Abstract
本发明涉及农药技术领域,具体公开一种含有诱抗素的农药组合物及其制剂。所述含有诱抗素的农药组合物其有效成分包括质量比为0.5~5:2~6的诱抗素和有机酸。本发明提供的农药组合物各组分间具有明显的协同增效作用,诱抗素与有机酸可作为植物功能调节剂,活化植物细胞,促进植物生长,调节植物抗性基团的关闭与开放,激活植物防御反应,启动抗病基因表达。所制备的农药组合物可以有效减少诱抗素的使用量,进而降低生产成本。并且所制备的农药组合物绿色无残留、使用方便,尤其是对禾本科作物具有突出的效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及农药技术领域,尤其涉及一种含有诱抗素的农药组合物及其制剂。
背景技术
诱抗素是具有重要生理活性的国际公认的植物内源生长调节物质,被称为植物“抗逆诱导物质之王”。诱抗素广泛存在于植物体内,与赤霉素、生长素、细胞分裂素、乙烯一起构成五大植物内源激素。它可以激活或诱导植物150种抗性基因的表达,启动植物本身对逆境的抵抗或适应机制,提高植物的抗旱、抗寒、抗病和抗盐碱能力,调节植物生长,改善农产品品质,减少农药用量,提高作物在非正常气候、土壤条件下的生存能力。植物的抗逆、分蘖、加速灌浆、增产等是小麦、水稻、玉米等谷类作物与产量相关的重要性状指标。增根、壮苗、促分蘖、提高抗性是保证农作物增产、稳产的前提。因此诱抗素可广泛应用于农业抗灾减灾、生态植被建设、植树造林、城市园林绿化、农产品安全生产等全球普遍关注的领域。
但是,由于诱抗素的价格昂贵,目前仅通过发酵进行商业规模的生产。并且外源诱抗素用于植物时,一般吸收性较差,需要过量使用,导致生产成本过高。因此,开发一种可以减少诱抗素使用量,进而降低生产成本的农药组合物具有十分重要的意义。
发明内容
针对现有的诱抗素农药使用剂量大,成本高的问题,本发明提供一种含有诱抗素的农药组合物。
以及,本发明还提供一种含有上述诱抗素的农药组合物的制剂。
以及,本发明还提供一种含有上述诱抗素的农药组合物的应用。
为达到上述发明目的,本发明实施例采用了如下的技术方案:
本发明提供了一种含有诱抗素的农药组合物,有效成分包括:诱抗素和有机酸。
进一步的,所述诱抗素和有机酸的质量比为0.5~5:2~6。
优选的,所述诱抗素为S-诱抗素、R-诱抗素或SR混合诱抗素中至少一种。
优选的,所述有机酸为二氢茉莉酸丙酯、γ-聚谷氨酸、ε-聚赖氨酸或γ-氨基丁酸中至少一种。
优选的,所述有机酸为二氢茉莉酸丙酯和ε-聚赖氨酸。
进一步的,有机酸二氢茉莉酸丙酯和ε-聚赖氨酸的质量比为1~4:1~2。
相对于现有技术,本发明提供的含有诱抗素的农药组合物,以诱抗素和特定的有机酸为主要有效成分,各组分具有明显的协同增效作用,诱抗素和有机酸是平衡植物内源激素和有关生长活性物质代谢的关键因子,具有促进植物平衡和协调体内代谢的能力,对提高农作物的品质、产量具有重要作用。本发明使用特定的有机酸作为生长调节物质,外源应用能够激发植物防御基因的表达,诱导植物的化学防御,产生与机械损伤和昆虫取食相似的效果。苗期至返青期在植物叶面喷施本发明提供的含诱抗素的农药组合物,可提高禾本科植物苗期对水肥的吸收和营养的贮藏水平,起到生长调节及对植物病虫害的预防作用,同时提高禾本科植物对不良环境的抵抗能力,达到促进分蘖、增收的目的。
诱抗素,又叫脱落酸,英文名称为:Abscisic Acid,是一种植物激素,因最初认为能促进植物叶片脱落而得名。诱抗素是绿色植物中含有的纯天然产物,主要通过微生物发酵获得,对人畜无毒害、无刺激性。诱抗素作为植物的“生长平衡因子”和“抗逆诱导因子”可以促根壮根,增强养分吸收,提高肥料利用率,诱导作物抗病、抗逆境能力,缓解、减轻作物药害。
二氢茉莉酸丙酯可以作为植物生长发育过程中重要的补充激素,对植物的生理功能具有显著的调控作用。目前主要用于葡萄、苹果等果实的着色,使果品更加优秀,糖酸比更高,耐储存性更强。
