the first step, preparing a maintenance system for a marine natural gas ventilation device, which comprises a protection module, a fixing module and a maintenance module, wherein the protection module comprises a vertical ladder, a falling prevention device 5 and a maintenance channel 4, the fixing module comprises a guy cable 8, and the maintenance module comprises a maintenance platform 3 and a suspender device 1; the straight ladder is arranged on the side wall of the main ventilation pipe 6 and extends from the bottom of the main ventilation pipe 6 to the top of the main ventilation pipe 6; the anti-falling device 5 is arranged on the straight ladder, and the maintenance channels 4 are arranged above the straight ladder; one end of the stay cable 8 is connected with the side surface of the main vent pipe 6, and the other end of the stay cable 8 is connected with a ship deck; the maintenance platform 3 is arranged at the top of the main vent pipe 6, the suspender device 1 is arranged on the maintenance platform 3, and the suspender device 1 lifts the ventilation cap 2 at the upper part of the main vent pipe 6 and the ventilation cap 2 at the upper part of the auxiliary vent pipe 7 and lowers the ventilation caps onto a ship deck;
secondly, when the ventilating caps 2 of the main ventilating pipes 6 or the auxiliary ventilating pipes 7 are maintained, an operator reaches the maintenance platform 3 through the straight ladder, and when the operator is on the straight ladder, the operator is connected with the anti-falling device 5 on the straight ladder through the binding belt;
thirdly, when the operator reaches the maintenance platform 3, the boom 14 is rotated through the bracelet 15, so that the cross rod 141 of the boom 14 is rotated to the position above the ventilation cap 2 to be maintained, meanwhile, the chain block 16 is arranged on the hanging ring 17 above the ventilation cap 2 to be maintained, and the ventilation cap 2 is lifted through the chain block 16 for maintenance; after the maintenance of the ventilation cap 2 is finished, the ventilation cap 2 is placed on the corresponding main ventilation pipe 6 or the auxiliary ventilation pipe 7 again through the chain block 16;
fourthly, when the ventilating cap 2 of the main ventilating pipe 6 or the auxiliary ventilating pipe 7 is lifted to a ship deck for maintenance or replacement, the lifting arm 14 is rotated through the hand ring 15, the cross rod 141 of the lifting arm 14 is rotated to be above the ventilating cap 2 to be maintained or replaced, meanwhile, the chain block 16 is installed on the lifting ring 17 above the ventilating cap 2 to be maintained or replaced, the ventilating cap 2 is lifted through the chain block 16, the lifting arm 14 is rotated through the hand ring 15 to drive the ventilating cap 2 to be maintained or replaced to rotate to the outside of the maintenance platform 3, and the ventilating cap 2 is lowered to the ship deck through the chain block 16 for maintenance or replacement;
fifthly, after the ventilating cap 2 is lowered to a ship deck for maintenance or replacement through the chain block 16, the ventilating cap is lifted to the maintenance platform 3 through the chain block 16 on the suspension arm 14, and the suspension arm 14 is rotated through the hand ring 15 to install the ventilating cap 2 after maintenance or replacement on the corresponding main ventilating pipe 6 or auxiliary ventilating pipe 7; and finishing the maintenance of the ventilation device.
When the air cap 2 is lifted or lowered, the bolt 13 on the suspension arm 14 is inserted into the bolt hole of the base 12 to fix the suspension arm 14 and the base 12.

Claims (10)

