the first glue flow sensor is a clamp type glue flow sensor, is clamped and fixed on a glue gun glue supply pipe 43 of the box dam glue dispensing equipment, and a detection end of the first glue flow sensor is attached to the outer surface of the glue gun glue supply pipe 43 of the box dam glue dispensing equipment; in this embodiment, the clamp-type glue flow sensor may be a clamp-type glue flow sensor of the kirnshi FD-X series, which can effectively measure various liquids, such as high viscosity liquids that are easy to adhere to each other, and food and liquid medicines that need to be prevented from contacting each other.
The first dispensing pressure sensor is a diaphragm pressure sensor, and its detecting end is disposed on the upper surface of the working table 41 of the box dam dispensing device and faces the glue gun 42 (glue outlet position) of the box dam dispensing device. In the embodiment, the membrane type pressure sensor is a Jiayun JYS-687-002 type flexible film pressure sensor.
The second dispensing information acquisition terminal comprises a second glue flow sensor 53 arranged on the glue supplying tube 43 of the glue gun of the COB dispensing equipment, and a second dispensing pressure sensor 54 arranged on the working table 41 of the COB dispensing equipment; the data output ends of the second glue flow sensor 53 and the second glue dispensing pressure sensor 54 are in data transmission connection with the data input end of the glue dispensing control module;
the second glue flow sensor is a clamp type glue flow sensor, and is clamped and fixed on a glue gun glue supply pipe 43 of the COB glue dispensing equipment, and the detection end of the second glue flow sensor is attached to the outer surface of the glue gun glue supply pipe 43 of the COB glue dispensing equipment; in this embodiment, the clamp-type glue flow sensor may be a clamp-type glue flow sensor of the kirschner FD-X series, which can effectively measure various liquids, such as highly viscous liquids that are easy to adhere to, and food and liquid medicines that need to be prevented from contacting.
The second dispensing pressure sensor is a diaphragm pressure sensor, and a detection end of the second dispensing pressure sensor is disposed on the upper surface of the working platform 41 of the COB dispensing device and faces the glue gun 42 (glue outlet position) of the COB dispensing device. In the embodiment, the membrane type pressure sensor is a Jiayun JYS-687-002 type flexible film pressure sensor.
The baking information acquisition terminal comprises a flame sensor 55 and a baking temperature sensor 56 which are arranged in the baking oven equipment; the data output ends of the flame sensor 55 and the baking temperature sensor 56 are in data transmission connection with the data input end of the dispensing control module;
the flame sensor is arranged in the oven device and positioned above the working platform 41, and the detection end faces the working platform 41 of the oven device; in this embodiment, the flame sensor may be an armored CF 6002-type ultraviolet flame detector.
The baking temperature sensor is arranged on the working table surface of the oven equipment, and the detection end is attached to the upper surface of the working table surface of the oven equipment. In this embodiment, the baking temperature sensor may be a ge-mai GTS300 type temperature sensor.
According to the invention, the glue concentration data (used for reflecting the quality of the box dam glue and the fluorescent glue and further judging whether the glue dispensing process is qualified) and the glue pressure data (used for reflecting the force when the glue gun is used for dispensing the box dam glue and further judging whether the chip is damaged) of the box dam glue dispensing equipment and the COB glue dispensing equipment are respectively obtained by the glue flow sensor and the glue dispensing pressure sensor to serve as the production and processing data of the glue dispensing process, so that the production condition of the glue dispensing equipment can be effectively reflected, and the auxiliary operating personnel can be facilitated to better check or adjust the glue dispensing process parameters. Meanwhile, the mounting positions of the glue flow sensor and the dispensing pressure sensor and the orientation of the glue flow sensor and the dispensing pressure sensor during data acquisition are designed, so that glue concentration data and dispensing pressure data of dispensing equipment can be acquired better and more accurately, the data quality can be effectively ensured, and the control effect of COB dispensing can be improved better in an auxiliary manner.
