目前,现有技术中提高种子发芽率的技术主要包括播种前对农业种子进行物理处理提高发芽率;也有研究人员通过添加苯醚甲环唑、吡虫啉或噻虫嗪等药剂提高种子的发芽率;但是,种衣剂使用方法是直接将农药包裹在种子表面,需要对药剂及有效成分的安全性提出非常高的要求,而现有技术中使用的药剂通过含有苯醚甲环唑、吡虫啉或噻虫嗪等药剂的种衣剂应用在种子上,在播种过后容易被分解,从而影响种子萌发和幼苗生长,且对小麦种子的发芽率、小麦幼苗的根长和株高均有一定程度的抑制。因此,提供一种提高小麦发芽率和出苗率、进一步提高幼苗及根系生长的种衣剂具有重要意义。
发明内容
鉴于此,本发明提供一种含有香芹酚的农药组合物、其制剂及应用,通过选择氨基寡糖素、S-诱抗素和香芹酚作为农药组合物的有效成分,极大的提高了小麦种子的发芽率和出苗率。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案是:
一种含有香芹酚的农药组合物,所述含有香芹酚的农药组合物的有效成分包括氨基寡糖素、S-诱抗素和香芹酚。
相对于现有技术,本发明提供的含有香芹酚的农药组合物,以氨基寡糖素、S-诱抗素和香芹酚为有效成分,各组分之间可以产生明显的协同作用;其中,香芹酚具有较强的抗菌作用,在农药组合物可作为抗菌剂;S-诱抗素具有促进植物平衡吸收水、肥和协调体内代谢的能力;氨基寡糖素能对一些病菌的生长有抑制作用;发明人通过大量实验发现,将香芹酚添加至含有氨基寡糖素和S-诱抗素的药剂中,当以种子为载体时,有利于在种子表面形成一层密实的药膜,不易脱落,并且播种后并不会马上分解,其有效成分在育苗过程中被具有缓释效果;通过氨基寡糖素、S-诱抗素和香芹酚产生协同作用,在降低药剂的使用量时,还能极大地提高种子的发芽率和出苗率,进一步提高苗期的根数、根长和苗高。
优选的,所述氨基寡糖素、S-诱抗素和香芹酚的质量比为2-26:40-54:32-43。
优选的,所述氨基寡糖素、S-诱抗素和香芹酚的质量比为15:47:37。
优选的氨基寡糖素、S-诱抗素和香芹酚的质量比进一步提高种子发芽率和出苗率,还能进一步提高苗期的根数、根长和苗高。
优选的,所述氨基寡糖素、S-诱抗素和香芹酚在农药组合物中的总含量为96%-99.5%。
优选的,还包括助剂和溶剂,其中,所述助剂在农药组合物中的含量为0.5%-2%,所述溶剂在农药组合物中的含量为溶剂0-2%。
优选的,所述助剂为分散剂、乳化剂、粘着剂、渗透剂或展着剂中至少一种。
优选的,所述分散剂为芳香族磺酸盐、木质素磺酸钠、非离子表面活性剂或三聚磷酸钠中至少一种。
优选的,所述乳化剂为脂肪酸酯、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚或聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐单棕榈酸酯中至少一种。
优选的,所述粘着剂为羟丙基甲基纤维素、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚乙烯醇、阿拉伯胶、海藻酸、海藻酸钠或黄原胶中至少一种。
优选的,所述渗透剂为聚山梨酯类化合物、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚类聚合物、聚氧乙烯蓖麻油类或十二烷基硫酸钠中至少一种。
优选的,所述展着剂为聚氧乙烯烷基醚、乙二醇或十六烷基三甲基氯化铵中至少一种。
优选的,所述溶剂为甲醇、乙醇、丙二醇、丙酮、环已酮、乙酸乙酯、二甲基甲酰胺、二甲亚砜或水中至少一种。
本发明还提供一种复配农药制剂,包括上述含有香芹酚的农药组合物。
优选的,所述复配农药制剂为可溶性液剂、水剂、悬浮剂、微乳剂、乳油、水乳剂、水分散粒剂、可湿性粉剂或可溶性粉剂。
本发明提供的复配农药制剂生产成本低,适于工业化生产推广及应用。
本发明还提供了上述技术方案所述的含有香芹酚的农药组合物或所述的复配农药制剂在小麦种子育苗中的应用。
本发明提供的含有香芹酚的农药组合物将其应用在小麦种子育苗中,其发芽率能达到99%,出苗率高达100%,且经过本发明制备的复配农药制剂在培育4周后苗高达到21.8cm,根长达到18.2cm,根数为8根,能有效提高小麦种子的发芽率和出苗率,还能进一步促进苗木生长,提高根系的生长能力。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
为了更好的说明本发明,下面通过实施例做进一步的举例说明。
实施例1
本实施例提供一种复配农药制剂,取2份氨基寡糖素,54份S-诱抗素,43份香芹酚,0.5份烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯钾盐,0.5份水,混合搅拌均匀,制成水剂。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种复配农药制剂,取4份氨基寡糖素,53份S-诱抗素,42.5份香芹酚,0.5份乙二醇,混合搅拌均匀,制成可溶性液剂。
实施例3
本实施例提供一种复配农药制剂,取8份氨基寡糖素,51份S-诱抗素,38份香芹酚,1份环己酮,1份水,1份烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚,加入高剪切反应釜中混合搅拌均匀,制成微乳剂。
实施例4
本实施例提供一种复配农药制剂,取15份氨基寡糖素,47份S-诱抗素,37份香芹酚,0.5份乙二醇,0.5份黄原胶,研磨至颗粒粒径≤5微米,制成悬浮剂。
实施例5
本实施例提供一种复配农药制剂,取26份氨基寡糖素,40份S-诱抗素,32份香芹酚,1份环己酮,1份脂肪酸酯,加入高剪切反应釜中混合搅拌均匀,制成乳油。
实施例6
本实施例提供一种复配农药制剂,取10份氨基寡糖素,43份S-诱抗素,43份香芹酚,2份烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯钾盐,2份水,混合搅拌均匀,制成水剂。
实施例7
本实施例提供一种复配农药制剂,其制备方法均与实施例4完全相同,不同的仅是将实施例4中的氨基寡糖素的用量调整为1份,乙二醇的用量调整为14.5份,其他原料和实施例4相同。
实施例8
本实施例提供一种复配农药制剂,其制备方法均与实施例4完全相同,不同的仅是将实施例4中的香芹酚的用量调整为30份,乙二醇的用量调整为7.5份;其他原料和实施例4相同。
实施例9
本实施例提供一种复配农药制剂,其制备方法均与实施例4完全相同,不同的仅是将实施例4中的S-诱抗素的用量调整为38份,乙二醇的用量调整为9.5份;其他原料和实施例4相同。
对比例1
本对比例提供一种复配农药制剂,其制备方法均与实施例1完全相同,不同的仅是将实施例1中的氨基寡糖素替换为等量的香芹酚;其他原料和实施例1相同。
对比例2
本对比例提供一种复配农药制剂,其制备方法均与实施例1完全相同,不同的仅是将实施例1中的S-诱抗素替换为等量的香芹酚;其他原料和实施例1相同。
对比例3
本对比例提供一种复配农药制剂,其制备方法均与实施例1完全相同,不同的仅是将实施例1中的香芹酚替换为等量的氨基寡糖素;其他原料和实施例1相同。
应用例
发芽试验
将小麦种子用自来水浸泡一天,吸去种子表面多余水分,25℃环境下使其干燥,备用。分别将实施例1-9,对比例1-3制备得到的复配农药制剂在温度为25℃、湿度为50-70%条件下处理小麦种子,每50个种子使用1mL复配农药制剂,每个处理为200粒(每50粒为一次重复,共四次重复)。
然后将灭菌的河沙装入培养皿中,含水量控制为其饱和含水量60%;将各处理后的小麦种子放置于培养皿内,放在25℃培养,7天后观察发芽情况,具体结果见表1:

出苗试验
将营养一致的土壤装于盆钵中,孔隙度相当,控制土壤含水量为60%,将各处理的小麦种子分别播种于盆钵内平整的土壤表层,再覆土2mm,放在室温为25℃的环境下培养。播种后保持土壤湿润,28天后观察小麦苗期生长情况,检查并计算各处理的小麦种子的出苗率、苗高、根长、根数,具体结果见表2。

表1-2说明,使用本发明实施例1-9制备的复配农药制剂发芽率能达到99%,出苗率高达100%,且经过本发明制备的复配农药制剂在培育4周后苗高达到21.8cm,根长达到18.2cm,根数为8根,本发明制备的复配农药制剂能有效提高小麦种子的发芽率和出苗率,还能进一步促进苗木生长,提高根系的生长能力。

Claims (10)
1.一种含有香芹酚的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述含有香芹酚的农药组合物的有效成分包括氨基寡糖素、S-诱抗素和香芹酚。
2.如权利要求1所述的含有香芹酚的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述氨基寡糖素、S-诱抗素和香芹酚的质量比为2-26:40-54:32-43。
3.如权利要求2所述的含有香芹酚的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述氨基寡糖素、S-诱抗素和香芹酚的质量比为15:47:37。
4.如权利要求1-3任一项所述的含有香芹酚的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述氨基寡糖素、S-诱抗素和香芹酚在农药组合物中的总含量为96%-99.5%。
5.如权利要求4所述的含有香芹酚的农药组合物,其特征在于,还包括助剂和溶剂,其中,所述助剂在农药组合物中的含量为0.5%-2%,所述溶剂在农药组合物中的含量为溶剂0-2%。
6.如权利要求5所述的含有香芹酚的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述助剂为分散剂、乳化剂、粘着剂、渗透剂或展着剂中至少一种。
7.如权利要求6所述的含有香芹酚的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述分散剂为芳香族磺酸盐、木质素磺酸钠、非离子表面活性剂或三聚磷酸钠中至少一种;和/或
所述乳化剂为脂肪酸酯、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯钾盐或聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐单棕榈酸酯中至少一种;和/或
所述粘着剂为羟丙基甲基纤维素、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚乙烯醇、阿拉伯胶、海藻酸、海藻酸钠或黄原胶中至少一种;和/或
所述渗透剂为聚山梨酯类化合物、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚类聚合物、聚氧乙烯蓖麻油类或十二烷基硫酸钠中至少一种;和/或
所述展着剂为聚氧乙烯烷基醚、乙二醇或十六烷基三甲基氯化铵中至少一种;和/或
所述溶剂为甲醇、乙醇、丙二醇、丙酮、环已酮、乙酸乙酯、二甲基甲酰胺、二甲亚砜或水中至少一种。
8.一种复配农药制剂,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-7任一项所述的含有香芹酚的农药组合物。
9.如权利要求8所述的复配农药制剂,其特征在于,所述复配农药制剂为可溶性液剂、水剂、悬浮剂、微乳剂、乳油、水乳剂、可湿性粉剂或可溶性粉剂。
10.权利要求1-7任一项所述的含有香芹酚的农药组合物或权利要求8-9任一项所述的复配农药制剂在小麦种子育苗中的应用。