ε-聚赖氨酸是一种天然的生物代谢产品,具有很好的杀菌、抑菌能力。细胞膜是微生物进行能量转化、物质代谢的主要场所之一,ε-聚赖氨酸可以破坏微生物的细胞膜结构,引起细胞的物质、能量和信息传递中断。并且ε-聚赖氨酸对生物膜具有良好的穿透力,可作为其他物质的载体。
进一步的,所述含诱抗素的农药组合物还包括助剂和溶剂。
优选的,所述含有诱抗素的农药组合物,所述助剂包括分散剂、乳化剂、粘着剂、渗透剂或展着剂中至少一种。
其中,所述分散剂为芳香族磺酸盐、木质素磺酸钠、非离子表面活性剂或三聚磷酸钠中至少一种。
所述乳化剂为脂肪酸酯、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚或聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐单棕榈酸酯中至少一种。
所述粘着剂为羟丙基甲基纤维素、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚乙烯醇、阿拉伯胶、海藻酸、海藻酸钠或明胶中至少一种。
所述渗透剂为聚山梨酯类、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚类、聚氧乙烯蓖麻油类或十二烷基硫酸钠中至少一种。
所述展着剂为聚氧乙烯烷基醚、乙二醇或十六烷基三甲基氯化铵中至少一种。
优选的,所述溶剂为甲醇、乙醇、丙二醇、丙酮、环已酮、乙酸乙酯、二甲基甲酰胺、二甲亚砜或水中至少一种。
优选的,所述含有诱抗素的农药组合物,按重量计,包括诱抗素0.5%~5%、有机酸2%~6%、助剂3%~10%,余量为溶剂。
进一步的,所述农药制剂,剂型为可溶性液剂、水剂、悬浮剂、微乳剂、乳油、水乳剂、水分散粒剂、可湿性粉剂或可溶性粉剂。
本发明还提供了上述技术方案所述含有诱抗素的农药组合物在提高农作物、园艺植物、园林植物或中草药材植物抗逆性中的应用。
优选的,所述农作物为禾本科作物小麦、玉米或水稻。
当使用含有诱抗素和有机酸的农药组合物作用于小麦时,喷洒药物的小麦比正常未喷洒药物的小麦表现出更高的生长活力,小麦增产显著,同比提前成熟4天以上,并且小麦籽种的含水量同比降低3%。有机酸和诱抗素激发抗性基因表达,诱导植物产生抗性,从而达到防治病害的目的,大大帮助小麦提高对病毒、真菌病害的抵抗能力。同时,诱抗素和有机酸可提高可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖等抗寒性物质的含量,降低膜酯过氧化水平并增加膜透性的程度,有效抵御低温、干旱、干热风等对小麦的伤害,在诱导小麦抗逆方面,效果显著。
本发明提供的含有诱抗素与有机酸的农药制剂,不仅可以用于禾本科作物的抗逆、分蘖、促生、增产、加速灌浆和提早成熟,也可用于蔬菜、水果、中草药材、园林花卉等植物的抗逆促生,其抗逆促生效果明显,无污染,且生产成本低,适于大规模生产。
本发明提供的含有诱抗素与有机酸的农药制剂,施药量为:50mL/亩;施药方式:50mL可溶性液剂再兑20L水、植保无人机喷施;施药时期与次数:苗期分蘖前、拔节期、灌浆期各施1次,共3次。一般使用时,有效成分的浓度为1~500ppm;有效成分用量在20~2000克/公顷。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
为了更好的说明本发明实施例提供的,下面通过实施例做进一步的举例说明。
实施例1
本实施例提供一种可溶性液剂,具体制备方法如下:
取S-诱抗素0.5千克,聚赖氨酸1千克,二氢茉莉酸丙酯1千克,加入二甲基甲酰胺2千克,聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐单棕榈酸酯3千克,丙二醇2千克,加水补充至100千克,混合搅拌均匀,制成可溶性液剂。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种可溶性液剂,具体制备方法如下:
