄泻,肢冷脉微,寒饮喘咳。
一种牛用健胃促反刍中药颗粒,由以下重量份的原料组成:槟榔0.5-2份、大黄0.5-2份、苍术0.5-3份、白术0.5-3份、陈皮0.5-3份、厚朴0.5-2份、甘草0.5-2份、干姜0.5-2份、碳酸氢钠0.5-2份。
进一步的,所述的牛用健胃促反刍中药颗粒的方法,由以下步骤组成:
(1)取槟榔、大黄、苍术、白术、陈皮、厚朴、甘草、干姜、碳酸氢钠,粉碎至400-500目,混合均匀,得混合后的粉末;
(2)取步骤(1)混合后的粉末的一半量,加入水,浸泡1-2小时,然后以95-105℃下煎煮2-3h,浓缩后,得浓缩液;
(3)将步骤(1)混合后的粉末的一半量与步骤(2)中浓缩液混合,进入造粒机造粒,在50~90℃下烘干即可,得中药颗粒。
进一步的,所述的步骤(3)中的中药颗粒与羧甲基纤维素钠混合,压制后得表面光滑的中药片,所述的中药颗粒与羧甲基纤维素钠的质量比为10-12g:0.01-0.1g。
进一步的,所述的步骤(2)中粉末与水的质量比为0.8-1.2g:8-12g。
进一步的,所述的步骤(2)中浓缩液浓缩后为浓缩前液体体积的一半。
进一步的,所述的中药片的质量为120-130g。
进一步的,所述的步骤(1)中粉碎使用的技术为超微粉碎技术。
本发明制得的中药片可以与饲料混合,牛服用后可以健胃促反刍,其毒副作用少,无蓄积性,不产生耐药性。本发明加入碳酸氢钠,防治瘤胃酸中毒,使用超微粉等技术有使槟榔、大黄、苍术、白术、陈皮、厚朴、甘草、干姜等成分得到最大限度的利用,本发明使用的原料槟榔为君药,大黄为臣药,苍术、白术、陈皮、厚朴、干姜为佐药,健脾健胃疏通理气,辅助君药、臣药的健胃促反刍作用;甘草为方剂中的使药,调和诸药。方剂中加入碳酸氢钠,中和瘤胃内酸度,提高瘤胃内纤毛虫的活性,从而起到健胃促反刍作用。并且槟榔与大黄复配后,槟榔性温,攻积,下气行滞;大黄性寒,泻下攻积,清热泻火,凉血解毒,逐瘀通经,利湿退黄,二者组合在一起,一温一寒,两者药物反佐,相互校正药物副作用,起到促进粪便排出,促进瘤胃蠕动,兴奋瘤胃功能等作用。二者结合相关协同,相互增强疗效。苍术与白术:二者均健脾健胃的功效,但二者的侧重点各有不同。苍术重在燥湿健脾,祛风散寒,白术重在健脾益气,燥湿利水;一个重在祛湿,一个重在利水,二者结合使用,同时能起到祛风湿,利水的作用,而且使健脾胃功效增强。陈皮与厚朴:二者均为理气药物,同时具有燥湿化痰,陈皮理气健脾辅佐厚朴除湿行气,宽中散满,使厚朴燥湿消痰,下气除满功效增强。甘草与干姜:甘草性平,而干姜性热,甘草调和干姜,使热性缓和,使药物即起到温中散寒,回阳通脉,又不引起热火上升,造成热盛,甘草降火。二者同用温中散寒,补脾益气,最后得出本发明具有健胃促反刍作用的中药片。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种牛用健胃促反刍中药颗粒,由以下重量份的原料组成:槟榔0.5份、大黄0.5份、苍术0.5份、白术0.5份、陈皮0.5份、厚朴0.5份、甘草0.5份、干姜0.5份、碳酸氢钠0.5份。
一种制备所述的牛用健胃促反刍中药颗粒的方法,由以下步骤组成:
(1)取槟榔、大黄、苍术、白术、陈皮、厚朴、甘草、干姜、碳酸氢钠,粉碎至400目,混合均匀,得混合后的粉末;
(2)取步骤(1)混合后的粉末的一半量,加入水,浸泡1小时,然后以95℃下煎煮2h,浓缩后,得浓缩液;
(3)将步骤(1)混合后的粉末的一半量与步骤(2)中浓缩液混合,进入造粒机造粒,在50℃下烘干即可,得中药颗粒。
所述的步骤(3)中的中药颗粒与羧甲基纤维素钠混合,压制后得表面光滑的中药片,所述的中药颗粒与羧甲基纤维素钠的质量比为10g:0.01g。
所述的步骤(2)中粉末与水的质量比为0.8g:8g。
所述的步骤(2)中浓缩液浓缩后为浓缩前液体体积的一半。

