Fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of an alternative travel fee payment method determining method according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 1, the method at least includes steps S102 to S108, where:
and step S102, obtaining travel information of the target object.
In some optional embodiments of the present application, the travel information of the target object may be obtained from a traffic database, where the travel information of a plurality of objects is recorded in the traffic database, and the travel information at least includes one of the following: travel time, travel route, travel mode and travel mileage.
The traffic database can be a database of an urban rail transit system center.
And step S104, determining a plurality of available payment methods matched with the trip information, wherein the plurality of available payment methods are used for paying trip expenses.
In some optional embodiments of the present application, based on the information of the ticket types of the ride tickets of the urban rail transit system, multiple available payment manners matched with the travel information are determined, and the payment manners are specifically divided into a first payment manner, a second payment manner, and a third payment manner, where:
if the travel information is matched with the first type of ticket products, determining the available payment mode comprises the following steps: the first payment method is used for paying the travel expense by using the first type of ticket products, wherein the first type of ticket products correspond to a first use time period and a first travel route, and the travel expense is not calculated when the first type of ticket products are used;
if the travel information is matched with the second type of ticket products, determining the available payment mode comprises the following steps: a second payment mode for paying the travel expense by using a second type of ticket product, wherein the second type of ticket product corresponds to a second use time period, a second travel route and use times, and one-time use times are deducted when the second type of ticket product is used;
determining available payment methods includes: and a third payment mode for paying the travel fee by using a third type of ticket products, wherein the travel fee is calculated based on the travel mileage of the target object when the third type of ticket products are used.
The first type of ticket products may be called as regular type products, the second type of ticket products may be called as counting type products, and the third type of ticket products may be called as wallet type products, and the fee deduction method for each type of ticket product is as follows:
regular products have corresponding time and line limitations. The passenger can use the product in the specified use line for unlimited times within the corresponding effective use time range, and the regular products have the advantages of no limitation of the riding time length and the riding mileage and can be selected according to the requirement of the passenger.
The counting products have corresponding time limit, trip route limit and use time limit. The counting type product has the advantages that the limitation of the riding time length and the riding mileage is avoided, and the specific counting times and the valid period system can be selected and purchased according to the requirement of the passenger.
The wallet product is based on the time-limit ticket system of rail transit, i.e. the riding cost is calculated according to the traffic means used by passengers and the mileage corresponding to the operation, and the fare is not covered. Generally, passengers can pay travel fees in a cash mode or a non-cash mode (bank card payment, precious balance payment, APP balance of an urban rail transit system and the like), and can check related payment preferential activities in the urban rail transit system when paying the travel fees.
And step S106, determining a target payment mode from the plurality of available payment modes, wherein the target payment mode has the least payment cost.
In order to minimize the travel fee paid by the target object, the target payment method may be determined from a plurality of available payment methods, and may specifically be implemented by the following rules:
when the available payment mode comprises a first payment mode, determining the first payment mode as a target payment mode;
when the available payment modes do not comprise the first payment mode and comprise the second payment mode and the third payment mode at the same time, determining a target payment mode from the second payment mode and the third payment mode;
and when only the third payment mode is included in the available payment modes, determining the third payment mode as a target payment mode.
Specifically, when a passenger takes track traffic once and pays travel fees, the passenger firstly checks whether a regular product is purchased under the passenger account, and if so, the regular product is preferentially used to pay the travel fees; if the passenger account does not contain the regular products, checking whether the passenger account simultaneously purchases the counting products and the wallet products, and if the passenger account simultaneously contains the two ticket products, determining a most favorable ticket product to pay the travel cost; and if only the wallet products exist under the passenger account, paying the travel cost by using the wallet products.