取S-诱抗素1.5千克,聚赖氨酸1.5千克,二氢茉莉酸丙酯2千克,加入二甲基甲酰胺5千克,聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐单棕榈酸酯5千克,丙二醇2千克,加水补充至100千克,混合搅拌均匀,制成可溶性液剂。
实施例3
本实施例提供一种可溶性液剂,具体制备方法如下:
取S-诱抗素5千克,聚赖氨酸2千克,二氢茉莉酸丙酯4千克,加入二甲基甲酰胺10千克,聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐单棕榈酸酯10千克,丙二醇2千克,加水补充至100千克,混合搅拌均匀,制成可溶性液剂。
对比例1
本对比例提供一种可溶性液剂,具体制备方法如下:
本对比例采用与实施例2相同的原料和制备方法,所不同的是,将聚赖氨酸替换为等重量的二氢茉莉酸丙酯,制成可溶性液剂。
对比例2
本对比例提供一种可溶性液剂,具体制备方法如下:
本对比例采用与实施例2相同的原料和制备方法,所不同的是,将二氢茉莉酸丙酯替换为等重量的聚赖氨酸,制成可溶性液剂。
对比例3
本对比例提供一种可溶性液剂,具体制备方法如下:
本对比例采用与实施例2相同的原料和制备方法,所不同的是,将聚赖氨酸和二氢茉莉酸丙酯均替换为等重量的2-(乙酰氧基)苯甲酸,制成可溶性液剂。
对比例4
本对比例提供一种可溶性液剂,具体制备方法如下:
本对比例采用与实施例2相同的原料和制备方法,所不同的是,将诱抗素替换为等重量的枯草芽孢杆菌,制成可溶性液剂。
试验例中的诱抗指数和增产率按照以下公式计算:
过氧化物酶(POD)活性检测:
单位定义为:每g组织在每mL反应体系中,每分钟A470变化0.01为一个酶活力单位;
式中,ΔA—A2-A1,其中,波长470nm下,30s时的吸光值为A1,1min30s后的吸光值为A2;
W—样本鲜重,g;
Kpod—计算所得常数。
式中,Var—反应体系总体积,1.07mL;
Vs—加入样本体积,0.015mL;
Ve—加入提取液体积,1mL;
T—反应时间,1min。
丙二醛(MDA)含量检测:
单位定义为:每g组织中丙二醛的含量;
Kmad—计算所得常数;
A532—波长在532nm下的吸光值;
A600—波长在600nm下的吸光值;
A450—波长在450nm下的吸光值。
式中,Var—反应体系总体积,1mL;
Ve—加入提取液体积,1mL;
Vs—加入样本体积,0.2mL。
增产计算公式:
理论产量(千克)=亩穗数(穗/亩)×穗粒数(粒/穗)×千粒重(克/千粒)/100(注:采收后室内通风充分晾干测产)。
实产量(千克)=单位面积产量(千克/m2)×667(m2)
增产率(%)=(处理区产量-常规处理区产量)/常规处理区产量×100
试验例1
试验对象:小麦
将本发明的实施例1-3农药组合物制剂以及对比例1-4用于小麦。对照组分别为诱抗素单剂、有机酸二氢茉莉酸丙酯单剂和聚赖氨酸单剂,空白对照为清水。施药量:50mL/亩,施药方式:50mL可溶性液剂再兑20L水、植保无人机喷施;施药时期与施药次数:苗期分蘖前、拔节期、灌浆期各施1次,共3次。于最后一次施药3天后,测试其诱抗指标。小麦成熟后测定其产量增量与提前收获天数。其试验结果见表1:

从表1可以看出,本发明提供的诱抗素与有机酸的农药组合物能提高小麦的抗逆性诱抗指标;POD酶含量升高,MDA含量降低;小麦产量增产7.25%以上,加速灌浆提早成熟4天以上。实施例1-3使用聚赖氨酸和二氢茉莉酸丙酯两种酸复配,其结果优于仅使用一种酸的对比例1-2。相较于对比例1-4,以及对照组的结果,实施例1-3的产量和提前收获天数都有明显提升;试验期间小麦正常生长,未观察到药害症状,表明本发明中使用诱抗素和有机酸能产生良好的协同作用。
试验例2
试验对象:玉米