实施例2:
一种牛用健胃促反刍中药颗粒,由以下重量份的原料组成:槟榔1份、大黄1份、苍术2份、白术2份、陈皮2份、厚朴1份、甘草1份、干姜1份、碳酸氢钠1份。
一种制备所述的牛用健胃促反刍中药颗粒的方法,由以下步骤组成:
(1)取槟榔、大黄、苍术、白术、陈皮、厚朴、甘草、干姜、碳酸氢钠,粉碎至450目,混合均匀,得混合后的粉末;
(2)取步骤(1)混合后的粉末的一半量,加入水,浸泡1.5小时,然后以100℃下煎煮2.5h,浓缩后,得浓缩液;
(3)将步骤(1)混合后的粉末的一半量与步骤(2)中浓缩液混合,进入造粒机造粒,在60℃下烘干即可,得中药颗粒。
所述的步骤(3)中的中药颗粒与羧甲基纤维素钠混合,压制后得表面光滑的中药片,所述的中药颗粒与羧甲基纤维素钠的质量比为11g:0.05g。
所述的步骤(2)中粉末与水的质量比为1g:10g。
所述的步骤(2)中浓缩液浓缩后为浓缩前液体体积的一半。

实施例3:
一种牛用健胃促反刍中药颗粒,由以下重量份的原料组成:槟榔2份、大黄2份、苍术3份、白术3份、陈皮3份、厚朴2份、甘草2份、干姜2份、碳酸氢钠2份。
一种制备所述的牛用健胃促反刍中药颗粒的方法,由以下步骤组成:
(1)取槟榔、大黄、苍术、白术、陈皮、厚朴、甘草、干姜、碳酸氢钠,粉碎至500目,混合均匀,得混合后的粉末;
(2)取步骤(1)混合后的粉末的一半量,加入水,浸泡2小时,然后以105℃下煎煮3h,浓缩后,得浓缩液;
(3)将步骤(1)混合后的粉末的一半量与步骤(2)中浓缩液混合,进入造粒机造粒,在90℃下烘干即可,得中药颗粒。
所述的步骤(3)中的中药颗粒与羧甲基纤维素钠混合,压制后得表面光滑的中药片,所述的中药颗粒与羧甲基纤维素钠的质量比为12g:0.1g。
所述的步骤(2)中粉末与水的质量比为1.2g:12g。

一种牛用健胃促反刍中药颗粒,由以下重量份的原料组成:槟榔2份、大黄2份、苍术3份、白术3份、陈皮3份、厚朴2份、甘草1份、干姜1份、碳酸氢钠0.5份。
一种制备所述的牛用健胃促反刍中药颗粒的方法,由以下步骤组成:
(1)取槟榔、大黄、苍术、白术、陈皮、厚朴、甘草、干姜、碳酸氢钠,粉碎至400目,混合均匀,得混合后的粉末;
(2)取步骤(1)混合后的粉末的一半量,加入水,浸泡1小时,然后以100℃下煎煮2-3h,浓缩后,得浓缩液;
(3)将步骤(1)混合后的粉末的一半量与步骤(2)中浓缩液混合,进入造粒机造粒,在80℃下烘干即可,得中药颗粒。
所述的步骤(3)中的中药颗粒与羧甲基纤维素钠混合,压制后得表面光滑的中药片,所述的中药颗粒与羧甲基纤维素钠的质量比为11g:0.07g。
所述的步骤(2)中粉末与水的质量比为0.9g:10g。
所述的步骤(2)中浓缩液浓缩后为浓缩前液体体积的一半。

