面料作为服装制作的主要材料,不仅可以诠释服装的颜色和外观,而且还直接影响着服装的风格、手感、款式和造型;服装面料光泽自然、柔软富有弹性、手感温暖,而且一些具有功能特性的服装面料穿着舒适,受广大消费者的喜爱;随着社会的进步和人们的生活水平的提高,对服装面料的品质和性能提出了更高的要求,现有的面料已经在逐渐要求对抗皱、防水、透气、保暖等方面的要求越来越多,为此,我们设计了一种一种抗皱防水面料及其制备方法,用于为抗皱、防水方面提供另一种技术方案。

本发明的目的在于提供一种抗皱防水面料及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

本发明为一种抗皱防水面料,包括基布,所述基布的顶部设置有防护层,所述基布的底部设置有舒适层;
所述防护层包括防水层、防紫外线层、阻燃层和耐磨层,所述防水层的顶部设置有防紫外线层,所述防紫外线层的顶部设置有阻燃层,所述阻燃层的顶部设置有耐磨层。
进一步地,所述防水层占防护层百分比的百分之十五,所述防紫外线层占防护层百分比的百分之二十五,所述阻燃层占防护层百分比的百分之二十五,所述耐磨层占防护层百分比的百分之三十五。

S2:通过相互沉浮的方式将S1中形成的第一编织线和第二编织线编织成基布;
S3:将防水层、防紫外线层、阻燃层和耐磨层叠加在一起后缝制连接形成防护层;
S4:将第一棉线、第二棉线和弧线交织在一起形成亲肤层;
S5:将保暖层、除湿层、防静电层和亲肤层叠加在一起后缝制连接形成舒适层;
S6:将S2中的基布、S3中的防护层、S5中的舒适层缝制连接形成面料。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明通过一系列结构的配合,使得面料在使用时能够拥有较好的抗皱、防水、保暖等效果。
2、本发明通过第一编织线和第二编织线的编织方式,提供不同抗皱强度的基布来编织成面料,进而能够拥有不同的选择。

防护层2包括防水层4、防紫外线层5、阻燃层6和耐磨层7,防水层4的顶部设置有防紫外线层5,且防水层4的材质为PET,进而能够通过材质为PET的防水层4增加面料使用时的防水效果,防紫外线层5的材质为涤纶纤维,进而能够通过材质为涤纶纤维的防紫外线层5增加面料使用时的防紫外线效果,防紫外线层5的顶部设置有阻燃层6,阻燃层6的材质为聚四氟乙烯,进而能够通过材质为聚四氟乙烯的阻燃层6让面料在使用时拥有一定的阻燃效果,阻燃层6的顶部设置有耐磨层7,耐磨层7的材质为腈纶,进而能够通过材质为腈纶的耐磨层7让面料在使用时拥有较好的耐磨效果;

