Example 1
According to an embodiment of the present application, there is provided a method for recommending ticket products, it should be noted that the steps illustrated in the flowchart of the drawings may be executed in a computer system, such as a set of computer-executable instructions, and that, although a logical order is illustrated in the flowchart, in some cases, the steps illustrated or described may be executed in an order different from that shown.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of an alternative ticket product recommendation method according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, the method at least includes steps S102-S106, where:
step S102, obtaining target historical travel information of the target object in a preset time period.
In some optional embodiments of the present application, historical target travel information of a target object in a preset time period may be obtained, where the cloud database stores historical travel information of a plurality of objects, and the historical travel information at least includes one of the following: historical trip time, historical trip route, historical trip mode, historical trip mileage, historical trip expense and historical trip number of times.
The cloud database can be a database of an urban rail transit system center.
Generally, an urban rail transit system comprises a plurality of official ticketing channels, passengers can purchase tickets through the official ticketing channels, and at the moment, historical travel information of all passengers can be synchronously stored on the rail transit system, and the method specifically comprises the following steps: the method comprises the following steps that passenger identity information, trip date, trip time, trip route, trip station, ticket type of a riding voucher, medium of a riding voucher, riding time, riding mileage, payment amount, trip times and the like are generated in a rail transit system according to one or more items of the riding trip information, and the contents of the passenger, such as time and place for the passenger to sit in the rail transit system, the passenger to go in and out of the station by using the ticket type, total trip cost, average cost and the like are described in detail.
In order to ensure that the historical trip information of the target object acquired from the cloud database is more comprehensive, and the acquired historical trip information of a plurality of objects does not occupy a large amount of storage space, in the embodiment of the application, the preset time is selected to be two months, the cloud database can update and store the historical trip information of the target object in real time, the preset time is not limited at all, and the historical trip information can be set as required during actual application.
And step S104, determining a target ticket product matched with the target historical travel information, wherein the target ticket product is used for paying the travel cost of the target object.
The target ticket products can be specifically divided into a first ticket product, a second ticket product and a third ticket product according to the riding ticket type information of the urban rail transit system, wherein:
the first type of ticket products correspond to a first use time period, a first trip route, a first vehicle and a first use frequency, wherein if the target object takes the first vehicle on the first trip route in the first use time period, the use frequency is deducted once when the first type of ticket products are used.
And the second type of ticket products correspond to a second use time period, a second trip route and a second vehicle, wherein if the target object takes the second vehicle on the second trip route in the second use time period and uses the second type of ticket products, the travel cost is not calculated.
And the third type of ticket products correspond to a third vehicle, wherein if the target object takes the third vehicle and uses the third type of ticket products, the travel cost is calculated based on the travel mileage of the target object.
Each type of ticket product has a type of transportation means, and specifically may include at least one of a light rail, a subway, a bus, and the like, and the first transportation means, the second transportation means, and the third transportation means may be the same or different.
The first type of ticket products can be called as counting type products, the second type of ticket products can be called as regular type products, the third type of ticket products can be called as wallet type products, and the specific fee deduction mode of each ticket product is as follows:
the counting type products have corresponding time limit, travel route limit, vehicle type limit and use time limit. That is, in the corresponding effective usage time range, the passengers need to use the specified vehicles in the specified usage lines, the usage times are deducted once each time the passengers take the vehicles, and the counting type products have the advantages of no limitation of the riding time length and the riding mileage. The counting products can be electronic counting tickets or counting commemorative tickets, such as 15-day 10-time electronic counting tickets, 30-day 30-time electronic counting tickets and the like, and the specific counting times and the valid period system can be used for selecting and purchasing corresponding products according to the requirements of passengers. If the passenger buys the electronic counting ticket 60 times in 30 days, the balance in the card is deducted after the card is swiped once every time the passenger takes a bus, the getting-off place is determined by the passenger, and the taking time and the taking mileage of the passenger are not limited.
Regular product classes have corresponding time limits, route limits, and vehicle limits. That is, in the corresponding effective use time range, the passenger can use the product in the specified use line for unlimited times, and the regular products have the advantages of no limitation of the riding time length and the riding mileage. The regular products can be regular commemorative tickets, such as a one-day ticket, a two-day ticket, a three-day ticket, a five-day ticket and a seven-day ticket, and the corresponding regular products can be selected according to the requirements of passengers. If the passenger buys the day ticket, the product can be used for unlimited times within 24 hours from the successful purchase, and the day ticket is not charged when the passenger goes in and out of the station.
