Abstract
一种显示单元采集校正的方法,包括步骤:将相机(1)置于待校正显示单元(3)的前方,使待校正显示单元(3)的中心法线与相机(1)光轴重合;采集待校正显示单元(3)的RGB亮度数据得到原始亮度矩阵;将标准亮度平面(2)置于相机(1)镜头前,保持标准亮度平面(2)中心法线与相机(1)光轴重合;根据采集的标准亮度平面(2)的RGB亮度数据得到相机(1)的最终亮度修正矩阵;将原始亮度矩阵乘以相机(1)的最终亮度修正矩阵,得到恢复了无相机(1)曲面失真的真实亮度矩阵;对真实亮度矩阵进行亮度校正得到校正后的亮度矩阵。用于现场校正或现场维修,在平整度和绝对亮度值上能够达到一致,可以在显示屏上任意互换位置。
