Abstract

Technical Field

Background

The employee confidential training platform further comprises an question bank management module, wherein the question bank management module is used for acquiring and storing employee training examination questions of different posts and sending the employee training examination questions of corresponding posts stored by the question bank management module to a user terminal bound with the employee confidential training platform according to the post information of the employees;
and after the employee finishes the examination through the user terminal, the user terminal acquires examination result information of the employee and authentication information of the employee and sends the examination result information of the employee and the authentication information of the employee to the data storage module.
Further, the employee privacy training platform further comprises a public course module, wherein the public course module is used for acquiring public course contents and sending the public course contents to the user terminal; the public course content comprises expert classroom content and public classroom content.
Further, the staff confidential training platform further comprises a confidential knowledge module used for acquiring confidential knowledge of different industries and posts and sending the confidential knowledge to the user terminal.
Further, the staff confidential training platform further comprises a data statistics module, and the data statistics module is used for acquiring the test result information of the staff, the examination result information of the staff and the authentication information of the staff, which are stored in the data storage module, and performing statistical analysis on the test result information of the staff, the examination result information of the staff and the authentication information of the staff to generate a staff training statistical report.

the enterprise manager can freely add related courses in the employee privacy training platform, wherein the courses are a series of specific courses, the manager can add videos after the added courses, and corresponding test questions are added behind the videos.

the enterprise manager sets different employee post types in the employee privacy training platform, and the requirement that each post employee can carry out video training is met, wherein the enterprise manager comprises a new employee, sends the course content required to be taken for the corresponding post for the employee, and the employee can see the course content required to be taken after entering the user terminal.
And the user terminal is used for playing the employee training course video, acquiring the test subject score information of the employee and the authentication information of the employee after the video playing is finished, and sending the test subject score information of the employee and the authentication information of the employee to the data storage module.
The staff watches the course video through the user terminal and carries out photographing authentication after the video watching is finished, and the user terminal uploads authentication information of the staff such as face images and the like to the data storage module for storage;
after the video watching is finished, a test question aiming at the video content exists, the listening staff immediately tests, the examination question is 10, each question must be correct, the answer is wrong, the correct answer is displayed, the staff does the wrong question before replying, and the test score is displayed as full score; and then the employee takes a picture, uploads and confirms, and the test result information of the employee and the authentication information of the employee are sent to the data storage module for storage.
Preferably, the employee confidential training platform further comprises an question bank management module, which is used for acquiring and storing employee training examination questions of different posts, and sending the employee training examination questions of corresponding posts stored by the question bank management module to a user terminal bound with the employee confidential training platform according to the post information of the employees;
and after the employee finishes the examination through the user terminal, the user terminal acquires examination result information of the employee and authentication information of the employee and sends the examination result information of the employee and the authentication information of the employee to the data storage module.
After the current course is finished, each employee needs to take an examination, and the number of the examination papers is 50 (the examination papers are fixedly generated and automatically generated to be 25, the examination papers of each person are different in subject, and scores are displayed on the spot after the examination is finished), wherein 80 scores are more excellent, 79 scores are less than or equal to fail, and the examination needs to be taken again when the fail condition occurs.
The staff confidential training platform is also used for judging whether the staff passes the examination according to the examination result information of the staff, if so, generating an end-of-business certificate and sending the end-of-business certificate to the user terminal bound with the staff confidential training platform.
After all courses are finished, the system has an end-of-business voucher, and the system can set the number of the score lines of the examination of each course to be more than the required score for the training; the result certificate can be used as written evidence materials for training and examination conditions of staff.
Preferably, the employee privacy training platform further comprises a public course module, which is used for acquiring public course content and sending the public course content to the user terminal; the public course content comprises expert classroom content and public classroom content.

Preferably, the staff confidential training platform further comprises a data statistics module, which is used for acquiring the staff examination result information, the staff examination result information and the staff authentication information stored in the data storage module, and performing statistical analysis on the staff examination result information, the staff examination result information and the staff authentication information to generate a staff training statistical report.
The enterprise can enter the system background to download and print the training condition of the staff stored in the data storage module as written evidence of the training and examination condition of the staff; and the enterprise can count the video training condition and examination condition received by the staff, and timely inform the staff to receive confidential training and take an examination through the user terminal.
