step six, completing a conversation stroke record step, namely forming all question and answer character information in the inquiry process from the step one to the step five into a conversation stroke record through an e inquiry module, respectively sending the conversation stroke record to an inquiry host and an audited extension, and checking and signing the conversation stroke record by a policeman through the inquiry host and the audited person through the audited extension; the signed record and all voice and video information are sent to a database of a server for storage;
step seven, a case cyclic interrogation step: the e interrogation module of the interrogation extension completing the step six is connected to the examined extension of the other remote interrogation room to be examined again, and the interrogation processes of the steps one to six are repeated;
step eight, a plurality of cases simultaneously and circularly trial step: and e-interrogation modules of different interrogation extensions execute the steps from one to seven at the same time until the interrogation procedure is stopped or the interrogation of all the interrogation cases is finished.
As a further improvement of the above scheme, in the second to fourth steps, an interrogation logic analysis step is further included, and the question asking sequence of the interrogation questions is set according to the magnitude of the relevance by analyzing the relevance between the interrogation questions and the relevance between the answer content of the examinee and different interrogation questions.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) The remote report, inquiry, submission, conversation and negotiation are realized, and the time and cost delayed by unnecessary alarm are saved.
(2) The automatic question answering type report, interrogation, submission, talking and help talking are utilized by the machine, so that the complicated repeated question work is avoided, the unnecessary energy of the police is saved, and the attention of the police is focused on important problems; and through the standard voice broadcast and the text display of the machine, delay caused by personal accent/dialect difference or mouth error is avoided.
(3) The whole process is monitored and recorded completely electronically, manual recording is not needed, the interrogation process is more efficient and scientific, and the public trust is higher; the mistake that police officer used nonstandard equipment recording and video recording to and manual record inquiry process takes place easily has been avoided.
(4) Data of each system is stored and managed in a centralized mode, equipment is monitored and monitored in a centralized mode, and data safety is guaranteed to the maximum extent.
(5) The whole process of the talk record is digitalized, the efficiency is greatly improved, the interrogation time (without calculating the alarm time) of one traditional field is about 2 hours, and the average time of the interrogation service (without outputting the alarm) adopting the system and the method of the invention is about 20-30 minutes; the police cost is greatly saved in the reporting process, and the efficiency of the submitting, talking and negotiation procedures is improved.
(6) According to the familiarity of the policemen to the related interrogation services, under the condition of sufficient quantity of hardware equipment, the interrogation activities of 6, 8 or even more fields can be simultaneously carried out, and the efficiency is improved by times; besides the interrogation masters in charge of two policemen, police officers or technical personnel participate in guaranteeing the safe operation of on-site order and equipment and technology in a remote interrogation room, and the interrogation extension is in charge of the safe and accurate operation of an e interrogation module system by other staff who know certain interrogation services such as policemen, police officers and technical personnel; although certain personnel can be required to participate in the operation of the security system, at least 2 formal policemen can efficiently complete the interrogation work of multiple times of the number, and the release of the police strength and the improvement of the interrogation efficiency are practical.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, an intelligent central office system for law enforcement for public security according to an embodiment of the present invention is applied to intelligent management of a public security law enforcement system, and includes an e-declaration system, an e-interrogation system, an e-submission system, an e-talking system, and an e-negotiation system for drug prohibition.
The e-reporting system comprises a reporting question and answer module, a reporting content preview module, a reporting attachment uploading module and a reporting database, wherein the reporting question and answer module, the reporting content preview module and the reporting attachment uploading module are arranged on the handheld intelligent equipment, and the reporting database is arranged on a remote server. The handheld smart device may be a smart phone, which is enabled to register the module via a software client installed on the smart phone, or via a WeChat applet, or by logging into a website. The case reporting person firstly records the case reporting content in a question and answer mode through a case reporting question and answer module, then the case reporting content obtained by all questions and answers is gathered and presented to the case reporting person through a case reporting content preview module for confirming or modifying again, after the related case reporting attachments are uploaded through a case reporting attachment uploading module, for example, photos of stolen goods, photos of suspects and the like, the case reporting is confirmed to be submitted, the case reporting content and the case reporting attachments are uploaded to a case reporting database, and an electronic case reporting file is established.
