For example, the 1 st supporting member 40a has a rod-like shape.
One end of the 1 st support member 40a is connected to any one of the 2 vertical frames 4. For example, the other side end of the 1 st supporting member 40a is connected to one corner of the four blocks 21. The 1 st support member 40a connects one of the 2 vertical frames 4 and the four frames 21 to form a diagonally supported rod.
For example, the 1 st supporting member 40b has a rod-like shape.
One end of the 1 st support member 40b is connected to the other of the 2 vertical frames 4 on which the 1 st support member 40a is not provided. For example, the other side end of the 1 st supporting member 40b is connected to one corner of the four blocks 21. The 1 st support member 40b connects the other of the 2 vertical frames 4 and the four frames 21 to form a diagonally-supported rod.
According to embodiment 1 described above, the work platform device 100 for elevator installation includes the emergency stop device 3, 2 vertical frames 4, the lower work platform 10, and the upper work platform 20. The emergency stop device 3 is detachably connected to the guide rail 2. The 2 vertical frames 4 are connected to an emergency stop device. The lower work platform is detachably connected to 2 vertical frames 4. The upper work platform 20 is detachably connected to the 2 vertical frames 4. The lower work platform 10 includes a car floor 11 and a wall footrest base 12. The upper work platform 20 includes four frames 21, a car ceiling 22, and a connection accessory 30. The four frames 21 are detachably connected to the 2 vertical frames 4. The connection auxiliary device 30 detachably connects the four frames 21 to the car ceiling 22. The worker can easily perform the mounting work and the adjustment work of the lowermost equipment.
The connection aid 30 includes a 1 st attachment portion 31, a bridge portion 32, a 2 nd attachment portion 33, and a jack portion 34. One end of the 2 nd mounting portion is connected to the car ceiling 22. The other end of the 2 nd mounting portion is connected to the bridge portion 32 via the lift portion 34. For example, the jack-up portion 34 moves up and down by rotation of the jack-up bolt 34 a. The 2 nd mounting portion 33 is configured to be freely movable in a relative distance from the bridge portion 32 by the jack portion 34 performing a jack-up operation in the vertical direction. Therefore, the connection aid 30 can freely change the relative distance between the four blocks 21 and the car ceiling 22. As a result, the connection aid 30 can freely lower the position of the car ceiling 22.
The fourth block 21 includes a plurality of 1 st fastening holes 21c. For example, the plurality of 1 st fastening holes 21c are reinforced by thickening. The car ceiling 22 includes a plurality of 2 nd fastening holes 22a. For example, the plurality of fastening holes 22a of the 2 nd order are reinforced by thickening. Therefore, for example, the plurality of 1 st fastening holes 21c can be used as the connection portions by threading at the time of transportation and lifting of the four blocks 21. The plurality of 2 nd fastening holes 22a can be used as connection portions by threading at the time of transportation and hoisting of the car ceiling 22.
The four blocks 21 include 4 rod-like members 21a. The 4 rod-like members 21a are provided so that the lower surfaces thereof are on the same plane. The car ceiling 22 has no protrusion on a contact surface with the four blocks 21. Therefore, in the configuration a, the 4 rod-shaped members 21a are in contact with the car ceiling 22. As a result, the strength of the work platform surface of the car ceiling 22 can be improved. The elevator installation work platform device 100 can suppress the wobbling and bending of the work platform surface of the upper work platform 20.
The car ceiling 22 includes 1 or more alignment holes 22b in the peripheral portion. The 1 or more aligning holes 22b are provided in the regions within the distance L from each side of the car ceiling 22. Here, the distance L is equal to the width of the rod 21a. When the car panel is installed in the elevator installation work platform device 100, 1 or more alignment holes 22b are fitted to the projections provided in the car panel. As a result, the car ceiling 22 can improve the workability of the positioning operation between the car ceiling 22 and the car panel.
The car ceiling 22 is provided with a plurality of upper skirting boards 24 on the upper surface thereof. The plurality of upper skirting boards 24 are in contact with the upper surface of the car ceiling 22. A plurality of upper skirting boards 24 are connected to the car ceiling 22. Therefore, the plurality of upper skirting boards 24 can suppress deformation of the car ceiling 22. As a result, the plurality of upper skirting boards 24 can improve the strength of the car ceiling 22.
The elevator installation work platform device 100 further includes the 1 st support member 40. One end of the 1 st supporting member 40 is connected to any one of the 2 vertical frames 4. The other end of the 1 st supporting member 40 is connected to the four blocks 21. The 1 st support member 40 connects one of the 2 vertical frames 4 to the four frames 21 in a diagonally supported rod shape. Therefore, the 1 st support member 40 can improve the installation strength of the upper working platform 20.
The jack-up portion 34 may be any mechanism capable of being jacked up, and may not include the jack-up bolt 34a and the nut 34b. For example, the jack-up portion 34 has a retractable jack-up structure. For example, the jack-up portion 34 includes a hydraulic cylinder.
Next, an outline of an elevator installation work platform device that does not have the features of the present invention, which uses the car ceiling of an elevator, will be described as a comparative example with reference to fig. 8. The elevator installation work using the work platform device for elevator installation of the comparative example is also referred to as a scaffold-free construction method (WOS construction method).
Fig. 8 is a diagram showing a comparative example of the elevator installation work platform device according to embodiment 1.
As shown in fig. 8, the work platform device 200 for elevator installation is installed in a hoistway not shown.
The work platform device 200 for elevator installation includes 2 vertical frames 201, a car floor 202, a car panel 203, a car ceiling 204, an upper skirting board 205, an armrest 206, and an upper frame 207.
The 2 vertical frames 201 are connected to a guide rail not shown. The car floor 202 is connected to 2 vertical frames 201.
The car panel 203 is formed of a plate-like member. A car panel 203 is connected to the car floor 202. The car panel 203 is supported on the car floor 202.

The upper work platform 20 of the present invention, which is not shown, corresponds to the car ceiling 204, the upper skirting board 205, the armrest 206, and the upper frame 207 of the comparative example. On the other hand, the working platform device 200 for elevator installation of the comparative example does not have a structure corresponding to the lower working platform 10, which is not shown.
In the comparative example, the fastening work of the car ceiling 204 and the car panel 203 is performed from the upper surface of the car ceiling 204. For example, the worker who performs the fastening work moves to the fastening work position of the car ceiling 204 by climbing in a hoistway not shown. Therefore, it is difficult for the operator to access the working position. Further, the narrower the hoistway, the more difficult it is to make this approach.
The work platform device 100 for elevator installation according to embodiment 1 has a structure in which the car ceiling 22 can be used as an upper work platform without using a car panel. Therefore, the car floor 11 can be used as the lower work platform 10.
