If the cylinder head presses down on the first roller 412, the first roller 412 moves downward such that the distance between the first roller 412 and the second roller 414 decreases while the length of the wipe 48 remains unchanged, and the wipe 48 folds.
Therefore, in this embodiment, the upward force provided by the first elastic member 416 is greater than or equal to the downward force provided by the second elastic member 417, so as to eliminate the adverse effect of the downward force generated by the second elastic member 417 on the first elastic member 416, and simultaneously, better ensure that the first roller 412 and the second roller 414 can tension the paper cleaning 48 at any time. Ideally, the first elastic member 416 supports the first roller 412 in contact with the top surface of the first elongated hole 418, and the second elastic member 417 supports the second roller 414 in contact with the top surface of the second elongated hole 419, so that the wiping paper 48 can be stably tensioned while securing the cushioning ability of the first elastic member 416.
Alternatively, in an embodiment of the present invention, the first elastic member 416 and the second elastic member 417 may be disposed above the first long hole 418 and the second long hole 419, respectively. The positions of the first connecting block 413 and the second connecting block 415 determine the positions of the first roller 412 and the second roller 414, if the first elastic member 416 is disposed above the first long hole 418, the second elastic member 417 is disposed above the second long hole 419, and at this time, the frame needs to extend upwards to meet the installation requirement of the first elastic member 416.
However, when the first elastic member 416 is installed above the first connection block 413, the upper surface of the frame is higher than the upper surface of the roller, and the cylinder head may collide with the frame during the wiping process.
It will be appreciated that the upper surface of the first roller 412 should be higher than or flush with the upper surface of the frame so that the cylinder head does not strike the frame during wiping.
Preferably, in an embodiment of the present invention, in order to avoid the cylinder head from colliding with the frame, the first elastic member 416 is disposed under the first connection block 413. In the initial state, the first elastic member 416 is in a compressed state, so as to provide an upward pushing force for the first connecting block 413, so that the first connecting block 413 is located at the top of the first long hole 418.
Alternatively, in an embodiment of the present invention, since the second long hole 419 is provided below the first long hole 418, the second elastic member 417 may be installed above or below the second connection block 415.
When the second elastic member 417 is installed below the second attachment block 415, the second elastic member 417 is initially in a stretched state, but the tensile force of the second elastic member 417 is smaller than that of the first elastic member 416, so that when the first elastic member 416 pulls the wiper 48, the second attachment block 415 is pulled to the top of the inner wall of the second elongated hole 419.
When the first connecting block 413 moves downward, the second roller 414 is not pulled upward by the wiping paper 48 between the first connecting block 413, and then the second roller 414 moves downward under the tensile force of the second elastic piece 417, so that the wiping paper 48 is tensioned again, and a good wiping effect is ensured.
When the second elastic member 417 is mounted above the second attachment block 415, the second elastic member 417 is initially in a compressed state, but the pushing force of the second elastic member 417 is smaller than the pulling force of the first elastic member 416, so that when the first elastic member 416 pulls the wiping paper 48, the second attachment block 415 is pulled to the top of the second elongated hole 419.
When the first connecting block 413 moves downward, the second roller 414 is not pulled upward by the wiping paper 48 between the first connecting block 413, and then the second roller 414 moves downward under the pushing force of the second elastic piece 417, so that the wiping paper 48 is tensioned again, and a good wiping effect is ensured.
Alternatively, in an embodiment of the present invention, the first elastic member 416 is one of a compression spring and a torsion spring, and the second elastic member 417 may be one of a compression spring and a torsion spring when disposed above the second long hole 419, and may be a tension spring when disposed below the second long hole 419. If the first elastic member 416 or the second elastic member 417 is directly and fixedly connected to the frame, it is difficult to repair and replace.
Preferably, in an embodiment of the present invention, the first elastic member 416 includes a first mounting seat 4161, a first connecting rod 4162 and a first spring 4163, the first mounting seat 4161 is fixedly connected to the frame, one end of the first connecting rod 4162 is fixedly connected to the first connecting block 413, the first connecting rod 4162 extends downward through the first mounting seat 4161, the first connecting rod 4162 is slidably connected to the first mounting seat 4161, one end of the first spring 4163 is connected to the upper surface of the first mounting seat 4161, and the other end is connected to one end of the first connecting rod 4162.
For replacement and maintenance convenience, the first spring 4163 is generally abutted against the first mounting base 4161 and the first connecting rod 4162.