As shown in fig. 2, the e-interrogation system includes an interrogation central station, a server, and a plurality of remote interrogation rooms (1, 2, \8230;, n) interconnected via a network. The remote inquest room is arranged in each public security branch office, a distrib, a guard house, a prison and other units for criminals or suspects, and can be provided with mobile inquest rooms which are distributed everywhere in society and convenient and fast for people.
The remote interrogation room is internally provided with an extension to be inspected, and the extension to be inspected comprises a display screen, a computer host, voice equipment and video equipment; the display screen, the computer host, the voice equipment and the video equipment can be connected with each other in a split mode, and can also be integrated equipment, such as an integrated flat plate, wherein the computer host, the voice equipment, the video equipment and the like form a module structure in the integrated flat plate, and the display screen, the computer host, the voice equipment, the video equipment and the like also have signing, pressing and printing, fingerprint equipment and the like, such as an electronic signing plate, an electronic fingerprint instrument and the like on the integrated flat plate; the voice equipment can be a loudspeaker or a communication earphone, and the video equipment can be a camera or a camera module built in a computer. The prior reservation of the use of the interrogation room ensures the use safety of the interrogation room, and the on-site maintenance of the order by auxiliary police, technicians and the like and the smooth development of the remote interrogation work are matched to a certain extent.
At least two sets of interrogation hosts for policemen to use are arranged in the interrogation central station, of course, more than the 3 rd set can be added on the basis, and a plurality of sets of interrogation extension sets are arranged on the peripheral side of the interrogation hosts within the scope of the general concept of the core scheme of the invention.
The trial extension machine comprises a display screen, a computer host, a character input device, a voice device and a video device; the hardware of the devices with the same name is the same device, and the difference lies in the built-in software, the text input device can be a keyboard or a touch screen, the voice device in the interrogation center station is generally a talkback earphone so as to prevent external sound from influencing other work, and the video device is generally a camera or a video module integrated on a computer, etc.
The video equipment of the interrogation host is used for shooting images of interrogation policemen in real time and transmitting the images of the policemen to all the checked extension machines to be displayed on the display screens of the interrogation host; the two interrogation hosts are arranged adjacently, and the video equipment faces the direction of the interrogation hosts, so that the video equipment can shoot two policemen in the same video picture; the video pictures of the policemen are synchronously displayed on the display screens of the interrogation host and the checked extension.
As shown in fig. 3, a plurality of remote video window modules are arranged on the interrogation host, when interrogation is carried out, each remote video window module is in one-to-one remote connection with video equipment of different extension sets, the video equipment of the extension sets is used for shooting video pictures of remote auditors in remote interrogation rooms in real time, and the video pictures of each remote interrogation room are transmitted to the interrogation host and are simultaneously displayed on a display screen of the interrogation host through the remote video window modules. The interrogation host can establish video and voice bidirectional connection with any examined extension through the remote video window module according to the selection of the policemen, and the policemen can monitor and talkback the remote interrogation process through the remote video window module. The video pictures in the remote interrogation room are also transmitted to different interrogation extensions, and each interrogation extension can select whether to be presented on the display screen.
The e-interrogation module is arranged on the interrogation extension and is installed on system software on the interrogation extension, and the e-interrogation module comprises an interrogation template question-answer set, a conversation record preview module, an error correction module, a manual intervention module and a certificate indication module. The extension to be checked is provided with the following system software, a voice broadcasting module, a question and answer display module, a certificate demonstration module and a voice recognition module.
When the inquiries start, all the inquiries extensions are respectively connected to the audited extensions of different remote inquiries rooms to be audited through the e-inquiries module, corresponding inquiries templates are selected in the inquiries template question-answer set according to the information of the audited cases, the audited extensions receive the corresponding inquiries templates, the problems in the inquiries templates are controlled to be broadcasted in the remote inquiries rooms through the voice broadcasting module one by one, and the broadcasted contents are displayed on the display screens of the audited extensions through the question-answer display module.