一种牛用健胃促反刍中药颗粒,由以下重量份的原料组成:槟榔2份、大黄2份、苍术3份、白术3份、陈皮3份、厚朴2份、甘草1份、干姜1份、碳酸氢钠2份。
一种制备所述的牛用健胃促反刍中药颗粒的方法,由以下步骤组成:
(1)取槟榔、大黄、苍术、白术、陈皮、厚朴、甘草、干姜、碳酸氢钠,粉碎至500目,混合均匀,得混合后的粉末;
(2)取步骤(1)混合后的粉末的一半量,加入水,浸泡2小时,然后以105℃下煎煮3h,浓缩后,得浓缩液;

某牧场,每头泌乳牛均有HR-Tag项圈佩戴,选用泌乳天数120-140天,胎次3胎,体重相近牛只150头随机分5组,每组30头牛,分别喂食实验组1、实验组2、实验组3、实验组4、实验组5的制得的中药片,其中实验组1(实施例1中未加入碳酸氢钠制得的中药片)、实验组2(实施例2中未加入碳酸氢钠制得的中药片)、实验组3(实施例3中未加入碳酸氢钠制得的中药片)、实验组4(实施例1制得的中药片)、实验组5(实施例2中制得的中药片)分别记录试验前3天平均每天产奶量、试验中3天平均每天产奶量、试验后3天平均每天产奶量,并与喂食前做出对比,使用方法特制投服器投服,每天一次,每次1片,结果如下表1所示:

由上可知,本发明制得的中药片在喂食给牛之后,牛的产奶量增加,而碳酸氢钠的加入大大加大了牛的产奶量。
试验例2:
某牧场,每头泌乳牛均有HR-Tag项圈佩戴,选用泌乳天数120-140天,胎次3胎,体重相近牛只150头随机分5组,每组30头牛,分别喂食实验组1、实验组2、实验组3、实验组4、实验组5的制得的中药片,其中实验组1(实施例1中未加入碳酸氢钠制得的中药片)、实验组2(实施例2中未加入碳酸氢钠制得的中药片)、实验组3(实施例3中未加入碳酸氢钠制得的中药片)、实验组4(实施例1制得的中药片)、实验组5(实施例2中制得的中药片)分别记录试验前3天平均每天反刍口数、试验中3天平均每天反刍口数、试验后3天平均每天反刍口数,使用方法特制投服器投服,每天一次,每次1片,并与喂食前做出对比,结果如下表2所示:

由上可知,本发明制得的中药片在喂食给牛之后,牛的采食量也增加,反刍口数增加,而碳酸氢钠的加入大大加大了牛的产食量和反刍口数。本发明制得中药片对牛具有促反刍作用,且该效果非常好。
试验例3:
某大型奶牛场,每头牛均有HR-Tag项圈佩戴,便于监控收集记录反刍口数数据,反刍时间,为减少人为因素造成的数据偏差。对尿检测亚临床酮病阳性、采食量低的牛群按胎次3胎、泌乳天数120-130天、体重550-600kg,相似牛只60头随机分2组,空白对照组(未吃本实施例1中的制得的中药片)、实验组(每天投服1片本实施例1中制得的中药片)、阳性对照组(某公司液态维生素健胃口服液)该阳性对照组的组分为:维生素A、维生素D3、维生素E、维生素B12、烟酰胺、腐殖酸钠、消化酶磷酸二氢钙、纯净水。记录试验前3天平均每天产奶量(kg),试验中3天平均每天产奶量(kg),试验后3天平均每天产奶量(kg),使用方法特制投服器投服,中药片每天一次,每次1片,结果如下表3所示