1. A maintenance system for a marine natural gas ventilation device, the natural gas ventilation device comprises a main ventilation pipe (6) and an auxiliary ventilation pipe (7), the upper ends of the main ventilation pipe (6) and the auxiliary ventilation pipe (7) are provided with ventilation caps (2), the main ventilation pipe (6) and the auxiliary ventilation pipe (7) are fixed through connecting plates, and a plurality of auxiliary ventilation pipes (7) are arranged around the main ventilation pipe (6), the maintenance system is characterized by comprising a protection module, a fixing module and a maintenance module, wherein the protection module comprises a vertical ladder, an anti-falling device (5) and a maintenance channel (4), the fixing module comprises a stay cable (8), and the maintenance module comprises a maintenance platform (3) and a suspender device (1); the straight ladder is arranged on the side wall of the main ventilation pipe (6) and extends from the bottom of the main ventilation pipe (6) to the top of the main ventilation pipe (6); the anti-falling device (5) is arranged on the straight ladder, and a plurality of maintenance channels (4) are arranged above the straight ladder; one end of the stay cable (8) is connected with the side surface of the main vent pipe (6), and the other end of the stay cable (8) is connected with a ship deck; the maintenance platform (3) is installed at the top of the main vent pipe (6), the suspender device (1) is installed on the maintenance platform (3), and the suspender device (1) lifts up and places the ventilation cap (2) on the upper portion of the main vent pipe (6) and the ventilation cap (2) on the upper portion of the auxiliary vent pipe (7) on a ship deck.
2. The maintenance system for natural gas breathing apparatus for ships according to claim 1, characterized in that the maintenance passage (4) is a hollow cylindrical frame structure as a whole, and the maintenance passage (4) is installed above the vertical ladder.
3. The maintenance system for the natural gas ventilating device for the ship according to claim 1, characterized in that, the stay cables (8) are in total multiple, the included angle of the adjacent stay cables (8) on the main ventilating pipe (6) is not more than 180 degrees, when the height of the main ventilating pipe (6) is more than ten meters, the stay cables (8) are respectively arranged at the upper part and the middle part of the main ventilating pipe (6), when the height of the main ventilating pipe (6) is not more than ten meters, the stay cables (8) are arranged at the upper part of the main ventilating pipe (6); the position of the upper part of the main vent pipe (6) provided with the stay (8) is 80% -90% of the total length of the main vent pipe (6), and the position of the middle part of the main vent pipe (6) provided with the stay (8) is 50% -60% of the total length of the main vent pipe (6).

The maintenance system for the natural gas ventilation device for the ship according to claim 1, characterized in that the maintenance platform (3) is arranged below the ventilation cap (2) of the main ventilation pipe (6), the maintenance platform (3) comprises a support platform (32) and a railing (31), the support platform (32) is connected with the main ventilation pipe (6) through a support plate (33), the support platform (32) is arranged at the side of the main ventilation pipe (6) and the auxiliary ventilation pipe (7), the main ventilation pipe (6) and the auxiliary ventilation pipe (7) are arranged at the middle of the support platform (32), the railing (31) is arranged at the outer periphery of the support platform (32), and the railing (31) is perpendicular to the support platform (32); the supporting platform (32) is a plurality of annular supporting rods, and the distance between every two adjacent supporting rods is 50-60 mm.

The maintenance system for the marine natural gas ventilation device according to claim 1, wherein the boom device (1) comprises a boom (14), a base (12) and a lifting ring (17), wherein the bottom of the boom (14) is connected with the base (12), the boom (14) rotates around the base (12), the top of the boom (14) is provided with a plurality of lifting rings (17), the lifting rings (17) are connected with a chain block (16), and the chain block (16) lifts the ventilation cap (2) on the main ventilation pipe (6) or the ventilation cap (2) on the auxiliary ventilation pipe (7) to a deck.

The maintenance system for the marine natural gas ventilating device, as set forth in claim 1, is characterized in that the suspension arm (14) is L-shaped as a whole, the suspension arm (14) comprises a cross rod (141) and a vertical rod (142), the cross rod (141) and the vertical rod (142) of the suspension arm (14) are connected in an arc shape, the suspension arm (14) is integrally formed and arranged, a fixing plate (11) is arranged at the joint of the cross rod (141) and the vertical rod (142), one end of the fixing plate (11) is fixedly connected with the cross rod (141), and the other end of the fixing plate (11) is fixedly connected with the vertical rod (142).

The maintenance system for the natural gas ventilation device for the ship as claimed in claim 6, wherein two sides of the middle part of the vertical rod (142) are respectively provided with a bracelet (15), and the bracelet (15) and the side surface of the vertical rod (142) form an annular through hole; the lower part of the vertical rod (142) is provided with a bolt (13); the lower portion of the cross rod (141) is provided with a plurality of hanging rings (17), when the suspension arm (14) rotates on the base, and when the vertical rod (142) reaches the position above the auxiliary vent pipe (7) or the main vent pipe (6), the hanging rings (17) are arranged above the vent caps (2) of the auxiliary vent pipe (7) and the main vent pipe (6).

