Description

Quick-acting pesticide for preventing and controlling cotton aphids and application thereof
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of agriculture, in particular to a quick-acting pesticide for preventing and controlling cotton aphids, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Cotton aphids (cottonaaphis, aphis gossypii glover) are a significant pest in the world and can be eaten on more than 700 plants including cotton, cucumber, etc. The cotton aphids are mainly harmed by directly taking plant juice and spreading plant viruses, and cause huge economic loss to agricultural production. The cotton aphids have the characteristics of high propagation speed, large population quantity, high harm degree and the like, and chemical control is always a main means for controlling the cotton aphids in China for a long time. Due to the long-term, high-volume use of chemical pesticides, cotton aphids have developed high levels of resistance to various insecticides, such as organophosphorus, carbamate, pyrethroid, and neonicotinoid.
The long-term use of the pesticide can cause cotton aphid to generate drug resistance, and the environment is polluted by simply increasing the use amount of the pesticide. However, in recent years, with the frequent use of neonicotinoid insecticides, the resistance of Aphis gossypii to this type of agent has become increasingly severe. The research result of Torriet al (2016) shows that the resistance of cotton aphid in Acksu area to imidacloprid is 26.3 times, and the intermediate resistance level is achieved. Koo et al (2014) reported that cotton aphid species in some areas of Korea developed extremely high level resistance to neonicotinoid insecticides such as acetamiprid, clothianidin, imidacloprid, thiacloprid and thiamethoxam, wherein the cotton aphids had resistance multiples of imidacloprid, acetamiprid and clothianidin of 1500, 2600 and 14000 times, respectively.
With the popularization and the use of the pesticide in a large quantity, the pesticide is more and more extensive in the aspect of controlling the resistant cotton aphids, but the resistance of the cotton aphids to the pesticide is certainly increased by singly using the pesticide for a long time, so that the difficulty in controlling the resistant cotton aphids is increased, and the service life of the pesticide is also reduced. Therefore, the invention aims to search the optimal mixed formula of the aphis gossypii glover and the pesticide, increase the service life of the pesticide and slow down the development of the drug resistance of the aphis gossypii glover.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application clearer, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below. The examples, in which specific conditions are not specified, were conducted under conventional conditions or conditions recommended by the manufacturer. The reagents or instruments used are not indicated by the manufacturer, and are all conventional products available commercially.
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present application will be described in detail below with reference to specific examples.
The embodiment of the application provides a quick-acting pesticide for preventing and controlling cotton aphids, which comprises the following active ingredients in parts by volume: 1-2 parts of dicyclopropyl tetramat dispersant and 1-2 parts of spirotetramat suspending agent; wherein the concentration of the dicyclopropanetate dispersant is 50g/L, and the mass fraction of the spirotetramat suspending agent is 22.4%. Compared with single-component dicyclaniliprole insecticide or spirotetramat insecticide, the compounded insecticide has synergistic effect of the two components, has better insecticidal effect and is not easy to generate drug resistance. In practical application, the ratio of the two components can be adjusted according to different regions and different crops in order to avoid the generation of drug resistance.
In some embodiments of the present application, the active ingredients comprise the following raw materials in parts by volume: 1.7 parts of dicyclopropyl tetramat dispersant and 1.4 parts of spirotetramat suspending agent. The pesticide compounded by the mixture ratio has the best quick-acting property.
The dicyclopropyl tetramine is found in a biological fermentation product, is a propylene compound, is a brand-new pesticide for preventing and treating piercing-sucking mouthpart pests, and has the characteristics of quick response, high efficiency, broad spectrum and the like. The amitraz disturbs the function of the chord organ of the insect, so that the insect loses the induction on gravity, balance, sound, position, motion and the like, and the insect is deaf, loses coordination and direction feeling, cannot eat, loses water and finally dies due to hunger. The dicyclopropyl cypionate can effectively reduce viral diseases and bacterial diseases transmitted by insect mediators, has excellent insecticidal (aphids, whiteflies and the like) effect and long lasting period, and is effective to various insect states of pests (ineffective to eggs). The method has good effects of leaf surface treatment, seed treatment and soil treatment, and has low toxicity.