The voice recognition module of the extension to be examined receives and recognizes the voice response content of the examinee after each question is broadcasted, converts the voice response content into text information and sends the text information to the conversation record preview module of the corresponding interrogation extension; and if the text information converted by the voice recognition module is found to be wrong through the text information presented by the talking record previewing module, correcting through the error correction module, and replacing the corrected text information with the wrong text information storage record. Because of numerous languages in China, large difference of accents and more homophones, for example, a voice answering a name alone has many homophones, and the current voice recognition technology cannot achieve high accuracy manually, the voice recognition module of the invention adopts the prior art, and the voice recognition module is applied to the interrogation service of the invention and used as a loop in the service flow; however, the problem belongs to the technical problem, the core of the interrogation process is not related, in the link of correcting the recognition error, an assistant police or other personnel familiar with certain interrogation service is responsible for correcting, and when the recognition content is found to be obvious and unreasonable, the transmitted voice can be heard, and the error correction module is operated to correct the recognition error. With the technical development of the speech recognition module, more and more accurate speech recognition can help to further release the labor cost of the interrogation center.
Generally, cases for trial have been subjected to some previous investigation or reconnaissance through a public security scheme link, some reconnaissance information exists, when the answer content stored and recorded is found to be inconsistent with the information which is reconnaissance in advance, the questions that the answer content is inconsistent are broadcast again, and meanwhile, the trial extension set and the checked extension set respectively show corresponding electronic evidences in the evidence areas on the respective display screens through the respective evidence modules. At the moment, a quality certification link is entered, and if the examinees insist on inconsistent contents, the whole process is still recorded although the contents conflict with the evidence or conflict with the previous investigation. For the special condition, the civil police can intervene in direct remote conversation interrogation at present, and a voice talkback module is arranged on the interrogation host and/or the interrogation extension and is directly connected to a voice broadcasting module on the extension to be inspected.
When the fact that the content of the talking records answered by the examinee is not clear is found, for example, a new question is caused by the question asked or the content of the answer is concealed or is not clear, the question answering needs to be additionally added, the question asked is input by the interrogation extension through the manual intervention module, the question answering extension is sent to the voice broadcasting module of the examinee extension to control the corresponding voice equipment to broadcast the question to the examinee for continuous answering, the voice recognition module of the examinee extension continuously receives and recognizes the voice answering content of the examinee, and the voice answering content is converted into text information which is sent to the talking record previewing module of the corresponding interrogation extension again.
The interrogation host is also provided with an e monitoring module which comprises a conversation record preview module and a cooperation module; the trial host monitors the on-site trial order of the examinees and the trial process carried out by the e trial module through the remote video window module and the e monitoring module, when the trial process is found to need to be interfered, interference contents are sent to the trial extension set through the cooperation module, the trial extension set inputs questions to be asked through the manual interference module according to the received interference contents, and the questions are sent to the trial extension set to be broadcasted out to the examinees for continuous answering.
When the interrogation is finished, all question and answer text information in the interrogation process and the image pick-up pictures of the two policemen and the examinees are formed into a talking record through the e interrogation module and are respectively sent to the interrogation host and the examinee extension, and the two policemen verify the talking record through the interrogation host and the examinee through the examinee extension and then carry out signature/fingerprint/right-hand printing confirmation; and sending the signed record and all voice and video information to a database of the server for storage, wherein the talking record has legal effectiveness and can be used as a working basis for a subsequent administrative and judicial program.
After the interrogation is finished, the e interrogation module of the interrogation extension is connected to the audited extension of the other remote interrogation room to be audited again, and the interrogation process is repeated; and e-interrogation modules of different interrogation extension respectively connect to the audited extension of different remote interrogation rooms to be audited in turn after the interrogation is finished, and repeat the interrogation process until the interrogation procedure is stopped or the interrogation of all interrogation cases is finished. Generally, one trial extension set examines for 20-30 minutes on average, under the condition of no rest, a new trial connection can be selected and established immediately from a reserved remote trial room list after one trial is finished, a new trial is developed, and when shift, off duty and rest are needed, the trial program can be stopped, and the new trial is not linked.
In addition, an e interrogation module is also arranged on the interrogation host. When the supervision workload is not large, the policeman can directly carry out one trial through the e trial module according to the proficiency level of the business.
And the interrogation extension is also provided with an examination and accompanying module which is used for being connected to the e interrogation module of other interrogation extensions and assisting the e interrogation module to carry out interrogation. When a super-large or complex case is met, a plurality of trial extensions can be selected to carry out the trial program together.