The maintenance system for the natural gas breathing device for the ship according to claim 5, characterized in that the base (12) is welded and fixed on the supporting platform (32), the base (12) is welded on the supporting platform (32) provided with a supporting plate (33), a plurality of brackets are arranged on the side surface of the base (12), and the brackets are evenly distributed on the side surface of the base (12); the side surface of the base (12) is provided with bolt holes, and when the bolts (13) on the vertical rods (142) are inserted into the bolt holes in the side surface of the base (12), the vertical rods (142) are fixed with the base (12).

the first step, preparing a maintenance system for a natural gas ventilating device for a ship, which comprises a protection module, a fixing module and a maintenance module, wherein the protection module comprises a vertical ladder, a falling prevention device (5) and a maintenance channel (4), the fixing module comprises a guy cable (8), and the maintenance module comprises a maintenance platform (3) and a suspender device (1); the straight ladder is arranged on the side wall of the main permeability pipe (6), and the straight ladder extends from the bottom of the main permeability pipe (6) to the top of the main permeability pipe (6); the anti-falling device (5) is arranged on the straight ladder, and a plurality of maintenance channels (4) are arranged above the straight ladder; one end of the inhaul cable (8) is connected with the side face of the main vent pipe (6), and the other end of the inhaul cable (8) is connected with a ship deck; the maintenance platform (3) is arranged at the top of the main vent pipe (6), the suspender device (1) is arranged on the maintenance platform (3), and the suspender device (1) lifts the ventilation cap (2) at the upper part of the main vent pipe (6) and the ventilation cap (2) at the upper part of the auxiliary vent pipe (7) and lowers the ventilation caps onto a ship deck;
secondly, when the ventilating cap (2) of the main ventilating pipe (6) or the auxiliary ventilating pipe (7) is maintained, an operator reaches the maintenance platform (3) through the straight ladder, and when the operator is on the straight ladder, the operator is connected with the anti-falling device (5) on the straight ladder through the binding band;
thirdly, when an operator reaches the maintenance platform (3), the lifting arm (14) is rotated through the hand ring (15), the cross rod (141) of the lifting arm (14) is rotated to be above the ventilation cap (2) to be maintained, meanwhile, the chain block (16) is installed on the lifting ring (17) above the ventilation cap (2) to be maintained, the bolt (13) on the lifting arm (14) is inserted into the bolt hole of the base (12) to fix the lifting arm (14) and the base (12), and the ventilation cap (2) is lifted up through the chain block (16) for maintenance; after the maintenance of the ventilation cap (2) is finished, the ventilation cap (2) is placed on the corresponding main ventilation pipe (6) or the auxiliary ventilation pipe (7) again through the chain block (16);
fourthly, when the ventilation cap (2) of the main ventilation pipe (6) or the auxiliary ventilation pipe (7) is lifted to a ship deck for maintenance or replacement, the lifting arm (14) is rotated through the hand ring (15), the cross rod (141) of the lifting arm (14) is rotated to be above the ventilation cap (2) to be maintained or replaced, meanwhile, the chain block (16) is installed on the hanging ring (17) above the ventilation cap (2) to be maintained or replaced, the plug pin (13) on the lifting arm (14) is inserted into the plug pin hole of the base (12) to fix the lifting arm (14) and the base (12), the ventilation cap (2) is lifted through the chain block (16), the plug pin (13) on the lifting arm (14) is pulled out after the ventilation cap (2) is lifted, the ventilation cap (14) is rotated through the hand ring (15) to drive the ventilation cap (2) to be maintained or replaced to rotate to the maintenance platform (3), and then the plug pin (13) on the lifting arm (14) is inserted into the plug pin hole of the base (12) and the hand ring (16) is lowered to replace the ventilation cap (2) of the ship deck for maintenance or replacement;
fifthly, after the ventilating cap (2) is lowered to a ship deck through the chain block (16) to be repaired or replaced, the ventilating cap is lifted to the maintenance platform (3) through the chain block (16) on the suspension arm (14), and the suspended arm (14) is rotated through the hand ring (15) to install the ventilating cap (2) which is repaired or replaced on the corresponding main ventilating pipe (6) or the auxiliary ventilating pipe (7); and finishing the maintenance of the ventilation device.
10. The maintenance method for the natural gas ventilating device for the ship as claimed in claim 9, characterized in that when the boom device (1) is used for lifting or lowering the ventilating cap (2), the bolt (13) on the boom (14) is inserted into the bolt hole of the base (12) to fix the boom (14) and the base (12).
