本发明公开了一种烟草壮根健苗剂,由以下质量组分的组分组成:烯效唑、胺鲜酯、复硝酚钠、壳聚糖、吐温、二甲亚砜、维生素C、甜菜碱、萘乙酸‑吲哚丁酸、S‑诱抗素、余量为水。应用本发明于烤烟漂浮育苗生产,可达到增强苗期抗低温能力,起到壮根健苗的作用,显著提高移栽前烟苗的根系总长度、根系总表面积、根系总体积,以及显著提高烟苗地上部和根系干物质的积累和根冠比;同时促进烤烟大田期的生长,显著提高旺长期烟株生物量和烟叶烘烤后产质量,从而提高烟叶生产的社会、经济效益。

本发明涉及烤烟种植及化控技术领域,具体是一种烟草壮根健苗剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
化控技术主要是通过植物生长调节剂,积极影响和改变作物的代谢活动,为高产、优质创造条件。化学调控能直接、有效地控制作物的生长发育,使作物的生长朝着人们预期的方向和程度发生转化,实现作物生长的可控化。市场上单一的生长调节物质在使用过程中易受到各种环境因素的影响,且作用范围较窄。因作物体内激素调节生长是一个复杂过程,并非单一激素的作用,所以在寻求最适植物生长调节剂过程中也应该是不同生长调节剂的不同组合为主,寻求最佳配方是化控的重点。
现有的植物调节剂,其有效成分较为单一,如多效唑、萘乙酸等,因此其作用范围较为局限,不能同时解决多种问题,且在实际生产中其作用时间短,只能在短时期内影响植物的生长、构型,而对植物后期的生长、产量影响不大。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种烟草壮根健苗剂及其制备方法,在广西烟区冬季烤烟漂浮育苗生产中应用,从而克服原漂浮育苗方法的烟苗根系不发达、烟苗不健壮的生产问题,提高广西烤烟的生产水平和烟叶种植的社会、经济效益。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种烟草壮根健苗剂,由以下质量组分的组分组成:烯效唑0.5~1.0%、胺鲜酯0.1~0.5%、复硝酚钠0.01~0.1%、壳聚糖1.0~5.0%、吐温20:1.0~5.0%、二甲亚砜5.0~15.0%、维生素C0.1~0.15%、甜菜碱5.0~10.0%、萘乙酸-吲哚丁酸0.02~0.1%、S-诱抗素0.01~0.1%、余量为水。

所述烟草壮根健苗剂,由以下质量组分的组分组成:烯效唑0.6~0.9%、胺鲜酯0.2~0.4%、复硝酚钠0.04~0.08%、壳聚糖2.0~4.0%、吐温20:2.0~4.0%、二甲亚砜8.0~12.0%、维生素C0.11~0.14%、甜菜碱6.0~9.0%、萘乙酸-吲哚丁酸0.04~0.08%、S-诱抗素0.03~0.07%、余量为水。

所述烟草壮根健苗剂,由以下质量组分的组分组成:烯效唑0.8%、胺鲜酯0.3%、复硝酚钠0.06%、壳聚糖3.0%、吐温20:3.0%、二甲亚砜10.0%、维生素C0.12%、甜菜碱8.0%、萘乙酸-吲哚丁酸0.06%、S-诱抗素0.05%、余量为水。