According to the invention, the flame generation data (used for judging whether a chip in the oven device spontaneously ignites) and the baking temperature data (used for judging whether the baking temperature of the oven device reaches the standard) of the oven device are acquired by the flame sensor and the baking temperature sensor to serve as the production and processing data of the baking process, so that the production condition of the baking process can be effectively reflected, and the auxiliary operator can be further facilitated to better adjust the baking process parameters. Meanwhile, the mounting positions of the flame sensor and the baking temperature sensor and the orientation of the flame sensor and the baking temperature sensor during data acquisition are designed, so that flame generation data and baking temperature data of the oven equipment can be acquired better and more accurately, the data quality can be effectively ensured, and the control effect of COB dispensing can be improved better in an auxiliary manner.
As shown in fig. 2, the moving mechanism includes a linear motor having a control end electrically connected to the dispensing control module and having a stator portion 81 and a mover portion 82, and a mounting base 6 fixedly disposed on the mover portion 82 of the linear motor and used for mounting the display;
the stator part 81 of the linear motor is transversely arranged above the operating station of each device, so that the rotor part 82 of the linear motor can drive the display 7 on the mounting seat 6 to move to a position above the operating station of each device on the stator part 81.
In this embodiment, the linear motor used is a linear motor that is mature and used in the prior art, the stator portion is similar to a slide rail, the mover portion is similar to a slide block on the slide rail, and the mover portion can linearly reciprocate on the stator portion. One end of a stator part of the linear motor is fixedly installed on the box dam dispensing equipment (in a bolt fixing mode), and the other end of the stator part is fixedly installed on an installation support 83 arranged on one side, far away from the COB dispensing equipment, of the oven (in a bolt fixing mode).
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 4, since the conventional COB dispensing production line needs to transport the semi-finished product through the conveying flow channel, windows 11 exist between the dam dispensing apparatus and the COB dispensing apparatus and between the COB dispensing apparatus and the oven apparatus, and the linear motor, the mounting seat and the display of the present invention are all installed through the passage of the original window 11 of the COB dispensing production line, that is, no additional modification needs to be performed on the conventional COB dispensing production line. In addition, in order to avoid that the linear motor influences the normal operation of the box dam dispensing equipment and the COB dispensing equipment in the movement process, the stator part of the linear motor is arranged in a staggered manner corresponding to the glue guns of the box dam dispensing equipment and the COB dispensing equipment (as shown in fig. 4), namely, the staggered positions are formed without mutual interference.
According to the invention, the stator part of the linear motor is transversely arranged above the operation stations of each device, so that the rotor part of the linear motor can drive the display on the mounting base to move to the operation stations of each device on the stator part, namely, when a user executes a dam dispensing process, a fluorescent glue dispensing process and a drying process, the production and processing data of the corresponding device (process) can be accurately and correspondingly displayed, so that an operator can conveniently check the production and processing data of the device (process) and adjust the working state (process parameters) of the device, and can better assist the operator to finish COB dispensing, thereby further improving the control effect of COB dispensing production.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the mounting base 6 includes a mounting panel 61 having a back surface mounted on the moving part of the linear motor and a side away from the back surface as a display mounting surface, a fixed limiting member 62 and a movable limiting member 63 disposed at two sides of the mounting panel at an interval, and an elastic member 64;
the fixed limiting part 62 is fixedly installed on the installation panel 61, and the movable limiting part 63 is movably connected with the installation panel and can move towards the direction close to or far away from the fixed limiting part 62; the fixed limiting piece 62 and the movable limiting piece 63 are protruded above the mounting surface in the direction away from the back surface at the sides far away from the back surface of the mounting panel 61;
the movable limiting piece 63 is movably connected with the mounting panel and can move towards the direction close to or far away from the fixed limiting piece 62; the elastic member 64 applies an elastic force to the movable limiting member 63 in a direction toward the fixed limiting member 62, and when the elastic member 64 is in a state without applying an external force, a distance between the fixed limiting member 62 and the movable limiting member 63 is smaller than a length or a width dimension of the display 7, so that the fixed limiting member 62 and the movable limiting member 63 can clamp and fix the display 7 along the length or the width direction of the display 7; and when the elastic member 64 is in the limit stretching or compressing state, the distance between the fixed limiting member 62 and the movable limiting member 64 is greater than the length or width dimension of the display 7, so that the display 7 can be placed between the fixed limiting member 62 and the movable limiting member 63.