将本发明的实施例1-3农药组合物制剂以及对比例1-2用于玉米。对照组分别为诱抗素单剂、有机酸二氢茉莉酸丙酯单剂和聚赖氨酸单剂,空白对照为清水。施药量:50mL/亩,施药方式:50mL可溶性液剂再兑20L水、植保无人机喷施;施药时期与施药次数:苗期分蘖前、拔节期、灌浆期各施1次,共3次。于最后一次施药3天后,测试其诱抗指标。小麦成熟后测定其产量增量与提前收获天数。其试验结果见表2:

从表2可以看出,本发明提供的诱抗素与有机酸的农药组合物能提高玉米的抗逆性诱抗指标;POD酶含量升高,MDA含量降低;玉米产量增产7.79%以上,加速灌浆提早成熟4天以上。实施例1-3使用聚赖氨酸和二氢茉莉酸丙酯两种酸复配,其结果优于仅使用一种酸的对比例1-2。相较于对比例1-4,以及对照组的结果,实施例1-3的产量和提前收获天数都有明显提升;试验期间小麦正常生长,未观察到药害症状,表明本发明中使用诱抗素和有机酸能产生良好的协同作用。
试验例3
试验对象:水稻
将本发明的实施例1-3农药组合物制剂以及对比例1-2用于水稻。对照组分别为诱抗素单剂、有机酸二氢茉莉酸丙酯单剂和聚赖氨酸单剂,空白对照为清水。施药量:50mL/亩,施药方式:50mL可溶性液剂再兑20L水、植保无人机喷施;施药时期与施药次数:苗期分蘖前、拔节期、灌浆期各施1次,共3次。于最后一次施药3天后,测试其诱抗指标。小麦成熟后测定其产量增量与提前收获天数。其试验结果见表3:

从表3可以看出,本发明提供的诱抗素与有机酸的农药组合物能提高水稻的抗逆性诱抗指标;POD酶含量升高,MDA含量降低;水稻产量增产7.61%以上,加速灌浆提早成熟4天以上。实施例1-3使用聚赖氨酸和二氢茉莉酸丙酯两种酸复配,其结果优于仅使用一种酸的对比例1-2。相较于对比例1-4,以及对照组的结果,实施例1-3的产量和提前收获天数都有明显提升;试验期间小麦正常生长,未观察到药害症状,表明本发明中使用诱抗素和有机酸能产生良好的协同作用。

Claims (7)
1.一种含有诱抗素的农药组合物,其特征在于:其有效成分包括诱抗素和有机酸;其中,所述诱抗素和有机酸的质量比为0.5~5:2~6;所述有机酸为二氢茉莉酸丙酯和ε-聚赖氨酸;所述二氢茉莉酸丙酯和ε-聚赖氨酸的质量比为1~4:1~2。
2.如权利要求1所述的含有诱抗素的农药组合物,其特征在于:所述含诱抗素的农药组合物还包括助剂和溶剂。
3.如权利要求2所述的含有诱抗素的农药组合物,其特征在于:所述助剂包括分散剂、乳化剂、粘着剂、渗透剂或展着剂中至少一种;和/或
所述溶剂为甲醇、乙醇、丙二醇、丙酮、环已酮、乙酸乙酯、二甲基甲酰胺、二甲亚砜或水中至少一种。
4.如权利要求3所述的含有诱抗素的农药组合物,其特征在于:所述分散剂为芳香族磺酸盐、木质素磺酸钠、非离子表面活性剂或三聚磷酸钠中至少一种;和/或
所述乳化剂为脂肪酸酯、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚或聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐单棕榈酸酯中至少一种;和/或
所述粘着剂为羟丙基甲基纤维素、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚乙烯醇、阿拉伯胶、海藻酸、海藻酸钠或明胶中至少一种;和/或
所述渗透剂为聚山梨酯类、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚类、聚氧乙烯蓖麻油类或十二烷基硫酸钠中至少一种;和/或
所述展着剂为聚氧乙烯烷基醚、乙二醇或十六烷基三甲基氯化铵中至少一种。
5.如权利要求3所述的含有诱抗素的农药组合物,其特征在于:包括如下质量百分含量的组分:诱抗素0.5%~5%、有机酸2%~6%、助剂3%~10%,余量为溶剂。
6.一种农药制剂,其特征在于:包括权利要求1-5任一项所述的含有诱抗素的农药组合物。
7.如权利要求6所述的农药制剂,其特征在于:所述农药制剂为可溶性液剂、水剂、悬浮剂、微乳剂、乳油、水乳剂、水分散粒剂、可湿性粉剂或可溶性粉剂。
