In view of the above, in order to solve the construction of the armored curtain wall, embodiments of the present invention provide an armored curtain wall construction and a construction method thereof.
An embodiment of the present invention provides an armor curtain wall construction, comprising:
the inner framework comprises a plurality of main keels which are obliquely arranged, and the main keels are arranged into an arc-shaped curved surface;
the outer framework is arranged on the outer side of the inner framework and comprises a plurality of horizontal keels and a plurality of oblique keels, wherein the horizontal keels and the oblique keels are in cross connection to form a plurality of triangular areas;
each ridge folding keel is arranged on the front side of the triangular region, one end of each ridge folding keel is fixedly connected to one vertex of the triangular region, the other end of each ridge folding keel is fixed on one side of the triangular region opposite to the vertex, the triangular region is divided into two triangular space units, and each ridge folding keel forms a fluctuating installation surface;
and the triangular scale curtain walls are arranged in the triangular space units.

s1, arranging an inner framework on an inner ring surface of the surface of a building, wherein the inner framework comprises a plurality of main keels which are obliquely arranged, each main keel is fixedly connected with the building, and each main keel is arranged to be an arc-shaped curved surface;
s2, arranging an outer framework on the outer side of the inner framework, wherein the outer framework is in a triangular grid shape and comprises a plurality of triangular areas;
s3, arranging ridge folding keels outside the outer framework, wherein the ridge folding keels are L-shaped, each ridge folding keel is arranged on the front side of one triangular area, one end of each ridge folding keel is fixedly connected to one vertex of the triangular area, the other end of each ridge folding keel is fixed on one side of the triangular area opposite to the vertex, the triangular area is divided into two triangular space units, and each ridge folding keel is enabled to form a fluctuating installation surface;
and S4, mounting a scale curtain wall on the surface of each triangular space unit, and splicing the scale curtain walls to form an armor curtain wall.
Further comprising S5, paving an aluminum net pulling plate outside each scale curtain wall, and enabling the aluminum net pulling plate to cover each scale curtain wall.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention has the following beneficial effects: the invention relates to an armor curtain wall structure and a construction method thereof, which are applied to an inwards concave annular surface of a venue building.

Referring to fig. 1, 6, 7 and 8, an embodiment of the present invention provides an armored curtain wall structure applied to an inward concave annular surface of a stadium building, the armored curtain wall structure mainly includes an inner frame, an outer frame, a plurality of sill keels 8 and a plurality of scale curtain walls 12.
Wherein, as shown in fig. 3, the inner frame includes the main joist 1 that many slopes set up, each main joist 1 arranges to arc curved surface. Specifically, the main joists 1 are square steel tubes, the upper ends of the main joists 1 are fixedly connected with embedded parts 4 of the roof 3, and the lower ends of the main joists 1 incline forwards.
As shown in fig. 2, the outer frame is arranged outside the inner frame, the outer frame comprises a plurality of horizontal keels 2 and a plurality of oblique keels, and each horizontal keel 2 is arranged along the length direction of the main keel 1 at intervals and is perpendicular to and welded with the main keel 1.

Specifically, the ridge folding keel 8 is approximately L-shaped, each ridge folding keel 8 is disposed on the front side of one triangular region 7, one end of each ridge folding keel 8 is fixedly connected to one vertex of one triangular region 7, and the other end of each ridge folding keel 8 is fixed on one side of the triangular region 7 opposite to the vertex, so that the ridge folding keel 8 protrudes outwards from the triangular region 7, the triangular region 7 is divided into two triangular space units 11, and each ridge folding keel 8 forms a fluctuating installation surface, that is, each triangular region 7 is divided into two triangular space units 11 along the ridge folding keel 8.

In addition, for the above-mentioned armor curtain wall construction, the embodiment of the invention also provides a construction method, mainly comprising the following steps:
s1, an inner framework is arranged on the inner ring surface of the surface of a building, the inner framework comprises a plurality of main keels 1 which are obliquely arranged, the main keels 1 are attached to the concave annular surface of the building, the main keels 1 are arranged around the annular surface at intervals, each main keel 1 is fixedly connected with an embedded part 4 on a roof 3 of the building, and the main keels 1 are arranged into arc-shaped curved surfaces.
And S2, arranging an outer framework outside the inner framework, wherein the outer framework is in a triangular grid shape and comprises a plurality of triangular areas 7. Each horizontal keel 2 is respectively welded with each main keel 1, and each inclined keel is respectively welded with the horizontal keel 2.
S3, arranging ridge folding keels 8 on the outer side of the outer framework, wherein each ridge folding keel 8 is arranged on the front side of one triangular area 7, one end of each ridge folding keel 8 is fixedly connected to one vertex of the triangular area 7, the other end of each ridge folding keel 8 is fixed on one side of the triangular area 7 opposite to the vertex, the triangular area 7 is divided into two triangular space units 11, and a fluctuating installation surface is formed above each triangular space unit 11 through the protrusion of the ridge folding keel 8;
s4, each triangular space unit 11 surface mounting one scale curtain wall 12, scale curtain wall 12 is the glass curtain wall, each scale curtain wall 12 passes through the aluminium alloy installed part to be connected the slant fossil fragments with fold the weir fossil fragments 8 and install in a triangular space unit 11 surface, each scale curtain wall 12 splices and forms the armour curtain wall.
S5, paving aluminum net pulling plates 13 outside the scale curtain walls 12, and connecting the aluminum net pulling plates 13 with the edges of the outer framework to enable the aluminum net pulling plates 13 to cover the scale curtain walls 12.