Referring to fig. 7, 8, 9 and 10, the fixed position-limiting member is fixedly disposed at the bottom of the mounting panel; the movable limiting part is arranged above the top of the mounting panel; in this embodiment, the fixed limiting member and the movable limiting member are rectangular parallelepiped structures arranged in parallel with the stator portion of the linear motor.
One side of the movable limiting piece 63 facing the installation panel is provided with a sliding column 65 extending towards the direction of the installation panel, and a sliding blind hole extending towards the direction away from the movable limiting piece and having a hole diameter corresponding to the outer diameter of the sliding column is arranged at a position, corresponding to the sliding column 65, of one side of the installation panel 61 facing the movable limiting piece; the sliding column 65 is inserted into the sliding blind hole and slides in the sliding blind hole, so that the movable limiting piece 63 can move above the mounting panel towards a direction close to or far away from the fixed limiting piece 62;
the elastic member 64 has one end fixedly connected to the end of the sliding column 65 away from the movable limiting member 63, and the other end fixedly connected to the bottom of the sliding blind hole, and applies an elastic force to the movable limiting member 63 toward the fixed limiting member 62. In this embodiment, the elastic member is a compression spring.
In the present invention, in a state where no external force is applied, the movable limiting member moves toward the fixed limiting member under the elastic force of the elastic member, and at this time, the distance between the movable limiting member and the fixed limiting member is the minimum (as shown in fig. 9); when the display needs to be installed, external force is applied to the movable limiting part to pull the movable limiting part to the direction away from the fixed limiting part until the distance between the movable limiting part and the fixed limiting part is larger than the width size of the display, at the moment, the display is placed between the movable limiting part and the fixed limiting part (as shown in fig. 7), and then the applied external force is cancelled, so that the movable limiting part moves towards the fixed limiting part under the action of the elastic force of the elastic part, and the fixed display is clamped along the width direction of the display, so that the display is installed; when the display needs to be detached, the operation of installing the display is repeated and the display is taken down.
Therefore, the mounting base structure designed by the invention effectively realizes the mounting and dismounting of the display through the matching connection relationship of the fixed limiting part, the movable limiting part and the elastic part which are mounted on the mounting panel, and can stably mount the display to keep the display in a stable state all the time in the moving process, thereby improving the display effect of the display on the production and processing data of each device. Moreover, the mounting seat is simple and easy in structure and has extremely high practicability.
In a specific implementation process, when the movable limiting member 63 is installed on the display 7, one side of the movable limiting member 63 contacting the display 7 has an upper concave portion 66 which is concave towards a direction away from the fixed limiting member 62 and corresponds to an outer dimension of a corresponding contact position of the display 7. When the display 7 is mounted on the fixed limiting member 62, the side contacting the display 7 has a lower concave portion 67 which is concave in the direction away from the movable limiting member 63 and corresponds to the external dimension of the corresponding contact position of the display 7.
According to the invention, the upper concave part and the lower concave part are arranged at the positions where the movable limiting part and the fixed limiting part are contacted with the display, so that the mounting stability of the display can be further improved through the upper concave part and the lower concave part, the display can be always kept in a stable state in the moving process, and the display effect of the display on the production and processing data of each device can be further improved.
One side of the fixed limiting part, which is far away from the movable limiting part, is provided with a heat insulation material layer.
In this embodiment, the heat insulating material layer may be a composite layer made of glass fiber, asbestos, and rock wool.
Due to the high temperature of the oven location, it is very easy to malfunction or damage the components inside the display due to overheating when the display is moved to a position above the oven countertop. Therefore, the heat insulation material layer is arranged on one side, away from the movable limiting part, of the fixed limiting part, heat of the oven can be isolated through the heat insulation material layer, excessive heat of the oven is prevented from being transmitted to the display through the fixed limiting part, and the display can be better protected.