In order to facilitate fixing of the first connecting rod 4162, a through hole is provided on the first connecting block 413, the first connecting rod 4162 passes through the through hole, and two nuts 4164 are provided on the first connecting rod 4162, the two nuts 4164 are respectively provided above and below the through hole, thereby fixing the first connecting rod 4162 with the first connecting block 413. The first spring 4163 abuts the lower surface of the lower nut 4164.
It should be noted that the lower diameter of the first connecting rod 4162 (lower diameter being larger than the rod diameter above the bottom) becomes larger to avoid the first connecting rod 4162 from sliding out of the first mounting seat 4161.
Preferably, in an embodiment of the present invention, the second elastic member 417 includes a second mounting seat 4171, a second connecting rod 4172 and a second spring 4173, the second mounting seat 4171 is fixedly connected to the frame, one end of the second connecting rod 4172 is fixedly connected to the second connection block 415, the second connecting rod 4172 extends downward through the second mounting seat 4171, the second connecting rod 4172 is slidably connected to the second mounting seat 4171, one end of the second spring 4173 is connected to the bottom surface of the first mounting seat 4161, and the other end is connected to one end of the second connecting rod 4172.
For replacement and maintenance convenience, the second spring 4173 is generally abutted against the second mount 4171 and the second connecting rod 4172.
In order to facilitate fixing of the second connecting rod 4172, a through hole is provided on the second connecting block 415, the second connecting rod 4172 passes through the through hole, and two nuts 4164 are provided on the second connecting rod 4172, and the two nuts 4164 are respectively provided above and below the through hole, thereby fixing the second connecting rod 4172 with the second connecting block 415.
It should be noted that the lower diameter of second connecting rod 4172 is enlarged to prevent second connecting rod 4172 from sliding out of second mounting seat 4171. One end of the second spring 4173 abuts against the bottom surface of the second mount 4171, and the other end abuts against the lower portion of the second strut.
The first mounting seat 4161 or the second mounting seat 4171 is fixedly connected with the frame through bolts, and the mounting and the dismounting are convenient.
Specifically, the placement roller 43 is disposed above the line connecting the first roller 412 and the second roller 414, and the winding roller 42 is disposed below the first roller 412. The motor 44 is mounted on the frame and the output of the motor 44 is in driving connection with the take-up roller 42, and the take-up roller 42 and the placement roller 43 are rotated synchronously in the driving connection of the paper wiper 48.
It will be appreciated that if the take-up roller 42 is disposed above the first roller 412, the tensioning frame 41 will not be tensioned. If the placement roller 43 is disposed below the line connecting the first roller 412 and the second roller 414, the tensioning frame 41 likewise cannot take the tensioning action.
Preferably, in an embodiment of the present invention, in order to enable the take-up roller 42 to be in any position, the tensioning frame 41 can function to tension the paper cleaning 48, and a third roller 45 is rotatably connected to the frame. The third roller is disposed between the first roller 412 and the take-up roller 42, and the third roller 45 is disposed below the first roller 412. At this time, the tension frame 41 can tension the wiping sheet 48 regardless of whether the take-up roller 42 is disposed above or below the first roller 412, so that the wiping effect is excellent.
Preferably, in an embodiment of the present invention, in order to enable the placing roller 43 to be in any position, the tensioning frame 41 can play a role of tensioning the paper cleaning 48, and a fourth roller 46 and a fifth roller 47, both of which are rotatably connected to the frame, are further provided. The fourth roller 46 is disposed above the fifth roller 47, and a gap 525 is provided between the fourth roller 46 and the fifth roller 47.
As shown in fig. 7-8, the fourth roller 46 is disposed beside the placement roller 43, both to the left of the second roller 414, and the fourth roller 46 is disposed below the second roller 414. At this time, the tension frame 41 can tension the wiping paper 48 regardless of whether the placement roller 43 is disposed above or below the connecting line of the second roller 414 and the first roller 412, so that the wiping effect is excellent.
