the first glue flow sensor is a clamp type glue flow sensor which is clamped and fixed on a glue gun glue supply pipe 43 of the box dam glue dispensing equipment, and the detection end is attached to the outer surface of the glue gun glue supply pipe 43 of the box dam glue dispensing equipment; in this embodiment, the clamp type adhesive flow sensor may be a clamp type adhesive flow sensor of the kenji FD-X series, which can effectively measure various liquids, such as high viscosity liquid which is easy to adhere, and food, liquid medicine, etc. which need to be prevented from contacting.
The first dispensing pressure sensor is a diaphragm type pressure sensor, and the detection end of the first dispensing pressure sensor is arranged on the upper surface of the working table 41 of the dispensing equipment of the dam and faces the glue gun 42 (the position of a glue outlet) of the dispensing equipment of the dam. In the embodiment, the flexible film pressure sensor of the type Jiayushun JYS-687-002 is selected as the diaphragm pressure sensor.
The second dispensing information collecting terminal comprises a second glue flow sensor 53 arranged on a glue gun glue supply pipe 43 of the COB dispensing equipment and a second dispensing pressure sensor 54 arranged on a workbench 41 of the COB dispensing equipment; the data output ends of the second glue flow sensor 53 and the second glue dispensing pressure sensor 54 are in data transmission connection with the data input end of the glue dispensing control module;
the second glue flow sensor is a clamp type glue flow sensor which is clamped and fixed on a glue gun glue supply pipe 43 of the COB glue dispensing equipment, and the detection end is attached to the outer surface of the glue gun glue supply pipe 43 of the COB glue dispensing equipment; in this embodiment, the clamp type adhesive flow sensor may be a clamp type adhesive flow sensor of the kenji FD-X series, which can effectively measure various liquids, such as high viscosity liquid which is easy to adhere, and food, liquid medicine, etc. which need to be prevented from contacting.
The second dispensing pressure sensor is a diaphragm type pressure sensor, and the detection end of the second dispensing pressure sensor is arranged on the upper surface of the workbench 41 of the COB dispensing equipment and faces the glue gun 42 (the glue outlet position) of the COB dispensing equipment. In the embodiment, the flexible film pressure sensor of the type Jiayushun JYS-687-002 is selected as the diaphragm pressure sensor.
The baking information acquisition terminal comprises a flame sensor 55 and a baking temperature sensor 56 which are arranged in the baking oven equipment; the data output ends of the flame sensor 55 and the baking temperature sensor 56 are respectively in data transmission connection with the data input end of the dispensing control module;
the flame sensor is arranged in the oven equipment at a position above the working table 41, and the detection end faces the working table 41 of the oven equipment; in this embodiment, the flame sensor may employ an ultraviolet flame detector of the armor CF6002 type.
The baking temperature sensor is arranged on the working table surface of the oven equipment, and the detection end is attached to the upper surface of the working table surface of the oven equipment. In this embodiment, the baking temperature sensor may be a GTS300 type temperature sensor of the glecaceae family.
According to the invention, the glue concentration data (used for reflecting the quality of the dam glue and the fluorescent glue and judging whether the glue dispensing process is qualified) and the glue dispensing pressure data (used for reflecting the strength of the glue gun in dispensing the dam glue and judging whether a chip is damaged) of the dam glue dispensing equipment and the COB glue dispensing equipment are respectively obtained through the glue flow sensor and the glue dispensing pressure sensor as the production and processing data of the glue dispensing process, so that the production condition of the glue dispensing equipment can be effectively reflected, and the glue dispensing process parameters can be better checked or adjusted by an auxiliary operator. Meanwhile, the mounting positions of the glue flow sensor and the glue dispensing pressure sensor and the directions of the glue dispensing pressure sensor when data are collected are designed, so that glue concentration data and glue dispensing pressure data of glue dispensing equipment can be better and more accurately obtained, the data quality can be effectively ensured, and further the control effect of COB glue dispensing can be better improved in an auxiliary mode.
According to the invention, the flame generation data (used for judging whether the chip in the oven equipment is spontaneously burned) and the baking temperature data (used for judging whether the baking temperature of the oven equipment reaches the standard) of the oven equipment are obtained through the flame sensor and the baking temperature sensor as the production and processing data of the baking process, so that the production condition of the baking process can be effectively reflected, and the baking process parameters can be better regulated by an auxiliary operator. Meanwhile, the invention designs the installation positions of the flame sensor and the baking temperature sensor and the orientation when data are collected, so that flame generation data and baking temperature data of oven equipment can be better and more accurately obtained, the data quality can be effectively ensured, and further the control effect of COB dispensing can be better assisted and improved.
Referring to fig. 2, the moving mechanism includes a linear motor having a control end electrically connected to the dispensing control module and having a stator portion 81 and a mover portion 82, and a mounting base 6 fixedly disposed on the mover portion 82 of the linear motor and for mounting a display;
the stator portion 81 of the linear motor is transversely arranged above the operation stations of the devices, so that the rotor portion 82 of the linear motor can drive the display 7 on the mounting seat 6 to move to the position above the operation stations of the devices on the stator portion 81.
In this embodiment, the adopted linear motor is a linear motor used in the prior art, the stator portion is similar to a sliding rail, the rotor portion is similar to a sliding block on the sliding rail, and the rotor portion can do linear reciprocating motion on the stator portion. One end (in a bolt fixing manner) of the stator part of the linear motor is fixedly arranged on the dam dispensing equipment, and the other end (in a bolt fixing manner) is fixedly arranged on a mounting bracket 83 arranged on one side of the oven away from the COB dispensing equipment.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 4, the existing COB dispensing production line needs to convey the semi-finished product through the conveying runner, so that the window 11 exists between the dam dispensing device and the COB dispensing device and between the COB dispensing device and the oven device, and the linear motor, the mounting seat and the display of the invention are all installed through the passage of the original window 11 of the COB dispensing production line, that is, the existing COB dispensing production line does not need to be additionally modified. In addition, in order to avoid the influence of the linear motor on the normal operation of the dam dispensing equipment and the COB dispensing equipment in the movement process, the stator part of the linear motor is arranged in a staggered manner (as shown in fig. 4) corresponding to the glue guns of the dam dispensing equipment and the COB dispensing equipment, namely, the staggered positions which are not mutually interfered are formed.
According to the invention, the stator part of the linear motor is transversely arranged above the operation stations of all the devices, so that the rotor part of the linear motor can drive the display on the mounting seat to move to the operation stations of all the devices on the stator part, namely, when a user executes a dam dispensing process, a fluorescent dispensing process and a drying process, the production and processing data of the corresponding device (process) can be accurately and correspondingly displayed, so that an operator can conveniently check the production and processing data of the device (process) and adjust the working state (process parameters) of the device, and further, the operator can be better assisted to finish COB dispensing, and the control effect of COB dispensing production can be further improved.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the mounting base 6 includes a mounting panel 61 having a rear surface mounted on the mover portion of the linear motor and a display mounting surface on a side far from the rear surface, a fixed stopper 62 and a movable stopper 63 provided at intervals on both sides of the mounting panel, and an elastic member 64;