使得面料在使用时能够通过防护层2中材质为PET的防水层4增加面料使用时的防水效果、材质为涤纶纤维的防紫外线层5增加面料使用时的防紫外线效果、材质为聚四氟乙烯的阻燃层6让面料在使用时拥有一定的阻燃效果、材质为腈纶的耐磨层7让面料在使用时拥有较好的耐磨效果,从而让面料使用时的功能性更多;
具体的,防紫外线层5的外侧设置有第一抗紫外线层,第一抗紫外线层内部设置由二氧化钛,基布1的外侧设置有第二抗紫外线层,第二抗紫外线层的内部设置有镭射粉,进而能够通过镭射粉和二氧化钛本身自带的抗紫外线的作用来增加防紫外线层5和基布1使用时的防紫外线效果;
基布1的底部设置有舒适层3,舒适层3包括保暖层8、除湿层9、防静电层10和亲肤层11,保暖层8的底部设置有除湿层9,除湿层9的材质为蚕丝纤维,进而能够通过材质为蚕丝纤维的除湿层9使得面料在使用时能够对皮肤上的热气进行排出,提高穿戴人员的舒适度,除湿层9的底部设置有防静电层10,防静电层10的材质为聚苯乙烯纤维,进而能够通过材质为聚苯乙烯纤维的防静电层10使得空气干燥时产生的静电不能够通过面料接触到皮肤,防静电层10的底部设置有亲肤层11,从而能够通过亲肤层11让面料在与皮肤接触时拥有更加舒适的感觉;
优选的,保暖层8占舒适层3百分比的百分之二十-百分之三十,除湿层9占舒适层3百分比的百分之十-百分之十七,防静电层10占舒适层3百分比的百分之一十八-百分之二十五,亲肤层11占舒适层3百分比的百分之三十五-百分之五十;
优选的,保暖层8占舒适层3百分比的百分之二十七,除湿层9占舒适层3百分比的百分之一十三,防静电层10占舒适层3百分比的百分之二十,亲肤层11占舒适层3百分比的百分之四十;
优选的,保暖层8由第一保暖层、第二保暖层和第三保暖层组成,第一保暖层的顶部固定有第二保暖层,第一保温层的材质为超细纤维,第二保温层的材质为细旦丙纶,第二保暖层的顶部固定有第三保暖层,第三保温层的材质为中空纤维,使得面料在使用时对人体热度的传导性能较慢,从而提高对人体的保温效果
在使用时通过舒适层3中材质为蚕丝纤维的除湿层9使得面料在使用时能够对皮肤上的热气进行排出,提高穿戴人员的舒适度,通过材质为聚苯乙烯纤维的防静电层10使得空气干燥时产生的静电不能够通过面料接触到皮肤,能够通过材质为棉纶的亲肤层11让面料在与皮肤接触时拥有更加舒适的感觉,并通过由第一保暖层、第二保暖层和第三保暖层组成的保暖层8增加通过面料做成的服装的保暖效果;
实施例二:
与实施例一不同的是:
请参阅图3和图5所示,基布1包括多个第一编织线12和多个第二编织线13,第一编织线12位于第二编织线13的底部,且第一编织线12与第二编织线13互相垂直,从而能够加基布1形成后的强度,进而增加面料的抗皱强度,进而能够通过多个并排的第一编织线12和多个并排的第二编织线13叠加形成基布1;
第一编织线12和第二编织线13均由多根纺线17编织形成,且纺线17的材质为尼龙,多根纺线17交织形成一根线,进而能够让纺线17在使用时的抗拉伸轻度较高;
进而能够通过本实施例中第一编织线12与第二编织线13之间的编织方式形成基布1,并通过基布1与防护层2之间、基布1与舒适层3之间的连接增加面料使用时的抗皱、防水、透气、保温等效果。
实施例三:
与实施例一不同的是:
请参阅图4和图5所示,基布1包括多个第一编织线12和多个第二编织线13,第一编织线12与第二编织线13之间相互垂直,进而能够便于第一编织线12与第二编织线13之间的编织,第一编织线12和第二编织线13相互沉浮交织连接,进而能够大大增强基布1在编织形成后的强度,使得面料在使用时不容易对折形成折痕,进而增加面料的抗皱强度;
第一编织线12和第二编织线13均由多根纺线17编织形成,且纺线17的材质为尼龙,多根纺线17交织形成一根线,进而能够让纺线17在使用时的抗拉伸轻度较高;
进而能够通过本实施例中第一编织线12与第二编织线13之间的编织方式形成基布1,并通过基布1与防护层2之间、基布1与舒适层3之间的连接增加面料使用时的抗皱、防水、透气、保温等效果。
实施例四:
与实施例一不同的是:
请参阅图6所示,亲肤层11包括第一棉线14、第二棉线15和弧线16,第二棉线15由多个成圈组成,第一棉线14周期地在第二棉线15的成圈上形成多个弧线16,且弧线16和第二棉线15交织在一起,从而能够通过第一棉线14、第二棉线15和弧线16交织形成的亲肤层11增加皮肤接触后的舒适性能;
实施例五:
在上述实施例1-实施例4的基础上,公开其制备方法:
第一步:将多根纺线17通过缠绕的方式编织成第一编织线12和第二编织线13;
第二步:通过叠加或者相互沉浮的方式将第一步中形成的第一编织线12和第二编织线13编织成基布1;
第三步:将防水层4、防紫外线层5、阻燃层6和耐磨层7叠加在一起后缝制连接形成防护层2;
第四部:将第一棉线14、第二棉线15和弧线16交织在一起形成亲肤层11;
第五步:将保暖层8、除湿层9、防静电层10和亲肤层11叠加在一起后缝制连接形成舒适层3;
第六步:将第二步中的基布1、第三步中的防护层2、第五步中的舒适层3缝制连接形成面料。