Specifically, the clamping mechanism 5 includes a robot arm 51 and a clamping jaw 52, and the clamping jaw 52 is mounted to the robot arm 51. The clamping jaw 52 comprises a third mounting 521, a linear drive 522, a first clamping lever 523 and a second clamping lever 524. The linear driver 522 is mounted on the third mounting seat 521, the first clamping rod 523 is fixedly connected to the third mounting seat 521, the second clamping rod 524 is relatively disposed beside the first clamping rod 523, a certain gap 525 is formed between the first clamping rod 523 and the second clamping rod 524, and the output end of the second clamping rod 524, which is fixedly connected to the linear driver 522, is driven by the linear driver 522 to move up and down. A slope 5241 is provided at a lower portion of the second clamp lever 524, the slope 5241 being provided below the first clamp lever 523, and the slope 5241 being abutted against the first clamp lever 523 when the linear driver 522 drives the second clamp lever 524 to rise. When clamping jaw 52 centre gripping cylinder cap, first clamping lever 523 and second clamping lever 524 all insert in same through-hole, and linear drive 522 drive second clamping lever 524 rises this moment, and second clamping lever 524 rises and drives slope 5241 and rise, and then makes the clearance 525 increase between first clamping lever 523 and the second clamping lever 524, and then presss from both sides the tight cylinder cap, avoids the cylinder cap slippage.
It will be appreciated that the ramp 5241 is located within the through bore of the cylinder head or below the cylinder head through bore. When the slope 5241 is located in the cylinder cover through hole, the first clamping rod 523 and the second clamping rod 524 are abutted against a clamping through hole, so that the clamping jaw 52 can stably clamp the cylinder cover. When the slope 5241 is located below the cylinder cover through hole, the first clamping rod 523 and the second clamping rod 524 above the slope 5241 are still located in the through hole, and the sectional area surrounded by the first clamping rod 523 and the second clamping rod 524 at the slope 5241 is larger than the sectional area of the through hole, so that the cylinder cover is well clamped by the clamping jaw 52 and cannot slip.
Alternatively, in an embodiment of the present invention, the first clamping lever 523 and the second clamping lever 524 may be one of square levers, round levers, or other polygonal levers.
Preferably, in an embodiment of the present invention, in order to better fit the inner wall of the cylinder head through hole, the first clamping rod 523 and the second clamping rod 524 are both semi-cylindrical rods. The side planes (the side surface of the semicircular cylinder rod comprises a plane and a curved surface), which are called side planes, of the first clamping rod 523 and the second clamping rod 524 are oppositely arranged, the shape of the combined first clamping rod 523 and the second clamping rod 524 is matched with the shape of the through hole, the contact area with the inner wall of the through hole of the cylinder cover is larger, and the cylinder cover can be clamped more stably.
When the clamping jaw 52 moves downward to enable the first clamping rod 523 and the second clamping rod 524 to enter the cylinder cover through hole, bottoms of the first clamping rod 523 and the second clamping rod 524 are firstly contacted with the upper portion of the cylinder cover, the bottom surfaces of the first clamping rod 523 and the second clamping rod 524 are plane, and if slight errors exist in positioning, the first clamping rod 523 and the second clamping rod 524 cannot smoothly enter the cylinder cover through hole in the descending process of the clamping jaw 52.
Preferably, in an embodiment of the present invention, in order to make the first clamping lever 523 and the second clamping lever 524 smoothly enter the through hole, the bottom surface of the first clamping lever 523 protrudes downward to form a first smooth curved surface 5231, and the first smooth curved surface 5231 is tangent to the side curved surface of the first clamping lever 523; the bottom surface of the second clamping bar 524 protrudes downward to form a second smooth curved surface 5242, and the second smooth curved surface 5242 is tangent to the side curved surface of the second clamping bar 524. When the clamping jaw 52 is positioned with a little error, the clamped cylinder cover is extruded to displace, so that the first clamping rod 523 and the second clamping rod 524 are smoothly inserted into the cylinder cover through hole.
It will be appreciated that the ramp 5241 can be disposed at any location of the second clamping bar 524 below the first clamping bar 523.
Preferably, in an embodiment of the present invention, in order to facilitate the processing of the second clamping bar 524, a slope 5241 is provided at a lower portion of the second clamping bar 524, and a lower portion of the slope 5241 is connected to the second smooth curved surface 5242.
Alternatively, in an embodiment of the present invention, the linear actuator 522 is used to drive the first clamping lever 523 to move up and down, and the linear actuator 522 may be one of a screw, a push rod motor 44, a linear motor 44, an air cylinder, and a hydraulic cylinder.
Preferably, in an embodiment of the present invention, the linear driver 522 is a cylinder, which has a simple structure and is easy to maintain.
It will be appreciated that the clamping jaw 52 lifts the second clamping bar 524 when clamping the cylinder head and pushes the second clamping bar 524 to reset when clamping the cylinder head.