the fixed limiting piece 62 is fixedly arranged on the mounting panel 61, and the movable limiting piece 63 is movably connected with the mounting panel and can move towards a direction approaching or far away from the fixed limiting piece 62; the side of the fixed limiting piece 62 and the movable limiting piece 63 far away from the back surface of the mounting panel 61 protrudes above the mounting surface in the direction far away from the back surface;
the movable limiting piece 63 is movably connected with the mounting panel and can move towards a direction approaching or separating from the fixed limiting piece 62; the elastic piece 64 applies elastic force to the movable limiting piece 63 in the direction towards the fixed limiting piece 62, and when the elastic piece 64 is in a state of no external force application, the distance between the fixed limiting piece 62 and the movable limiting piece 63 is smaller than the length or width dimension of the display 7, so that the fixed limiting piece 62 and the movable limiting piece 63 can clamp the fixed display 7 along the length or width direction of the display 7; and the distance between the fixed limiting member 62 and the movable limiting member 64 is greater than the length or width of the display 7 when the elastic member 64 is in the ultimate stretched or compressed state, so that the display 7 can be placed between the fixed limiting member 62 and the movable limiting member 63.
Referring to fig. 7, 8, 9 and 10, the fixing and limiting member is fixedly disposed at the bottom of the mounting panel; the movable limiting piece is arranged above the top of the mounting panel; in this embodiment, the fixed limiting member and the movable limiting member are rectangular parallelepiped structures arranged parallel to the stator portion of the linear motor.
The side of the movable limiting piece 63 facing the mounting panel is provided with a sliding column 65 extending towards the mounting panel, and a sliding blind hole with a pore diameter corresponding to the outer diameter of the sliding column and extending towards the direction far away from the movable limiting piece is formed in a position, corresponding to the sliding column 65, of the side of the mounting panel 61 facing the movable limiting piece; the sliding column 65 is inserted into the sliding blind hole and slides in the sliding blind hole, so that the movable limiting piece 63 can move above the mounting panel in a direction approaching or separating from the fixed limiting piece 62;
one end of the elastic piece 64 is fixedly connected with one end of the sliding column 65 away from the movable limiting piece 63, and the other end of the elastic piece is fixedly connected with the bottom of the sliding blind hole and applies elastic force towards the fixed limiting piece 62 to the movable limiting piece 63. In this embodiment, the elastic member is a compression spring.
In the invention, under the condition of no external force application, the movable limiting piece moves towards the fixed limiting piece under the action of the elastic force of the elastic piece, and the distance between the movable limiting piece and the fixed limiting piece is the smallest (as shown in figure 9); when the display is required to be mounted, an external force is applied to the movable limiting piece to pull the movable limiting piece towards a direction away from the fixed limiting piece until the distance between the movable limiting piece and the fixed limiting piece is larger than the width dimension of the display, at the moment, the display is placed between the movable limiting piece and the fixed limiting piece (as shown in fig. 7), then the applied external force is canceled, so that the movable limiting piece moves towards the fixed limiting piece under the action of the elastic force of the elastic piece, and the fixed display is clamped along the width direction of the display, so that the mounting of the display is completed; when the display is required to be disassembled, the operation of installing the display is repeated and the display is taken down.
Therefore, the mounting seat structure effectively realizes the mounting and dismounting of the display through the matched connection relation of the fixed limiting piece, the movable limiting piece and the elastic piece which are arranged on the mounting panel, and can stably mount the display to keep a stable state all the time in the moving process, so that the display effect of the display on the production and processing data of each device can be improved. In addition, the mounting seat is simple and practicable in structure and has extremely high practicability.
In the specific implementation process, when the display 7 is mounted on the movable limiting member 63, the side contacting with the display 7 is provided with an upper concave portion 66 which is concave towards the direction away from the fixed limiting member 62 and corresponds to the external dimension of the contact position corresponding to the display 7. The side of the fixed stopper 62 contacting the display 7 when the display 7 is mounted has a lower recess 67 recessed in a direction away from the movable stopper 63 and corresponding to the outer dimension of the contact position of the display 7.
According to the invention, the upper concave part and the lower concave part are arranged at the positions where the movable limiting part and the fixed limiting part are contacted with the display, so that the mounting stability of the display can be further improved through the upper concave part and the lower concave part, the display can always keep a stable state in the moving process, and the display effect of the display on the production and processing data of each device can be further improved.
One side of the fixed limiting piece, which is far away from the movable limiting piece, is provided with a heat insulation material layer.
In this embodiment, the heat insulating material layer may be a composite layer made of glass fiber, asbestos, and rock wool materials.
Due to the high temperatures at the oven location, when the display is moved to a position above the oven countertop, it is prone to failure or damage of parts inside the display due to overheating. Therefore, the heat insulation material layer is arranged on one side of the fixed limiting piece far away from the movable limiting piece, heat of the oven can be isolated through the heat insulation material layer, excessive heat of the oven is prevented from being transferred to the display through the fixed limiting piece, and the display can be better protected.
In a specific implementation process, as shown in fig. 3, the station monitoring module includes an infrared emitter 91 and an infrared receiver 92 that are disposed on the corresponding device and located on two sides of the operation station of the corresponding device and form infrared correlation, so that a user existing on the operation station of the corresponding device can block infrared rays of the infrared emitter 91 and the infrared receiver 92, and further send an infrared sensing signal of the user to the dispensing control module.
The infrared emitter and the infrared receiver are arranged, so that a user existing on the operation station of the corresponding equipment can block infrared rays between the infrared emitter and the infrared receiver, and further an infrared sensing signal of the user is sent to the dispensing control module, and the user on the operation station of the corresponding equipment can be detected simply and easily.
In other preferred embodiments, the presence of a user at the operator station may also be detected by conventional means such as heat sensing, gravity sensing, and the like.
Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present invention and not for limiting the technical solution, and those skilled in the art should understand that modifications and equivalents may be made to the technical solution of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications and equivalents are included in the scope of the claims.