In some optional embodiments of the present application, the determining the target payment method from the second payment method and the third payment method may be specifically implemented by the following rules:
determining a first fee paid when the target object purchases the second type of ticket products, and determining a second fee corresponding to the second type of ticket products when the target object uses the second type of ticket products once based on the first fee and the using times;
acquiring preferential activities of the third type of ticket products, and determining third cost to be paid when the third type of ticket products are used based on the preferential activities and the trip mileage of the target object;
when the second fee is not more than the third fee, determining the second payment mode as a target payment mode; and when the second fee is larger than the third fee, determining the third payment mode as a target payment mode.
Specifically, the third category of ticket products of the urban rail transit system has a plurality of preferential payment activities, and the third fee to be paid when the third category of ticket products are used is determined based on the plurality of preferential payment activities and the trip mileage of the target object, and the third fee can be determined in the following manner: calculating a fourth fee to be paid based on the trip mileage of the target object; calculating a fifth fee to be paid after each preferential activity is combined with the fourth fee; and determining the smallest fifth fee among the plurality of fifth fees as the third fee.
Common preferential activities of the third type of ticket products are divided into the following two types:
the method comprises the following steps of carrying out discount coupon/red packet deduction, namely issuing a discount coupon or a red packet through an official payment channel, deducting partial cost by using the discount coupon or the red packet when paying the travel cost, and paying the rest cost by using a bank card online payment, a third party payment platform and other modes, wherein if a passenger pays the travel cost by using a two-dimensional bus of an urban rail transit system APP, the passenger has a 2-element discount coupon under an APP account, so when the travel cost of the passenger is more than 2 elements, the passenger can pay the used travel cost by using the 2-element discount coupon or the red packet deduction part, and the rest cost can be paid by using other money under the account; when the travel cost of the passenger is less than or equal to 2 yuan, the passenger can directly use the coupon or the red packet for deduction;
the method comprises the steps of paying, namely calculating the travel cost required to be paid by a passenger for one trip according to the ticket policy of the urban rail transit system, and paying the travel cost actually required to be paid by the passenger for one trip of a specified route in an active period according to a preferential activity scheme through an official payment channel, wherein six-five preferential activities can be enjoyed when the passenger rides a subway in five holidays.
For example, when a passenger pays his/her travel fee by using a wallet-type product, first, the passenger calculates the riding fee according to the travel mileage of the passenger, the used transportation means, and the mileage of the corresponding operation, and records the riding fee as a fourth fee, then, according to the discount activities of the wallet-type product in an official payment channel, such as coupons and fee discounting, respectively calculates the amount of money to be paid after deduction of the coupons and the amount of money to be paid after discount based on the fourth fee, and records the amounts of the money to be paid as fifth fees, compares the amounts of the two fifth fees, and selects the smallest fifth fee as the travel fee to be paid by using the wallet-type product.
In some optional embodiments of the present application, when the passenger has a preferential event in the account of the third category of ticket products, and the passenger also purchases the second category of ticket products, the target payment method may specifically be determined through the following steps:
s1, determining first cost paid when a second type of ticket products are purchased in a passenger account, and calculating second cost required to be paid when the second type of ticket products are used for one time according to the first cost and the using times corresponding to the second type of ticket products;
s2, calculating fourth cost required to be paid by the trip of the passenger based on the trip mileage, simultaneously acquiring preferential activities corresponding to the third class of ticket products under the passenger account, calculating a plurality of fifth costs of the fourth cost under a plurality of different preferential activities, and determining the minimum one of the fifth costs as the third cost;
s3, when the average second cost paid by the counting class products at one time is not more than the third cost paid by the third class ticket products at the last time, determining that the second payment mode is a target payment mode, and automatically deducting the use times of the second class ticket products by the system;
and S4, when the second cost paid by the counting class products at one time is smaller than the third cost paid by the third class ticket products at the last time, the third payment mode is determined to be a target payment mode, and the system calculates the travel cost required to be paid according to the third class ticket products.