The interrogation template set comprises suspect interrogation templates, victim interrogation templates and witness interrogation templates which can be the object of interrogation or inquiry and can carry out related work through the system, wherein the suspect interrogation templates comprise but are not limited to robbery interrogation templates, stealing case interrogation templates, fraud case interrogation templates, rape case interrogation templates, kidnapping case interrogation templates, explosion case interrogation templates, fire case interrogation templates, poison case submission templates, killer case interrogation templates, intentional damage case interrogation templates, drug case interrogation templates, traffic safety interrogation templates, gambling case interrogation templates, selling case interrogation templates and the like, and the interrogation problems are classified and collected according to crime types and perennial case handling experiences, and interrogation logic is formulated according to logic sequence.
Each interrogation template usually comprises a plurality of basic information problem sets and a plurality of illegal criminal process problem sets; and e, selecting a corresponding trial template by the trial module according to the information of the case to be reviewed to develop a trial process.
The e-interrogation module also comprises an interrogation template fusion module, aiming at the case which relates to a plurality of illegal criminal activities, and developing an interrogation process after fusing the contents of a plurality of interrogation templates; the interrogation template fusion module merges basic information problems of the same and synonymous contents, arranges main line problems of the criminal process according to the time main line sequence of the criminal activity history process, and arranges branch line problems after each main line problem.
The e-interrogation module also comprises an interrogation logic analysis module which comprises interrogation question logic analysis and auditee answer content semantic analysis, wherein the interrogation logic analysis module is used for analyzing the relevance among interrogation questions and the relevance among auditee answer contents and different interrogation questions, and editing the question-asking sequence of the interrogation questions according to the relevance degree; and returning to the time main line problem when the correlation degree is lower than the threshold value, and skipping the inquired branch line problem.
As shown in fig. 4, the interrogation method of the e-interrogation system includes the following steps:
step one, establishing a remote interrogation connection: the multiple interrogation extension sets are respectively connected to the examined extension sets of different remote interrogation rooms to be examined through the e interrogation module, corresponding interrogation templates are selected in the interrogation template question and answer set according to the information of the cases to be examined, the examined extension sets receive the corresponding interrogation templates, the corresponding voice devices are controlled by the voice broadcasting modules to broadcast the problems in the interrogation templates in the remote interrogation rooms one by one, and the broadcast contents are displayed on the display screens of the examined extension sets through the question and answer display modules at the same time;
step two, the interrogation process conversion recording step: the voice recognition module of the extension to be examined receives and recognizes the voice response content of the examinee after each question is broadcasted, converts the voice response content into text information and sends the text information to the conversation record preview module of the corresponding interrogation extension; if the text information converted by the voice recognition module is found to be wrong through the text information presented by the talking record preview module, correcting the wrong text information through the error correction module, and replacing the corrected text information with the wrong text information to store and record;
step three, quality certification step: when the stored and recorded answer content is found to be inconsistent with the pre-intercepted information, the question that the answer content is inconsistent is reported again, and meanwhile, the trial extension and the checked extension respectively show corresponding electronic evidences in the demonstration areas on the respective display screens through the respective demonstration modules;
step four, manual intervention step: when the fact that the content of the conversation record answered by the examinee is not clear is found, additional questions and answers are required to be added, the inquiry extension set inputs the questions to be asked through the manual intervention module, the questions are sent to the voice broadcasting module of the examinee extension set to control the corresponding voice equipment to broadcast the questions to be answered by the examinee, and the second step and the third step are repeated;
step five, supervision step: the interrogation host is provided with a plurality of remote video window modules, when the first step is carried out, each remote video window module is respectively in one-to-one remote connection with video equipment of different audition extension machines, video pictures of each remote interrogation room are simultaneously displayed on a display screen of the interrogation host, and video pictures of policemen are transmitted to each audition extension machine and are displayed on the display screen of the interrogation host; the trial host monitors the trial process of the first step to the fourth step of the on-site trial state of the examinee and the trial process of the e trial module through the remote video window module and the e supervision module, when the trial process is found to need to be interfered, the interference content is sent to the trial extension machine through the cooperation module, and the trial extension machine repeats the fourth step according to the received interference content;
step six, completing a conversation stroke record step, namely forming all question and answer character information in the inquiry process from the step one to the step five into a conversation stroke record through an e inquiry module, respectively sending the conversation stroke record to an inquiry host and an audited extension, and checking and signing the conversation stroke record by a policeman through the inquiry host and the audited person through the audited extension; the signed stroke record and all voice and video information are sent to a database of a server for storage;
step seven, the cyclic interrogation step of each case: the e trial module of the trial extension machine which completes the step six is connected to the checked extension machine of the other remote trial room to be checked again, and the trial process from the step one to the step six is repeated;
step eight, a plurality of cases simultaneously and circularly trial step: and e-interrogation modules of different interrogation extensions execute the steps from one to seven at the same time until the interrogation procedure is stopped or the interrogation of all the interrogation cases is finished.