Further, the clamping mechanism 5 further comprises a sleeve 526, the sleeve 526 is fixedly connected to the third mounting seat 521, and the output end of the linear driver 522 is disposed in the inner cavity of the sleeve 526, the first clamping rod 523 is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the sleeve 526, the first clamping rod 523 extends downward through the sleeve 526, and the second clamping rod 524 is disposed in the inner cavity of the sleeve 526 and extends downward through the sleeve 526. The inner cavity of the sleeve 526 is provided with a third spring 5261, one end of the third spring 5261 is fixedly connected with the sleeve 526, and the other end of the third spring 5261 is abutted against the second clamping rod 524. When the cylinder moves the second clamping bar 524 upward, the spring is compressed. After the cylinder head is placed, the second clamp bar 524 needs to be reset to separate the clamp jaw 52 from the cylinder head. The compressed spring drives the second clamping rod 524 to reset, so that the cylinder does not need to perform driving action, and energy is saved.
The cylinder cover is usually provided with a plurality of through holes, and the through holes are generally arranged at four corners and other positions of the cylinder cover.
Preferably, in an embodiment of the present invention, the clamping jaw 52 is provided with at least two pairs of first and second clamping bars 523 and 524 to clamp the opposite corners of the cylinder head, so that the clamping is relatively stable.
Still preferably, in an embodiment of the present invention, the first clamping lever 523 and the second clamping lever 524 are provided with four pairs, and the four pairs of the first clamping lever 523 and the second clamping lever 524 correspond to four corners of the cylinder head, respectively, so that the clamping of the cylinder head is stabilized.
It will be appreciated that the manipulator 51 is typically a five-axis manipulator 51, and that multiple degrees of freedom enable the manipulator 51 to grasp cylinder heads in various positions. The robot arm 51 is provided with a sensor, and the sensor is connected to the controller 6 in communication. The sensor senses the relative position of the clamping jaw 52 and the cylinder head so that the controller 6 controls the clamping jaw 52 to accurately clamp the cylinder head.
If the cylinder head is directly conveyed on the first conveying mechanism 1, the cylinder head will wear during the conveying process.
Preferably, in one embodiment of the invention, in order to avoid wear of the cylinder heads, the latter are placed on trays 23 for transport.
Specifically, the lifting mechanism 2 includes a lifter 21 and a placement plate 22, the lifter 21 is used to lift the placement plate 22, and the pallet 23 is placed on the paper blocking plate. In order to allow the tray 23 with the cylinder head to be smoothly transferred from the first transfer mechanism 1 to the placement plate 22, a roller way 221 is provided on the placement plate 22.
The hoisting machine 21 is of similar construction to an elevator, belonging to the prior art and not described in detail here.
When the pallet 23 is conveyed, the roller tables 221 and the first conveying mechanism 1 operate at the same conveying speed, and the pallet 23 is conveyed to the placing plate 22 by the cooperation of the first conveying mechanism 1 and the roller tables 221. In order to make the tray 23 completely move to the placement plate 22 and then the roller way 221 stops conveying, a travel switch 222 is arranged on the placement plate 22, when the tray 23 completely moves to the placement plate 22, the travel switch 222 is triggered, and the controller 6 controls the lifting mechanism 2 to lift the tray 23 with the cylinder cover to the first position.
After the cylinder head is clamped off the tray 23 by the clamping mechanism 5, the tray 23, which follows the cylinder head being lifted to the first position, descends with the lifting mechanism 2 and is then conveyed back to the initial position by the first conveying mechanism 1. In order to stop the transfer of the roller way 221 after the tray 23 is completely moved away from the placement plate 22, a travel switch 222 is provided on the placement plate 22, and when the tray 23 is completely moved to the placement plate 22, the travel switch 222 is triggered, and the controller 6 controls the lifting mechanism 2 to lift the tray 23 with the cylinder head to the first position.
The two travel switches 222 are disposed along the extending direction of the first conveying mechanism 1, and the two travel switches 222 respectively correspond to two ends of the tray 23, so that when the tray 23 moves completely to the placing plate 22 or leaves the placing plate 22 completely, the lifting machine 21 can drive the placing plate 22 to move to the next position under the control of the controller 6.
Specifically, the first conveying mechanism 1 includes a first conveying roller group 11 and a second conveying roller group 12, the first conveying roller group 11 and the second conveying roller group 12 are each used for conveying the tray 23, and the conveying directions of the first conveying roller group 11 and the second conveying roller group 12 are opposite.