In a specific implementation process, as shown in fig. 3, the station monitoring module includes an infrared emitter 91 and an infrared receiver 92 that are disposed on the corresponding device, located on two sides of the operating station of the corresponding device, and form infrared correlation, so that a user existing on the operating station of the corresponding device can block infrared rays of the infrared emitter 91 and the infrared receiver 92, and then send an infrared sensing signal of the user to the dispensing control module.
According to the infrared emitter and the infrared receiver, the infrared ray between the infrared emitter and the infrared receiver can be blocked by a user existing on the operation station of the corresponding equipment, and then the infrared sensing signal of the user is sent to the dispensing control module, so that the user on the operation station of the corresponding equipment can be detected simply and easily.
In other preferred embodiments, the presence of a user at an operating station may also be detected by known sophisticated means such as thermal sensing, gravity sensing, etc.
Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting the technical solutions, and those skilled in the art should understand that modifications or equivalent substitutions can be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions, and all that should be covered by the claims of the present invention.

and the dispensing control module is used for starting the identity authentication module to verify the identity information of a user on the operation station of the corresponding equipment when the station monitoring module detects that the user exists on the operation station of the corresponding equipment, controlling the moving mechanism to drive the display to move to the operation station of the corresponding equipment after verification, sending the production and processing data of the corresponding equipment acquired by the data acquisition module to the display for displaying, and meanwhile, receiving a parameter adjustment instruction input on the display and adjusting the working state of the corresponding equipment.

The dispensing control management system for COB dispensing production line of claim 1, characterized in that: the data acquisition module comprises a first dispensing information acquisition terminal arranged on the box dam dispensing equipment, a second dispensing information acquisition terminal arranged on the COB dispensing equipment and a baking information acquisition terminal arranged on the oven equipment; the data output ends of the first dispensing information acquisition terminal, the second dispensing information acquisition terminal and the baking information acquisition terminal are in data transmission connection with the data input end of the dispensing control module.

The dispensing control management system for COB dispensing production line of claim 2, characterized in that: the first dispensing information acquisition terminal comprises a first glue flow sensor arranged on a glue supply pipe of the box dam dispensing equipment and a first dispensing pressure sensor arranged on a working table surface of the box dam dispensing equipment; the data output ends of the first glue flow sensor and the first glue dispensing pressure sensor are in data transmission connection with the data input end of the glue dispensing control module;
the first glue flow sensor is a clamp type glue flow sensor, is clamped and fixed on a glue supplying pipe of the dam dispensing equipment and has a detection end attached to the outer surface of the glue supplying pipe of the glue gun of the dam dispensing equipment; the first dispensing pressure sensor is a diaphragm type pressure sensor, and a detection end of the first dispensing pressure sensor is arranged on the upper surface of the working table surface of the box dam dispensing equipment and faces a glue gun of the box dam dispensing equipment.

The dispensing control management system for COB dispensing production line of claim 2, characterized in that: the second dispensing information acquisition terminal comprises a second glue flow sensor arranged on a glue supplying pipe of the glue gun of the COB dispensing equipment and a second dispensing pressure sensor arranged on a working table surface of the COB dispensing equipment; the data output ends of the second glue flow sensor and the second glue dispensing pressure sensor are in data transmission connection with the data input end of the glue dispensing control module;
the second glue flow sensor is a clamp type glue flow sensor, is clamped and fixed on a glue supply pipe of a glue gun of the COB glue dispensing equipment, and a detection end of the second glue flow sensor is attached to the outer surface of the glue supply pipe of the glue gun of the COB glue dispensing equipment; the second dispensing pressure sensor is a diaphragm type pressure sensor, and a detection end of the second dispensing pressure sensor is arranged on the upper surface of the working table surface of the COB dispensing equipment and faces a glue gun of the COB dispensing equipment.

The dispensing control management system for COB dispensing production line of claim 2, characterized in that: the baking information acquisition terminal comprises a flame sensor and a baking temperature sensor which are arranged in the baking oven equipment; the data output ends of the flame sensor and the baking temperature sensor are in data transmission connection with the data input end of the dispensing control module;