In addition, the second to the fourth steps further comprise an interrogation logic analysis step, and the questioning sequence of the interrogation questions is set according to the relevance by analyzing the relevance between the interrogation questions and the relevance between the answer content of the examinees and different interrogation questions.
As shown in fig. 5, the e-submission system includes a submission central station, a server and remote submission rooms (1, 2, \8230;, n) disposed in different supervisors, wherein the supervisors generally include a guard house, a detention house, a drug-breaking house, etc., a submission host is disposed in the submission central station, and a submission extension is disposed in the remote submission room.
As shown in fig. 6, when the submission host and the submission extension establish the submission connection, the respective video shot pictures are mutually transmitted and presented on the display screen; the e-submission module is arranged on the submission host and comprises a remote dialogue module, a submission and inquiry module and a demonstration module; still be equipped with voice broadcast module, remote dialogue module and demonstration module on the extension of submitting and reviewing.
When the submission starts, the submission host is connected to a submission extension of a remote submission room to be submitted and reviewed through an e submission module, and video and audio connections are mutually established at two ends through respective remote dialogue modules so as to develop submission services; the questions to be asked can be selected one by one on the submission host computer through the submission inquiry module, sent to the submission extension machine, and broadcasted through the voice broadcast module so as to be answered by the examinees.
And meanwhile, the submitting and reviewing host and the submitting and reviewing extension respectively display corresponding electronic evidences in the demonstration areas on the respective display screens through the respective demonstration modules.
When the submission is finished, the policemen check and sign the submission of the submission talk record through the submission host and the submission person through the submission extension; and sending the checked reference record and all voice and video information to a database of the server for storage.
As shown in fig. 7, the e-conversation system includes a conversation central station, a server, and remote conversation rooms (1, 2, \8230;, n) provided in different supervisors, which are connected to each other through a remote network; a talking main machine is arranged in the talking central station, and a talking extension is arranged in the remote talking room.
When the talking host and the talking extension set establish talking connection, transmitting respective video shooting pictures to each other and presenting the pictures on a display screen; the e-conversation module is arranged on the conversation host and comprises a conversation template question-answer set, a conversation record preview module, an error correction module and an analysis warning module; the extension telephone for talking is also provided with a reservation number calling module, a face recognition confirming module, a voice broadcasting module, a question and answer display module and a voice recognition module.
The conversation main machine is provided with a plurality of remote video window modules, when conversation is carried out, each remote video window module is respectively in one-to-one remote connection with different conversation extensions, and video shooting pictures in each remote conversation room are transmitted to the conversation main machine in real time through the conversation extensions and are simultaneously displayed on a display screen of the trial conversation main machine through the remote video window modules; the talking host shoots the pictures of the talking policemen in real time through the video equipment and transmits the pictures of the policemen to each talking extension to be displayed on a display screen of the talking extension; the main talking unit can select different extension talking units, and the recording transmitted by the extension talking units can be listened back in real time or with time delay.
When conversation starts, a conversation host is connected to a conversation extension of a remote conversation room to be conversed through an e conversation module, a person to be conversed is called to arrive according to a reserved number calling module and face recognition confirmation is carried out, a corresponding conversation template is selected in a conversation template question-answer set according to time node information of a case to be conversed, the corresponding conversation template is received by the conversation extension, questions in the conversation template are broadcasted in the remote conversation room one by one through a voice broadcasting module, and the broadcasted content is presented on a display screen of the conversation extension through a question-answer display module; and the voice recognition module of the extension telephone receives and recognizes the voice response content of the person to be conversed after each non-sensitive question is broadcasted, converts the voice response content into text information and sends the text information to the conversation record preview module of the conversation host. And providing a reply option for the talker to select and confirm for the sensitive question.