Optionally, the passenger registers and opens a rail transit riding account at a client of the urban rail transit system, and can purchase regular products, counting products and wallet products through the client. When only wallet products exist under a passenger account, the system can bind the payment mode of the passenger according to the relevant information of the input passenger, such as the payment modes of coupons, red parcels and the like issued by the passenger by using the balance under the client account, the bound bank card or a client payment channel, and the client can provide the function of setting payment preference for the passenger, namely the system can inquire the payment preference of the passenger when the passenger pays for the first time. If the passenger does not set the payment sequence, the sequence is defaulted; if the passenger has set up the payment preference, the system can pay the trip expense according to the payment preference that the passenger set up, still can monitor whether passenger's actual payment custom is unanimous with the preference that sets up, if inconsistent, then the suggestion passenger will change the payment preference.
And step S108, recommending a target payment mode to the target object.
Specifically, the recommendation of the target payment method to the target object may be implemented by application software such as an urban rail transit system APP, but is not limited thereto.
In some optional embodiments of the present application, all available payment methods and recommendation information for prompting the target object that the payment amount paid by the target payment method is the minimum are presented to the target object.
In the embodiment of the application, the travel information of the target object is firstly acquired, various available payment modes matched with the travel information are determined, wherein the various available payment modes are used for paying the travel fee, then the target payment mode is determined from the various available payment modes, the paid fee of the target payment mode is the minimum, and finally the target payment mode is recommended to the target object, so that the technical problem that a passenger cannot easily determine the most favorable payment mode to pay the travel fee is solved.
Example 2
According to an embodiment of the present application, there is further provided a travel payment method determining apparatus for implementing the travel payment method, as shown in fig. 2, the apparatus at least includes an obtaining module 21, a first determining module 22, a second determining module 23 and a recommending module 24, where:
the obtaining module 21 is configured to obtain travel information of the target object.
Optionally, the obtaining module obtains travel information of the target object from a traffic database, where the travel information of multiple objects is recorded in the traffic database, and the travel information at least includes one of the following: travel time, travel route, travel mode and travel mileage.
The first determining module 22 is configured to determine a plurality of available payment methods matched with the travel information, where the plurality of available payment methods are used for paying the travel fee.
Optionally, the determining, by the first determining module, a plurality of available payment methods matched with the travel information includes:
when the travel information is matched with the first type of ticket products, determining the available payment mode comprises the following steps: the first payment method is used for paying the travel expense by using the first type of ticket products, wherein the first type of ticket products correspond to a first use time period and a first travel route, and the travel expense is not calculated when the first type of ticket products are used;
when the travel information is matched with the second class of ticket products, determining the available payment mode comprises the following steps: a second payment mode for paying the travel expense by using a second type of ticket product, wherein the second type of ticket product corresponds to a second use time period, a second travel route and use times, and one-time use times are deducted when the second type of ticket product is used;
determining available payment methods includes: and a third payment mode for paying the travel fee by using a third type of ticket products, wherein the travel fee is calculated based on the travel mileage of the target object when the third type of ticket products are used.
The first type of ticket products may be referred to as regular type products, the second type of ticket products may be referred to as counting type products, and the third type of ticket products may be referred to as wallet type products.
A second determining module 23, configured to determine a target payment method from the plurality of available payment methods, wherein the target payment method pays the least amount.
Optionally, in order to make the target object pay the least travel fee, the target payment method may be determined from a plurality of available payment methods by the second determining module, and the specific implementation may be as follows: when the available payment mode comprises a first payment mode, determining the first payment mode as a target payment mode; when the available payment modes do not comprise the first payment mode and comprise the second payment mode and the third payment mode at the same time, determining a target payment mode from the second payment mode and the third payment mode; and when only the third payment mode is included in the available payment modes, determining the third payment mode as a target payment mode.
Specifically, when a passenger takes track traffic once and pays travel fees, the passenger firstly checks whether a regular product is purchased under the passenger account, and if so, the regular product is preferentially used to pay the travel fees; if the passenger account does not contain the regular products, checking whether the passenger account simultaneously purchases the counting products and the wallet products, and if the account simultaneously contains the two ticket products, determining the most favorable ticket product from the two ticket products to pay the travel cost; if the passenger account has no regular products or counting products, the travel cost is paid by using the wallet products.