The spirotetramat suspending agent is an organic compound with a molecular formula of C 21 H 27 NO 5 . The spirotetramat suspending agent can effectively control various sucking mouthparts pests, such as aphids, thrips, psyllids, mealybugs, whiteflies, scale insects and the like. The main crops which can be applied comprise cotton, soybean, citrus, tropical fruit trees, nuts, grapes, hops, potatoes, vegetables and the like. The spirotetramat suspending agent has unique action characteristics, and is one of modern insecticides with bidirectional systemic conduction performance. The compound can move upwards and downwards in the whole plant body to reach leaf surfaces and barks, so that the compound can prevent and control pests on leaves of lettuce and Chinese cabbage as well as fruit tree barks. This unique systemic property protects the nascent stems, leaves and roots from the growth of eggs and larvae of pests. It has another characteristic of long lasting period, and can provide effective control for up to 8 weeks.
In some embodiments of the present application, the active ingredients comprise the following raw materials in parts by volume: 1.7 parts of the dicyclopropyl tetramat dispersant and 1.7 parts of the spirotetramat suspending agent.
In some embodiments of the present application, the active ingredient comprises 1 to 90% by weight of the total pesticide composition.
In some embodiments of the present application, one or more of dispersants, antifreeze, stabilizers, thickeners, emulsifiers, solvents, co-solvents, and solid inert carriers are also included.
In some embodiments herein, the solvent is selected from at least one of dimethylformamide, dimethylacetamide, 1, 3-dimethyl-2-imidazolidinone, 2-pyrrolidone, N-methylpyrrolidone, dimethylsulfoxide, cyclohexanone, isobutanol, water. The compounded insecticide is diluted and then used, the most common diluent is water, and meanwhile, the dicyclopropionate and the spirotetramat are both easily soluble in water, so that the dispersion effect is better.
In some embodiments of the present application, the formulation of the pesticide is an emulsifiable concentrate, an aqueous emulsion, a microemulsion, a suspension, an oil suspension, a microcapsule suspension, a wettable powder, a water dispersible granule or a granule. Specifically, the composition can be prepared into different dosage forms for use according to requirements.
Secondly, the embodiment of the application provides the application of the quick-acting insecticide for preventing and controlling cotton aphids in the pesticides for preventing and controlling the cotton aphid diseases.
In some embodiments of the present application, the pesticide is diluted with water to provide a pesticide dilution, wherein the concentration of the active ingredient after the pesticide dilution is 0.004 to 0.05g/L. The concentration after dilution is too small, and repeated spraying is possible, so that time and labor are wasted; too high concentration after dilution may result in uneven spraying and may not kill insects comprehensively.
In some embodiments of the present application, the concentration of the active ingredient sprayed in the insecticide diluent is from 0.83 to 7.33mg/m 2 And spraying to the leaf surface. The spraying concentration cannot be too small, and the insecticidal effect cannot be achieved; the spraying concentration cannot be too high, which can affect the growth of crops and cause waste.

And (3) visually evaluating whether each cell has the crop phytotoxicity or not after the first pesticide application for 3 days, if the phytotoxicity symptoms of cotton (such as plant dwarfing, leaf chlorosis, leaf deformity, delayed maturity and the like) need to be accurately described, and comparing the pesticide treatment area with a blank control area to evaluate the phytotoxicity occurrence percentage. The specific criteria are as follows:
0: no chemical injury;
1-10%: some plants have phytotoxicity symptoms such as discoloration, dwarfing, necrotic spots, deformity and the like. The pesticide damage situation is difficult to find by the unguided farmer;
11-20%: clear phytotoxicity symptoms appear and can be found without comparing with blank control. The pesticide damage phenomenon can be observed by the un-guided farmers;
21-30%: there are obvious symptoms of phytotoxicity to crops, but crops generally recover growth. Farmers can find the phytotoxicity phenomenon, and part of the farmers consider the phytotoxicity phenomenon unacceptable;
31-50%: typical crop phytotoxicity, symptoms may disappear before harvest, and most crop phytotoxicity is difficult to recover;
51-75%: severe crop phytotoxicity, unrecoverable symptoms, and partial plant death;
76-99%: serious phytotoxicity of crops, serious damage to plants and incapability of recovery until death;
100%: all plants died.
