The remote examination room is internally provided with an examined extension, and the examined extension comprises a display screen, a computer host, voice equipment and video equipment; the display screen, the computer host, the voice equipment and the video equipment can be split equipment and can also be integrated equipment, such as an integrated flat plate, wherein the computer host, the voice equipment, the video equipment and the like form a module structure in the integrated flat plate, and signature, stamping, fingerprint equipment and the like, such as an electronic signature plate, an electronic fingerprint instrument and the like on the integrated flat plate; the voice equipment can be a loudspeaker or a communication earphone, and the video equipment can be a camera or a camera module built in a computer. The pre-reserved priority of the use of the interrogation room is used for guaranteeing the use safety of the interrogation room, and the method has the advantages of assisting police, technicians and the like to maintain order on site and being matched with the smooth development of remote interrogation work to a certain extent.

At least two sets of interrogation hosts for police are arranged in the interrogation central station, and more than 3 sets of interrogation hosts are added on the basis of the at least two sets of interrogation hosts, so that a plurality of sets of interrogation extensions are arranged on the periphery of the interrogation hosts within the scope of the general conception of the core scheme of the invention.

The interrogation host comprises a display screen, a computer host, a text input device, a voice device and a video device, and the interrogation extension comprises the display screen, the computer host, the text input device and the voice device; the equipment with the same name is the same equipment in hardware, the difference is that the built-in software is adopted, the character input equipment can be a keyboard or a touch screen, and the like, the voice equipment in the interrogation central station is generally an intercom earphone so as to avoid the influence of external sound on other works, and the video equipment is generally a camera or a video module integrated on a computer, and the like.

The video equipment of the interrogation host is used for shooting pictures of the interrogation police in real time and transmitting the pictures of the police to each inspected extension to be displayed on a display screen of the inspected extension; the two interrogation hosts are adjacently arranged, and video equipment faces the direction of the interrogation host, so that the video equipment shoots two police in the same video picture at the same time; the video pictures of the policemen are synchronously displayed on the display screens of the examination host and the examined extension.

As shown in fig. 3, the interrogation host is provided with a plurality of remote video window modules, when the interrogation is carried out, each remote video window module respectively establishes one-to-one remote connection with video devices of different examined extensions, the video devices of the examined extensions are used for shooting video pictures of the examined persons in the remote interrogation room in real time, and the video pictures of each remote interrogation room are transmitted to the interrogation host and are simultaneously presented on a display screen of the interrogation host through the remote video window modules. The interrogation host can establish video and voice bidirectional connection with any examined extension through the remote video window module according to the selection of the police, and the police can monitor and talk over the remote interrogation process through the remote video window module. The video pictures in the remote interrogation room are also transmitted to different interrogation extensions, each of which can choose whether to be presented on its display screen.

The e-interrogation module is arranged on the interrogation extension and comprises an interrogation template question-answer set, a talking record preview module, an error correction module, a manual intervention module and a verification module. The system software is installed on the examined extension, and comprises a voice broadcasting module, a question and answer display module, a evidence showing module and a voice recognition module.

When the examination starts, each examination extension is respectively connected to the examined extensions of different remote examination rooms to be examined through an e examination module, a corresponding examination template is selected in the examination template question-answering set according to the information of the case to be examined, the examined extensions receive the corresponding examination templates, the questions in the examination templates are controlled to be broadcasted in the remote examination rooms one by one through a voice broadcasting module, and broadcasting contents are simultaneously displayed on a display screen of the examined extension through a question-answering display module.

The voice recognition module of the examined extension receives and recognizes the voice response content of the examined person after each question is broadcasted, and converts the voice response content into text information and sends the text information to the talking record preview module of the corresponding examined extension; and if the text information presented by the talking record preview module is found to be wrong, correcting by the error correction module, and replacing the corrected text information with the wrong text information storage record. Because of numerous domestic languages, large accent difference and many homophones, for example, if a name is answered independently, a plurality of homophones can not be obtained with higher accuracy manually by the current voice recognition technology; however, the problem belongs to the technical problem, and does not relate to the core of the interrogation process, in the link of correcting the identification errors, an auxiliary police or other personnel familiar with certain interrogation services are responsible for correcting, and when the identification content is found to be obviously unreasonable, the correction can be performed by listening to the transmitted voice and operating the error correction module. To the development of speech recognition modules, more and more accurate speech recognition can help to further release the labor cost of the interrogation center.

