As shown in fig. 5, in some embodiments, a slotted hole 39 is formed in the connecting rod 36, and the connecting rod 36 is movably connected to the second connecting shaft 38 through the slotted hole 39; when the sliding rod 31 moves downwards, the connecting rod 36 and the slotted hole 39 are driven to move downwards until the second connecting shaft 38 abuts against the upper side end of the slotted hole 39, so that the connecting rod 36 rotates inwards to apply force by taking the second connecting shaft 38 as a fulcrum, the clamping block 310 moves inwards to clamp the reagent bottle 22, and when the sliding rod 31 moves upwards to reset, the connecting rod 36 and the slotted hole 39 are driven to move upwards, so that the clamping block 310 can be driven to move outwards simultaneously in the rotating process, the reagent bottle 22 is not clamped, and the top end of the clamping block 310 can be prevented from abutting against the surface of the reagent bottle 22 in an inclined mode in the rotating and loosening process.