所述萘乙酸-吲哚丁酸中萘乙酸与吲哚丁酸的重量比为2:3。
所述烟草壮根健苗剂的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)第一复配剂的制备:将烯效唑、甜菜碱、S-诱抗素依次溶解在二甲亚砜中得到第一复配剂;
(2)第二复配剂的制备:将萘乙酸-吲哚丁酸、胺鲜酯、复硝酚钠、维生素C依次溶解在水中得到第二复配剂;
(3)第三复配剂的配制:将壳聚糖与吐温20混合得到第三复配剂;
(4)烟草壮根健苗剂的的配制:将上述得到的第二复配剂与第三复配剂搅拌混匀,再与第一复配剂混合,即得产品。
所述烟草壮根健苗剂的使用方法,是将壮根健苗剂稀释300倍进行叶面喷施,烤烟幼苗四叶一心至五叶一心期各喷一次。
所述烟草壮根健苗剂使用的材料具有如下功能和效用:
(1)烯效唑:烯效唑属广谱性、高效植物生长调节剂,兼有杀菌和除草作用,是赤霉素合成抑制剂。具有控制营养生长,抑制细胞伸长、缩短节间、矮化植株,促进侧芽生长和花芽形成,增进抗逆性的作用。
(2)甜菜碱:甜菜碱是一种碱性物质,具有强烈的吸湿性能,所以在制作工艺中经常会使用抗结块剂处理,其分子结构、应用效果与天然甜菜碱无明显差别,属于化学合成的天然物等同物。它具有维持细胞渗透压、对酶的保护作用、抗盐的持久性、影响无机离子分布的作用。
(3)萘乙酸钠:萘乙酸钠是促进植物根系生长的植物生长调节剂。萘乙酸钠用作植物生长调节剂,在医药上用作鼻眼净和眼可明的原料。萘乙酸钠具有促进细胞分裂与扩大,诱导形成不定根,增加坐果,防止落果,改变雌、雄花比率等。萘乙酸钠可经叶片、树枝的嫩表皮、种子进入到植物体内,随同营养流输导到作用部位。通常用于小麦、水稻、棉花、茶、桑、番茄、苹果、瓜类、马铃薯、林木等,是一种良好的植物生长刺激素。
(4)吲哚丁酸钾:吲哚丁酸钾是一种促生根类植物生长调节剂。诱导作物形成不定根,经由叶面喷洒,蘸根等方式,由叶片种子等部位传到进入植物体,并集中在生长点部位,促进细胞分裂,诱导形成不定根,表现为根多,根直,根粗,根毛多。
(5)S-诱抗素:S-诱抗素是所有绿色植物均含有的纯天然产物,本品是通过微生物发酵获得的高纯度、高生长活性;对人畜无毒害、无刺激性。是一种新型高效、天然绿色植物生长活性物质。S-诱抗素是平衡植物内源激素和有关生长活性物质代谢的关键因子。具有促进植物平衡吸收水、肥和协调体内代谢的能力。可有效调控植物的根/冠和营养生长与生殖生长,对提高农作物的品质、产量具有重要作用。S-诱抗素是启动植物体内抗逆基因表达的"第一信使",可有效激活植物体内抗逆免疫系统。具有培源固本,增强植物综合抗性(抗旱、抗热、抗寒、抗病虫、抗盐碱等)的能力。对农业生产上抗旱节水、减灾保产和生态环境的恢复具有重要作用。
(6)胺鲜酯:是一种高效植物生长物质,对多种农作物具有显著的增产、抗逆、抗病,改善品质、早熟等功效,具有很高生物活性的化合物。它能与多种元素复配,还可以和杀菌剂复配使用,增强植物的抗病能力,提高杀菌效果;可单独使用也可与肥料、杀菌剂、杀虫剂和除草剂复配使用。
(7)复硝酚钠:广谱型植物生长调节剂,具有促进细胞原生质流动、提高细胞活力、加速植株生长发育、促根壮苗、保花坐果保果、提高产量、增强抗逆能力等。既可单独使用,又做农药添加剂、肥料添加剂;与肥料、农药、饲料等复配使用。
(8)维生素C:是一种水溶性维生素,水果和蔬菜中含量丰富。在氧化还原代谢反应中起调节作用,缺乏它可引起坏血病。正常情况下,维生素C绝大部分在体内经代谢分解成草酸或与硫酸结合生成抗坏血酸-2-硫酸由尿排出,另一部分可直接由尿排出体外。
(9)二甲亚砜:二甲基亚砜是一种含硫有机化合物,常温下为无色无臭的透明液体,是一种吸湿性的可燃液体。具有高极性、高沸点、热稳定性好、非质子、与水混溶的特性,能溶于乙醇、丙醇、苯和氯仿等大多数有机物,被誉为“万能溶剂”。也是一种渗透性保护剂,能够降低细胞冰点,减少冰晶的形成,减轻自由基对细胞损害,改变生物膜对电解质、药物、毒物和代谢产物的通透性。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
应用本发明于烤烟漂浮育苗生产,可达到增强苗期抗低温能力,起到壮根健苗的作用,显著提高移栽前烟苗的根系总长度、根系总表面积、根系总体积,以及显著提高烟苗地上部和根系干物质的积累和根冠比;同时促进烤烟大田期的生长,显著提高旺长期烟株生物量和烟叶烘烤后产质量,从而提高烟叶生产的社会、经济效益。