In general, the case under examination is already investigated or detected in the public security case setting step, and some detection information is provided, when the answer content stored in the record is found to be inconsistent with the information detected in advance, the problem that the answer content is inconsistent is re-broadcasted, and meanwhile, the examination extension and the examined extension respectively display corresponding electronic evidence in the evidence showing area on the respective display screen through the respective evidence showing module. At this time, a quality certification link is entered, and if the reviewer adheres to the inconsistent content, the whole process is still recorded although the reviewer collides with evidence or the former investigation oral cavity. For the special case, the direct remote dialogue examination can be intervened when the police officer is in, and the examination host and/or the examination extension are/is provided with a voice intercom module which is used for being directly connected to a voice broadcasting module on the examined extension.

When the fact that the response of the talking record content of the audited person is not clear is found, for example, the queried question causes a new question or the response content is hidden, or the expression is not clear, the questioning and answering machine needs to be additionally added, the questioning and answering machine inputs the question needing to be queried through the manual intervention module, the voice broadcasting module sent to the audited machine controls the corresponding voice equipment to broadcast the voice equipment to continue to answer, the voice recognition module of the audited machine continuously receives and recognizes the voice response content of the audited person, and the voice response content is converted into text information to be sent to the talking record preview module of the corresponding questioning and answering machine again.

The e monitoring module is also arranged on the interrogation host and comprises a talking record preview module and a collaboration module; the method comprises the steps that a message host monitors the on-site message order of a receiver and the message process carried out by an e-message module through a remote video window module and an e-message monitoring module, when the message host discovers that the message process needs to be interfered, the message host sends interference content to a message extension through a collaboration module, and the message extension inputs a question to be asked through a manual intervention module according to the received interference content and sends the question to the receiver to be broadcasted to the receiver for continuous answer.

When the interrogation is finished, all the inquiry and answer text information in the interrogation process and the shot picture screenshot of two polices and the examinee are formed into a talking pen record through an e interrogation module and are respectively sent to an interrogation host and an examinee, and the two polices check the talking pen record through the interrogation host and the examinee and then verify the signature/fingerprint/seal; the written-in list and all the voice and video information are sent to the database of the server for storage, and the talking list has legal effectiveness and can be used as working basis for the subsequent administrative judicial program.

After the interrogation is finished, the e interrogation module of the interrogation extension is connected to the inspected extension of another remote interrogation room to be inspected again, and the above interrogation process is repeated; and e-interrogation modules of different interrogation extensions are respectively connected to the inspected extensions of different remote interrogation rooms to be inspected in turn after the interrogation is finished, and the interrogation process is repeated until the interrogation process is stopped or all interrogation cases are inspected. In general, an interrogation extension can select to establish a new interrogation connection immediately after one interrogation is finished even from a reserved remote interrogation room list under the condition of no rest for 20-30 minutes of one interrogation on average, and develop a new one-field interrogation, and when a shift, a shift and a rest are needed, the interrogation program can be stopped and the new interrogation is not linked temporarily.

In addition, an e-interrogation module is also arranged on the interrogation host. When the monitoring workload is not great, the police can directly develop a field of examination through the e-examination module according to the service proficiency.

And the trial extension is also provided with a coset module which is used for connecting to an e-trial module of other trial extensions and assisting the e-trial module in trial. When an oversized or complex case is encountered, multiple interrogation extensions can be selected to develop interrogation procedures together.

The interrogation template question-answering set comprises a suspects interrogation template, a victim interrogation template and a witness interrogation template, and the suspects, criminals, the victims and the witness can all be interrogation or inquiry objects, related work can be carried out through the system, wherein the suspects interrogation template comprises but is not limited to a robbery interrogation template, a theft case interrogation template, a fraud case interrogation template, a rape case interrogation template, a putamen case interrogation template, an explosion case interrogation template, a fire case interrogation template, a casting case interrogation template, a killer case interrogation template, a deliberate injury case interrogation template, a drug case interrogation template, a traffic safety interrogation template, a gambling case interrogation template, a selling case interrogation template and the like, and the interrogation problems are classified into sets according to crime types and perennial case transacting experiences, and the examination logic is ordered according to a logic sequence.

Each interrogation template typically includes a number of basic information problem sets and a number of illicit crime process problem sets; and e, selecting a corresponding interrogation template to carry out an interrogation process by the interrogation module according to the information of the to-be-inspected case.