According to the railway transportation distance-measuring time-limit ticket system, the riding cost is calculated according to the transportation means used by the passenger and the corresponding operating mileage, and the fare is not covered on the price, namely the passenger takes the railway transportation means once to calculate the cost according to the mileage. Generally, when passengers use one-card cards, intercommunication cards or scan riding two-dimensional codes to pass through a brake, the passengers can enjoy an urban rail transit point accumulation preferential policy, and the point accumulation preferential policy is applicable to all rail transit lines except airport lines and suburb railways. In addition, when passengers who go out by using the one-card or intercommunication card stand for entering at a specified 24-seat bus before 7.
In some optional embodiments of the present application, the most suitable ticketing product may be recommended to the target object according to the historical travel information of the target user by the following rules, where:
and when the historical travel route of the target object is a subset of the first travel route, the historical travel mode is matched with the first vehicle, and the sum of the historical travel expenses in the first use time period exceeds the price of the first type of ticket products, determining that the target ticket products are the first type of ticket products.
For example, when the travel route of the passenger is a route which can be used by the regular products, if the total payment amount is larger than N day ticket prices and the average daily travel number is larger than 2 in N consecutive days (N is less than or equal to 7), the regular products can be recommended to the passenger. The regular products can be day tickets or two-day tickets, and the regular products of corresponding types can be recommended to passengers by referring to the following rules: when the trip route of the passenger is a route which can be used by regular products, if the daily payment amount of the passenger is more than the daily ticket price and the number of the sunrise times is more than 2, or if the total payment amount of the passenger is more than N daily ticket prices and the average daily trip time is more than 2 in continuous 3 days, 5 days or 7 days, the passenger is recommended a daily ticket; continuously for 2 days, if the total payment amount is larger than two day tickets and the average daily trip time is larger than 2 times, recommending the two day tickets to the passengers; and if the daily payment amount of the passenger is larger than the price of the one-day ticket and the daily travel times are larger than 2 times continuously for 2 days, simultaneously recommending the one-day ticket and the two-day ticket to the passenger.
And when the historical travel route of the target object is a subset of the second travel route, the historical travel mode is matched with the second vehicle, the historical travel times in the second use time period exceed a first threshold value, and the sum of the historical travel expenses in the second use time period exceeds the price of the second type of ticket products, determining that the target ticket products are the second type of ticket products.
For example, when the travel route of the passenger is the route which can be used by the counting type products, and in a natural month, when the total monthly travel consumption payment amount of the passenger is larger than the fare of the counting type products, the counting type products can be recommended to the user. Generally, the counting products are divided into several different counting tickets according to the fare and the use times, the number of times of purchasing the counting products is limited every month, and the counting ticket of a certain gear can only be purchased once every month, in the use process of a passenger, the balance in the card is correspondingly reduced once every time the passenger takes a vehicle, and if the counting ticket of a certain gear is used in a natural month, the passenger can select to purchase the counting products of other gears again according to the needs.
And when the historical travel mode of the target object is matched with the third vehicle and the sum of the historical travel mileage is smaller than a second threshold value, determining that the target ticket product is a third class ticket product.
Because the wallet type products are charged according to the operating mileage, the fare of the wallet type products is not covered, and the wallet type products are not cost-effective when the trip mileage of the passenger is large, a threshold value can be set according to the sum of the historical trip mileage of the passenger, the threshold value is guaranteed to be within a certain mileage range, the wallet type products are more cost-effective to use, and namely, when the sum of the historical trip mileage is smaller than a preset second threshold value, the wallet type products can be recommended to the passenger.
And step S106, recommending the target ticket product to the target object.
In some optional embodiments of the present application, recommendation information is sent to the mobile terminal of the target object, and the recommendation information is used for recommending the target ticketing product to the target object.
Specifically, after a target ticketing product matched with the target historical travel information is determined, recommendation information is sent to a mobile terminal of a target object through a rail transit system, so as to recommend the most suitable ticketing product to the target object, wherein the mobile terminal can be a mobile phone of a passenger, a smart watch and the like.
It should be noted that the first category of ticketing products can be used in combination with the second category of ticketing products, the third category of ticketing products can be used only alone, and the third category of ticketing products can be superimposed with low peak offers and point accumulation offers.
In the embodiment of the application, the target historical travel information of a target object in a preset time period is obtained, the target ticket product matched with the target object is determined according to the target historical travel information, and then the target ticket product is recommended to the target object, wherein the ticket use habits and the routes of all people are analyzed according to the historical travel data, the corresponding target ticket product is recommended to the target object, and the technical problem that the travel cost of a passenger is high due to the fact that the passenger only uses fixed ticket products in the travel process can be solved.