Alternatively, in an embodiment of the present invention, the first conveying roller set 11 and the second conveying roller set 12 may be disposed side by side.
The structure of the lifting mechanism 2 has been determined that if the first conveying roller set 11 and the second conveying roller set 12 are arranged in parallel, the size of the placement plate 22 needs to be changed, the first position is no longer unique, the movement track of the manipulator 51 needs to be programmed again, and the whole device is more changed and more troublesome. In order to adapt the gripping mechanism 5 and the lifting mechanism 2, the first conveying roller set 11 is arranged above the second conveying roller set 12, the conveying directions of the two are opposite, and the first conveying roller set 11 and the second conveying roller set 12 are used for conveying the tray 23.
In order to better observe the state of the cylinder head on the tray 23, the tray 23 with the cylinder head is generally conveyed using the first conveying roller group 11, and the empty tray 23 is conveyed using the second conveying roller group 12.
When the tray 23 with the cylinder head is transferred from the first transfer roller group 11 to the placement plate 22, the lifter 21 lifts the placement plate 22 to the first position. The second conveying mechanism 3 conveys the cylinder to the second position and performs visual photographing. After the controller 6 controls the manipulator 51 to clamp the cylinder cover to move to the wiping paper 48 through the clamping jaw 52 to wipe the cylinder cover, the controller 6 controls the manipulator 51 to clamp the cylinder cover to the cylinder body at the second position according to the visual photographing information. While the manipulator 51 clamps the cylinder cover through the clamping jaw 52, the lifting machine 21 descends the empty tray 23 to the second conveying roller set 12, the roller way 221 cooperates with the second conveying roller set 12 to convey the empty tray 23 out of the placing plate 22, then the lifting machine 21 lifts the placing plate 22 to the side of the first conveying roller set 11, and the first conveying roller set 11 cooperates with the roller way 221 to convey the tray 23 with the cylinder cover to the placing plate 22.
It will be appreciated that in order to accurately stop the elevator 21 at the first and second transfer roller sets 11 and 12, a travel switch 222 corresponding to the positions of the first and second transfer roller sets 11 and 12 is provided at the elevator 21, and when the placement plate 22 is flush with the first or second transfer roller sets 11 or 12, the travel switch 222 is triggered, thereby enabling the elevator 21 to raise the placement plate 22 to an accurate position.
The invention also discloses a control method of the engine cylinder cover mounting device, which is applied to the engine cylinder cover mounting device and comprises the following steps:
step S1): the first conveying mechanism 1 conveys the cylinder cover;
Step S2): the second conveying mechanism 3 conveys the cylinder;
Step S3): when the cylinder cover moves to the lifting mechanism 2, the lifting mechanism 2 lifts the cylinder cover to a first position;
Step S4): the second conveying mechanism 3 conveys the cylinder body to a second position and then stops, and visual photographing is performed;
Step S5): the clamping mechanism 5 clamps the cylinder cover at the first position to the wiping mechanism 4, and after the wiping mechanism 4 wipes the cylinder cover, the clamping mechanism 5 clamps the cylinder cover to the upper part of the second position, the visual photographing is carried out, and the clamping mechanism 5 clamps the cylinder cover and the cylinder body to be installed.
Specifically, the first transfer roller group 11 transfers the cylinder head placed on the tray 23 to the placing plate 22, and after the tray 23 is completely transferred to the placing plate 22, the lifter 21 transfers the tray 23 with the cylinder head to the first position. At the same time, the second transfer mechanism 3 transfers the cylinder to the second position, and the camera performs visual photographing of the cylinder. The paper wiping 48 mechanism is opened, the controller 6 controls the manipulator 51 and the clamping jaw 52 to clamp the cylinder cover to the paper wiping 48 mechanism to wipe the cylinder cover, and then the manipulator 51 and the clamping jaw 52 clamp the cylinder cover to move to the upper part of the cylinder body and take a picture. The controller 6 analyzes the photo information of the two times and descends at the manipulator 51, and the clamping jaw 52 loosens the cylinder cover, so that the installation of the cylinder body and the cylinder cover is completed.

The engine cylinder cover mounting device according to claim 1, wherein the wiping mechanism further comprises a fourth roller and a fifth roller, the fourth roller and the fifth roller are both rotatably connected to the second frame, the fourth roller is arranged above the fifth roller, and a gap is arranged between the fourth roller and the fifth roller; the fourth roller is arranged beside the placing roller and is positioned below the second roller.