The e interrogation module further comprises an interrogation template fusion module, and aiming at the fact that the same case involves multiple illegal criminal activities, the interrogation templates are subjected to content fusion and then an interrogation process is carried out; the interrogation template fusion module merges basic information problems of the same and synonymous content, arranges main line problems of the crime process according to a time main line sequence of the crime activity history proceeding process, and arranges branch line problems after each main line problem.

The e-interrogation module further comprises an interrogation logic analysis module, which comprises an interrogation question logic analysis and a reviewer answer content semantic analysis, wherein the interrogation logic analysis module is used for analyzing the relevance between the interrogation questions and the relevance between the reviewer answer content and different interrogation questions, and editing the questioning sequence of the interrogation questions according to the relevance degree; returning to the time main line problem when the association degree is lower than the threshold value, and skipping over the inquired branch line problem.

As shown in FIG. 4, the interrogation method of the e-interrogation system comprises the following steps:

Step one, a remote interrogation connection step is established: the method comprises the steps that a plurality of examination extensions are respectively connected to examined extensions of different remote examination rooms to be examined through an e examination module, corresponding examination templates are selected in examination template question-answering sets according to information of the to-be-examined cases, the examined extensions receive the corresponding examination templates, questions in the examination templates are controlled to be broadcasted in the remote examination rooms through a voice broadcasting module one by one, and broadcasting contents are simultaneously displayed on a display screen of the examined extensions through a question-answering display module;

step two, a conversion recording step in the interrogation process: the voice recognition module of the examined extension receives and recognizes the voice response content of the examined person after each question is broadcasted, and converts the voice response content into text information and sends the text information to the talking record preview module of the corresponding examined extension; if the text information presented by the talking record preview module is found to be wrong, the text information converted by the voice recognition module is corrected by the error correction module, and the corrected text information is replaced by the wrong text information storage record;

step three, a quality assurance step: when the answer content stored and recorded is found to be inconsistent with the information detected in advance, reporting the problem that the answer content is inconsistent again, and simultaneously respectively displaying corresponding electronic evidences in the evidence showing areas on the respective display screens through the respective evidence showing modules by the examination extension and the examined extension;

Step four, a manual intervention step: when the fact that the talking record content answered by the testee is not clear is found, the questions to be asked are required to be additionally added, the interrogation extension inputs the questions to be asked through the manual intervention module, the questions to be asked are sent to the voice broadcasting module of the testee, the voice broadcasting module controls the corresponding voice equipment to broadcast the questions to the testee to answer continuously, and the second step and the third step are repeated;

step five, a monitoring step: the method comprises the steps that when the method is carried out, each remote video window module is respectively in one-to-one remote connection with video equipment of different examined extensions, video pictures of each remote examination room are simultaneously displayed on a display screen of the examination host, and video pictures of a police are transmitted to each examined extension to be displayed on the display screen of the examination host; the method comprises the following steps that an interrogation host monitors the on-site interrogation state of an auditor and the interrogation process from step one to step four carried out by an e interrogation module through a remote video window module and an e interrogation module, when the interrogation process is found to be interfered, interference content is sent to an interrogation machine through a collaboration module, and the interrogation machine repeats step four according to the received interference content;

Step six, finishing the talking record step, forming talking records by using the e-interrogation module through all the question-answering text information in the interrogation process of the step one to the step five, and respectively transmitting the talking records to an interrogation host and an inspected extension, wherein the civil police checks and signs the talking records through the interrogation host and the inspected person through the inspected extension; the written records after the signature and all the voice and video information are sent to a database of a server for storage;

seventh, individual case cyclic interrogation step: the e-interrogation module of the interrogation extension which completes the step six is connected to the inspected extension of another remote interrogation room to be inspected again, and the above-mentioned interrogation processes of the steps one to six are repeated;

step eight, a plurality of cases are simultaneously and circularly examined: and e-interrogation modules of different interrogation extensions simultaneously execute the steps one to seven until the interrogation process is stopped or all interrogation cases are inspected.

In addition, the second to fourth steps further comprise an interrogation logic analysis step, wherein the interrogation order of the interrogation questions is set according to the association by analyzing the association between the interrogation questions and the association between the answer content of the testee and different interrogation questions.