If the text information converted by the voice recognition module is found to be wrong through the text information presented by the talking record preview module, the corrected text information is corrected through the error correction module and is replaced by the wrong text information to be stored and recorded.
The conversation template question-answer set comprises but is not limited to a daily conversation template, an income informed stroke template, an income twenty-four hour conversation template, an income second day conversation template, an income third day conversation template, an income fifth day conversation template, an income seventh day conversation template, a first audited conversation template, a second audited conversation template, a death weekly conversation template and a health condition inquiry template, and the e-conversation module selects a corresponding conversation template to carry out conversation process according to the time of the case to be conversed and the event node information.
When the conversation is finished, forming a conversation stroke record by all the question and answer character information in the conversation process through the e-conversation module, and respectively sending the conversation stroke record to the conversation main machine and the conversation extension machine, wherein the policeman checks and signs the conversation stroke record through the conversation main machine and the talked person through the conversation extension machine; and sending the signed conversation stroke record and all voice and video information to a database of the server for storage.
The conversation host analyzes the stored conversation record through the analysis warning module, and sends out warning information if the content is abnormal for the public police to recall and review.
As shown in fig. 8, the banned e help system includes a help central station, a server and remote help rooms (1, 2, \8230;, n) located in different industrial stations, which are connected with each other through a remote network; the group negotiation central station is internally provided with a group negotiation host, and the remote group negotiation chamber is internally provided with a group negotiation extension.
When the help-talk host and the help-talk extension set establish help-talk connection, transmitting respective video shooting pictures to each other and displaying the pictures on a display screen; the e help-talk module comprises a help-talk template question-answer set, a talk record preview module and an error correction module; and the group talking extension is also provided with a voice broadcasting module, a question and answer display module and a voice recognition module.
When help talks begin, a help talks host is connected to a help talks extension machine of a remote help talks room to be help talked through an e help talks module, a corresponding help talks template is selected in a help template question and answer set according to information of a case to be help talks, the help talks extension machine receives the corresponding help talks template, questions in the help talks template are broadcasted in the remote help room one by one through a voice broadcasting module, and broadcasted contents are presented on a display screen of the help talks extension machine through a question and answer display module; and the voice recognition module of the group talking extension receives and recognizes the voice answer content of the participator after each question is broadcasted, converts the voice answer content into text information and sends the text information to the talking record preview module of the group talking host.

the e interrogation system comprises an interrogation central station, a server and a plurality of remote interrogation rooms which are mutually connected through a remote network; the interrogation central station is provided with at least two interrogation hosts and a plurality of interrogation extension sets, and the remote interrogation room is internally provided with a checked extension set; the interrogation host is provided with a plurality of remote video window modules, when interrogation is carried out, each remote video window module is respectively in one-to-one remote connection with different audition extensions, and video shot pictures in each remote interrogation room are transmitted to the interrogation host in real time through the audition extensions and are simultaneously displayed on a display screen of the interrogation host through the remote video window modules; the interrogation host shoots an interrogation police picture in real time through video equipment, and transmits the police picture to each examined extension to be displayed on a display screen of the audition police picture; the interrogation extension is provided with an e interrogation module, and the e interrogation module comprises an interrogation template question-answer set, a conversation record preview module, an error correction module and a certificate demonstration module; the extension to be examined is also provided with a voice broadcasting module, a question and answer display module, a certificate showing module and a voice recognition module; the interrogation host is provided with an e-monitoring module which comprises a conversation record preview module; when inquiries start, each inquiries extension is respectively connected to the checked extension of different remote inquiries rooms to be checked through an e-inquiries module, a corresponding inquiries template is selected in an inquiry template question and answer set according to information of cases to be checked, the checked extension receives the corresponding inquiries template, the problems in the inquiries template are controlled by a voice broadcasting module one by one to be broadcasted in the remote inquiries rooms through corresponding voice equipment, and the broadcasted contents are displayed on the display screens of the checked extensions through a question and answer display module; the voice recognition module of the extension to be examined receives and recognizes the voice response content of the person to be examined after each question is broadcasted, converts the voice response content into text information and sends the text information to the conversation record preview module of the corresponding interrogation extension; if the text information converted by the voice recognition module is found to be wrong through the text information presented by the talking record preview module, correcting through the error correction module, and replacing the corrected text information with the wrong text information storage record; when the stored and recorded answer content is found to be inconsistent with the information of the prior reconnaissance or electronic report, the problem that the answer content is inconsistent is reported again, and meanwhile, the corresponding electronic evidences