In some optional embodiments of the present application, the target payment method is determined from the second payment method and the third payment method, and the specific implementation may be according to the following rules:
determining a first fee paid when the target object purchases the second type of ticket products, and determining a second fee corresponding to the first time when the second type of ticket products are used on the basis of the first fee and the use times;
acquiring preferential activities of the third type of ticket products, and determining third cost to be paid when the third type of ticket products are used based on the preferential activities and the trip mileage of the target object;
when the second fee is not more than the third fee, determining the second payment mode as a target payment mode; and when the second fee is larger than the third fee, determining the third payment mode as a target payment mode.
Specifically, there are multiple preferential payment activities in the official payment channel of the urban rail transit system, and based on the multiple preferential payment activities and the trip mileage of the target object, the third fee to be paid when using the third class of ticket products is determined, and the third fee can be determined in the following manner: calculating a fourth fee to be paid based on the trip mileage of the target object; calculating a fifth fee to be paid after each preferential activity is combined with the fourth fee; the smallest fifth fee among the plurality of fifth fees is determined as the third fee.
The common preferential activities of the third type of ticket products are the following two types:
the method comprises the following steps that discount coupons/red packets are deducted, namely coupons or red packets are issued through an official payment channel, partial expenses can be deducted through the coupons or the red packets when trip expenses are paid, and the rest expenses are paid through a bank card online payment mode, a third party payment platform mode and the like, for example, when passengers pay the trip expenses through a two-dimensional bus code of an urban rail transit system APP, 2-element discount coupons are arranged under the APP account, so when the trip expenses of the passengers are larger than 2 elements, partial trip expenses can be deducted through the 2-element discount coupons when the used trip expenses are paid, and the rest expenses can be paid through other money under the account; when the travel cost of the passenger is less than or equal to 2 yuan, the passenger can directly use the coupon to deduct the travel cost;
the method comprises the steps of paying, namely calculating the travel cost required to be paid by a passenger for one trip according to the ticket policy of the urban rail transit system, and paying the travel cost actually required to be paid by the passenger for one trip of a specified route in an active period according to a preferential activity scheme through an official payment channel, wherein six-five preferential activities can be enjoyed when the passenger rides a subway in five holidays.
In some optional embodiments of the present application, when the passenger has a preferential event in the account of the third type of ticket product, and the passenger also purchases the second type of ticket product, the target payment method may specifically be determined by the following steps:
s1, determining first cost paid when a counting product is purchased in a passenger account, and calculating second cost required to be paid when the counting product is used once according to the first cost and the using times corresponding to the counting product;
s2, calculating fourth cost required to be paid by the trip of the passenger based on the trip mileage, simultaneously acquiring preferential activities corresponding to the wallet type products under the account of the passenger, calculating a plurality of fifth costs of the fourth cost under a plurality of different preferential activities, and determining the minimum one of the fifth costs as a third cost;
s3, when the average second cost of the counted products paid once is not more than the final third cost paid by the wallet products, determining that the second payment mode is a target payment mode, and automatically deducting the number of times of one-time use of the counted products by the system;
and S4, when the second cost paid by the counting products at one time is smaller than the third cost paid by the wallet products at last, the third payment mode is determined to be a target payment mode, and the system can calculate the travel cost required to be paid according to the wallet products.
Optionally, the passenger registers and opens a rail transit riding account at a client of the urban rail transit system, and can purchase regular products, counting products and wallet products through the client. When only wallet products exist under a passenger account, the system can bind the payment mode of the passenger according to the relevant information recorded into the passenger, such as the payment modes of coupons, red parcels and the like issued by the passenger by using the balance under the account of the client, the bound bank card or the payment channel of the client, and the client can also provide the function of setting payment preference for the passenger, namely the system can inquire the payment preference of the passenger when the passenger pays for the first time.