Claims (9)

the moving mechanism comprises a linear motor, a mounting seat and a control module, wherein the control end of the linear motor is electrically connected with the dispensing control module and is provided with a stator part and a rotor part, and the mounting seat is fixedly arranged on the rotor part of the linear motor and is used for mounting a display;
the stator part of the linear motor is transversely arranged above the operation stations of all the equipment, so that the rotor part of the linear motor can drive the display on the mounting seat to move to the operation stations of all the equipment on the stator part;
a window exists between the box dam dispensing equipment and the COB dispensing equipment and between the COB dispensing equipment and the oven equipment; the linear motor, the mounting seat and the display are all mounted through the passage of the original window of the COB dispensing production line; the stator part of the linear motor is arranged in a staggered manner with the glue guns of the dam point glue device and the COB point glue device, namely, the staggered positions which are not mutually interfered are formed;
the station monitoring module is used for detecting whether a user exists on an operation station of the corresponding equipment;
the identity authentication module is used for verifying the identity information of a user on an operation station of the corresponding equipment;
the dispensing control module is used for starting the identity authentication module to verify the identity information of the user on the operation station of the corresponding equipment when the station monitoring module detects the user on the operation station of the corresponding equipment, controlling the moving mechanism to drive the display to move to the operation station of the corresponding equipment after verification, further sending the production processing data of the corresponding equipment acquired by the data acquisition module to the display for displaying, and simultaneously receiving the parameter adjustment instruction input on the display and adjusting the working state of the corresponding equipment.