As shown in fig. 5, the e-review system comprises a review center station, a server and remote review rooms (1, 2, …, n) which are mutually connected through a remote network, wherein the monitoring rooms generally comprise a watching room, a reservation place, a drug addiction place and the like, the review center station is internally provided with a review host, and the remote review room is internally provided with a review extension.

As shown in fig. 6, when the review host and the review extension establish a review connection, the respective video capturing pictures are mutually transmitted and presented on the display screen; an e-censoring module is arranged on the censoring host, and comprises a remote dialogue module, a censoring inquiry module and a evidence showing module; and a voice broadcasting module, a remote dialogue module and a evidence showing module are also arranged on the review extension.

When the censoring starts, the censoring host is connected to a censoring extension of a remote censoring room to be censored through an e censoring module, and the two ends are mutually connected with each other through respective remote dialogue modules to develop censoring business; the question-asking and selecting module can be used for selecting questions to be asked one by one on the question-asking host, the questions are sent to the question-asking extension, and the questions are broadcasted through the voice broadcasting module of the question-asking and selecting module so that the questions can be answered by the testee.

And meanwhile, the submitting host and the submitting extension respectively display corresponding electronic evidences in the evidence displaying areas on the respective display screens through the respective evidence displaying modules.

When the censoring is finished, checking and signing the censoring talking strokes by the policemen through the censoring host and the censoring receiver; and sending the checked-in notes and all voice and video information to a database of the server for storage.

As shown in fig. 7, the e-talk system includes talk center stations, servers, and remote talk rooms (1, 2, …, n) provided in different prison, which are connected to each other through a remote network; a talking host is arranged in the talking center station, and a talking extension is arranged in the remote talking room.

When the talking host and the talking extension establish talking connection, transmitting respective video shooting pictures to each other and presenting the pictures on a display screen; an e talking module is arranged on the talking host, and comprises a talking template question-answering set, a talking record preview module, an error correction module and an analysis warning module; the talking extension is also provided with a reservation number calling module, a face recognition confirmation module, a voice broadcasting module, a question-answering display module and a voice recognition module.

The system comprises a talking host, a plurality of remote video window modules, a plurality of remote video display modules and a plurality of remote video display modules, wherein the plurality of remote video window modules are arranged on the talking host, each remote video window module respectively establishes one-to-one remote connection with different talking extensions when talking is carried out, and video shooting pictures in each remote talking room are transmitted to the talking host in real time through the talking extensions and are simultaneously displayed on a display screen of the talking host; the talking host shoots pictures of talking police in real time through the video equipment and transmits the pictures of the police to each talking extension to be displayed on a display screen of the talking extension; by selecting different talking extensions, the talking host can listen back in real time or with a delay.

When talking starts, the talking host connects to the talking extension of the remote talking room to be talking through the e talking module, and after the talking person arrives and confirms the face recognition according to the reservation calling module, the talking host selects the corresponding talking template in the talking template question-answering set according to the time node information of the talking case, the talking extension receives the corresponding talking template, and broadcasts the questions in the talking template in the remote talking room one by one through the voice broadcasting module, the broadcast content is presented on the display screen of the talking extension through the question-answering display module. The speech recognition module of the talking extension receives and recognizes the speech response content of the talking person after each non-sensitive question broadcast, and converts the speech response content into text information and sends the text information to the talking record preview module of the talking host. A reply option is provided for the sensitive questions for confirmation by the talker's choice.

And if the text information presented by the talking record preview module is found to be wrong, correcting by the error correction module, and replacing the corrected text information with the wrong text information storage record.

The conversation template question-answering set includes, but is not limited to, a daily conversation template, an entry notification stroke template, an entry twenty-four hour conversation template, an entry second day conversation template, an entry third day conversation template, an entry fifth day conversation template, an entry seventh day conversation template, a post-trial conversation template, a death weekly conversation template, a health condition inquiry template, and an e conversation module selects a corresponding conversation template to develop a conversation process according to time and event node information of a case to be conversed.

When the talking is finished, all the question-answering text information in the talking process is formed into talking notes through the e talking module and is respectively sent to the talking host and the talking extension, and the police check-in the talking notes through the talking host and the talking extension by the talking receiver; and sending the talking book after the confirmation and all the voice and video information to a database of the server for storage.

The talking host analyzes the stored talking notes through the analysis warning module, and if the talking host finds that the content is abnormal, the talking host sends warning information for the polling and review of the civil police.