are respectively displayed in the evidence areas of the respective display screens by the trial extension and the checked extension through respective evidence modules; the trial host monitors the on-site trial state of the examinee and the trial process performed by the e-trial module through the remote video window module and the e-monitoring module; when the interrogation is finished, forming a talking record of all the question and answer character information in the interrogation process through the e interrogation module, and respectively sending the talking record to the interrogation host and the examined extension, wherein the public police checks and signs the talking record through the interrogation host and the examined extension; sending the audition record after signing and all voice and video information to a database of a server for storage; after the interrogation is finished, the e interrogation module of the interrogation extension is connected to the audited extension of the other remote interrogation room to be audited again, and the interrogation process is repeated; e-interrogation modules of different interrogation extension respectively connect to the examined extension of different remote interrogation rooms to be newly examined in turns after the interrogation is finished, and repeat the interrogation process until the interrogation procedure is stopped or the interrogation of all interrogation cases is finished;
the e-submission system comprises a submission central station, a server and remote submission rooms arranged in different prisons, wherein the submission central station and the server are mutually connected through a remote network; the remote submission room is internally provided with a submission host, and the remote submission room is internally provided with a submission extension, so that when the submission host and the submission extension establish submission connection, respective video shooting pictures are mutually transmitted and displayed on a display screen; the e-submission module is arranged on the submission host and comprises a remote dialogue module, a submission and inquiry module and a demonstration module; the submission extension is also provided with a voice broadcasting module, a remote dialogue module and a demonstration module; when the submission is started, the submission host is connected to a submission extension of a remote submission room to be submitted and reviewed through an e submission module, and video and audio connections are mutually established at two ends through respective remote conversation modules so as to develop submission business; the questions to be asked can be selected one by one on the submission host through the submission asking module and sent to the submission extension, and the questions are broadcasted through the voice broadcasting module of the submission extension so as to be answered by the examinees; meanwhile, the submitting and reviewing host and the submitting and reviewing extension respectively display corresponding electronic evidences in the demonstration areas on the respective display screens through respective demonstration modules; when the submission is finished, the policemen check and sign the submitted conversation notes through the submission host and the examinees through the submission extension; the checked reference record and all voice and video information are sent to a database of a server for storage;
the e-talk system comprises a talk center station, a server and remote talk rooms arranged in different monitoring places, wherein the talk center station, the server and the remote talk rooms are connected with each other through a remote network; a talking host is arranged in the talking central station, a talking extension is arranged in the remote talking room, and when talking connection is established between the talking host and the talking extension, respective video shooting pictures are mutually transmitted and presented on a display screen; the e-conversation module is arranged on the conversation host and comprises a conversation template question-answer set, a conversation record preview module, an error correction module and an analysis warning module; the extension telephone for talking is also provided with a reserved number calling module, a face recognition confirming module, a voice broadcasting module, a question and answer display module and a voice recognition module; when conversation starts, a conversation host is connected to a conversation extension of a remote conversation room to be conversed through an e conversation module, a person to be conversed is called to arrive according to a reserved number calling module and face recognition confirmation is carried out, a corresponding conversation template is selected in a conversation template question-answer set according to time node information of a case to be conversed, the corresponding conversation template is received by the conversation extension, questions in the conversation template are broadcasted in the remote conversation room one by one through a voice broadcasting module, and the broadcasted content is presented on a display screen of the conversation extension through a question-answer display module; the voice recognition module of the extension telephone receives and recognizes the voice response content of the person to be conversed after each non-sensitive question is broadcasted, converts the voice response content into text information and sends the text information to the conversation record preview module of the conversation host; providing a reply option for the talker to select and confirm for the sensitive question; if the text information converted by the voice recognition module is found to be wrong through the text information presented by the talking record preview module, correcting through the error correction module, and replacing the corrected text information with the wrong text information storage record; when the conversation is finished, all the question and answer text information in the conversation process is formed into a conversation record through the e-conversation module and is respectively sent to the conversation main machine and the conversation extension machine, and the policemen check and sign the conversation record through the conversation main machine and the talked person through the conversation extension machine; the signed conversation stroke record and all voice and video information are sent to a database of a server to be stored; the conversation host analyzes the stored conversation record through the analysis warning module, and sends out warning information for the public police to recall and review if the content is found to be abnormal;
the servers of the e-reporting system, the e-interrogation system, the e-submission system and the e-talking system are the same server, and related case information and law enforcement record information are related in a database of the server.