The dispensing control management system for a COB dispensing line of claim 1, wherein: the data acquisition module comprises a first dispensing information acquisition terminal arranged on the dam dispensing equipment, a second dispensing information acquisition terminal arranged on the COB dispensing equipment and a baking information acquisition terminal arranged on the oven equipment; the data output ends of the first dispensing information acquisition terminal, the second dispensing information acquisition terminal and the baking information acquisition terminal are in data transmission connection with the data input end of the dispensing control module.

The dispensing control management system for a COB dispensing line of claim 2, wherein: the first dispensing information acquisition terminal comprises a first dispensing flow sensor arranged on a dispensing gun rubber supply pipe of the dam dispensing equipment and a first dispensing pressure sensor arranged on a workbench surface of the dam dispensing equipment; the data output ends of the first glue flow sensor and the first glue dispensing pressure sensor are in data transmission connection with the data input end of the glue dispensing control module;
the first glue flow sensor is a clamp type glue flow sensor which is clamped and fixed on a glue gun supply pipe of the box dam glue dispensing equipment, and the detection end is attached to the outer surface of the glue gun supply pipe of the box dam glue dispensing equipment; the first dispensing pressure sensor is a diaphragm type pressure sensor, and the detection end of the first dispensing pressure sensor is arranged on the upper surface of the working table of the dispensing equipment of the box dam and faces the dispensing gun of the dispensing equipment of the box dam.

The dispensing control management system for a COB dispensing line of claim 2, wherein: the second dispensing information acquisition terminal comprises a second glue flow sensor arranged on a glue gun glue supply pipe of the COB dispensing equipment and a second dispensing pressure sensor arranged on a workbench surface of the COB dispensing equipment; the data output ends of the second glue flow sensor and the second glue dispensing pressure sensor are in data transmission connection with the data input end of the glue dispensing control module;
the second glue flow sensor is a clamp type glue flow sensor which is clamped and fixed on a glue gun supply pipe of the COB glue dispensing equipment, and the detection end is attached to the outer surface of the glue gun supply pipe of the COB glue dispensing equipment; the second dispensing pressure sensor is a diaphragm type pressure sensor, and the detection end of the second dispensing pressure sensor is arranged on the upper surface of the working table of the COB dispensing equipment and faces the glue gun of the COB dispensing equipment.

The dispensing control management system for a COB dispensing line of claim 2, wherein: the baking information acquisition terminal comprises a flame sensor and a baking temperature sensor which are arranged in the baking oven equipment; the data output ends of the flame sensor and the baking temperature sensor are respectively connected with the data input end of the dispensing control module in a data transmission manner;
the flame sensor is arranged in the oven equipment at a position above the working table surface, and the detection end faces the working table surface of the oven equipment; the baking temperature sensor is arranged on the working table surface of the oven equipment, and the detection end is attached to the upper surface of the working table surface of the oven equipment.

The dispensing control management system for a COB dispensing line of claim 1, wherein: the mounting seat comprises a mounting panel, a fixed limiting piece, a movable limiting piece and an elastic piece, wherein the rear surface of the mounting panel is mounted on the rotor part of the linear motor, the side, far away from the rear surface, of the mounting panel is a display mounting surface, and the fixed limiting piece and the movable limiting piece are arranged at two sides of the mounting panel at intervals;