As shown in fig. 8, the forbidden e group talking system comprises a group talking central station, a server and a remote group talking room (1, 2, …, n) which are mutually connected through a remote network and are arranged in different social work stations; an upper negotiation host is arranged in the upper negotiation center station, and an upper negotiation extension is arranged in the remote upper negotiation room.

When the group talking host machine and the group talking extension machine establish group talking connection, transmitting respective video shooting pictures to each other and displaying the video shooting pictures on a display screen; an e group talking module is arranged on the group talking host machine and comprises a group talking template question-answering set, a talking record preview module and an error correction module; the upper talking extension is also provided with a voice broadcasting module, a question and answer display module and a voice recognition module.

When the group talk starts, the group talk host is connected to a group talk extension of a remote group talk room to be group talk through an e group talk module, a corresponding group talk template is selected in group talk template question-answering sets according to information of a group talk case to be group talk, the group talk extension receives the corresponding group talk template, problems in the group talk template are broadcasted in the remote group talk room one by one through a voice broadcasting module, and broadcasting contents are simultaneously displayed on a display screen of the group talk extension through a question-answering display module; the voice recognition module of the group talk extension receives and recognizes the voice response content of the group talk receiver after each question is broadcasted, and converts the voice response content into text information and sends the text information to the talking record preview module of the group talk host.

And if the text information presented by the talking record preview module is found to be wrong, correcting by the error correction module, and replacing the corrected text information with the wrong text information storage record.

When the group talks are finished, all the question-answering text information in the group talking process is formed into a talking pen list through an e group talking module, and the talking pen list is respectively sent to a group talking host and a group talking extension, and a social worker checks and signs the talking pen list through the group talking host and a group talker through the group talker extension; the talking notes after the confirmation and all the voice and video information are sent to a database of the server to be stored, and are associated with the prior law enforcement case information.

The servers of the e report system, the e interrogation system, the e review system, the e talking system and the forbidden e talk system are the same server, and related case information and law enforcement record information are related in a database of the server. The e-interrogation system, the e-review system, the e-talk system and the forbidden e-talk system also comprise local servers which are used for storing local law enforcement record information and providing local inquiry and remote server inquiry functions.

The advantages of this embodiment are: (1) Remote report, interrogation, review, talking and help talking are realized, and time and cost delayed by unnecessary police are saved; (2) The machine is utilized to automatically report, examine, review, talk and help talk, so that tedious repeated question work is avoided, unnecessary vigor of police is saved, and the police can concentrate on important questions; and through the standard voice broadcasting and the text display of the machine, the method can be utilized to avoid delay caused by individual accent/dialect difference or misstatement; (3) The whole process is fully monitored and recorded electronically, manual recording is not needed, the interrogation process is more efficient and scientific, and the public confidence is higher; the error that police use nonstandard equipment to record audio and video and manually record the interrogation process is easy to occur is avoided; (4) The data of each system is stored and managed in a centralized way, equipment is monitored in a centralized way, and the data safety is guaranteed to the greatest extent; (5) The whole process of the talking book is digitalized, the efficiency is greatly improved, the traditional one-field interrogation time (without calculating the police time) is about 2 hours, and the average time of the interrogation service (without alarming) adopting the system and the method is about 20-30 minutes; the police force cost is greatly saved for the report process, and the efficiency of the proposal, talking and help talking procedure is improved considerably; (6) According to the familiarity of the police to the related interrogation business, 6, 8 or even more interrogation activities can be carried out simultaneously under the condition of sufficient hardware equipment quantity, and the efficiency is doubled.

In addition, besides the interrogation host computers which are responsible for two polices, auxiliary polices or technicians participate in the safe operation of the field order and equipment and technology in a remote interrogation room, and the personnel knowing certain interrogation business such as other polices, auxiliary polices and technicians are responsible for the safe and accurate operation of the e-interrogation module system; although a certain person is required to participate in ensuring the operation of the system, at least 2 formal polices are required to efficiently complete a plurality of times of interrogation works, and the release of police strength and the improvement of interrogation efficiency are substantial.

Variations and modifications to the above would be obvious to persons skilled in the art to which the invention pertains from the foregoing description and teachings. Therefore, the invention is not limited to the specific embodiments disclosed and described above, but some modifications and changes of the invention should be also included in the scope of the claims of the invention. In addition, although specific terms are used in the present specification, these terms are for convenience of description only and do not limit the present invention in any way.