(2) Aphid survey
Investigation was carried out 3 days before application and after the first application, respectively, and the number of aphids on the leaves: and (4) randomly selecting 10 leaves in each cell, and recording the aphid quantity on each leaf.
(3) The prevention effect calculation method comprises the following steps:
percent reduction rate of insect population (%) = (number of live insects before application-number of live insects after application)/number of live insects before application × 100%
The field control effect (%) = (the population reduction rate of the treated area-the population reduction rate of the control area)/(the population reduction rate of the 100-the control area) × 100%
4. Notes and others

5. Results of the experiment
The statistical results of the control effect on cotton aphids at different periods after treating 24 groups of cotton aphids are shown in table 3:
Figure BDA0003749263240000151
Figure BDA0003749263240000161
the control effect is observed 3 days after the pesticide is applied, and the compound pesticide with the best quick-acting property can be analyzed from the table. The best combination for day 3 aphid control was: dicoformat diluted 3000 times and spirotetramat diluted 3500 times. From the data, it can be seen that in the process of compounding different formulas, the content of spirotetramat is not more and the quick-acting performance is better when the same effective dose is used, and the 3500-fold prevention effect and quick-acting performance are the best when 22.4% of spirotetramat is diluted. And the control effect of the single-component pesticide is good without the control effect of the two-component compound pesticide, which shows that the two components of the compound pesticide have synergistic effect, and have synergistic effect and better insecticidal effect. In practical application, the proportion of the two components can be adjusted according to different regions and different crops in order to avoid the generation of drug resistance.
Effects of the invention
Randomly choose a piece of 3000m 2 The cotton field is prepared by respectively adding a proper amount of 50g/L dicyclopropionate dispersant and 22.4 percent of spirotetramat suspending agent into 500L of diluent to obtain mixed solution of 3000-time 50g/L dicyclopropionate and 3500-time 22.4 percent of spirotetramat, wherein the active substance is 1.13mg/m of dicyclopropionate 2 The spirotetramat is 4.26mg/m 2
Then spray on the cotton through unmanned aerial vehicle, before the application of pesticides respectively, survey 3 days after the primary medicine, aphid quantity on the blade: randomly selecting 100 pieces of 1m 2 In the residential quarter, 10 leaves are randomly selected in each residential quarter, the number of aphids on each leaf is recorded, and finally, the average value is taken to calculate the control effect.
The control effect of the pesticide reaches more than 99% in 3 days after the pesticide is applied, so that the compounded pesticide of the diproprionate diluted 3000 times and the spirotetramat diluted 3500 times has excellent control effect and good quick-acting property even if the pesticide is applied in a large area and is sprayed by an unmanned aerial vehicle.
In summary, the embodiment of the present application provides a quick-acting pesticide for controlling aphis gossypii glover, which comprises the following active ingredients in parts by volume: 1-2 parts of dicyclanil ester dispersing agent and 1-2 parts of spirotetramat suspending agent; wherein the concentration of the dicyclanil ester dispersing agent is 50g/L, and the mass fraction of the spirotetramat suspending agent is 22.4%. Compared with a single-component dicyclanil insecticide or spirotetramat insecticide, the two components of the compound insecticide have synergistic effect, the insecticidal effect is better, and the insecticide is not easy to generate drug resistance.
The embodiment of the application provides application of a quick-acting pesticide for preventing and controlling cotton aphids in pesticides for preventing and controlling the cotton aphids. The pesticide composition is applied to pesticides for controlling cotton aphids, can improve the control effect of the cotton aphids, and can prolong the service life of the pesticide.
