一种显示面板和显示装置，显示面板被划分为显示区域(P1)和至少部分围绕显示区域(P1)的非显示区域(P2)，非显示区域(P2)设置有扇出区(P3)，显示面板包括基底(10)和设置在基底(10)上的第一电源走线，第一电源走线的第一部分(20)设置在扇出区(P3)，用于传输第一电源信号，以及第一部分(20)包括靠近显示面板边缘的片状走线(210)和从片状走线(210)朝向显示区域(P1)延伸出的彼此间隔开的多个条状走线(220)。通过位于扇出区(P3)的第一电源走线设置为包括多个条状走线(220)，减少了电源走线的反光面积，可以削弱电源走线的反光程度，提升了显示效果。