1.一种抗皱防水面料,其特征在于:包括基布(1),所述基布(1)的顶部设置有防护层(2),所述基布(1)的底部设置有舒适层(3);
所述防护层(2)包括防水层(4)、防紫外线层(5)、阻燃层(6)和耐磨层(7),所述防水层(4)的顶部设置有防紫外线层(5),所述防紫外线层(5)的顶部设置有阻燃层(6),所述阻燃层(6)的顶部设置有耐磨层(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗皱防水面料,其特征在于,所述防水层(4)占防护层(2)百分比的百分之十五,所述防紫外线层(5)占防护层(2)百分比的百分之二十五,所述阻燃层(6)占防护层(2)百分比的百分之二十五,所述耐磨层(7)占防护层(2)百分比的百分之三十五。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗皱防水面料,其特征在于,所述防紫外线层(5)的外侧设置有第一抗紫外线层,所述第一抗紫外线层内部设置由二氧化钛,所述基布(1)的外侧设置有第二抗紫外线层,所述第二抗紫外线层的内部设置有镭射粉。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗皱防水面料,其特征在于,所述基布(1)包括多个第一编织线(12)和多个第二编织线(13),所述第一编织线(12)位于第二编织线(13)的底部,且所述第一编织线(12)与第二编织线(13)互相垂直。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗皱防水面料,其特征在于,所述基布(1)包括多个第一编织线(12)和多个第二编织线(13),所述第一编织线(12)与第二编织线(13)之间相互垂直,所述第一编织线(12)和第二编织线(13)相互沉浮交织连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗皱防水面料,其特征在于,所述舒适层(3)包括保暖层(8)、除湿层(9)、防静电层(10)和亲肤层(11),所述保暖层(8)的底部设置有除湿层(9),所述除湿层(9)的底部设置有防静电层(10),所述防静电层(10)的底部设置有亲肤层(11)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种抗皱防水面料,其特征在于,所述保暖层(8)占舒适层(3)百分比的百分之二十七,所述除湿层(9)占舒适层(3)百分比的百分之一十三,所述防静电层(10)占舒适层(3)百分比的百分之二十,所述亲肤层(11)占舒适层(3)百分比的百分之四十。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种抗皱防水面料,其特征在于,所述保暖层(8)由第一保暖层、第二保暖层和第三保暖层组成,所述第一保暖层的顶部固定有第二保暖层,所述第二保暖层的顶部固定有第三保暖层。
9.根据权利要求6所述的一种抗皱防水面料,其特征在于,所述亲肤层(11)包括第一棉线(14)、第二棉线(15)和弧线(16),所述第二棉线(15)由多个成圈组成,所述第一棉线(14)周期地在第二棉线(15)的成圈上形成多个弧线(16),且所述弧线(16)和第二棉线(15)交织在一起。
10.一种抗皱防水面料制备方法,用于权利要求1-9任意一项所述的一种抗皱防水面料,其特征在于,步骤如下:
S1:将多根纺线(17)通过缠绕的方式编织成第一编织线(12)和第二编织线(13);
S2:通过相互沉浮的方式将S1中形成的第一编织线(12)和第二编织线(13)编织成基布(1);
S3:将防水层(4)、防紫外线层(5)、阻燃层(6)和耐磨层(7)叠加在一起后缝制连接形成防护层(2);
S4:将第一棉线(14)、第二棉线(15)和弧线(16)交织在一起形成亲肤层(11);
S5:将保暖层(8)、除湿层(9)、防静电层(10)和亲肤层(11)叠加在一起后缝制连接形成舒适层(3);
S6:将S2中的基布(1)、S3中的防护层(2)、S5中的舒适层(3)缝制连接形成面料。