The intelligent central system for public security law enforcement according to claim 1, further comprising a banned e help system comprising a help central station, a server and remote help rooms arranged in different social stations, which are connected with each other through a remote network; a help-talking host is arranged in the help-talking central station, a help-talking extension is arranged in the remote help-talking room, and when help-talking connection is established between the help-talking host and the help-talking extension, respective video shooting pictures are mutually transmitted and displayed on a display screen; the e help-talk module comprises a help-talk template question-answer set, a talk record preview module and an error correction module; the group extension is also provided with a voice broadcasting module, a question and answer display module and a voice recognition module; when help talks begin, a help talks host is connected to a help talks extension machine of a remote help talks room to be help talked through an e help talks module, a corresponding help talks template is selected in a help template question and answer set according to information of a case to be help talks, the help talks extension machine receives the corresponding help talks template, questions in the help talks template are broadcasted in the remote help room one by one through a voice broadcasting module, and broadcasted contents are presented on a display screen of the help talks extension machine through a question and answer display module; a voice recognition module of the help extension receives and recognizes voice response contents of a person to be helped to talk after each question is broadcasted, converts the voice response contents into text information and sends the text information to a talking record preview module of the help host; if the text information converted by the voice recognition module is found to be wrong through the text information presented by the talking record preview module, correcting through the error correction module, and replacing the corrected text information with the wrong text information storage record; when the help-talk is finished, forming a talk record by all the question and answer text information in the help-talk process through the e help-talk module, and respectively sending the talk record to the help-talk host and the help-talk extension, wherein the social worker checks and signs the talk record through the help-talk host and the help-talked person through the help-talk extension; and sending the signed conversation note and all voice and video information to a database of the server for storage, and associating the conversation note and all voice and video information with the prior law enforcement case information.

The central office system of claim 1, wherein the interrogation host comprises a display screen, a host computer, a text input device, a voice device and a video device, and the interrogation extension comprises a display screen, a host computer, a text input device and a voice device; the extension to be checked also comprises a display screen, a computer host, a voice device and a video device; the video pictures in the remote interrogation room are also transmitted to different interrogation extensions, and each interrogation extension can select whether to be displayed on a display screen;
the two interrogation hosts are arranged adjacently, and the video equipment faces the direction of the interrogation hosts, so that the video equipment can shoot two policemen in the same video picture; the video pictures of the policemen are synchronously displayed on the display screens of the interrogation host and the checked extension.

and the voice talkback module is also arranged on the talking host and the talking extension for directly talkback the talking host and the talking extension.

The intelligent central system for public security law enforcement as claimed in claim 1, wherein said interrogation template set includes suspect interrogation template, victim interrogation template and witness interrogation template, wherein suspect interrogation template includes but is not limited to robbery interrogation template, theft case interrogation template, fraud case interrogation template, rape case interrogation template, frame case interrogation template, explosion case interrogation template, fire case interrogation template, drug-throwing interrogation template, killer case interrogation template, intentional damage case interrogation template, drug case interrogation template, traffic safety interrogation template, gambling case interrogation template, and hospitalization case interrogation template; each interrogation template comprises a plurality of basic information problem sets and a plurality of illegal criminal process problem sets; and e, selecting a corresponding trial template by the trial module according to the information of the case to be reviewed to develop a trial process.

The intelligent hub system for public security law enforcement according to claim 6, wherein the e-interrogation module further comprises an interrogation template fusion module, aiming at the activities related to multiple illegal criminals, the interrogation process is carried out after the contents of a plurality of interrogation templates are fused; the interrogation template fusion module merges basic information problems with the same and synonymous contents, arranges main line problems of the criminal process according to the time main line sequence of the criminal activity history process, and arranges branch line problems after each main line problem;