由上可知,本发明制得中药片大大提高了牛的产奶量,且该效果非常好。

某大型奶牛场,每头牛均有HR-Tag项圈佩戴,便于监控收集记录反刍口数数据,反刍时间,为减少人为因素造成的数据偏差。对尿检测亚临床酮病阳性、采食量低的牛群按胎次3胎、泌乳天数120-130天、体重550-600kg,相似牛只60头随机分2组,空白对照组(未吃本实施例1中的制得的中药片)、实验组(每天投服1枚本实施例1中制得的中药片)、阳性对照组(某公司液态维生素健胃口服液)该阳性对照组的组分为:维生素A、维生素D3、维生素E、维生素B12、烟酰胺、腐殖酸钠、消化酶磷酸二氢钙、纯净水。记录试验前3天平均每天反刍口数,试验中3天平均每天反刍口数,试验后3天平均每天反刍口数,结果如下表4所示:

由上可知,由上可知,本发明制得中药片大大提高了牛的反刍口数,具有促反刍作用,且该效果非常好。
Claims (7)
1.一种牛用健胃促反刍中药颗粒,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:槟榔0.5-2份、大黄0.5-2份、苍术0.5-3份、白术0.5-3份、陈皮0.5-3份、厚朴0.5-2份、甘草0.5-2份、干姜0.5-2份、碳酸氢钠0.5-2份;
该中药颗粒的制备方法由以下步骤组成:
(1)取槟榔、大黄、苍术、白术、陈皮、厚朴、甘草、干姜、碳酸氢钠,粉碎至400-500目,混合均匀,得混合后的粉末;
(2)取步骤(1)混合后的粉末的一半量,加入水,浸泡1-2小时,然后以95-105℃下煎煮2-3h,浓缩后,得浓缩液;
(3)将步骤(1)混合后的粉末的一半量与步骤(2)中浓缩液混合,进入造粒机造粒,在50~90℃下烘干即可,得中药颗粒。
2.一种制备权利要求1所述的牛用健胃促反刍中药颗粒的方法,其特征在于,由以下步骤组成:
(1)取槟榔、大黄、苍术、白术、陈皮、厚朴、甘草、干姜、碳酸氢钠,粉碎至400-500目,混合均匀,得混合后的粉末;
(2)取步骤(1)混合后的粉末的一半量,加入水,浸泡1-2小时,然后以95-105℃下煎煮2-3h,浓缩后,得浓缩液;
(3)将步骤(1)混合后的粉末的一半量与步骤(2)中浓缩液混合,进入造粒机造粒,在50~90℃下烘干即可,得中药颗粒。
3.一种根据权利要求1所述的中药颗粒制备中药片的方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤(3)中的中药颗粒与羧甲基纤维素钠混合,压制后得表面光滑的中药片,所述的中药颗粒与羧甲基纤维素钠的质量比为10-12g:0.01-0.1g。
4.根据权利要求3所述的中药颗粒制备中药片的方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤(2)中粉末与水的质量比为0.8-1.2g:8-12g。
5.根据权利要求3的所述的中药颗粒制备中药片的方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤(2)中浓缩液浓缩后为浓缩前液体体积的一半。
6.根据权利要求3的所述的中药颗粒制备中药片的方法,其特征在于,所述的中药片的质量为120-130g,所述的中药片为圆柱状异形片,该异形片上半直径为1.80cm,下半直径为0.8cm,长度14cm,下半直径为圆滑平头。
7.根据权利要求3的所述的中药颗粒制备中药片的方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤(1)中粉碎使用的技术为超微粉碎技术。