(2)第二复配剂的制备:将萘乙酸-吲哚丁酸、胺鲜酯、复硝酚钠、维生素C依次溶解在水中得到第二复配剂,所述萘乙酸-吲哚丁酸中萘乙酸与吲哚丁酸的重量比为2:3;
(3)第三复配剂的配制:将壳聚糖与吐温20混合得到第三复配剂;
(4)烟草壮根健苗剂的的配制:将上述得到的第二复配剂与第三复配剂搅拌混匀,再与第一复配剂混合,即得产品。

应用上述实施例6制备的烟草壮根健苗剂种植的烤烟与不使用该壮根健苗剂种植的烤烟相比,烤烟幼苗的根系总体积、根系总长度、根系总表面积、根系平均直径分别比对照处理增加34.72%、67.11%、50.51%、9.59%;烤烟烟苗地上部干物质、根干重、根冠比分别比对照增加116.67%、300.00%、128.57%。烤烟旺长期烤烟根系总长度、根系总体积、根系总表面积、根系平均直径分别比对照增加25.43%、44.75%、34.75%、6.12%;而烤烟的叶干重、根干重、整株生物量分别比对照增加51.89%、41.00%、55.82%。烟叶烘烤后,烟叶产量、上等烟叶比例、中等烟比例分别比对照提高58.77%、19.34%、6.40%。
应用本发明于烤烟漂浮育苗生产,可达到增强苗期抗低温能力,起到壮根健苗的作用,显著提高移栽前烟苗的根系总长度、根系总表面积、根系总体积,以及显著提高烟苗地上部和根系干物质的积累和根冠比;同时促进烤烟大田期的生长,显著提高旺长期烟株生物量和烟叶烘烤后产质量,从而提高烟叶生产的社会、经济效益。
上面对本专利的较佳实施方式作了详细说明,但是本专利并不限于上述实施方式,在本领域的普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本专利宗旨的前提下作出各种变化。

Claims (6)

1.一种烟草壮根健苗剂,其特征在于,由以下质量组分的组分组成:烯效唑0.5~1.0%、胺鲜酯0.1~0.5%、复硝酚钠0.01~0.1%、壳聚糖1.0~5.0%、吐温20:1.0~5.0%、二甲亚砜5.0~15.0%、维生素C0.1~0.15%、甜菜碱5.0~10.0%、萘乙酸-吲哚丁酸0.02~0.1%、S-诱抗素0.01~0.1%、余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的烟草壮根健苗剂,其特征在于,由以下质量组分的组分组成:烯效唑0.6~0.9%、胺鲜酯0.2~0.4%、复硝酚钠0.04~0.08%、壳聚糖2.0~4.0%、吐温20:2.0~4.0%、二甲亚砜8.0~12.0%、维生素C0.11~0.14%、甜菜碱6.0~9.0%、萘乙酸-吲哚丁酸0.04~0.08%、S-诱抗素0.03~0.07%、余量为水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的烟草壮根健苗剂,其特征在于,由以下质量组分的组分组成:烯效唑0.8%、胺鲜酯0.3%、复硝酚钠0.06%、壳聚糖3.0%、吐温20:3.0%、二甲亚砜10.0%、维生素C0.12%、甜菜碱8.0%、萘乙酸-吲哚丁酸0.06%、S-诱抗素0.05%、余量为水。
4.根据权利要求1所述的烟草壮根健苗剂,其特征在于,所述萘乙酸-吲哚丁酸中萘乙酸与吲哚丁酸的重量比为2:3。
5.一种如权利要求1-3任一所述的烟草壮根健苗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
(1)第一复配剂的制备:将烯效唑、甜菜碱、S-诱抗素依次溶解在二甲亚砜中得到第一复配剂;
(2)第二复配剂的制备:将萘乙酸-吲哚丁酸、胺鲜酯、复硝酚钠、维生素C依次溶解在水中得到第二复配剂;
(3)第三复配剂的配制:将壳聚糖与吐温20混合得到第三复配剂;
(4)烟草壮根健苗剂的的配制:将上述得到的第二复配剂与第三复配剂搅拌混匀,再与第一复配剂混合,即得产品。
6.一种如权利要求1-3任一所述的烟草壮根健苗剂的使用方法,其特征在于,是将壮根健苗剂稀释300倍进行叶面喷施,烤烟幼苗四叶一心至五叶一心期各喷一次。
